Came by the other day and it was so much fun! Everyone was so nice and attentive. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ashly and Sergio who were both very friendly and helpful with figuring out ordering food and getting prizes!
Horrible place. I come here almost every friday and Saturday. It used to be good, but not anymore. I went to pay my bill, and they said card only. I had to go to ATM and pay a fee to be able to pay for my bill. Im not giving this place any more business. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.
I wanted to come on here and shoutout Isaac and Sergio from the Laser Tag department. We had two big groups come in late at night wanting to do something else other than bowl and laser tag was the best option. My group was very disorganized which I know can be frustrating, but these two had great patient, leadership, and communication. They both were able to accommodate all our members of our team and went the extra mile. They did an outstanding job explaining the rules, area and helping everyone understand
No warning that the arcade shuts down at 8:40. I had just reloaded my card and swiped and all the readers say reader closed. No communication or signs warning anyone that the arcade closes at a certain time.why can I put money in the card but not use it at this time?
?Come for the food stay for the fun? has to be the worst motto ever. It's a bowling alley not a restaurant. The food is so over priced, beers will bankrupt you, and the leagues are no better. Used to be a good place to bowl but now it's way too corporate and money hungry. Very disorganized and poorly managed. What you see on the menu is far from what you get. Half of the advertised drinks don't even come with the glasses/ add ons such as blueberries even though they clearly market that to be included. It's
Went on a Friday, prices are higher Friday and Saturday. Running on a skeleton crew not enough staff to actually serve people. Waited 25 minutes for the kids drinks I ordered, had to ask multiple times after to finally get them. Ball got stuck in the lane and requested help, waited 15 minutes then just threw a ball to hit it out of the way. Played some games and multiple machines took credits but didn't let the kids play. The claws are absolutely rigged go see for yourself. Waited at the ticket counter for
First time bowlers here!! Ten Pins was Fun & clean. Our server Matias was attentive and nice. Food was very good. Laser tag & Arcade was super fun! Definately be back!
I made a reservation online under the assumption that the pricing would be the same as in person. Once I arrived at the facility I noticed there was a seniors discount, and was told that it could only be applied in person and not for online reservations. If the website had mentioned this I would have not made the reservation online. When it came to our bowling reservation, the employee mistakenly set our bowling time to 1 hour instead of 2 hours, and so our game was stopped in the middle of playing. Thi
It was disappointing service??. My family looked forward to playing the laser tag for the first time at this place. We came in somewhere around 430pm today and first asked the people at the bowling place how to go by playing laser tag, we were told it's at 5pm and there's a person at the laser tag place. We then went to the laser tag place and asked the only guy working there about the laser tag and he said it opens at 5pm. So we decided to just play around the arcade for half hour. Then 5mins before 5 we a
Enjoyed a team building activity of bowling with coworkers. Staff that set up for our staff and brought us drinks and whatnot were extremely gracious. Staff had tons of fun! Only downside was the Deadwood restaurant for lunch was a bit slow and made us late for team activity. However, the activity coordinator was super gracious about letting us start later. Though time was an issue with Deadwood, and we had to ask for items a second time (like dressing, whatnot) food was delicious and waiter was friendly.
Came for the pinball machines, but the arcade and bowling alley itself was very impressive. They also serve full meals at the bar if interested. On the topic of the pinballs, they both were in great condition and required cards to play. The Ghostbusters card reader wasn't on sadly so I wasn't able to give it a full evaluation. I'll be back to get on that Ghostbusters machine and get some bowling in.
Had a cool time. Arcade was fun except the claw machine. It's unbelievably rigged. Had the Raptor plushie in the claw more than a dozen times and it would always slip out. Showed staff there and they couldn't do anything about it. No exaggeration. For obvious reasons I didn't play the other claw machines. But my guess is that the candy one is the only one that works.
I've been to this place over 50 times. Took my family for dinner and games and I had a couple 20 oz beers. Got the bill and I thought I was In Vegas when I seen they raised the beer prices to $13 a beer. Won't be going back. Plenty of other places and to me that's called being greedy.
The bad: The bathroom stalls in the women's restroom are very small. There is only a few inches space between the door and toilet which means standing next to the toilet if you want to close the door. The doors should open out and not in since the stalls are small. Price was $54 for an hour of bowling for 2 people, that includes the student discount. The ok: Waited an hour for a lane to open up which was plenty of time to walk down to starbucks and get some drinks. You got a text message when your lane was
The place and staff is great but the lanes have so much wax on them that it gets all over everything. If you touch the ball, good luck trying to hold it after it's been down thr lane a couple times.
