Great time and price!!! All you can bowl M-TH 9pm-12am. Had a breakside ipa. Good customer service
Fred and I had a blast at this bowling tournament we attended! The drinks were fresh and cold. They had a great tasty skeleton tap. Not to mention the pizza was too tear! So yummy. Fred and I had a blast at the arcade, there were so many games to choose from. The prize counter had tons of prizes to choose from. And we will definitely be back for some lazer tag!!
It wasn't very busy, we had an issue on our lane so called from the kiosk and was ignored, looked over at the counter and the staff were talking with their phones in their hands I ordered a burger and pizza, and had to argue to have it rung up at happy hour pricing even though it was happy hour I got the burger but never received the pizza. When I notified staff and asked for it to just be removed from my ticket I was told a pizza was delivered. We walked over to my group who had received a pizza they orde
Requirements upon putting my review we had stopped in as play a round of bowling for a friend's birthday the staff asked if we had a reservation which probably should be noted on the website it would be best to reserve a lane ahead of time I figured since it wasn't very busy it would be okay we got our lane we got our shoes most of the employees kind of seemed stressed and there was an instance when we had ordered food and the server was confused and tried to walk off with the food again. There was one staf
Came here with my school/work today! Had such a blast! The staff were very friendly and also checked on me when I fell and hit my head in the laser tag arena. Never have done laser tag before and had such a blast! Had very good Hawaiian pizza too! My absolute favorite!
Edit to reply to the owner: We have been to every family bowling center in the area. Superplay is not the cheapest, but it is the one that has the most glictching on the lanes. So at least that's #1 in something. Regardless, we did have fun given the circumstances. That is why it's a 2 star. Reason it's not more: The waiting time for the reset button to work, and the time it took for staff to clear and reset the lane, and then move us lanes took up 10 whole minutes of our hour time window. So being able to
My son had a fantastic 11th birthday party here with 8 of his besties! Terry, the owner and his wife were so friendly, accommodating and invested in making sure my son had the best time. The young man who helped us with our party (a Lincoln High School student) was exceptional as well. We did laser tag, bowling (complete with black lights and fun music) and arcade (loved the 45 min all you can play option!) . All the kids said it was the best party ever. Thank you Superplay! We will be back!
Best place to bowl, best staff around, best prices around if you take advantage of the week night specials. Monday thru Thursday is only $7 a person from 9pm midnight. You wont find a better deal ANYWHERE IN America. I recently drove across the country from Portland OR. To Portland ME. and bowled quite a few different bowling alleys. A lot of them charge by the game only and that's between $5 and upwards of $7 to $8 a game. And $35 and up is average rate to rent a lane for an hr. Needless to say bowling t
Had birthday party for my kid here. The place is mismanaged. They forgot to serve some of the food items. One of the drinks tasted bad. The host was all over the place. They won't be getting my business again.
Bowling was great, they have a slide for the balls to help kids which made taking our twin toddlers fun for the whole family :) thought there would be more games in the arcade- many were out of order. Definitely will be going back for bowling
1st time here. What a blast! Was here with my church. Bowling. Lazer tag, video games, pizza, watching the ducks win on the big screen. I even got a personal best on bowling. It was a great night! I'll deffinatly be back! ??
Current specials on website are not valid even though it is still on their website. Showed up Friday night for late night special $10 an hour 10pm to close and was told they are no longer doing it. We ended up leaving. Thanks for nothing.
Went out with kip and the boys for a night of bowling.. Haven't bowled in years, I forgot how fun it is.. We bowled a few games on an unlimited game night. Boys played a little lazer tag while kip and I brushed up on our bowling. Had a blast!!!
Disorganized, choatic, and over priced. Unless you are going to a party there, there are better options. Held an event for an organization there. First we we're given tables next to a sqealing belt. They did offer to move us, but we we're already set up. Paid for bowling, but weren't given a lane. Then the game that was bowled got deleted before it was finished. Then we were moved to a lane the furthest away from the rest of our party despite there being open lanes closer. I ordered 5 pizzas (which aren
This bowling alley is very clean and has modern high tech lanes. You are able to pick which plays have bumpers and which do not. They go up and down automatically as needed. We had started our game on one lane but the bumpers got stuck up. The staff quickly helped us they transferred our whole game including all our scores to a different lane and the bumper preference came over too and we had no more issues with it the rest of the day. The screen will show you tips on how to hit the pins you have remaining
We had a party of about 30. The staff was ready for us. We had pur own room, the pizza was surprisingly good and the service was top notch! Thank you for making our party a success!
