Had a good time. Could use more variety of video games. Has laser tag, putt putt, full size bowling alley, party rooms, food and drinks, TVs with games on and everything is indoors with a/c. I did appreciate the free ping pong, corn hole and some other game. Thank you! Drew. I was a little disappointed that both air hockey tables were "OUT OF SERVICE". I think it will be a good place for fun.

Surge really exceeded our expectations. The bowling lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the arcade had a great mix of games for both kids and adults. What really stood out, though, was the food?way better than your typical entertainment spot. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and the whole place was spotless. A great spot for a fun, stress-free day with the family!

Five star for employees. everyone was helpful and friendly. Took grandkids and they had a blast?so much to do. Pleasant surprise even for them. I Gave 3 star for slow food delivery?plenty people waiting around for their orders, one said was waiting 40 minutes?? I was 30 minutes. But staff was so nice and pleasant with delay & stressed customers they were attentive and they were working hard. . Hats off to them. May need more cooks in the kitchen

The food is horrible- we waited almost an hour for cold food? The fries were not only cold but very salty and the burger was not good and they forget everything I added . My mom ordered garlic lemon pepper wings and they came out black ? The staff was friendly I will say that and the kids enjoyed their play time.. Overall don't come hungry ?

The atmosphere was a vibe my grandson loved it. Unfortunately we lost out due to most of the games that my grandson was able to play just took our money. I was sort of confused and by the time i realized they wasn't properly working i had swipe away most of our funds???????. Probably partially my fault. He really enjoyed himself and I'll do anything to put a smile on his face. Hopefully next time the games are all fully functional. By the way the pizza is great!

Lots to do! Fun place! I love how they have corn hole & ping pong that teens can play when they max out their arcade cards. Bowling alley is nice, can't wait for the karts. The staff members we encountered (Myra, Monte & Kash) were all helpful & friendly. Helped me out at the kiosk and were patient & kind with the fussy little ones. Our new ?place?.

Went last night with 2 others. It was my 1st time and was looking forward to it. Walking in it looked impressive. Very clean and spacious. We reserved 2hrs of bowling followed by 1 game at a simulator. We got there early so we spent $156 to load some cards to play some arcade games. Those were mostly priced decently. Me and my family had an amazing time , food was great and everything was set well! Laila and Branden was the highlight of our evening! Their manager (Ali , I believe it is) lowkey blew it the way she was fussing at her employees it was very disturbing and weird when all they were doing was being hard workers! First, they put a lot of money into this place and there is A LOT of different activities to try. Activities included arcade games, bowling, inflatable bounce area, restaurant, strike arena (also like a play space), mini golf and laser tag. The greeter at the door was friendly and told us about the specials, however, it wasn't fully explained that the arcade games wouldn't collect points for prize redemption. This was a bit of a bummer. Surge is absolutely amazing and fun! We have been 3 times in 2 weeks. When we had trouble with our game cards Myra was so awesome in assisting us. We have continued to see her every visit and she always has a smile on her face.

Laila Andrews was our hostess. She made sure my grandson?s birthday party was a success. She provided the best service with a wonderful smile. She really went over and beyond. We came in with a smile today, and left out with a smile. The kids and adults all had an amazing time and experience!!!! 10 out 10

I had a birthday party for my son?s 6th birthday. We had Brennan as our party host. He was absolutely AMAZING. Please request him for your next party. He even sang Happy Birthday and made my sons day. Perfect Party spot.

It's a cool place to go. The card system could be a tad bit confusing if you're not paying attention to your purchase but theirs someone at the stations to assist if you need it. In my opinion, they should have kept it as a trampoline place so adults could play with their kids . It's not much to do as a family but bowl and laser tag.

OMG, Surge was absolutely amazing my kids loved it! My daughter had her birthday party there, and the host, Layla, was wonderful. The entire staff was incredible. We'll definitely be coming back!

I took my 2 kids to Surge Metairie for the first time hoping for a family fun day. I purchased the 2 hr unlimited play cards. After trying to use them on 2 games, I asked an employee about it. Apparently, the cards I purchased were for certain games. I asked to simply exchange the cards for arcade game play. The GM was called for me by an employee. The GM came out and denied the request due to ?miscommunication?. I asked her what miscommunication? She said it clearly stated what games the card was for and

Went today for bowling with my 2 kids, 8 and 6. Lanes were nice and price was reasonable. Lots of arcade games. Facility big and clean, but seemed very understaffed. Food service extremely slow - took 40 minutes for 4 items; food was mediocre at best.

