The glow blowing was a blast! And there party set up was great! Definitely one of the better birthday options for kids in our area
I recently visited Superior Entertainment Center with my family and had high hopes for a fun outing, but we faced several issues. We encountered problems with our initial lane and requested help, but despite the staff?s attempts, the issue remained unresolved. After insisting on switching lanes, we were moved to another lane that also wouldn't work. After spending $60 for two hours of bowling, we found ourselves stuck on the second frame with only 1.5 hours left. When I requested a refund, I was offered a
Not bad for the casual bowler. Approach is sticky. Lane conditions aren't optimal. If you are a right handed bowler, beware of being stuck on lane 1. The wall is so close, your approach will suffer. Especially if you're a two handed bowler. And the bathrooms are at lane 1, which are the old style, walk in...no main doors. Doesn't help the appetite for wanting food. But, as long as you're there with a fun group and don't worry about scores and aren't stuck near the bathrooms, it should be a fun time.
Great food, great prices. Tuesday trivia night is not to be missed.
Loved the place, was having some bad asthma issues, but once inside within 20 min, I was feeling better & symptoms nearly gone, but they lost one star for noise & the multitude of bright flashing lights I guess they don't realize some people can have seizures from flashing red or white lights. While they were at a birthday party, some had to leave solely because of those flashing lights . Overall, it was fun. I can't share any photos due to kids in them & won't without parents' consent & I'm not going there
Connect Marquette hosted a casual event at Superior Entertainment Center recently. The drink menu was great with a fun selection of cocktails and craft beers. The staff was responsive and friendly. We also ordered several things off the food menu, all of which were pretty tasty. Overall a fun place to have an event with a good sized group at a decent price!

Great old school bowling alley. Food is good for the type of venue this is, and they have a nice bar for post-game beers. Some great sports memorabilia as well. Arcade will occupy the kiddos who're tired of bowling.
Lanes were very poorly greased, but I was there on a Monday so I suppose it's forgivable. But they played the same two songs the whole time we were there ?? Prices were pretty good though I felt like I was treated rudely by some of the staff which kind of put me in a sad mood right off the bat. I have good memories in the past, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth.
Took my son there for his 6th birthday party. Sunday is suppose to be glow, but if there are tournament bowlers there they won't turn them on. The manger lady with the Victoria secret face mask is rude. The upside is my son is 6 so he had fun bowling. The male manger was helpful and had a nice demeanor.
Never have been treated so poorly in my life by a person. Felt disrespected and won't be returning anytime soon. Girl with black hair is hostile and shouldn't be dealing with customers. Don't go here. I have been to bowling alleys across America and this is the first one that has charged $28 for a half hour. We were not aware of this until we left but your time with the alley way starts when you swipe your card. Not knowing that information, we got our shoes and beers. At the bar we had a terrible bartender who questioned all of our IDs for 20min when we are all legal and was never kind even when we went back for a refill. The most recent experience here may be an outlier, but it was so bad that I will not be returning. The chicken wings at a place with wings in the name should be at least tolerable. They were burnt to a crisp and tasted like nothing (they were nice enough to discount the bill). However, the topper was when the person who brought our food told us they were out of ketchup and we would need to go ask someone at another table when they were finished.
Put to many people with us was interfering with our game. To many balls thrown in the racks. Was many open lanes but put them next to us. To many people! Waste of money and time!!! They shouldn't allow kids to roam by themselves!!
This establishment has by far the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The lady with black hair and a tattoo on her neck interrogated me and questioned if my I.D. was real, Im a grown man what do I need a fake I.D. for. After 10 min of this I was accused of trying to purchase alcohol for a group of minors that I had passed on my way in the biulding. Good food. Very worn and tired bowling alley. The place frankly needs an update and for as many years that it has been a reliable entertainment regulation bowling center, the priority has changed from serving the bowling community to catering to a bar and restaurant scene and trivia night. Somehow it's just not up to its past. I have spent many fun nights bowling here and hopefully one day they will repair the alley floor, update the monitors for scoring and the ball returns. I wish I could give zero stars. Bad experience from start to finish, I feel like I was being targeted at this establishment. I have a kidney disease and require a water at all times. I was told to take my water bottle outside, which I understand due to covid but the attitude when asking me to do so felt extremely condescending. I was very excited to to try their sustainable menu. There are not enough places like that in Marquette. I ordered this awesome sounding local grass fed beef burger with pulled pork on top from another local grass fed farmer with saut?ed mushrooms, onions and green peppers with mozz cheese. I came to the bowling alley, not because of the bowling but because I CRAVE the pizza. I dont know what it is about the pizza but it lives rent free in my head. I was also accompanied by amazing customer service and smiles by all staff. Forks were also ????. Best forks
This place takes horrible care of their lanes, hardly ever any oil on the lanes and they break down all the time. Food is decent but way overpriced. Way too expensive. If you are looking to bowl at good, well taken care of lanes go to River Rock Lanes in ishpeming. River Rock Lanes has quality bowling and quality food all at a fair price. River Rock Lanes is infinitely better then superior entertainment
I don't want to rant about my bad experience but I won't be coming back... $100 dollars for 6 adults to play 1 game, with shoes, and drink 2 pitchers of beers (which they shamed us for even wanting) hopefully Kayla isn't your waitress ;)

A good place to have fun in Marquette for all ages, but I would advise them to think about the employees they hire. I had a bad experience with a young blonde employee there a few days ago, she was extremely rude and mocked us after we asked her a question about the rules of Quartermania. I've been to this bowling alley many times, but I'm now questioning whether my family and I will come back.
A little pricey at $7 a game but they gotta stay open some how... Glad to see bowling alleys opening back up and hope they are able to stay running for the foreseeable future. Friendly staff and a great experience, no complaints from me!
My wedding party, and I wanted to go bowling after my wedding ceremony. It was 9pm, on a Saturday. The grill was already shut off, the bartender was slow, and the server offered to microwave us some food. ?????? Needless to say, this place has gone down hill. I wouldn't recommend.
Pretty decent price and people. But got put on a wait list and kept getting passed by. Our 10 min wait with one group in front of us turned in to 30 min wait and like 3 groups groups got a lane before us. It was rediculous

Great place, had a great time. Kids had so much fun and they arranged everything for the birthday party. You just come with the cake and they take care of everything else.

Bowling is great but arcade is rigged for the kids. Watched multiple kids lose out on hundreds of tickets because the ticket machine doesn't add up right. The staff said they don't have time for that.
Good bowling alley, a little high in price compared to other lanes in the area, but all around a great place. The kids will love the small arcade while adults can enjoy the attached bar area.
Went there to get our bowling balls drilled after about 3 weeks of them telling us that will be done next week thay finally drilled them and got them back all messed up why offer a service if you don't know how to do it now I have to take my ball somewhere else to get it fixed

Such a dysfunctional business. It's very obvious it's poorly managed. At one point in time (before covid) I went and it was busy and fun. Unfortunately, not anymore.

Had a great time bowling, but if you're trying to get a drink in the bar.... be prepared to wait and wait and wait... and THEN be acknowledged... and then be told to wait longer... incredibly annoying when you're trying to get back for your turn.
A great spot for familys to have some good old fashion fun. Excellent drink menu... great variety of snacks especially for a bowling alley!!
