Very friendly staff, super accommodating to ones needs, clean atmosphere and Kid friendly. Prices for bowling and shoe rental are priced right. So hard to find a bowling alley that offers Open bowling on the weekends. Creative with the score boards and nice having an arcade there too for the little ones. Didn't try the food there yet will be returning, so I'll try it then.
Went for kids New Year's Eve party. We did this last year and our granddaughters wanted to go again. They are 12 and 10 years old. All the pizza and salad you can eat. Pop and bowling shoes included also. They give you raffle tickets to win prizes, hats and blowers, etc to ring in the New Year at an earlier time for the kids. The party is 2 hours long. They have a decent arcade also.
Great time family had a good time but very overpriced just about 180 dollars for 2 hours of bowling for 7. Over priced we mentioned we didn't want pizza part of the family pack he said this would be the cheapest option. 5 of us had our own shoes Seems you didn't read the comment. We mentioned we didn't want pizza we had 3 kids under 5. Asked if we could per. Game they mentioned the family pack was the best value. I am still trying to see the value we got water with kids don't drink pop. We got 2 pizzas o
We love Summit! I have been coming here since my bowling leagues days in middle school (when it was called Peach Pit). They have made some nice upgrades over the years, it is a very nice bowling alley. Better yet, they have an awesome arcade and Tuesday?s are half off! My kids love it. Great pizza and waffle fries. Great service from all staff. There is a bar area with pool tables.
Beautiful and clean bowling alley. The best kept lanes ive ever seen. You pay per hour. We managed to play 4 games in an hour and a half with 3 people. You can see how much time is left at the top left of the TV screen attached into the ceiling. Next time we will try the food cause it smelled delicious. Also will say the ball return was incredibly fast. And it was nice that different weighted balls were distributed throughout the building and not all in one place.
Really cool place, not crowded, super good food, and the cosmic bowling was a lot of fun
This bowling alley is awesome! They have restaurant quality Pizza. I have since returned several times and their menu is impressive! The food is very very good!! Did I mention they have an arcade!? I had a blast! The staff is very friendly and the restrooms were as clean as the bathroom in my home I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely five star across the board. It was a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. There is a lot of value for the money here! Joe and the rest of his staff were ver
Not your average bowling alley. Above average food, big beer list and spaces / rooms dedicated to non-bowling activities like private parties, pool, darts, etc.
Went for the first time with a couple of friends. Very clean bowling alley, friendly staff, & tons of arcade games. The bowling alley was all lit up with cool lights. We especially liked that we could take pics of ourselves & got a kick out of the animations on the TVs above the lanes. Price came up to $84 for 4 adults for 2 hours (shoes included in that price), so not too bad @ $21/person. Definitely one of the better bowling alleys I've been to in the past few years.
Food is great with a side of a game of pool. We never made it to the lanes. Always love coming here.
Had my son's 10th birthday party yesterday here and it was awesome! Wonderful experience all around, and the staff was so friendly, attentive, and helpful! I will definitely be doing more birthday party's here! Thank you Summit and all of your awesome employees!
Clean lanes, good food, helpful staff. Our youth soccer team and families hung out here for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon between tournament games. Kids had fun, food was good for anywhere, let alone a bowling alley, and the staff was super patient with our large group. Will make a point to come again for next year?s tournament.
Clean, Fun, great leagues, food is actually really good here. Pricing is fair and a great value for the quality.
Great staff, nostalgic and classic bowling alley feel, convenient and delicious food! What's not to love!
Very nice bowling alley, very clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly.
Very well run modern bowling center. Nice bar. Large redemption game area.
Very clean. Great lanes. Very comfortable. Staff was on point. Arcade was staffed and clean also
One of my favorite hang out places I go mostly for drinks and billiards but there's an arcade and bowling here too drinks are extremely strong as well
Very nice and clean alley! The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. The lanes are in pretty good shape. The oil pattern has been consistent week to week with no big surprises. Great choices on the menu and tasty! No complaints! They did a great job with the updates a few years back. I definitely recommend you try it out and worth a consideration for bringing your league here.
Great bowling alley and arcade games - super clean and we prefer this location over the other three we pass by to get here!