Jennifer was awesome! This place was so much fun for me and my husband as a 35-year-olds and fun for my 2 yr old, 7 yr old and 11 yr old! We had a blast in the soft play place! The food was good, the games were fun &&& the prizes were lit! Only complaint was it could've been a little cooler and there is no trampoline/jump park like the other one. Just an FYI.

my family visit there on 18 May. A beautiful place So enjoy family, gaming cocktails, bowling , golf, and of course, customer service from Maria on my god it was just amazing she offered us a tour of the facility. It was beautiful. I found the games that we want to play and went back and found Maira And the fun began. She is very much customer service. She know how to make customers feel welcome so they can come back again and we are planning to come back again thanks to Maira in her good customer service

Nice place over all, but the arcade games are a bit expensive, which fine kids enjoyed playing. Now as for the service horrible I get the self service and ordering on the kiosk, but no one ever brought our food out until I had to keep asking then they have attitudes like it's a bother for them to bring the food after getting our food no one in sight to ask for to go containers or anything. Over all like the concept and the different things they offer for entertainment but just the service wasn't good at all

My son had his 11th birthday party here and OMG I can't say enough good things!! Ww truly had a ball and it was so affordable. My experience was over-the-top and Miss Ally and my party attendant were so professional and attentive to our every need. The facilities are beautiful and so clean. I'm excited to host my next event here!! 10/10 recommend!!

The Mother?s Day promo only applied if you had 4 ppl. My husband and I went for the day to bowl and get the special, we got there at 4, started our order at 403 and they said we didn't qualify. The lane we were on, the pins kept falling by themselves or getting stuck, my husband said the balls were super imbalanced, and my ball kept getting stuck in the machine to retrieve the ball and I kept having to get another ball. TERRIBLE experience. Half of the restrooms weren't working. Half of the gaming devices didn't work. We arrived and had to wait for our table to be set up, had to request the water that was included in the party package that we paid for. To say the least, the owner(s) need to start retraining from the top level down. My family went during the soft opening week. There were a lot of employees just standing around talking. We ordered a few items from the self-serve kiosk. I was basically doing everything myself. From placing the order, walking up to the counter twice to ask about the status, and to go container. Atmosphere was good. Space was clean. Food was decent. All the games actually worked? our problem came when we were cashing out my 6yr old?s tickets and their prizes were not labeled correctly. Things were ringing up for more than what they were labeled for. All 3 workers behind the counter refused to honor the number that was labeled on the prizes. Ordered buffalo wings but received cracklings. Ordered a drink got the pitcher but didn't get any cups. Ordered nachos came out burnt but cold.. ??????? idk Another customer was standing next to me that ordered the same thing. He asked the person that bought out the food why does the chicken look so black. The employer responded I don't know. We just put it in the fryer and set the timer. That's how it comes. Everything was too confusing to understand honestly the lady at the front counter was explaining a lot about how things go when you buy the pass so i basically spent 50$ for 15 mins they didn't have nobody at mini golf or how were keeping score or anything you have to find a team member for almost everything and there barely around expected the guy by bowling I asked for a refund or an alternative but they couldn't offer one but come back another day we'll can I come back when you guys fix the card situatio

Didn't even visit because all the lazy workers didn't wanna pick up the phone to find out prices since it can't ve easily accessed online to know how much everything cost. How about hire workers that actually want to work instead people that don't. I will never recommend this place just because of the incompetence. If you couldn't answer a phone then you damn sure can't serve anyone or care.

Another place that FORCES you to give them your phone number!!!!! You CANNOT EAT here unless you give them your phone number! The last time I gave a place like this my phone number, I had to change my number because of all of the marketing and spam calls I got when they SOLD my information. HELL NO!

Place just opened yesterday officially. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Definitely having some teething pains being a brand new establishment.

When I first walked in, the place seemed pretty crazy, kids running all around. I went there for a birthday party ??. All that matters is if the kids have a good time, which they seem to really enjoy it. The place is large and has a lot of different areas to play in.

