Impossible to find an employee or napkins. Then employee was rude. Ice cream tasted bad. Never knew it was possible to mess up ice cream. Whole place was too loud. Table was sticky. Do not recommend
Sundae Surprise: My nieces and nephews know our sweet tooth! Thanks to my adorable niece and nephew, I discovered a new dessert haven called Sundae, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! From the moment they dragged us in (kidding, of course!), We were hooked. The inviting atmosphere with cheerful colours and comfy seating had me feeling like a kid again. And then came the real test: the menu. Sundae and Acai, you say? Decisions, decisions! But thanks to my indecisive (and delicious!) family, I got
Hi. I have been coming here for YEARS and I was surprised today at how messy it was. The toppings were all over the counter and 5 of the flavored yogurts that we tried were watery so we repeatedly had to get a new cup and start over. I told the employee and suggested putting a sign. That area was a mess too, yogurt dripping down the front and on the machines. The girl did come and clean up but I think she was by herself, so doing register and everything else. I understand it's a Saturday so it's probab
Love this place, but past couple of times I have gone about half the froyo machines were out of service and the ones that were working the yogurt was coming out like soup....The counters and tables were also very sticky....
Bubble tea took 1/2 hr to get?coffee too 20 min?.smoothie too forever?.got soft serve from the wall. It was good. Novel idea. However now I have my ice cream and no spoon?no cashier to pay and get my spoon?my I cream melted away. And it was expensive, almost $9 for a cup of ice cream. Next time I'll go to carvel on Wednesday or baskin robbins on Tuesday. Those are their two fer days. Thank you for responding?however it wasn't after school, It was evening and I didn't get the bubble tea cause I didn't want t
I absolutely love going here for dessert. i love the amount of different self serve flavors they offer and ones that serve people with diet restrictions! They have a gigantic topping bar compared to other establishments with a similar platform. The prices definitely are more steep then they used to when I used to venture here years ago, but it still is worth it because you can get more bang for your buck compared to Carvel. The only problem I have is the tables are always filthy.
Very clean ! We love coming here with our kids . Great selection of froyo and toppings.
I have to be honest I was a little disappointed. I liked that they had a lot of flavors to choose from and the person who helped me was very friendly. However, one of the machines was not working which happened to be a flavor I really wanted (peanut butter). Several of the machines that were working had fro yo that came out with varying textures. Some were kind of melted. The vanilla tasted really artificial to me. The machines needed to be wiped down, presentation wasn't great. Floor looked pretty sticky/d
Yesterday I was in the mood for a frozen coffee. I asked the very nice young woman behind the counter if they use almond milk. She stated yes we have almond milk. I told her what I i wanted in my frozen coffee she made some suggestions. Not only was she knowledgeable, kind, and patient she made me a really good frozen coffee. Thank you!!
While there is a nice selection of soft and hard serve ice cream as well as toppings, smoothies and acai bowls, this venue falls short in many ways. 1 - The place is consistently dirty. The floors are always sticky - accidents/spills happen, of course, but the floor should not be sticky as soon as they open. Crumbs everywhere! 2 - The management is foolish -- there is a no sample policy. As it was explained to me, teenagers would come in to sample everything and then not buy anything. Ok, I get it. But
Great experience! a lot of flavors and options (even Vegan). The service was outstanding, they really care about you and take their time to nail your order. Will be definitely coming back specially during the summer.
I normally order from here after the gym and get a peanut butter protein shake. A guy with long dead blonde hair took over 10 minutes to ring me up because he didn't know what he was doing and I called it in 20 minutes before and they didn't even make it or know about my order. I went back again (my mistake) and asked for it again and the lady messed it up putting regular protein and choc ice cream when I said vanilla and peanut butter protein. The girl then gets visibly annoyed and remakes it without the b
Excellent place you have choice to pay by ounce or get the one price cup for a lot of toppings.
