My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this place! Staff are friendly, we loved bowling, the arcade and my kids had a great time on bumper cars. Will definitely return if ever in this area again.
Service straight up trash!!! My Nephew had a party here and they still haven't brought our food and drinks it's been 2 hours. It's not even crowded!!! They need help and better management!
Decided to pop in with the kids randomly on a Friday afternoon during the holidays for bowling. Very friendly and great service. You can order food and refreshments straight from your lane and a cool little robot delivers it. Love the multiple screens also displaying sports and whatever is hot in the moment. Also, there is a legit arcade as well. Plan on spending some money, but I think the value is well worth it. Some places with kids are money pits and not worth the value. I think one's money is well spen
Stars and Strikes in Augusta is my go-to escape when I need to unwind and bowl in peace. I visit once a week, and it's always a great experience. The bowling lanes are well-maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it's the perfect place to focus, have fun, and forget about the stresses of the day. The staff here is consistently fantastic?always friendly, attentive, and ready to help if needed. Whether it's setting up a lane or making sure everything runs smoothly, they go above and beyond to make the exp
Best place to have a birthday party. Great hostess. The pizza was good. Kids loved it. They have other items to choose from and it comes by robot. So cool. Best part. No mess to clean up. Excellent arcade. Kids, approximately 15 of them had a blast with the bumper cars and Lazer tag as well. Worth every penny. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in making this such a success.
We had a great time. The arcade was fun. Bowling is super solid. This review, however, is all about the bar! Key is one of the best bartenders I've encountered anywhere. Please come and see Key! She's a daytime bartender. She can make any drink!
We took our son and his friends there for games and laser tag and they had a great time. There was an employee named Haley Rayne, who helped us all night. She was a lot of fun. She was very kind and helpful. She addressed the kids by their names. She was the only person I saw working and she did everything for everybody on the bottom level and still did it with a smile. 10/10 highly recommend.
This was the worst and most horrible experience I've had in my life. I brought my son here for his birthday. The staff had attitudes besides the girl in the pink shirt and the manager. The food prices were ridiculous and the wait time to get food was ridiculous. It was very kid like and really nothing for teenagers. There were games that did not work. Highly do not recommend.
All I will say, when the robot is faster and better than our server Sherika D. you need to rethink who you are hiring as waiters. When we ask for new drinks, and to go boxes and it takes more than 15 minutes and we have to walk up and get a whole new waiter is insane, and they forgot a side we ordered as well. Got our tab mixed up when we clearly said certain people were in their own parties. And when one of our friends went to pay, she took the card, and sat around and talked with her coworkers for 15 minu
This place is so much fun. It's extremely clean. Every staff member that we encountered was so very polite. We had some wings and french fries, which were delicious.
I w just held our non-profit event here and they hosted us with 100+ people. It was amazing! The staff was so attentive and everything was set up to perfection! They helped us with everything and went above and beyond. If you are looking for a place to hold your event here it is the place to do it!
Had a great time, bowling and playing arcade games today! The manager Melanie is helpful and has a great demeanor. I also loved the door greeter in the spiderman suit. That got a laugh out of me.
I want to start with a positive review on Carl! HE WAS INCREDIBLY KIND THE ENTIRE TIME HE GREETED US AT THE SHOE STATION AND WAS THE ONLY HELPFUL HAND IN THE STORE AT THE TIME!! Staff was no where to be found majority of our visit. One employee took the time to ID us as soon as we sat down at the table before knowing if we were even planing to order alcoholic drinks or not. Then continued to accused us from there of potentially purchasing drinks for the underage friends with us. Next stated she would watch
Service was horrible. I have not been in a while but it has fell off. Sat at the bar first for over 20 mins no acknowledgement, 3 people at the bar and they only seem to work 1 side. I asked one bar tender could I get the dirty counter cleaned she just walked off. I left the bar and got service quicker by going to the front to use the kiosk. Went back to bar after bowling, still horrible service. I surprised there service have feel off like this. To get bad service and the drink not up to par. I have bee
I've lived in Martinez for 5 years and this was my first visit. Jordan and Jaziman were the ultimate team. They explained all of our options, were able to help us when our lane had an issue and were extremely welcoming. We will be back multiple times this summer!!