What a fun evening! Bowling, food, and a slamming arcade! We'll be back. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
Great place to hang out with families or friends, lots of lanes, food and a bar for adults. And there is a lazer tag too and if you're looking for a place around the neighborhood check it out.
Online it states Cosmic Bowling starts at 5pm on Saturdays, I called and they stated Cosmic Bowling starts at 5pm on Saturdays, I arrived, sign clearly stated Cosmic Bowling starts at 5pm on Saturdays. I asked if a lane was available, I am told yes a lane is available. I asked is Cosmic Bowling would be starting soon as it was after 5pm, the guy brought back his superior who stated Cosmic Bowling starts at 10pm and they have 8 people on a waiting list for an open lane. ?Sorry this place is very disorganized
We had an amazing time for my daughters birthday. Awesome staff, great atmosphere, definitely a great place to celebrate or get together with friends.
Booked 2 lanes for a birthday. One lane had malfunctions the entire night. Had to call employees over to lane 11 to reset the machine about 8-10 times. Lots of play time was lost. Asked if we can get a partial refund since most of the game was interrupted. Employee agreed that it was unfair but said they cannot do a partial refund but only extend the time on the other lane. We explained we couldn't stay out that late and if we could talk to the manager. Tried explaining to Mike the manager that our lane
Kids and family had a great time. Lanes we were on kept breaking down but they fixed it and gave us another lane and more time. Food was good.
This was our second birthday party here & both times have been very disappointing. The first time was last month and they failed to mention renting out over half of the building to some gross church event auctioning off gifts and harassing our birthday guests about their church stuff. If we would've known a giant event was taking over we would have chosen a different day. But again this was never mentioned. The entire time we tried to chat with our guests or even sing happy birthday, someone in the church g
My first time at bowling here was unbeatable. With great service, I completely enjoyed my time. From the arcade to laser tag (my favourite) and the bowling. I won a lot of arcade machines and would definitely recommend!
A bowling pin is a cylindrical object used in the sport of bowling. It is typically made of wood or plastic and is designed to stand upright in a triangular arrangement at the end of a bowling lane. Bowling pins are knocked over by a heavy bowling ball, and the goal of the game is to knock down as many pins as possible with the least number of rolls. There are ten pins in standard ten-pin bowling, and each pin is about 15 inches (38 cm) tall and weighs between 3.5 to 3.8 pounds (1.6 to 1.7 kg). The shape o
Things were on kind of shaky ground at one point with my daughters? birthday party. But Riley, our party coordinator, and the management really came through to make it right! The set up and communication with our coordinator was great. The schedule was mostly smooth aside from the aforementioned rough patch. After they bent over backwards (they really did) to fix it I'd definitely use them again. Great customer service.
This place provides a pretty great activity. We got 3 lanes and had a large group. Because we did so, it was only 7 dollars a person. The environment is fun and the lanes function better than alot of bowling centers I've been too. A few glitches as always, but still quite good. I also performed one of the greatest shots in history. It was the last frame of a game and my first bowl left me with two pins on each far side of the lane. How does one get all 4 pins, being on opposite sides? Well, with two balls
The kids absolutely loved it and the young staff was spot on. We bought a Groupon for my sons birthday weekend and was an absolute steal and they let us start before 6! Just my wife and kids went to wrap up the birthday weekend so it wasn't a party but it was great. The kids minds were blown as well as mine since we didn't know they did cosmic bowling on Sunday afternoons and played some great 80s jams for me and plenty of music for the kids. The food was good for what it was. Nothing gives me more satisfac
For bowling, I feel like it can't really be beat. Great prices for the area. However, everything else is not great. Many of the arcade games are broken, and the ticket redemption game selection is pretty lame and lacking, which is surprising because their redemption area is very nice! Claw machines are very expensive for the payout rate too... cool coin pusher though. The laser tag is alright, kind of expensive for what it is. Very strange layout with a long hallway in the middle. And the laser tag operato
We had a great time bowling and since we dont bowl much we all used the gutter bumpers! Lots of fun. The shoes were nice and new The score screen was cool with easy to access perks like taking photos of the players. We got fries and shakes to munch they were ok and filled the need. We didnt go to the other areas this time. But lazer and arcade looked good and pretty clean. The music and black lights really set the scene for fun energy too.