This was our first time going there and we missed these signs. My girlfriend and I were just trying to go for some light post dinner dessert. We accidentally grabbed the green cup not knowing it the ?eat all you want? style. We grabbed it cuz it's slightly smaller! We approached the register and found out what the deal was. We asked if she could Weigh the cup anyways as there was a minimal amount in both cups (very visible). The cashier denied the request. We asked if we could scoop the contents of our cu
Ordered the small acai bowl, was a bit pricey but it was worth it. On the other hand you can load up on toppings at a fixed price for the frozen yogurt
This place is family friendly. It has great choices of ice cream and frozen yogurt and non-dairy products, plus they serve Acia Bowls always made fresh. A fun place that always leaves you smiling. It's always delicious. I highly recommend visiting them.. :)
I've ordered from here before and not had issues but today I pulled a staple out my mouth after almost cutting my tongue. It was in a bite towards the bottom of my acai bowl. This is completely unacceptable! Thank God I wasn't sharing this with my toddler like I usually do! They forgot two toppings off of my husband?s ice cream as well but compared to the staple in my food that's the least of my worries.
They had either vanilla or chocolate, those were pretty much the only flavors available. They had quite a few toppings, the only ones i found appealing had none left. I ended up with a cup of vanilla and sprinkles. I paid for myself and my three friends. Total was $36 for 4 cups. NINE DOLLARS for vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that i didn't even enjoy. Don't waste your time here, go literally anywhere else. If they had more flavors or if they stocked up their toppings I maybe would consider spending 9 buc
I wouldn't even give this place one star! Water was everywhere all over the floor, the owner should?ve told the kids behind the counter to close!! I witnessed someone fall. My shoe got stuck on the wet floor and I could?ve fallen. The workers were sweet I felt bad for them. Now the ice cream..as soon as we walked out my boyfriend threw his away, he couldn't even eat it he said it tasted so watered down. I tried mine-DISGUSTING. We were going to go to carvel and I wanted to give this place a shot, we should?
Went in tonight with my 2 grandkids 5yr and 7yr. Had them grab the smaller white cups instead of the larger dotted cups so they didn't overfill with ice cream and candy and waste it, since I was under the impression it was charged by the weight as it had been last time I went. Well helped the 5yr old with his cup and went up to the counter and put it on the scale, while waiting for the 7yr old to come up with her cup so they could be weighted together. However the manager said I don't have to wait for her
Frozen yogurt do it yourself place, as well as a?a? bowls, and edible cookie dough, and a small section of hard ice cream. Place was kind of messy. Lots of toppings were on the floor. Gets to be pricey too.
Sundaes did an amazing job for my nephews birthday. The staff was awesome! Did a great job with our crazy group. The ice cream was also really delicious? and had options available for my child with multiple food allergies. The facility was clean. We had a great time. Would highly recommend booking them for a birthday.
Very dumb charging method. Just pick the unlimited cup and fill it to the brim.
My sisters and I are regulars here. We have tried a?a? bowls at a lot of different places but none compare to Sundaes!! The bowls are consistently fresh and delicious and we usually get a bowl several times a week. By far the best a?a? bowls we have ever had. We love the staff as well!!! Gina is the sweetest ever and always remembers our orders. Thank you Sundaes!!!!!
Tasty but when I arrived 2 hours after opening, half the frozen yogurt machines were not turned on and 1/3 of the toppings were out. Seemed pretty unorganized. I recommend better training or hire more staff.
Absolutely atrocious. We used to go all the time, after tonight's experience my wife and I will no longer be going here. 1/2 of the flavors weren't working, there were barely any toppings to choose from and the toppings that were available looked like they were out for days and the serving area was beyond disgusting. I've been going there for over a year and always add my "points" and yet I never seem to get any discounts. Very disappointed with how this establishment is conducting business and will most
Total ripnoff! We went in there after the movies. I was with my 4 year old and 6 year old. I asked the woman working if the fro yo went by weight nd she barely love OKed up and gave a grunt of yes. She was fussing with the machines because more than half of the machines weren't working. I was standing next to her explaining to my son that he could pick one flavor and one toping. Anyway my daughter got a single scoop. I went to pay and the cost was astronomical ($14) for not even quarter of the way full fro
Ordered a Oreo cookies and cream cake Friday night pay for it over the phone. They said it would be ready Saturday at noon went there Saturday about 1:00 p.m. that's when the disaster and lack of communication started. I was in the store at least 15 minutes which is a long time standing in a ice cream place when I literally have been in there 30 seconds in the past to pick up cakes. They said the crust cracked or something they remade the cake. I took the cake home it was soft mushy like soup when we cut it
Gina and her staff did an outstanding job with our sons 9th birthday celebration! They are "incredibly" professional, kind, efficient and friendly! Highly recommend parties at this location. Did I mention the place is immaculate! Don't know how they do it but confident in their exemplary teamwork and dedication to excellence! Thanks again for making my son's birthday an "Incredible" one! Forever grateful! #Fab5Family!
