SO happy with how my son?s party went at Stop N Play! They were so generous with their space and were super accommodating! The cake and pizza were delicious, and the price for everything was INCREDIBLE! 10/10 highly recommend for kids birthday parties!

Took my 3 year old twins here and they had a blast! For me, it was like going back in time seeing all the games I grew up with when I used to go to the arcade, skating rinks, Chuck e Cheese, but on a bigger scale! They had a wide variety of classic video games ranging from the traditional Pac-Man and Galaga, pin ball machines, mixed with more modern games like the race cars, wack a mole, skee ball, claw games, etc. There was an area for younger kids, toddlers, where there's easier games and ride on machines

Great place to take your kids or go have fun being a kid again. Good game selection. Can get pricey. Their birthday parties seem to be a hit as well.

We love Stop n Play! It brings back the nostalgia of using actual tokens and tickets rather than using a card to do everything. Not to mention, everything is reasonably priced ($25 for 2 people to play mini golf and 100 tokens!). Some of the games could use an update but the old games add to the nostalgia. They have a cute little snack bar and no booze so no overindulgent adults causing a ruckus. It's a great little place to stop by if you're looking for a few hours of family fun.

The update is nice. Alot more space. Great place for kids parties for sure. Staff was amazing. Bathroom was clean. I love the toddler section. The place has a really bad musty smell though. Not enough to not go back however something they should look into. Also pizza is good. I like how the two birthday party sections are layed out too.

My kids adore this place and refuse to go anywhere else for their reward days! We all get tons of tickets for our money, and the indoor golf course is solid. Our kids are in the 8 to 12 year range, and this is the best way to spend 1-3 hours for relatively good prices. The attendees are always helpful and happy to be there. The arcades are newer and are attended to regularly. We highly recommend taking the kids here during vacation or just a random weekday like we do.

Fun little arcade. Prices are reasonable and there's a decent variety of games though nothing huge (like a Dave and Busters). We got some snacks from concession which were good and reasonably priced. Overall we're happy to have this as a local place to go hang for an hour or two to play and unwind.

Pretty neat place for kids and most adults. 98% of machines and attractions were in working order without malfunction. Bathrooms were clean and mini golf was a fun little journey perfect for a rainy day activity. Staff was nice and I felt prices were reasonable for an arcade tokens and golf packages at $25.

This is my first time at this location. This is a good size place with a lot of ticket protection games. It seemed towards younger children and three teenage children. There are also for pinball machines in the back of the room as well as skeeball. They also have a small indoor miniature golf course. I think this is a good time for everyone. There are video games things went well. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try.

Stop & Play is the best on demand childcare in Aventura/ North Miami. My 3 and 4 year old boys love going for hourly play or camp

Attended my great nephew?s birthday celebration at this location. Reminded me of a throwback to the 1980?s arcade with a mix of games appropriate for all ages. Several retro games and many state of the art games. Pricing for the party was very reasonable with our large party. The whole gang had a ball and truly enjoyed ourselves. It is my understanding this location among other businesses in this area sustained flooding from Helene and Milton hurricanes. They made a nice comeback with their recovery effort

We love to take our 2 1/2 and 10-year-old grandsons to play games and rides. What a great place for all ages. They all have great snacks. Kids can roam about easily, and there are games for all ages.

My Fianc? and step son have been coming to this place almost every other weekend and today the manager who is an older woman was Nothing but rude to me over a machine (21) for not giving me tickets that I was owed. My wife and I (late 30's) stopped in yesterday just for laughs but ended up staying for a couple hours. We live down in Largo so I didn't know anything about this place, just saw it on the side of the road. There's a good mix of old and new machines, the vast majority of which are in good working order. They still use tokens and actual paper tickets which is so much more fun than just having a card. Had our son's 5th birthday today and throughly enjoyed everything! The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating especially with our guests. The price was extremely amazing and so was the experience. Thank you for the great time!!!!!!