The staff was helpful and patient, and seriously on top of cleaning everything. Kids had fun, sound track entertained the parents. Good times.
Ball is too heavy or too light for beginner. Atmosphere was really good. Hahha.. actually we had injured from bowling ball hole... wood particles was too sharp and that one poke my finger and my friend's finger.
This place is wonderful we were here for my children's birthday party and they really went the extra mile and are very affordable and laser tag was great as well as the cleanliness and the staff deff a favorite new spot
Had a family Christmas party here and it was great. It was our second one. Food was good and we had a great time
Fun place for bowling and my family's favorite place for laser tag.
Very Nice place for people of all age. Visit to be free from stress, full of enjoy
Probably won't ever come back. Prompted for a tip for just renting bowling lanes. After paying for an hour, I had to wait over 10 minutes to order juice and tater tots. While I was waiting to order, my kid came complaining how long it was taking only have the employee lecture us that ?service takes time?. That ?service? took over 40 minutes to get us nearly cold tater tots (after complaining). We didn't even get to finish our 2nd game in the hour that we paid for before our lane was abruptly shut off. We sp
Absolutely fantastic birthday party for our daughter. The manager and her daughter did a fantastic job. They were attentive, appreciative of our presence and made the whole experience one that we will definitely do again. I feel bad that we didn't get their names. We were strapped for cash and only had $10 for a tip. I wish we could have given you both $100. We are scraping by middle class and this was the best we could pull for our kid. You all did amazing. We will will definitely give you more business
Allister is the sweetest and most attentive bartender ever! He went above and beyond for our whole table and made sure our drinks were never empty and that we never needed any additional help. His drinks were also delicious which is a bonus! Can't wait to come back and bowl and hope to have him as a bartender
Prices on bowling are great so if you're looking for a lane to roll on this is the place. But the food here SUCKS. Specifically the pizza - I imagine cardboard has more flavor. And the manager is an A-HOLE. They set our family up to bowl on a lane next to a league then stood lording over us when we were finishing to force us to leave faster.
Our kids love this place. It feels run down, but surprisingly clean. The kids loved the food and the laser tag. They have pretty good deals almost everyday of the week that won't bust the bank. The arcade is actually pretty good with great quality games.
First things first Thank You to Ethan and Jacob!! ok now my review: we're out of towners & just popped in mid week evening. I wasn't expecting for me & my son to have such a great time!! The customer service was a 10!! and it's so appreciated you guys made out night out great! We'll be back the next time we are in OR
Birthday party spot Fun family time
Fun for all. Bowling, laser tag and arcade games. Service was friendly. Standard American menu and a full bar. Several times the pins fell down when being racked, so if you are serious about your bowling this could be a hinderance.
Went to cosmic bowling, The cosmic really isn't that heavy. it's really only when you're in the actual lane that you get cosmic lighting. When we also went for a birthday and half our party, we were able to walk in with a cake and when we walked in were immediately turned around with my cake and told we couldnt take it in. Towards the end of our 2 hours all the other employees had no issue with the other cake we had and even brought playes and napkins for us to eat with until the same one man came and told
They were so friendly.we did a tournament.
Celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday. The host and manager were very welcoming and helpful. The pizza was yummy and the kids had a fantastic time!!
We hosted our senior all night party there and the staff was absolutely fantastic. We had the best customer service. They were attentive, accommodating and just all around wonderful. Highly recommended
We came to Superplay for a soccer team celebration. The staff were great, food was good and the beers were cold. Excellent customer service from everyone, and the manager took extra time to make sure we were all taken care of. Great for a good time with a lot of kids!
I got the timed cards instead of the $15 cards for my sons party and was never told you dont get to reedeem tickets on a timed card. Nor does it say on info on booking. Needless to say a couple of our party participants were so sad about it they cried including my son. Super messed up i would of picked the $15 ones if i knew that was the case. Why they would do that is beyond me and in my opinion and to the other parents it was wrong. They didnt even offer to change it.everthing else was great though.
We came down from Aberdeen, Wa with a groupon....didnt know what to expect. We ended up having a great time .... the best bowling alley we have been to ... they have laser tag and an amazing VR experience, all with a great atmosphere ... highly recommend Superplay
Staff were friendly and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Was easy to add bumpers when we wanted and for individual players. Quick service at the bar. Almost the same price to get bud light vs better beers. Chilled glasses for beer. Price is ok. Will consider coming back when I want to bowl and am in Beaverton area.