We normally like Sundaes for what it is. The kids (4 of them) enjoy serving themselves and creating a masterpiece. My son and I both chose chocolate and they were out of both kinds. The girls also went with other options. The staff knew it and didn't care. The place was under staffed, and filthy. No green cups out, napkin holders empty, counters, floor and self serve area was a mess. Not what I expect for what we pay. I hope they address these concerns for the season. I know they can do better.
Ordered an egg cream and they gave me seltzer and milk in a cup, and when we went back to explain to them that an egg cream is seltzer, milk, and chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, the rude person at the counter said this is how they make it and that's that. Wouldn't recommend.
I'm giving this place 3 stars because it has a great comfortable environment. It has everything you would expect from a frozen yogurt store. The thing I dislike is the prices Competitors around locally has much more reasonable prices than it does here . I usually order Acai Bowls and by far this places is the most expensive. The one in Medford on 112 and the one in Stony Brook is much cheaper and better .
Great selection of toppings! I love the one price cup so I know exactly what I'm spending and everyone can get what they want!
Always frustrated with being understaffed and offering products then not having them. Advertise diary free ice cream and the last 3 times they didn't have it. Now they offer boba tea and 3 timed we tried to order it they didn't have boba made
Such a wonderful business! I am such a huge fan of acais bowls! I've went everywhere and nothing beats this! Their acai bowls are amazing, such as the frozen yogurt! Staff is so friendly I feel so welcomed every time I am in there! Deff should try out!
Worst run establishment. Yogurt machines never work properly. Toppings center always a dirty mess. Given this place so many chances. One would think at the start of the season the owner would try and do better. Guess not.
Meh.... This place has mediocre ice cream for kinda expensive prices and lots of crappy toppings. I got an ice cream cone and my son got a cup. The cone was stale and the ice cream tasted freezer burned. We had to wait for a while before they even came out to help us since we weren't getting self serve. It's a cute idea and I'm sure someone likes that stuff but we'll never go there again.
If there were 0 stars that's what it deserves. I went for a yogurt and waited at least 15 minutes with yogurt in hand. One person was in store waiting for her order. The cashier never came out of back. I rang bell no response. Another customer came in and still waiting he rang the bell. The yogurt I was holding was melting all over. The sales person never came out from the back. Never greeted customers while we all stood there. I finally put down the melted yogurt down and left. Sales person never came out
Good food, super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Haley is amazing at kids parties. Will definitely come back again and again.
I am so sad to see so many froyo places close around here. I drive 15-20 minutes to Sundaes when I crave froyo. They have a huge array of flavors to choose from. Their cookie butter flavor is out of this world- truly the best flavor I've ever had anywhere. They also have dip n dots, which can be hard to find. Their cookie dough bar is awesome- I like to add a scoop of cookie dough to my froyo cup. Love their toppings also- especially the fact that they have mochi which can be hard to find! They liter
Disgusting, ALWAYS dirty, my feet get stuck on the floor because its always dirty and sticky, yogurt is ALWAYS MELTED when it comes out of the machine, toppings are NEVER FRESH (cookie dough its all clumped and stuck together in a soggy ball -definitley not fresh), never any fresh strawberries (which is a popular basic topping), topping area is always a mess and dirty......im writing this review because I've noticed all of the same things MULTIPLE times now and it needs to be brought to the manager/store ow
Went with my daughter after a movie on a Friday night and the place was absolutely disgusting. The floors were caked with spilled frozen yogurt. The topping bar looked like it was rummaged through by a pack of wild animals. Absolutely disgusting.
Awesome spot!! They have frozen yogurt acai bowls etc. Joe makes the best chocolate peanut butter smoothie! It's very filling I get it for lunch
Place is great the staff is really nice. Kiss had a good time ice cream is awesome. Had a dairy free option for my daughter, she was so happy!
They have regular ice cream or frozen yogurt (multiple flavors too, not just chocolate and vanilla) and a toppings bar that you won't be able to control yourself with. Amazing !!!! Staff is friendly. Go here ??