Called bowling alley to ensure open bowling was available. Drove out of our way to come here only to be turned away stating they had leagues but failed to disclose the information prior on the phone.
The staff is super friendly. The sliders were amazing. They have nice dart boards and Pool tables if that is your thing.
Great environment, the worker Greg was very nice and professional.
Always great staff and people. Wish I lived closer. Usually an hour drive to get here. It's always worth it. Try the Hawian pizza! ??
This bowling alley was exactly what I was hoping for! The facility was very clean, the equipment was modern and well maintained, and excellent service! We did a family fun pack and it was a great value for our family of 5! I'd go back in a heartbeat next time I'm in the area and looking for something fun on a rainy day!
Don't waste your time. Our lane breaks down (Code 180?) and the front desk calls it over the loud speaker. Well the mechanic decides to spend the entire time drinking in the bar instead of repairing our lane. We just cashed out & left with an hour still left on the lane. Save your money.
The new owners have done a great job with remodeling and updating but their prices are a bit high. $25 per hour per lane is pretty steep.
First time coming with my family and we had a blast! They had cosmic bowling and great music. It was the cleanest bowling alley I've ever been to. We will definitely be coming back!
SUMMIT SPORTS CENTER, besides bowling has GREAT cheeseburgers and a full bar. I love cheeseburgers!!! For your next dining experience visit SUMMIT SPORTS CENTER for fun and great food!
Visited for the first time today. Great bowling alley with great snacks available, too. 35.00 for one hour seems high to me. Not for a larger group, but since it was just me and my husband, that's a bit high. 70.00 for two hours, especially when there was hardly anyone else there? At one point we were the only ones using any of the lanes, so 35/hr is more than I would expect to pay. I was also disappointed that there were no free refills on the pop. I would have ordered a larger size had I known in advance.
The cleanest bowling alley I've ever been to. The pizza was great, service was great. We pass a lot of bowling alleys on the way to Summit. It's well worth the drive.
We started going to summit a few months back and now we find ourselves going pretty much every week and sometimes twice a week. The food is a lot better than most places and it's usually not to cramped and plenty of room between lanes. Definitely a nice place to bowl.
Excellent customer service and a great menu. The pizza was way better than it should be considering it was a bowling alley. The lanes were great, the screens and features were outstanding, and the kids had a blast. This just means we will definitely be coming back!
Fun place to bowl, staff is great!
bowling was great. pizza was actually pretty good. place is very clean. drinks were some of the weakest ive ever had though. if i buy a long island for $7.50, it shouldnt taste mostly like cola. night would have been a lot more fun if we had gotten our moneys worth. edit: it was just last night for a friends birthday 5/16 i was there with 4 friends and we all work in the service industry, so we know what drinks are supposed to be like ??????? i appreciate the fast response, so i put my review to 3 stars f
I have been here a few times with my entire family. Young kids ages ranging from 1-10 and adults ages from 30-62, some who have never bowled, some who love it , and some who don't care for it. But every time we've been to Summit Entertainment Center bowling we've had a great time. The prices are reasonable especially the family special that they offer, the food is great, the staff are so patient and kind, the facility is very up to date and extremely clean. I highly recommend this as a group. As far as pri
We had a nieces birthday party here. The bowling was fun and felt updated. Every lane has bumpers installed that can extend/retract for each bowler. Really cool. We had lots of kids with us at various bowling skill. This was a good feature for us. The food was very good. We had pizza for the party. Would come back just for the pizza.
Love this place. The new owners did a great job with the remodel! The logo is pretty sweet. If you sold t-shirts we would buy them. You pay by the hour instead of by game. Never really had an issue. Just make sure you are paying attention to the remaining time.
I have been here many times to bowl and for kids and adults birthday parties! They have an amazing setup and package for birthdays and are a great place to have a blast! Staff Is fun and attentive, and the kids LOVE the arcade too!
First time being there. It was a clean place and guys behind Counter was very helpful and friendly. We live in Shelby but I think we will be going to Summit bowling in Romeo from now on. Watched the guys go to Lanes after people got done on those lane's and wiped it down. So happy to see how clean and sanitize it was. Would definitely recommend people give it a try. Thanks again guys.
We just had my son's birthday party here. The front desk was friendly and organized, it was clean (including the bathrooms), the pizza was good and everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back
Very clean, family bowling alley, and the pizza is amazing!!!