Fun for the whole family!! Staff, service & food awesome. Big screen for games
Nice place, & kind staff but MAJOR RIP OFF!!!!! Mon-Friday's (before 5p.m.) they charge by the game. From 5 p.m. and all Sat & Sun they charge $42 per hour. It doesnt matter if you have 1 person or 6 people bowling, its the same price. Great for groups but what about couples on date night? They are catering to groups and chasing off couples. Such a disappointment! We waited an hour before discovering this! On a positive note, the resturant was good. Huge tv's, good service, pretty good food. We ordered pi
Visited a few times and EVERY TIME, a blast! Family fun, food, drinks & plenty of lanes!! Clean fun environment, thanks staff :)
Table service is incredibly slow and very uncoordinated. Had waited 10 minutes before we were seated along with 15 minutes before we got our order taken.
Terrible Service from Ashley ? Disappointing First Visit On Sunday, December 15, my group and I were on lane 20 from 7:30 PM until closing at 8:40 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the server, Ashley. From the start, Ashley was incredibly rude. She asked us what we'd like to drink but never brought our drinks. Instead, she kept checking on the group at lane 19 while blatantly ignoring us. She walked by our table multiple times without so much as a glance, never asking if we needed
Fun place to bring kids. The bowling and arcade area surely occupied my five kids. We all enjoyed our time here. I'd definitely come back.!
Came here 2/3/23 to celebrate my 10 year olds birthday party approx 45 guest. We reserved an upstairs private room. The room was nice with ample seating and outside deck. The decorations that came with the room were minimal so bring your own! As soon as we walked up to the counter and explained we had a party we were introduced to our host. All of the staff we encountered at Ten Pin were excellent from bar, shoes, laser tag but our host went above and beyond to make the night special and flow smoothly. Naki
Definitely not coming back! The prices are high on weekends and the staff is sub par to say the least.
When I went on a field trip to ten pin it took forever to get to laser tag and I couldn't even waste my tickets because how long laser tag was. So I think they should only have laser tag for 10 minutes instead of 20 cuz I had to wait forever.
Gluten free,,,,,What a great facility and good way to spend a rainy day with your family, so much to do and great restaurants With a lot of food choices including gluten free and adult beverages
I wish I could give zero stars. This place is highly unprofessional. We were given a certificate for my brothers good grades and behavior at school and they chose not to honor it. We just received it yesterday and they said they hadn't partnered with them for a while and had no empathy to read or do anything about it.
One of the Nicest place in Turlock and Bell was the Nicest Bar Attender, Most Helpful Person and Food was Delicious!
Beautiful new bowling center with indoor outdoor dining, pool tables and a warm cozy space to relax. Recommend to stop and check this out!
So much fun tonight. Went to the haunted house and I definitely recommend it. Had great scares and great people acting in the haunted house. I will definitely go again if they ever do bring it back! Always love Ten Pin for a fun time!
A great bowling experience for a group of friends or family. The arcade they have is pretty big! The food and beer is a little on the pricey side but that's kind of expected. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!
This business has the potential to be great but you have good and bad people working for you especially security who thinks dropping 500$ is a normal thing. Thank you bar people for saving the day.
Had a party here last night for my employees and I must say the food was amazing. Prime rib, chicken marsala and all of the sides very good! The two young men that assisted our party were just as good I believe their names were Jesse and Trenton. We used the back 8 room and everyone had a chance to bowl and socialize with plenty of room. Thank you Ten Pin and staff for all your help. We will be back!
Great service, not too crowded. Watched Monday night football there, and wasn't crowded. Prices are a little high for premium drinks, but a great place!
Terrible service. They started a new platform and booking system on their website on April 12th. Before I booked I had called them because the website stated once you book there's no refunds. I called and asked if they still gave EMT discounts, as they have previously done so in the past. She asked the manager and said to go ahead and book it, and then they could reimburse me once I came in since there was no way to do it over the website. When I got there, I asked about the EMT discount, and they said no.
Had a wonderful experience, food and drinks were amazing. we had the nicest server named Jessie. He was a very kind and accommodating distinguished gentleman. Will definitely go again solely for his presence.
The wait is no joke! Almost feels like a strategy. You routinely wait about 1 hour, spend about $100 on arcade games to buy time, and finally bowl hungry as heck and dropping another $150 (if food included). Truly a business model, lol. The bowling experience is very pleasant and the food is solid. Because of the routinely ridiculous wait, I always think twice before going and frequently choose to stay back. If the center kept it ?bowl specific? with the food service, it'd be a solid 5 for experience and 4
The place itself seems very lovely and the employees are so incredibly nice and accommodating. However I do worry for them as a lot of them seem overly tired more so than normal. Apparently some of them worked until two in the morning and were asked to come in at ten the same day. That seems a bit overwhelming to me and I hope this isn't the norm especially with nicely they treated me and my family
My bill was $246 for drinks only for 3 people. We were celebrating a homecoming King win. I tipped our server $40 not knowing they had already added a $37 tip to my bill!! Then if that wasn't bad enough I left my bank card behind and one of their staff tried making purchases with my card as if they hadn't already got me for an $80 tip now they want to continue to rob me!! This establishments staff sucks!!
