My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this place! Staff are friendly, we loved bowling, the arcade and my kids had a great time on bumper cars. Will definitely return if ever in this area again.

Service straight up trash!!! My Nephew had a party here and they still haven't brought our food and drinks it's been 2 hours. It's not even crowded!!! They need help and better management!

Decided to pop in with the kids randomly on a Friday afternoon during the holidays for bowling. Very friendly and great service. You can order food and refreshments straight from your lane and a cool little robot delivers it. Love the multiple screens also displaying sports and whatever is hot in the moment. Also, there is a legit arcade as well. Plan on spending some money, but I think the value is well worth it. Some places with kids are money pits and not worth the value. Best place to have a birthday party. Great hostess. The pizza was good. Kids loved it. They have other items to choose from and it comes by robot. So cool. Best part. No mess to clean up. We took our son and his friends there for games and laser tag and they had a great time. There was an employee named Haley Rayne, who helped us all night. She was a lot of fun. She was very kind and helpful. She addressed the kids by their names. She was the only person I saw working and she did everything for everybody on the bottom level and still did it with a smile. 10/10 highly recommend.

This was the worst and most horrible experience I've had in my life. I brought my son here for his birthday. The staff had attitudes besides the girl in the pink shirt and the manager. The food prices were ridiculous and the wait time to get food was ridiculous. It was very kid like and really nothing for teenagers. There were games that did not work. Highly do not recommend.

All I will say, when the robot is faster and better than our server Sherika D. you need to rethink who you are hiring as waiters. When we ask for new drinks, and to go boxes and it takes more than 15 minutes and we have to walk up and get a whole new waiter is insane, and they forgot a side we ordered as well. This place is so much fun. It's extremely clean. Every staff member that we encountered was so very polite. We had some wings and french fries, which were delicious.

I w just held our non-profit event here and they hosted us with 100+ people. It was amazing! The staff was so attentive and everything was set up to perfection! They helped us with everything and went above and beyond. If you are looking for a place to hold your event here it is the place to do it!

I've lived in Martinez for 5 years and this was my first visit. Jordan and Jaziman were the ultimate team. They explained all of our options, were able to help us when our lane had an issue and were extremely welcoming. We will be back multiple times this summer!!

We visited the Augusta location for my niece?s birthday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the drink made by Shereka at the bar! The environment was very family friendly and clean!

Worst service ever! We spent over $100, and our bowling lane wouldn't work. We asked for help multiple times and then asked for a refund, which was refused. We then asked to at least be moved to a new lane only for that lane to stop working as well. Asked for service again just to wait for 15 minutes and our lane stopped working again!!! Place has potential however it was a hot mess. Kiosk to order food was broken not a huge deal so we ordered at the bar. Bartenders didn't know which ingredients were supposed to be in peoples drinks they were ordering. We were very pleased with how uncrowded this was on a Saturday morning. There is so much to do! Aside from bowling they have probably the same number of arcade games as Dave and Busters. We came here for my son to attend a bowling party. The atmosphere is great and the food was good. There are several arcade games to play and the place was really clean. Worst service in the world. Stood around for aprox. 15 minutes before a worker showed up to get me a lane. Played for about 5 minutes before our lane couldnt give our balls back and had to go to different departments (Resturant, prize counter, bar) to ask for someone to show up, wasnt until I had 30 minutes left in my bowling session until someone finally came. More cops on presence than actual workers. Slow, expensive, and dangerous. Do not come here.