We don't like hair in our food, but didn't find until half way through. No management to talk to. Seemed two 18 and under girls shandling the rental, cooking and bar. Big menu to choose from, clean bathrooms and just an average good old time to bowl type of atmosphere. Kids loved their experience. would love to go back, just not wanting hair in 2 of 4 items of food purchase.
The best pizza and cheese bread that I've ever had at a bowling alley. It's incredible! Go bowling, shoot pool, throw darts, play video games, and have drinks. Cool place to hang out or take the family.
My Grandkids High School bowling team had their fundraiser there and it was fantastic. Very nice facility with top notch bowling lanes. The pizza's and salads were also delicious and are made on site. Friendly employees and plenty of room.
Very clean and well kept. This bowling alley was more up to date then others. Newer shows and balls made the experience a good one! 2 people were able to play 3 games in an hour! Will be back for another fun filled evening!
We went a couple weeks ago with family 58- 4 yrs old. Had a blast. Granddaughter was in her glory the bowling alone was a blast. And when it wasn't her turn she danced. Then add great food and cocktails. Friendly staff it's a win win. Heading back today. Marla
What they have done with the place is great. Didn't get to bowl but hung out in the arcade with the kids and that was just as good of a time. Will be back!
Got the 2 hour family package and had a great time.
Kids loved it. Make a reservation. We called on a Saturday and were told a reservation wouldn't be necessary, plenty of lanes. We got there and there must have been 6 birthday parties and all lanes were taken. Waited about 45 minutes , but worth the wait.
Pay per game bowling alley. The pins glow with color changing lights. The pizza is pretty good. The shoes aren't falling apart. There is an arcade in there. This place is tons of fun for the family!
I went here to bowl with my dad?s girlfriend and her daughter, he recommended it for us. We got here in 15 minutes even though there was closer places then here but we came. Immediately the staff came off as rude to us. She got us to a lane which took a while even though there was barely no one here. We needed a bumper so she took us to another lane. We waited another 20 minutes for this lane to work only for it to glitch about 3 times! So she relocated us for the last time. It took another 20 minutes so w
This place has really gone way up in service and things to do. Loved the arcade alongside the bowling alley and the pizza is really good.
One of the best bowling alleys I've ever been to. The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating. Its kept up nicely and very clean. Fun for all ages
Took my kids here last night for the first time since under new ownership. Staff was awesome, walked us through all the games and changes on the lane computer. I was impressed. Glad we are only a mile away. Look forward to coming back.
Nice cozy bowling alley. Will definitely be returning. The lanes are very advanced and have automatic bumpers. If you have kids or adults that can't bowl well you can toggle the bumpers for certain players and they will automatically go up and down
Great place to hang with our family and bowl. Only complaint I have is that every register is a $10 minimum for your credit or debit card. Concession stand and bar could not combine my tabs and it was a pain. Next time I'll just bring cash.
Great bowling alley and great food. Went there on a. Saturday only had to wait 15 minutes and they got us a spot in. After 9 they have neon lights and the kids loved it.
The neon lights are pretty cool at night. And the food and pizza hit the spot. My only complaint is that you buu time and not game. 1 hour for 1 lane is $32, so I'll be honest and say it's not my first choice
Summit has always been a great bowling alley untill the new owners. They are priced way higher than they used to be. The man that runs the kitchen was extremely rude about the masks and yelled at us for not wearing them at our table when no one else was wearing them. Instead of coming over and talking to us like we are guests/adults, he came over and yelled at us like we were children. Overall the customer service is not something that would make you want to go back. I definitely would rather go to shelby l
Great pizza! Great customer service too. My kids had a blast! Very clean, we will definitely be back soon!
It's looking really good nowadays inside and out!
Went here on new years eve. It was busy but got 2 lanes for out group. The guy was patient with our shoes order. We had w lighter balls with us. They are harder to find. Also if you need it just ask them to put up bumpers for you, we ordered some snacks and they delivered those right to our table. All I all a nice evening.
Everything is upgraded and clean! You can even take silly pictures and they will show different videos with your face on them inbetween players - how fun! The employees were very nice and accommodating!!! Definitely recommend!!!