Nice people always fun... fries are to die for???? Waitresse& waiter and staff very friendly, AND GREAT PIZZA TOO
My daughter and I had a great experience here! Modern/high-end bowling infrastructure, with bar and food service, to your lane! My daughter also enjoyed the arcade area, but the highlight of this place is definitely the bowling! I will be back and will recommend it to others!
The place is fun, cool arcade and the big screens while bowling. The food is good and decently priced. My only complaint is the time constraint on bowling. They only give you an hour to bowl and if your game is not finished well then oh well. We were on the last frame and having a great time and then we got a warning that the timer was coming to an end. We were unable to finish our game unless we paid more. If they change that, then I will definitely go more often.
Just watch your tab when ordering food or drinks they hit us with a 18% gratuity there where 10 of us and 3 separate tabs. Bowling was fun but yeh it's expensive there all the way around in 3 hours we spent 200.00.
We don't come here very often, but whenever we arrive, we enjoy our time, especially the kids. Veronica the prize/ordering counter lady was accommodating and informative (Thank you Veronica) We are thinking of coming here every Tuesday moving forward ??
My husband's Christmas Party was booked there and it turned out great ! We had our own room with lanes and a catered dinner. The employees were nice and were on their toes with making sure we had something to drink ! Would definitely recommend to anyone having to look for a venue for a party.
This place offers an arcade, 2 story lazer tag, bowling (there is also a league one can join), and food. I love the variety of things offered here but not everything is always open. Also I would say this place is relatively expensive and tonight was particularly upsetting because they give no reimbursements if an arcade game glitches or if they turn off the games without warning because they're understaffed and they decided to close the arcade early. Over all I recommended to go here but it's a hit or miss.
The entertainment here is good fun games and good atmosphere for bowling, enjoyable for me and my family? But the service is sluggish when it comes to finding a server, I had called one female server for service it wasn't until we came across the server Salvador who took our orders and serviced us in a timely manner after waiting around 20 minutes to find service before him. If you ever go to this spot I suggest asking for Salvador as your server for a more timely and enjoyable experience, he truly made our
This was a very nice place and clean. The employees were very nice. The only reason I rate this for stars is because it's a pretty expensive place to visit for entertainment. I would still recommend it though. Just be prepared for a large bill
Just had my sons birthday here. Party room for 7, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Our server was fantastic, super helpful, made it effortless for us. Feast in a party room, bowling, laser tag, arcade card included. I'm thinking of having my birthday here as well. Highly recommend. ???? ???? ????
This place charges ridiculous amounts for alcohol drinks save your money and bowl somewhere else manager was very rude last time I will go to this place and u shouldn't either
Went in Saturday morning to bowl a few games before a work appointment. Place was pretty empty, maybe half the lanes being used. Expected the games to be expensive, always is at these "fun centers", but didn't expect it to be as bad as it was. They only go by the hour, at $50 an hour. Just a heads up if you just want to bowl, probably best to head elsewhere...??
Overall great food and the lanes were very nice. The service was decent but we were asked to switch lanes do to overbooking. One of our two lanes didn't work upon switching that so that was a bit disappointing. But we had a great time and enjoyed the experience. Will definitely go again, but probably during the week when it is less busy.
Really fun the laser tag and bowling was really nice great fun for the whole family
We had a great time with our family tonight celebrating my brother?s birthday! Wonderful service and food, clean and awesome arcade and bowling, and they were so patient and accommodating with our big crazy group! Service was above and beyond! Great place for family fun!