It brought back old memories of bringing my kids here since the were toddlers. They maintain the machines well. It is well lit and safe. Under 13 need an adult so it is not a bunch of kids running wild. They have a cute mini golf course too. They have birthday parties.

This weekend we had my daughters 11th birthday party at her favorite place! Stopn Play. All of the staff were AMAZING, attentive, patient and SUPER helpful! I believe the employee who assisted us was named Christian. He was one point with everything and made the birthday go so smooth and he even dressed up as a racoon and did such a good job interacting with the little ones! 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend having your little ones birthday here!

We had been driving by this place for a while and finally decided to pop in one day last week when it was raining. My children range in age from 10-13. All of them really enjoyed themselves, which is always great. The tokens were very reasonably priced and they have a wide variety of games. There is something for everyone here.

Great classic arcade with a large game selection, a small indoor mini golf course. Great deal on the tokens when you buy at $20. The kids always have a great time, and my personal favorite is they have the classic slush puppies! If you're looking to do something fun with the kids, or want an old school night of your youth, this is the place to go!

Restrooms clean, price option great, older setup with new and old games. Able to spend a few hours here. Food okay and candy is not expired.

Really nice place to take your kids to have a good time with arcade and mini golf environment! There's pizza and tickets you win on the games to get cool prizes. There was glitches in some of the game stations but the staff was very helpful in solving those issues by reimbursing any lost tokens.

We love this place. Drive an hour to come here. Very clean and has an indoor 9 hole putt putt too. The staff are very friendly.

We met my children's friends here to play as a small, private celebration for my oldest. All six girls are between the ages of 2 and 5, and all of them had a blast! It was very nice that all of the games were working appropriately, and there were plenty of workers to help out with the prize desk. They have a great deal of Christmas gift cards for $5. My wife and I love to let out our inner youth and play 1 of our favorite games [ Ms. Pac Man ] at this location. We even offered to purchase it at 1 point but we got turned down. This arcade has been here a long time. I came as a kid and now I bring my son here. Pros - food and drinks, open most of the year, current games are added and things are moved around to keep it interesting, u can get free mini-golf, $20 will go pretty far, clean, everyone is friendly. Cons - some of the games are outdated, no reloadable cards, tickets only (altho my son likes the ticket system better), there are always a handful of machines out of order, decor is dated. Came by last night with my 2 cousins. I haven't been here in over a decade, and I must say, I was just as satisfied as I was back in the day. As a kid in the early 2000's, I'd come here and have a blast. I'm happy to inform you alot of the same machines are still operable, along with plenty new and modern additions. Complete with classic arcade games, air hockey, minigolf, modern games and a snack bar (food is a tad expensive, but hey, I'd imagine the electric bill must be crazy, so gotta make up the margin

Fun way to spend a rainy day. My 7 yr old Grandson was so excited to win 1,000 tickets even if he could only get candy or small prizes. I even played a few games, was worth the stop.

Been taking my kids here for 20 years. A great place to come and spend quality time with the family. Went with my daughter here today we had a blast playing the games winning a ton of tickets for prizes then we played putt putt golf. Before we left we got some cheese fries and drinks. This place is a little pricey and a little old but for what it is, it was decent. I gave it 5 stars bc my children had fun and I didn't need to spend more than I had planned on to have a good time. $40 later, and these were their prizes. ?? All staff was friendly.

It has been probably 2 years since My family and I have been to stop n play. Cleaner then I remember but then again we went in the evening with not too many people and their kids running around. spent $25 split between 4 kids and they had fun. Thought I had read online they were open until 9 but not too long after we got there they were announcing closing at eight. Glad we hadn't bought more tokens after all wouldn't have had enough time.

Big enough place to let your kids play on games without being on top of each other, but small enough that you can see them wherever they are. Wish the ticket counter people were a little more friendly but the kids absolutely love this place. Will definitely be back soon!

Family owned business, they are doing their best to keep the business going. Some of the coin machines have been broken for a few months . Kids love getting a small prize when they cash in their tickets. $20 bill gives you 120 tickets that could last you about an hour. The place is clean even though there's a funny smell at first. Since there's only one way in and out it's safe for your children if they spread throughout the arcades.