I threw my niece a birthday party at Surge and she had a blast. The staff were friendly and nice and were prompt with all the materials we needed for the party. They provided the table cloth napkins cups plates, and also water as well. There was a young lady, there name Sam who made our experience wonderful she was friendly to all of my guest and help me navigate the party and make sure that the outcome was amazing

The whole staff was beyond kind and helpful! Lots of entertainment as well, family and I had a blast!

This place is awesome. You can have fun at any age. I'm 37 and was bouncing all over the place. They have massage chairs if you just want to relax and still keep an eye on your kids. The staff was friendly. There is someone on the floor that's there to help with certain set ups like the zip line. It's a great workout. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been here a couple of times for parties and the kids always have a great time, we will gladly come back. Kids can jump, climb, and a little area for games to play with money. We love our local Surge.

We had a great time! My kids didn't want to to leave! Very reasonable prices $16 with change including sucks! Obstacle course was our favorite!

Surge is pretty cool. Not my favorite but my son loves it, so who am I to question. The staff was nice and helped where they could. I would recommend and probably will be back.

I gave it a 3/5 for certain reasons. The place was very clean. No one was walking around sweeping or sanitizing but it was kept clean. The woman?s restroom was t woman friendly, not only was there no toilet tissue in the restroom at all, there also wasn't and toilet paper dispenser. I would suggest bringing napkins or something if you're going to use the restroom here. The vending machines are all cash, no cards. There are lockers to rent that you can pay with a card. The is a toddler section (5 and under)

Our first time here. We've been to several around town. Personally I think Surge is our favorite. Glad to finally get it out.

Destination spot for kids. My kids could spend all day here, with a variety of jump and obstacle courses. Great place for birthday parties, too. Staff is friendly. Snack bar available. Restrooms are clean.

Fun place to take the kids to burn off some energy. The only thing I don't like is that you have to buy their socks for $2.50. After an hour of jumping, my kids made it 5 minutes down Veterans then they were out.

Surge is one of my favorite trampoline parks in the New Orleans area for 3 reasons: 1. The space is very open so you can easily see your kids across the trampoline park. Also, the parent seating is on the same level as the jumping. 2. The party areas are open so the kids can come and go, which is much better than being forced into a small party room. 3. Massage chairs! That's right, you can get a massage while watching your kids play.

Kids loved it. It's not small, but the way it's set up, it's not hard to find your kids, They have a zip line that the kids love. I see they do a lot of events. Prices are decent. The only issue is that it took me 20 minutes for me to pay after I signed the waiver.

We didn't get probed by aliens, which was disappointing. We had a great group to go through with and were able to get through the room by using teamwork! This is our 3rd or so room with this place. We've been bouncing through all the locations! You could definitely do one of these rooms, then go hit the foam pits after. The staff was perfect, didn't give away too many hints and was pretty funny.

We felt very uncomfortable by the woman who checked us in, she was terribly mean to the person putting the chips away in front of me and my kids. She yelled at him a few times "Stop doing that" "You're doing it wrong" for not doing his job correctly. The man who she yelled at was a actually very friendly and was interacting with the kids before the woman arrived to check us in. We were the only ones there when we arrived today at around 1:00 PM

So glad they have Sensory Sunday specials! The first Sunday of every month from 10am-12pm is no lights or sounds jumping time for the sensory impaired for a discounted price of $7.99! My little ones had a blast! And the staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal!!!

Had a small issue and the manager there was very kind and helpful. I appreciate good customer service! Which is why even after it we decided to go back. My kids love coming here. I liked that even though we are mid-pandemic, I saw a guy cleaning/sanitizing the trampolines during playtime. Best time is first thing in the morning as soon as they open. Less crowded and more people wearing masks.

We attended a private birthday party this morning from 10 - 12. The manager finally rolled up about 10:15 am to open the door, but promptly left after unlocking the doors (didn't even bother apologizing for delaying the party). The floors and trampolines were randomly strewn with litter and the bathrooms we so horrendous that we wouldn't even allow our children to use the bathroom until we found someone to clean them (and yes we had to go tell someone because they apparently don't check or clean). The party staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, not as organized as other places. The Zipline broke while one of our kids was on it. One staff member came to check on them but really just stood there looking and not offering assistance. No manager came to check in. And that staff member got a pole and a chair to try to put it back together (even though it was broken).