Ordered a drink, but it was the wrong one so I asked if they can take it back and fix the issue, they didn't. Than I asked if they can give me a refund on the drink because it was expensive, they didn't. They did not work with me whatsoever as there paying customer. My drink was very sweet and also I only took a sip. I do understand that if the drink was half way gone they won't take it.This is what she told me ?we can't give you a refund because we already poured it? (keep in mind I always get the same dri
Only second time here. FIRST experience (when they first opened) was very positive -- excellent and knowledgeable wait help, great food, etc. So, this time took several friends for lunch. It was a total turn-about. Although wait help very pleasant, one person was taking orders and tending bar. Ordered drinks were not prepared correctly and the order taker was not familiar with names of drinks. The restaurant needs to invest in a BLENDER and make sure a real bartender is on duty. Most of our orders we
Chose Ten Pin for a work outing to celebrate some of my team's recent accomplishments. Pizza bar and bowling with great hospitality from Stephanie and her team! Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Pros: +Environment! +Choice of activities (laid out on their website nicely) +Staff friendliness +Clean Facilities +Pizza was delicious! Cons: -A little on the expensive side--for group events try to get an accurate headcount to avoid extra cost
The venue was clean and there is plenty to do no matter your age. I'm giving a 2 stars because of the horrible customer service experience. One, we had to hunt down a server to place an order for food. Two, they put drink orders on our tab and insisted it was ours. The server said to me "my manager told me the drinks were put in your area and you drank it so we're charging you. " I again explained we did not drink the drinks nor did we order those drinks in particular and no one served us any drinks. We got
Everything about this place is great. The laser tag is $9 for 13 minutes of amazing fun and all the equipment is very new. The bowling section is right next to the bar where you can grab drinks or something light to eat like chicken wings. The seating is spacious and comfortable. The arcade looked fun too but we didn't try it.
Been here many times. It is usually really fun. But recently we visited and the bumpers weren't working on the lanes. Apparently it was a known issue but we weren't informed before buying a lane. We had to ask a couple times before we were finally informed if the problem. My kids couldn't enjoy their day with the fam so i asked if we could wait for another lane that had bumpers working. They said they would move us but we've been waiting 20 minutes already and nothing is happening. Not sure what's going on
Good food and arcade games ??????
So much fun! Fries are the best in town!
Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good. Not the normal "Bowling Alley Burger." The arcade is great for family fun and the alleys are as well. Overall a great time was had by our whole group which ranged from 2 yrs to 57 yrs old. Check it out!
At times bar service can be a bit slow. Overall people are great food is good. The atmosphere is great family oriented for all ages.
Damien was our server and was great! Very attentive and courteous. Our food was great, we had half pep and half Hawaiian, it was so good. And the deadwood wings were good. Drinks on point. Definitely going again
This place is brand new! A killer fun center for the kids, has a digital roller coaster that's really fun. This place is a two-story building with laser tag upstairs. The restaurant next to the fun center open and well-lit, with excellent food. Bowling and food are a little on the pricey side but not too bad. The bowling alley is really nice. This family fun center is actually a lot of fun We took the grandkids in there and they had a blast! If you go there definitely eat there, they also serve alcoholic be
We were surprised this place was as large as it is. The only negative critique here is it felt like they were trying to rush is out of the birthday area. We were supposed to have the area till 4 but the hostess stopped the bowling around 3 . I didn't really get to play. Other than that the kids had a great time.
Pretty awesome bowling alley. They have a large arcade with a nice indoor and outdoor bar when covid isn't ruining it. Quite a bit of reviews complaining about the service but I had pretty good service. It's nice they bring you your food and drinks. Prices to bowl are my biggest issue. $44 an hr except wed-thurs it's only $30 an hr is pretty steep. The private lanes in the back are $100 an hr. Other than the prices they have plenty of lanes with large TV projector in the back and enough space for parties.
Nice place but have a waiting list for the lanes. 3 he wait for a lane. So we just sat and had dinner. Food is decent but the service is not very good. Servers didn't come by our table very often to make sure our party was doing ok. Never once did they ask if there is anything else we needed. Had to hunt down the server to get our check. Not sure if we will go back. If we decide to go back we will definitely be calling 3 hrs ahead to reserve a lane.
This review isn't about the bowling or arcade aspect of the center. This is review is regarding the indoors restaurant. Long review, read the TL;DR for summary. When we arrived at the indoor entrance we waited by the sign that stated to "wait to be seated". The sign also happens to be right next to the Point of Sale station wait staff use to charge / Log orders for customers. We were the only ones in line, and the restaurant wasnt too busy. We waited for roughly 5 minutes while various staff looked at us
Been here twice, once for lunch and a beer, the second time a back to school get together for our son's friends. Lunch and a beer for two was 44.00 with tip. I'll take that. We then took 7 kids, ourselves and a friend to lunch, bowling and arcade and it ran about 400.00. Not bad at all for hours of fun. I like the old school bowling alley without all the fluff but this place is loaded and it's cool. 2 bars, a restaurant, an arcade and laser tag. Pretty cool place.
