The manager Toni & team member Jayonna are simply phenomenal. They take great care of us each & every time we come to this amazing establishment. The facility is clean, the air flows nicely to keep our children cool & we have a great time always. I highly recommend everyone come to Surge & come see Toni & the crew.

12/03/2024 A lot of different types of trampolines with a lot of variations for kids to play, missing just a normal trampoline for older kids? 5 play rooms which is amazing but I didn't find changing room? and restrooms a bit scary especially if this place made for kids. Equipment and atmosphere was excellent. Hard to have a bad time. The lady behind the counter was not helpful. As a first time visitor she simply provided no guidance, and said fill out the waiver. Additionally when it came time for my child to cash in the tickets, after stating she would help she vanished behind the desk. Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy to purchase tickets online. The massage chairs are amazing benefit as well. When me and my son went last it was just us and one other kid and parent, but even when it was busy the staff was still friendly and helpful and every time we have been it is always clean and my kids always have tons of fun!

We absolutely love Toddler Time at Surge! It's such a fun and safe way for our little one to burn off energy, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for young kids, and we appreciate how attentive and friendly everyone is. Highly recommend for parents looking for a great activity for their toddlers!

I have visited this place 4 times in the last year. My son loves it and he just learned how to do his first backflip. But today I needed to use the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I refused to go. The door was falling apart. One door to the stalls was completely missing. The other had no locks. We've been to Surge a few times, and my granddaughter always has a great time. The facility is well-maintained and spacious, and the staff are friendly. There are a variety of trampolines, including dodgeball and basketball courts, foam pits under a zip line and trapeze. This place suffers in the same way businesses here previously have. It's a good idea and the initial built is nice but over time maintenance isn't done. The bathrooms were rough and the party rooms really needed some basic paint and floor cleaning. Things were closed, and a couple of the areas had exposed springs. My family had a blast for my daughters' birthday party! The facility is very well kept and the bathrooms were SUPER clean...which scores big points with me! Even though they were short staffed, the customer service of the staff that we encountered were very attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be returning!

I went here with some friends a couple of weeks ago and had fun! The staff was friendly! The place was decently kept, though I think some things could be well kept better, like the dodge ball court. I came in with a groupon voucher for three children thinking I had paid for the tickets for Surge in advance. The nice lady that checked us in turned the situation around. Like previous posts many activities are understaffed or broken. Unfortunately, I did not look to see that in advance and Surge is not disclosing this in advance to customers. In the trampoline park there was an out of order walkway but kids were still all over it. One of the ziplines the handcart was broken on the bottom but still in use so it could spin entirely around the main cable. Surge is a huge spacious place. A lot for kids to do. It's a Trampoline Park. Has swing ropes rock wall. I mean everything. A lot of different activities. Has section for only 4 and under children to play. Has a arcade. Dodge ball area. Definitely a place to take your kids to burn some energy. Even a good place for an adult to be a kid. We frequent this Surge location. Our son loves the multitude of trampolines and other jumping equipment! We even had his birthday party here. Would recommend if you have busy kids that need to get some energy out.

Very fun experience for me, my spouse, my friend, and her kid. Some of the implements were a bit worn, and some others didn't function super well. Overall, I think it is a good fun time; the kid enjoyed playing there as well.

This place is great to bring your kids and fun for all ages. You can even plan a party here. There are alot of different areas in this big indoor environment for kids and adults. "YOU MUST WEAR SOCKS" don't worry lol they have you covered if you don't have any. I will recommend people with kids here. The staff have no idea how any of the equipment properly works, bathrooms are dirty & hardly stocked up. The machines that dispenser cards for the arcade don't work & the staff can't fix them. Also, the "kitchen" is just a drink stand that sells some candy. Would not recommend.

Do not go to this place went for a birthday party and you couldn't play the arcade games because they were broken nobody would work at the concession stand so you couldn't get anything to drink or eat would definitely recommend going somewhere else

Wish there was a Surge in Hampton! This is a fun and safe place for kids of all ages and for families. However, this place is in need of a Glowup! The bathrooms are disgusting. It is imperative for the bathrooms and this facility in general to be properly cleaned and sanitized! Over all a good time.

Great place for kids Birthday parties, something for all kids to enjoy!! From ages 3 to 17 ?? and some things can be a challenge for the 17 year old who is very active in baseball, working out every night at the gym. Lots of fun

I can't find a way to reply to your reply on my review- but you said you hope to correct the problem? we've made phone calls and sent emails to which we had one phone call back from the events manager who was very nice but claims he can't do anything but receives complaints several times a week. You can feel free to email me to ?correct? this problem or call us back at one of the numbers left on the messages. The employees were all really friendly and it was extremely clean inside. The party host helping us was very attentive to our needs and was able to provide any supplies we asked for. I would recommend them for your next party.

