Supa Claw was way more fun than I expected! The place is super clean and colorful ? it honestly feels like a mini arcade adventure. The claw machines are addictive, but the best part is you can actually win stuff, not just waste your money. I also loved the rewards program; it makes you want to come back and rack up points for exclusive prizes. Staff was friendly, and it's easy to find the location. I'll definitely be back!

It was an amazing experience with my friends, we came here for a birthday party here and it was perfect, I loved how the machines were easy but not too easy, gave a real challenge. And the place is super clean and nice 9/10 would come again.

We had such a great time at this claw machine arcade! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially toward my child. They went out of their way to make the experience fun and memorable, even helping out when the machine got a little tricky. The place was clean, well-lit, and full of exciting machines with a great variety of prizes. My child left with a big smile and a few wins, but more importantly, some great memories. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for families!

Supa Claws machines are rigged so that when you have picked up an item it is bumped hard at the top before sliding to the opening and even though completely in the claw, in the air?.it gets knocked off before it slides to the opening. Lucky Claw Paw, a different place is much better. Once your item is in the claw and in the air it isn't bumped at the top and knocked off. Set up really nice but the wins were terrible. Claw strength was very weak. We frequent these types of places and this was first time ever that not a single prize was won by either one of us. Friendly place but we definitely felt ripped off.

Tuesday happened to be token special day...if you go to counter, for $20, you get 27 coins instead of 24 from machine. This place is not a scam.. not sure why people are complaining. Me and my daughter came here last night and it was almost closing time.. we were determined to go in there and win before we went to eat next door at Panera bread.. Anytime we are in the area my toddler is attracted to this place because of the big Panda and bright colors. So today we went in to give it a shot. I purchased 5 tokens to play 5 games. 4 of the 5 games I picked up a toy and each time right as the claw turns to deliver the toy the claw completely OPENS and drops the toy. Place is terrible. Dollar store selection of plushies and they rarely have them full enough to win anything out of. The employee that was working today didn't even offer to move things around or help. This place has gone downhill and it's not what it used to be. Spent $20 to get three small dollar store size plushies

The staff were super nice and it definitely feels like family inside!