Used to love this place. But the last time we went they really just sucked. -would not honor our lasertag passes that we purchased, because they closed lasertag over an hour early on us -took over 40 minutes to serve 1 basket of French fries while not even busy -bowling lane broke down, and they just ended our game early with no offer of time extension or free game, even with time left on our clock. No lane switch. We paid over $100 here, and got 1 game of bowling and some late fries out of it. Rest was
Good place for kids' parties. I've gone to 3 total parties here, 2 of them being my kids' bday parties. Laser Tag is really fun! I feel like there could be more video games, which is why I give 4 stars. Overall, it is a great place for bowling and games. The party packages are pretty spendy. But it's the going rate anymore wherever you go. The one we chose covered party decorations, goody bags, pizza and drinks, plus $15 a child for the arcade and 2 games of Laser Tag. All we brought was the cake and prese
It's okay, expensive on the laser tag, wish it was cheaper, also their pizza is Great the prices are just a little ridiculous and would come more often if they lowered their price on certain things. But otherwise not good for last minute gigs.
Fun place, arcade is decent but cool place, high quality balls and the machines don't break too often
Just took my son here for a birthday party. He had a certificate that allowed for 8 people to do bowling and laser tag. Some of his friends couldn't show up and the manager was super great and allowed my son to get two games of laser tag and two games of bowling. He was super nice and made us feel very welcome. This really made my son's birthday. Thanks so much for being accommodating and helping us out. Would definitely come back they are very service-oriented
First time visiting here to try the bowling. Great prices for Thursday at $10/Hr per lane. Hard to beat that. However, our lane 9 had multiple mechanical issues with resetting pins, getting stuck, and sometimes randomly missing a pin in the one hour we played. Also we noticed the people on lane 7 were experiencing mechanical issues as well with pins not resetting properly. It was annoying to say the least so won't be going back unless our budget is exceptionally tight.
It was ok. Great staff tho!! The packages could be way better tho, more time on bowling maybe. Idk have little more better arcades to play. Idk overall the kids had fun and that's al that matters
They have fun attractions but definitely eat before you go, their food and drinks are very overpriced (8.4 red bull was $5) and do not get the chicken it's... yeah. Their pizza and fries are really good though and I love the laser tag and the music choice.
Professional, welcoming, friendly, good value. We had three hours with 24 people bowling, tagging, eating - everyone had a great time. Staff was on top of any issue - such as all the stuck balls we had. We had 18 teens and some adults supervising. The staff treated everyone with the same respect and added to our great time. We'll be bringing the group back again in Spring. I do need to take advantage of their $2 Tuesdays, though. Girls Night!
Awesome bowling experience with the big screens playing music videos. Really nice bar and a lot of fun games in the arcade. I really enjoyed the layout of the laser tag as well. Went with a large group of adults and had a great time. We got a bunch of food and it was all pretty good too!
Our son had his birthday party at Super Play today and it was fantastic! All the kids had a blast! The service was great, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Reasonable priced for everything you get. I'd definitely recommend it!
Date night for laser tag and bowling. SuperFun! Staff was friendly, attentive and energetic.
Was clean and efficient. Well run and no issues. My sons enjoyed the laser tag and arcade. Spent an hour bowling and ate dinner. Food was hot and price was reasonable. Would like to go back the next time I'm in Portland.
I go to Superplay all the time, and this time has been the worst. There is a coin/card pusher arcade machine at Superplay. I used to always play on it, and I collected multiple cards to try and get 7 for 5000 points. I got 6. However, they recently changed the machine, so now they have different cards and higher expectations. One more card, and I could have gotten 5000, but the person at the counter only gave me 350. They gave me absolutely no compensation for their rule change. I am very disappointed and w
Great food and a great bowling visit. Having never bowled before so when they told me that there were GUTTERS I brought gutter cleaning supplies. Someone was talking about that super play produced strikes I contacted all my college friends and we made banners and signs to show them we were ready to STRIKE. We even brought SPARES.
My husband's company had their Christmas party here. Had a great time. The bowling lanes area were very nice and clean. He enjoyed the the laser tag. Only issue for me was the amount of "smoke" to show off the lighting.
Great place for adults and kids. Lots of TVs, bowling lanes and games. My daughter had a blast!!!