I can't express how happy I was tonight with the team at Surge Adventure Park in Newport News VA. Two of my son's got to experience the awesome trampoline park, but my 3rd son who had both legs surgically repaired this year and wears braces couldn't jump so we stuck with the arcade part of Surge Park. Kelli was super helpful at front of desk, great customer service, but hands down I have to give it to Christian!!! I mainly adding this as a shout out to these two employees. These gentlemen worked the ropes for over an hour letting the kids up and down on multiple courses without ever tiring. They could have gone and done other things but kept bouncing between not just one but 4 ropes/rock courses. The kids loved this more than jumping to be honest. This place is huge and we have been to three different ones in the area and by far the kids enjoyed this one more.

WORST ?adventure park? we have ever been to. We travel a lot and enjoy going to different trampoline/adventure parks in different states. We decided to try this one because online it looked awesome. CONS- almost everything was out of order. The only thing to do was jump. Zip lining down, wipeout down, bowling down, all rock climbing and obstacles out of order! Bumper cars out of order. A little bit of fun for all ages, they have a diverse of things, you can play at the arcade you can climb the rock wall or jump on the trampoline or play in the foam pits they have a little zip line area as well! When you get hungry or thirsty you can go to the cafe area and they have a little small bowling area to play in as well!

I am reaching out due to many concerns with the room rental I paid over $400 for. I booked a party from 3p to 5p. I showed up at 2p so that I could give the guests better instructions regarding what to do upon arrival. I had been calling Friday and Saturday morning with no answer. My kids love this place, probably not ideal during flu season beings. we all got sick after this visit! But not their fault.

She went above and beyond. When they got done with the climbing activities she was so kind to go and get them water! My daughter celebrated her birthday with friends and family today. We had an awesome time. The staff was efficient and polite. Answered all my questions and was available for setup and take down. We will be back again.

We just had our 4th successful party at Surge. It's an easy place for a birthday party and if you go first thing in the morning, it's not crowded at all. The staff was friendly and our room was set up and ready for us. If you haven't been in a while, it's time to give it another go. Today we noticed a lot of positive changes they have made and we were told that soon they will be installing some new attractions.

This place was hands down one of our best experiences in Virginia. From the customer service of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and variety of activities for the kids. Always a great time with so much to do. There are always enough polite employees available in the facility. The area is clean and has enough cubbies to put shoes. They have lockable lockers, a place to eat, clean restrooms, an area for private parties and so much more. Prices are reasonable and they have a sitting area if you want to wait. Overall great place and I highly recommend!!

If you are looking for people who treat you with respect and a clean environment?don't go here! Workers don't care, manager treats people rude? and place is just dirty. Also, don't trust their gift cards because they won't honor them!

Why is there no monthly membership to this place? It's nice and has things the kids enjoy (when properly staffed and things are actually working), but it's crazy expensive to go on a regular basis. Add to that now they won't let you bring in water bottles to make you spend more money for overpriced water at the concession stand and it's just not worth the hassle. Sky Zone and Launch offer unlimited memberships, this place needs to get with the program.

Extremely rude. Our family was given vouchers for each member because we are military and they forgot to ring in our discount and couldn't figure out how to refund so they gave us a card for 1 free hour each. They were signed vouchers with no expiration date? 8 months later we went to use them and were told by the manager that she only excepts ones signed by HER and that she had been there 2 years and that they ?changed? programs- yet she showed me the same vouchers that we had!

Could be an amazing place but very poorly kept up... no doors on the bathroom stalls instead there is cheap shower curtains, the center spinning game is broken and the zip lines hardly functioned. My kids love this place but the new food and drink policy is really disappointing. I have never been somewhere that told me I couldn't bring in my kids? water bottles. With no water fountains, you are forced to buy bottled water from their concessions. Surge, as a family friendly establishment, please rethink this policy! You are encouraging dehydration, which is dangerous to your customers.

Very disappointed in this Newport News location. Certain areas were closed off, there were many rips and tears held together with black tape-everywhere! Poorly staffed. No longer has bowling or bumper cars and the machines to buy play cards for the games wouldn't work and there was no way to purchase from the front desk. Even many of those games had signs not working. The place had an odor to it which I think is from poor cleaning. Do not waste your money or time going here. Try Sky Zone in Hampton.

Wonderful trampoline park. We went on a weekday and basically had the entire place to ourselves. I believe there was 1 other family. My kids loved everything especially the zipline and climbing. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean and not run down. We used to go to sky zone often but this is our new favorite.