We had a 9 person bowling party and enjoyed every minute!! Our awesome bartender/ waiter/ shoe giver (TYLER ) was exceptional and should be given a raise!!! He didn't mess up once and he made the best long Island iced teas I've had in 8 years!!!!! I'm def going back soon and we hope he's moved up the ladder by that time!!! They have okay deals but you have to make sure you come at specific times to make use of their best deals. The ticket redemption games are a rip off and the prices are too high to effectively win anything. The quality of some of the games are poor, especially the DDR machine which is barely functional. Went for late night bowling. Our game stopped multiple times and we never saw a service worker. The kept having to fix our game and we didn't even get to finish it because the service worker was in the back the entire time while the waitress was hard at work serving others at the bowling alley. This place is a palace! It has everything for every age group. It is heavily focused on the bowling but you can't forget about the arcade side. Amazing time during ?quarantine? they spray and wipe down every seating area clean every ball by hand and let you leave shoes to limit share germs so every station is disinfected after every use. I came to visit from out of town and needed a place to celebrate my daughter birthday. I was amazed that they had last minute party openings. Our needs were met. The hostesses were awesome. The service here is awful. Keep an eye on your point balance when cashing in tickets for prizes. I caught one very rude employee taking more points then necessary. In addition every time my family and I have ordered food it has taken over an hour to get 8t out to our table.

We love Sunday mornings at Stars & Strikes! We play $1.99 VIP bowling with our kiddos. The service is lacking a little bit, however. We were almost done with our second game when we finally got the fries we ordered. They were amazingly delicious, though!

This is a nice all new facility, in a central location to the CSRA. They are experiencing the normal teething pains of a new business, but seem to have some real gems in place too. The food was pretty good. You can however very quickly spend a lot of money if you're not careful. The kids really liked it though and we will almost certainly be back.

The facilities are great, the layout is smart and comfortable, and the VIP bowling lanes are top. The technology integration would be really nice, except that's how you order food and drinks. Great concept, bowling alley meets Dave and busters. A little sketchy walking up to two police cruisers and police officers checking the door ensuring people are of age to drink and not carrying weapons. Otherwise an awesome spot.

Although the employees were kind, I'm not sure this play is staffed enough. Our lane broke several times and we had to hunt down a very, granted, busy attendant. The poor guy had a line of people and was trying to help everyone at once. We spent 20 minutes or so of our hour game trying to get help.

Fun huge arcade. Problem is not a good family atmosphere when the bathrooms smell heavily of pot and the stalls are still hazy. The staff doesn't care it seems. I reported it and they did nothing. It was a Saturday night and Richmond county was working there that night 3 different officers and staff never said a word. I was there with a church youth group and will not go back if they can't keep it family oriented. They literally did nothing and acted like I was the problem.

Me and my 5 year old visited here once on the weekday and once the weekend. Pros : Not overly crowded, it's clean and the staff are helpful. cons : the weekend prices for bowling are timed and expensive. (go after 8pm on Sunday or during the week) The timed bowling cuts you off wherever you are in the game instead of allowing you to finish. My son was a bit upset because he wasn't able to at least finish his game.

You guys! We went to the bowling area for the Kids Bowl Free Summer deal. Let me tell you, Sherika was working so hard to give everyone an amazing experience. Every lane was filled up and she was the only one working during the day. She worked the bar, the bowling, and servicing lanes. She worked with patience and efficiency. We booked a 2 hour 2 lane package. Didn't know the package included a server. She was so sweet, we never had to look for her. She was always present. She smiled the whole time. Cheered is on while bowling. It was great. The arcade is always fun. No complaints!

Enjoyed a fun birthday party here. Our hostess was amazing, and there were lots of entertaining things for the group to do. However, the laser tag room is much warmer than the rest of the place, and the unlimited cards didn't work on many of the games.

I LOVE going here. It's a great place for a nice family outing, a date night, a get together for friends, or even go solo just to kill time. We usually go for the arcade and laser tag, but they also have bowling, bumper cars and an escape room, as well as a bar and restaurant. Prices are decently fair; in my opinion the restaurant prices are a tad too high for the quality of food, but, still date night worthy.

We drove an hour and a half to get here. Upon buying the unlimited play Saturday special, nobody explained which games were not included. They are understaffed. The poor gentleman selling game cards had to keep running back and forth for the bumper cars and laser tag. The food was as good as can be expected, over priced and took an insane amount of time to arrive. For the money spent, we would have been better going off to Dave and Busters.