We visited the Augusta location for my niece?s birthday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the drink made by Shereka at the bar! The environment was very family friendly and clean!
Worst service ever! We spent over $100, and our bowling lane wouldn't work. We asked for help multiple times and then asked for a refund, which was refused. We then asked to at least be moved to a new lane only for that lane to stop working as well. Asked for service again just to wait for 15 minutes and our lane stopped working again!!! We decided to walk out. It's not worth all the hassle or your money!
I know it's been a few years since I last visited this establishment, but Stars and Strikes, what happened? If I could give less than one star or better yet just shut the whole thing down, I would. We were told it would be about an hour before we could get a lane so we decided to eat while we waited. However, there was barely anywhere to sit in the restaurant because the empty tables were covered with trash from previous patrons. One of the people in our small party of six asked for a wash cloth so we could
Had to come here for a work "function".... facility and staff are fine...about what you would expect from a bowling alley nowadays. This place would be fine for kid's birthday parties. Only downside I experienced is the food; do NOT come here hungry, the food is NOT good.... the pizza was soggy with little flavor, the wings were overcooked and the cheese quesadillas are something you would find in your grocers freezer and put in the microwave for 45 seconds.... Overall, highly recommend for those that li
Place has potential however it was a hot mess. Kiosk to order food was broken not a huge deal so we ordered at the bar. Bartenders didn't know which ingredients were supposed to be in peoples drinks they were ordering. We ended up moving sections and asked the bartender if she can have the food we ordered be brought out to our new table, didnt happen. A guy next to me was missing food and told the bartender, she said she would tell the kitchen, that was never done. Will return probably for just bowling o
The assistant GM was awesome. I believe her name was Sherika. She was on top of making sure we had everything we needed and super friendly. We went Tuesday at 12. The girl giving out the bowling shoes was awesome as well. Awesome place to have some good fun!
We were very pleased with how uncrowded this was on a Saturday morning. There is so much to do! Aside from bowling they have probably the same number of arcade games as Dave and Busters. And like Putt Putt, they've got bumper cars and laser tag. The music isn't too loud and the food was tasty. (Not to mention it gets delivered by a cat robot. Whaaaaaat?) You can't beat their monthly specials or kids bowl free program. Plus, did you know you can rent it out for a lock in?? Highly recommend. See pic at end f
We came here for my son to attend a bowling party. The atmosphere is great and the food was good. There are several arcade games to play and the place was really clean. It's a bit pricey, but I'm ok with that. The only real downside was the service. My wife and I had lunch at the restaurant. We were seated immediately, and there were only two other people there. That said, it took half an hour to get the food to the table, no drink refills, and very slow getting the check to pay. All total the amount of tim
A plethora of entertainment options under one roof. There are package deals including bowling, laser tag, video games, bumper cars (indoors!) and food to fit almost any budget as well as several seasonal programs for kids and party packages for groups. The food is good quality and pretty tasty. They have a ton of ticket redemption games and a lot of great prizes to collect for your hard win tickets. A good time waiting for you to happen!
The bartender stole 216$ dollars from my card. I will never go to stars and strikes again. I recommend you go with cash and no cards. An it's nothing I can do about it.
It's OK ??. We went on a Saturday, and my daughter bought cards that did not include getting tickets. I mean, winning tickets when you play the games . So that meant some of the game would not work. ?? It was handicap ?? accessible. . Some games were great. Some needed maintenance and wouldn't work. The attendants were not great but not good. Maybe not liking their job but not rude. We didn't eat there but went to Texas Roadhouse ?? Overall it's OK, but no Dave and Buster. You can check it. I think th
Worst service in the world. Stood around for aprox. 15 minutes before a worker showed up to get me a lane. Played for about 5 minutes before our lane couldnt give our balls back and had to go to different departments (Resturant, prize counter, bar) to ask for someone to show up, wasnt until I had 30 minutes left in my bowling session until someone finally came. More cops on presence than actual workers. Slow, expensive, and dangerous. Do not come here.
