Suncoast Pinball & Arcade

We purchased a tabletop video game system from Suncoast a little over six years ago. It has the look of an arcade machine, it's well decorated with the Ms Pac Man and Galaga logos and plays over 1400 games. We picked it up in person so I can't speak to any shipping issues. We drove over a hundred miles to get it, and it's been worth our time and money. What an absolutely terrible company. I ordered the 5,000 game arcade machine, to be sent the 3,000 version. I was told the 5,000 board was backordered and that I would get this 3k one untill the 5k one was in. That was a lie. I've emailed several times with NO RESPONSE. They lie and take your money with no response. Then, the 3k machine I did get had a majority of the buttons not even connected. Shotty work at best. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a unit from Walmart; however, says "sold & shipped by Suncoast Arcade". Night before it was supposed to be delivered, Walmart app said delayed check back for updates. One email, 3 phone calls & 2 days later have STILL not gotten any response from Suncoast with any kind of update. Free tech support and 5 year warranty means nothing & is concerning when you can't even get a response from the company when you are trying to buy!

Never delivered. I've been calling Suncoast all day trying to get an answer and left my info on a recording. Can't get a hold of anyone. I ordered a cocktail table from Wayfair and waited 9 weeks for it. It was promised to be delivered in 5-6 weeks. Wayfair kept extending the delivery date. Without warning and no explanation, they suddenly cancelled my order and said it's not in stock. It should have been in stock 9 weeks ago when they took my money. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back even thoug

Is started out 5 star review, but then we had some trouble, with no response from Suncoast for two weeks. We bought our cocktail arcade in October 2023. It worked well until last month. The joystick and fire button on player1 side stopped working properly. I called and left several messages. I emailed them. I also went on their site and filled out online form, and sent it in. I NOT HAVE RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE of any kind, going on 3 weeks. We just want to fix our machine so we can play.

I purchased a full size arcade game with 3,000 games on it 2 years ago. It lasted about a year and the sound went out in it but still worked, then about 6 months later it went out completely & everything died. I paid $1,700 for this piece of junk that went out within a year and a half. Very bad quality from this company. I would not ever purchase from them again and definitely would not recommend them.

Scam artists. Please avoid at all costs. The item I ordered never worked one single time. Emailed customer support three separate times, not one response. Nothing. Called, no one answers. They just took my $500, gave me a faulty product, then ignore you for so long that you are well outside any hope of warranty, return, replacement, etc. 100% not legit. They will take your money but you won't get what you pay for. PLEASE look elsewhere. Again, avoid this place like the plague.

One of worst companies I've ever dealt with. Wish I had actually read all reviews before ordering. This place is the worst place to purchase arcade game and other items the customer service is not good and you will not get your produce on time. Poor quality produces it was poorly painted and the instructions was like if an elementary kid made it. It took me 1 month and 2 weeks to get 1 pedestal and the website stated the longest it would take was 16 days. No one will answer the phone and will not return your phone calls I will buy from Arcade 1 for my next video game purchases.

Total incompetence doesn't even begin to sum up our continuing experience with Suncoast. I bought this custom-made cabinet which has 3,000 games on it about 3 months ago.there was some sort of electrical issue with the unit, but they helped me chase it down and get it repaired. I live about 30 minutes away from them, so it wasn't a big deal for me to pick up parts from them. I absolutely love my arcade game, of course Ms. PAC-MAN is my favorite. I have 412 games loaded on my machine. It doesn't matter if you're young or old there is a game for you. Machine works great and their Customer Service is fabulous. This game has saved me many times, on a rainy day, at the lake with the kiddos.

Machine didn't power up. Try to contact Suncoast still waiting on a response. It is poor constructed and they know it. Power box not even screwed in it was bouncing all over. Lose wires every where.

Fast prompt shipping!!! When I got the unit there was an issue with lines throughout the screen. I called Suncoast and they walked me through a troubleshooting idea. It did not work and the gentleman Chris (Think he was in sales?) was pretty sure it was the VGA cable as sometimes during shipment they can get damaged (Very Rarely). I searched long and hard for a gaming system that was of both good value and quality. After answering all of my questions and feeling safe with their 5 year warranty, I pulled the trigger. We love our Donkey Kong upright arcade machine from Suncoast Arcade! We got ours a while ago and it's had heavy play from me and the kids so I can definitely say the quality is outstanding. The screen is amazing and the cabinet construction is very solid. It still looks and feels new after many many hours of play. We love all the games the machine has to offer. There are so many! The people at Suncoast are AMAZING. So helpful and nice through the whole process. We highly recommend Suncoast Arcade.

It is a great arcade machine! It took a while to get a response when I needed service on it, but they were super helpful when I got to talk with them.

We bought a cocktail machine for Christmas last year. Everything was great with the machine. However, after a year, it stopped working. I called and they helped me troubleshoot the problem and sent me a new monitor and directions to change it out free of charge. If you're having second thoughts about getting a machine because you're concerned about service, you should go ahead and buy one. They stand by their product. Customer service is above-and-beyond expectation....and the machine is a lot of fun.

Got this about a month ago and I think the quality is good and (when talking on the phone) the help with answering my questions was good as well. I like the 5 year warranty but if something goes wrong with it they expect the customer to repair it. If the problem is something small and simple to repair that's fine, but a major repair job should be covered in the 5 year warranty. That's my only beef. I purchased a 60 game Cocktail Table from Suncoast Arcade as a wedding present for a friend. Karen and Chris from Suncoast were friendly and a great help throughout the process. I went through the instructions and when that failed to provide a fix, I called the company and they we a huge help in diagnosing and fixing the problem, even sending out a replacement piece to fix the arcade. I wanted to purchase the Ms Pac-Man 412 as a Christmas present so I messaged Suncoast Arcade to find out if I ordered it today (12/9/19 ) would I receive it prior to Christmas. Cocktail Arcade arrived damaged. There is a heavy layer of film under the plastic top. Only after cutting open the box do you get to read the note ?not to cut the box? for returning a damaged device. Of the 1,100 games, a large percentage of some variant of the same game. Retro-pi would be a better way to go.

We had a chance to swing by and Suncoast Arcade the other day for the first time and boy were we impressed. Lots of in-home arcade options, awesome showroom, great pricing, and very attentive customer service. Best of all? Made all games are made in the USA, right on site!

I purchased the 3 sided cocktail table with 1400 games about a year ago while visiting Florida. I'm shocked the joysticks have survived the abuse I've given them but it still going strong. Absolutely loving it.

My son has had one of these for years and a favorite with the grandkids. I'm confined to quarters while fighting cancer so thought this would be perfect. Ordered and received very timely and packaged well. A little disappointed it's just pressed board but moving on. Then numerous things didn't work . Returned the mother board and back in business . Some of the effects are a little annoying so tried to adjust the volume and no way to do so without reprogramming the board each time. It's a simple turn control