Sundaes is one of my favorite places. The acai bowls are so amazing! This place has something for everyone: froyo, ice cream, Italian ices, and acai bowls. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.
I was doing doordash and there was this employee that has gave me an attitude. As customers came in the store, she told me that i can wait. I was waiting for about 25 minutes. I went to ask to cancel and order for the customer i was doordashing for and gave me such a horrible attitude, like as if she was racist when i tried asking her nicely.
Not bad but the Port Jeff Frigate is vastly superior. More of a selection of froyo flavors and better quality.
I ordered a single a?a? bowl and dippinndots, 40 minutes later the kid brings out a?a? bowls for every other customer but me and I'm sitting here waiting this is probably the worst run store in port Jeff station there isn't even a manager around to run things correctly Would never recommend what a terrible company
I have yet to find a better froyo place on Long Island. Sundaes is the best! Especially that edible cookie dough bar, it's my favorite.
Gina makes the best Acai bowl, it is outstanding!... always fresh, chock full of fresh fruit, so good for you & delish!! A must after a good work out!
Emily, Andrew, and Angelina were angels tonight at this place they helped me and my children get the best top quality ice cream as well as provide amazing customer service.
This place is horrible! I waited 35 minutes for a shake and nobody was there! And this happend multiple times! No other customers were there and By the time my husbands shake was made my frozen yogurt was MELTED. And the store always stinks of bleach!
The peanut butter cup shake might have been the worst tasting thing in the world, maybe ever. Milk must?ve been expired or something. Really bad
If you can afford highway robbery then I highly recommend this. Unless you're diabetic like me. They don't have sugar free frozen yogurt.
Best place to go to in Long Island. The girls working behind the counter were absolutely amazing and so helpful for the questions I asked. 10/10 recommend to go to
Half of the machines didn't work, bugs flying around ice cream toppings, clearly unclean establishment. And waited 10 minutes for someone to finally ring us up. Will never return. Will stick with carvel.
Just wanted to give extra love as I see how hard the owner is trying to make this a wonderful place and I know how hard running a business can be.
Always delicious. Employees go the extra mile!
Staff is excellent, love the selfserve and all the choices, I use to go every day that's how great it was. So many topping pickings also
Great local business with many delicious options! The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean! Love coming here.
This place has so much potential of being 4 or 5 star location if they just pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the yougurt dispensers and toppings area.
Asked for a nutrition guide with items calories and ingredients, the young blonde girl rudely said no and walked away from me? people need to know macronutrients for diets & disabilities
Ice cream is overpriced. Not many flavors to choose from. Staff is unfriendly and overpriced ice cream.
Waited 25 minutes for 2 expensive and not very good shakes. My last time here / go anywhere else except this place.
Pretty good, can get a little pricey. Get the fixed price cup cause the per ounce one can get real expensive real quickly.
Great service. The workers were so friendly. Would definitely recommend to go for a quick stop or for family night
This place used to be a 5 star establishment but they got rid of some of there ice cream toppings and everything else is a bit pricey so they sadly dropped to a 4 star
First time here. Loved it. Recommend the basic $5.00 cup and go crazy.
Sooooo many choices of frozen yogurt and ice cream and sooooooo many amazing topping choices but can get a bit pricey
They have the best Acaii bowls around. No other place compares.
Great business with staff who are really accommodating and friendly. Best acai bowls
Amazing froyo. Great flavor selection. Cheesecake flavor was so amazing I'll be back for more
Purchased chocolate soft serve ice cream that was bad (sour!!), was told that I cannot receive a refund!
Great place with a outgoing friendly staff! Highly recommend if you haven't tried it yet.
Love this place! Staff is super nice, they work hard and they have fun while doing it!
Great luv this place Great staff best strawberry shake on long island ?? ??
I have been ordering from here for a while Have yet to be let down ????
Nice place to get some dessert. Very clean and the girls work hard.
A?a? bowl was so good and good price
A little pricey, but I guess that's in line for Suffolk County, especially the Port Jeff area.
Very good if you like frozen yogurt.
There yogurt was really good and had nice toppings.
Really good frozen yogurt plus the awesome cookie dough bar.
My daughter and I love this place! Yummy and delicious!
Grandkids had fun picking the yogurt and toppings.
Very large facility, lots of options, and friendly staff.
Good froyo. Place becomes a bit of a mess during the later hours though.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