So much fun from bowling to video games... And Karaoke!
First off we booked a party for 12 people. I will start with the people we booked it with were super nice and I feel a little bad for the owner. Our server was seen maybe 4 times total. After our first hour of bowling was over we saw her about 20 minutes later, the pizza was good but with air bubbles in the cheese pizza. The first game of laser tag, we had one vest that didn't work. When that was over we went back and I did the cake and presents with no server still, then when we were done it was time for o
Great music playing, multiple sports games on the big screens, and decent food. We stayed for 4 hours, bowling, laser tag, and video games!!
My family and I went here tonight for my birthday to play laser tag and arcade games. We'd never been here before and we were pleasantly surprised! The laser tag arena is large and I love how it has a ramp so you can be on the second level. The arcade games were fun too. I feel like the prices were reasonable and we'll definitely go back :)
Laser Tag is very impressive. Lots of fun. Really good layout, much like a maze. All the equipment was well maintained, and the place seems clean. Good parking outside. Avoid the soap in the bathrooms if you do not wish for your hands to smell of revolting perfumes for the next 24 hours.
I tried Superplay for the first time last week. I thought it was great. Easy to reserve a lane, reasonably priced, the staff was nice. I also liked that it didn't feel too crowded or chaotic in there, even though it was a busy night. The classic split-level layout of the space helps with this, I feel. I prefer it to the more flat, open, echo-y designs of the newer alleys. It's probably my favorite of the bowling alleys I've tried in the Beaverton area. Would recommend.
Super play is great, great staff and friendly people. We come here every week just to bowl. As we were bowling this big white guy says his name is Alli and he works there. He threaten to kick us out cause he says he us throw two balls which never happened. We playing league style. This guy was intoxicated with beer in hand and his face was pink. That guy was super rude to us and we left cause he was messing up our game.
We went with a youth group of 22, staff had us checked in timely and accommodated our special requests. Bowling lanes are well maintained. Place also has Laser tag. Food was really good.
Staff are friendly, willing to fix errors on their part, however it can be difficult to find said staff member that can help. Best to go when not busy to ensure that you can get help when needed. Otherwise, fun and family-friendly environment, would come back again. Additionally, when you have staff helping you, they are consistently polite and respectful, and make a return to Superplay likely each time.
The gluten free pizza was atrocious. It tasted old and stale. Everything else was great. We played lazertag, bowling and the arcade area was great.
It was a great time there. I Loved It
Great bowling alley with laser tag and a small arcade. The arcade games are very expensive, and the amount of tickets you need to earn a decent prize is steep! You're looking at $1.50+ for each turn on a game.
Had partyfor Christmas. They had 2 months to get ready. Employees all got there and they were not prepared. [ the staff had nothing ready . Had a bartender who had no clue. Food was not good. Pizza was a sliver thin . Other food was barely warm. No need for photos. Games if you play didn't pay tickets they're empty. Not going there again.
What a great place that had so much to do. My son really enjoyed it. Bowling and lazer tag with pizza and arcade games. It kept the kids going and never got bored. The staff was excellent. Thank you very much for a positive clean experience.
We went on a Wednesday and the games were on happy hour and we left with quite a prize haul and for 3 of us to bowl was only 10.50. I think drinks and tater tots were more than our actually bowling price. The staff are amazing.
For having an "arcade" the game selection is horrible. Not many to choose from, the games are expensive, you need a lot of tickets for garbage prizes.. hoping next time to go bowling and change my review.
Amazing customer service. I bought my first ball and took it here to get drilled. Mike - the owner - personally attended to me and absolutely dialed me in. Had me bowl a game and gave me a lesson all to make sure he drilled my ball correct. Without a doubt one of the best customer service experience I've had.
Formerly Valley Lanes, all the changes made that turned it into SuperPlay are positive. Some lanes were removed to add in laser tag, which I haven't tried but heard it's perfectly decent. The food selection and quality is greatly improved, the bar is nice, and the TV's are large and everywhere. Music is good, staff is good, price is similar to nearby competition. Good experiences so far here!
An amazing staff, facility, and all around great place to be. Everyone, from the owners, manager, to the waiters/waitresses were all very kind, considerate and patient with every customer they encountered. They have an awesome Laser-tag arena, arcade, bowling alley and bar- I will Definitely be coming back here. 6 Stars!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