We've been going here for years because my son bowls for Romeo High School, I started bowling on the Monday Lousy bowlers league and have so much fun, also the food is great especially the pizza ??
I was looking over the reviews of Summit, and I have to say this is my favorite place to bowl. And, just because the lady in the kitchen doesn't put up with your attitude doesn't mean she's rude. More importantly, she makes the best cheeseburger in town!
Clean, great atmosphere! Kids had a great time! Pizza is surprisingly delicious ??!! Will be back soon!
Visited this bowling alley for the first time. I will never return. The atmosphere was so quiet so if you enjoy that then help yourself, but it was a saturd at night was expecting the music to be louder. The front desk girl was very judgemental and unhappy. But the bartender, Melissa, I believe was her na me was very rude. I experienced the worst customer service. So rude. Just putting this as a heads up. The staff there was just all horrible.
Cold beer! Rocco behind the bar was welcoming and friendly! Manager Kevin is very friendly!
My daughter wanted to bring 5 of her friends to bowl for her birthday. 2 lanes 2 games and 3 plain cheese pizzas costs $150!!! They did NOT tell me a price. When I asked they said "You will pay at the end". Of course they took the liberty of adding their own gratuity. Just a heads up for anybody wanting to bring a couple friends out to bowl. Scammed us.
This place has a hard time keeping the lanes up and running! Old lady at the grill could learn to be nicer. Better not get caught even bringing in a bottled water, cause she will jump all over you about no outside food and beverages!
We had a birthday party there, very friendly people there and they had everything setup. And the birthday party packages are worthy
Great place to bowl good food, lanes are okay, lady at food counter will be rude if your rude to her been bowling here a lot! They repainted and fixed things up these last two summers. Lanes do have problems should be their next project
Awful bowling alley and literally will close down all of the lanes before you leave. They close HOURS early. The women in there are rude. The older gentleman who works on the machines doesn't seem like he cares too much. Wouldn't recommend and just to add to the mess of it all, the bowling shoes are literally so worn out that you'll slip and fall if you walk up to the lane to quick. Don't believe me? Try it. It's hilaruous. ??
New management. This guy owns a few other bowling alleys and is investing in Summit Sports. Bowled losy bowlers league and they had new shoes, getting new balls, new staff, they are revamping the menu and replacing the scoring system. It's gonna be a great place to go again!
Very clean, updated technology, and service was great!
Best of the best for Bowling and Entertainment, completely updated facility over 50 55" TV'S, all new touch screen scoring system, the menu is amazing and the food is great, they have many new ways to order food that makes them stand out above the rest, touch screen Kiosk, downloadable app to order and pay from your lane, and of course a waitress and Bar service this place is a ton of fun and they are still expanding....can't wait to see what's to come
Very fun atmosphere and was very clean! Highly recommend This bowling alley. It is worth the drive for me coming about 20 minutes.
Wish i lived closer. Always great food and good people. If you're a bowler, it's a great place to go.
Food is below ok our fries was sitting in a grease bath but to top it off the staff is so RUDE they don't even know how to smile. We where there Friday night for 2 hours spent $140 but we will never be back .
Every where else charges 15 a hr to bowl its like you gotta have a 401k to bowl now only reason why I go back here is because some people ik work here that are awesome an nostalgia
We had a group for a get together and had a great time! Pizza and beverages were great and the staff was friendly and.helpful.
I was very very disappointed with staff, mainly the manager barmaid and waitress, extremely RUDE, waitress accused me of lying when I was trying to pay a very small tab stating I didn't give her the bill I actually did. Left my number for the owner I am sure I won't be called back, you see now why this place is practically empty. So let's piss off our customers and rip them off too. I will go elsewhere.
Not the cheapest, but Very clean. Watched them take care to wipe down each table and disinfect each bowing ball. Great pizza..
Very nice bowling alley, but not to have the AC on during a Saturday is crazy. Don't be cheap, it was unbearable!
Simply the best entertainment in the area. Chera the bartender is amazing. Food is great. Lanes are brand new technology. Good times.
Review on Summit Entertainment center. You gotta give all bowling alleys business. This is one of my favorite centers because the lanes are oiled and everyone is nice.
Great family atmosphere! My grandkids had a great time there doing the cosmic bowling. Food is excellent!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