Place looks nice, kids were super excited to have family night. We are a family with 5 kids, 4 of which are small kids. Majority of the lanes in the front were empty but they put us in the back where there was literally only our lane open. We get all set up, the names cleared for no apparent reason so my husband entered it all again. Get ready to play and cant figure out how to get the bumpers. One staff member tells us he will let the front know, comes back and told us the lanes bumpers doesnt work, the pe
Had a wonderful time in the Back 8 with my company Warden's Office Holiday Party. Food was good the bowling was a blast. Definitely recommend for any company wanting to throw a fun party for their employees.
Unfortunately i have to change my 5 star review to a 1 because i cannot leave a zero. Ever since new management took over the place has gone down hill. I actually had to have words with management over their policies that they do not uphold. It so unfortunate that such a beautiful place is going down.
Went Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. Good place to go for families and couples can go to have fun, as well as single folks. Friendly bars inside well drinks and a menu for something tasty for your stomach.
Awesome place to take family, friends or date night! Great food and reasonably priced. Love that it has an arcade/bowling alley and an outdoor bar area too. The architecture of the building is innovative! I live in Stockton, but will be visiting again soon!
My 9 year old saved his tickets for months so that he could get a particular prize. The cost was 18,000 tickets. When he finally reached this amount and tried to get it he was told it was now 29000 tickets. So he worked hard to get the money to go back and earn more tickets. Once he got the 29000 he was told the price was 48000!!! This is how you do business! The poor kid doesn't understand why ?.nor do i. He has something he would like to say as well?? The lava lamp was on display, right? So why do they
Very clean, friendly, and fun. Not expensive at all either. I went on a Monday night and it was still very full so I can imagine weekends are more than likely just too packed! Also imo, not enough arcade games for what they're charging, almost too many points for the few games they have.
The arcade is nice. We went trying to win the stranger things pen but we asked the ladies if they still carried them and she let us know that they werent selling so they didnt have any. They could use a more variety of prizes. I suggest not going on the weekend. It is super packed.
Was a blast! had a 30 minute wait around 2pm, But we spent our time at the arcade for the wait. During the time bowling service was constant and pleasant. Always asked for refills and any additional orders. Will be returning regularly ??
Nice, clean family friendly place. They have their own restaurant. They are more than just bowling. 2 story Lazer tag, arcade area with VR games too. They have a separate bowling area for parties. I really liked that the seating isn't your typical seats. They are cushioned. Will definitely be going back. And they do serve alcohol as well as have security walking around. If you order food while bowling they bring the food to you. Extremely friendly staff. Can't wait to go back. Worth the drive. ??
I have been wanting to try this place for a while, just because of all the hype it received for being the only bowling alley in Turlock. But it's not just bowling, theres also laser tag! And outdoor games! And an arcade! And bars! And sit down food! So I'm going to just write down my experience for you. As soon as I walked in, two things hit me almost immediately. One was the noise, loud music playing Top 40 for the kids and hits from the 80s, 90s and 00s for everyone else, played at such a volume that eve
VIP bowling ?? and was so much fun. Had pizza ?? which was really good and a soda. Me and the crew from Dying Art Tattoo in Modesto had such a blast and was taken care by wonderful staff members. Thank you Ten Pin fun for a fun night.
Our server was great! Food and service was great, aside from the fact that I have two young children that were bowling and one that is too young to bowl and in the midst of keeping track of children the guard rail was struck twice the third time a child did throw the ball a little early but did not strick the guard or shut the machine down it did not get to the end of the lane but I was told that was my third incident and we had to leave. After spending 125$ on food and 60 dollars on bowling we got kicked o
Great place. Good arcade need better prizes. The ones they have are not good at all. Bowling is fun nice lanes. Food is ok. They can get busy in the weekends.cthey also have some fun special events. Lots of tvs and a giant tv to wat j sports in the dead wood lounge. Also darts and a pool table. They have a huge selection of beer and alcohol. They have outdoor seating area with fire pits and games. They have a space upstairs that you can rent out for parties. It's Ada accessible thru an elevator. They also h
Food was great and the ambience is fun and looks great, but bowling prices for the weekend are unreasonable in my opinion. It'd cost $84 for one lane for 2 hours, and $4 per person for shoes (6 people max). I'm sure some people are fine with these rates, but I am not. The place looks awesome, but I will be bowling elsewhere.
First time there. Kids birthday party. The staff was patient and friendly. Pizza was decent, sliders were great. They had projection screens showing the football games over the lanes. Only Downer is no sand paper for the shoes. At least the lanes didn't feel fake like AMF.
I would definitely give this place a 5 stars if Stephie was allowed to pour her own drinks! She is notably quick and fast with orders, but held back by more lax staff. She is a super star and needs a higher position. She can really bring the service and company up!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