Normally, I have a great time, but there was one employee that was obviously having a bad day. Went to the counter said hi there's a game in the back that isn't giving tickets, what's wrong she asks then says go stand by the game..same employee comes back.. what's wrong with it ( the game litterally says tickets owed 7) I said it's not giving tickets. If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would.. my sister took her kid?s here with their REGISTERED service dog, a chihuahua, and she was kicked out not long after arriving. The lady was extremely rude, basically called my sister a liar and my nephews and niece were mortified and all left crying. My family and I stopped in here late on a Saturday night and even though it smells kind of funny in here, we had a blast! I seriously felt like a kid in here! My kids were in here for 2 hours and played the entire time! My husband and I conquered the Halo game! So much fun and they don't close until 11pm!!! I loved it and anytime we are Port Richey, we are definitely going to make this a favorite spot to unwind and de-stress!

Updating this to say the Stop N Play continues to get better and better. Despite the increase in chance-style games, they are also expanding their selection of fun arcade games. Absolutely thrilled to have the StepManiaX arcade machine as well. Been going here for many years now! Sad to see some games disappear, but can't complain with the new additions that have been added over the past year or so. I hope that sometime soon they consider completely revamping the minigolf area or doing away with it altoget

We took pur granddaughter here and stayed for 6 hours. Have been here before. It's a nice little game room w games for all ages. We spent a couple hundred dollars but they have cheaper games for younger kids. It takes a lot of tickets to get prizes but we did good. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Love it here good way to kil an hour its bot fancy but the kids and us have a nice time , like a last min what are we going to do tonight type of place we give each kid 20 bucks they run for 1 or 2hrs and go and pick atleast 1000 in tickets prizes so theyre happy its cheap , i would tell people to go there its not for the people who think its walt Disney world its just an arcade.

Tracy saved our entire trip more times than once. Overall, the games were well functioning but with our luck, we had some games eat our tokens or not give us tickets. Tracy came to our rescue every time!!! She saved my life when she helped me look for my phone that I almost left there. She was so positive, so friendly, and definitely knew how to do her job. I have to give this place a 4, but here's why the overall atmosphere was great, however I do feel some of the games could use an update. Now overall they have something for everyone to do! The prizes were decent and prices. They have snacks and drinks there which were nice.

Staff is not very friendly or helpful, except the young lady that did prizes she was great. The place was soaked in disinfectant to the point you could taste it and they kept spraying it with no explanation. Half the games didn't work and staff acted as if you were lying when you told them. Overall disappointing more each time I've gone this was probably the last time I'll go. I only go cuz it's the cheapest option around.

Classic type of arcade I really miss from my childhood. The look on my son's face when we got actual tickets instead of points loaded on my card was great. It's more of a sense of accomplishment and gives me a reason to use my cargo shorts.

I really want to give this place 5 stars because it was my childhood favorite. Last time I was here before 2/14/24 was over 25 years ago, and I even said that to the workers because I kept getting stared when I was taking pictures of everything. Even got jumped on for trying to take 2 mini golf score cards. One for a souvenir for each of us. And boy, are they FIRM on the closing time of 8pm. Pretty busy for Valentines Day, and they made sure everyone was done and out by 8. A lot of customers seemed shocked

I was there 2 or 3 days ago. Makayla was very helpful. I felt bad for her and her coworkers when this rude lady came up basically accusing them of laughing at her and her kids. Makayla and her coworkers are always very sweet and helpful to us when we come in. The girls' conversation and laughter had nothing to do with this woman and when they told her it was nothing she didn't believe them and was very rude to them. They're always quick to come to the rescue when a token gets stuck out the machines run out

Took my son here for his Birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic and there are a lot of games for the kids to enjoy. We purchased 240 tokens for $40 which was plenty for 3 kids and 2 adults. Most of the good games take 4 tokens while old arcade games take 2 tokens. Not all games give tickets so you have to pay attention to what you play as it makes sense which do and which do not.