We had a 9 person bowling party and enjoyed every minute!! Our awesome bartender/ waiter/ shoe giver (TYLER ) was exceptional and should be given a raise!!! He didn't mess up once and he made the best long Island iced teas I've had in 8 years!!!!! I'm def going back soon and we hope he's moved up the ladder by that time!!! It's hard to find good service!!
They have okay deals but you have to make sure you come at specific times to make use of their best deals. The ticket redemption games are a rip off and the prices are too high to effectively win anything. The quality of some of the games are poor, especially the DDR machine which is barely functional. The pads are awful and the screen is laggy. Bowling seems ok, and the fact that's there's a variety of things to do is nice (including an escape room), but just be careful to not spend more money than you hav
We had an amazing party yesterday for my 7 year old little girl. We owe so much gratitude to our host Alexis. As soon as we got to the venue we saw that the cake we brought had started to collapse due to the drive over. Alexis brought out props immediately to place around the cake in order to hide the imperfections on each side of the table! It looked beautiful and we even received compliments from guests! She had such a wonderful attitude the entire time, especially given the amount of questions myself and
I was really nervous about going here, but my daughter and friends had a great time. The adults enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and some appetizers which all were reasonbly priced.
Went for late night bowling. Our game stopped multiple times and we never saw a service worker. The kept having to fix our game and we didn't even get to finish it because the service worker was in the back the entire time while the waitress was hard at work serving others at the bowling alley. She had to call said service worker multiple times to get her to fix our game.
This place is a palace! It has everything for every age group. It is heavily focused on the bowling but you can't forget about the arcade side. The arcade side has a boat load of entertainment and games. The entertainment includes bumper cars and laser tag. There is a ticket counter to redeem your winnings and collect prizes. For the adults they have a full size bar! Picture below. They seem to have every drink imaginable. Bartenders are friendly and ask everyone for ID. The tower of beer requires 2 adult I
Amazing time during ?quarantine? they spray and wipe down every seating area clean every ball by hand and let you leave shoes to limit share germs so every station is disinfected after every use. The food is incredible!! Get the wing and finger combo with the asian sauce. Sweet tea is SWEET! The peach island mixed drink is sweet and strong as well. Come out have an amazing time arcade is open as well!!
We had a blast!! Loved it
We got one of the VIP lanes out was a pretty good time, we were lucky and didn't have any neighbors so we had the area to ourselves. They have a decent bar and are heavy handed on the free pouring of you enjoy an adult drink. Food is ok as well, nothing special but what you'd expect at a bowling alley. They loose a star because it's a little pricey and wouldn't remove the fee for a couple that didn't show up(though the people at the counter said they wouldn't charge for them). My recommendation is to book f
Had a fun time with the family. I definitely enjoyed it. Customer service was more than amazing. The VIP area is really overrated unless you're going to rent out 2 lanes. Overall, we had fun. Food could have been better. I'm not sure where they got the juiced up steroid wings from, but if you can, BYOW or eat before getting there.
My children had an amazing, Ah-MAZE-ZING birthday party here. I was able to be hands off and enjoy it as well instead of hosting the party. Well with the money even though since machines were down and there was ticket/card trouble. Id still definitely throw another bday party here
This review is for the manager that was on duty today between 5pm and 10 pm ok im 56 years old I took my granddaughters on March 8 2025 around the times I mention I'm disabled have trouble with my right leg walk I walk with a cane but its a nice environment, kid friendly and handicap accessible which i loved the most I'm giving this review for manager and the owner there was a young man named Jah he said he's been there 2 weeks I just wanna let you all know this young man went over and beyond to help me to m
Staff was great and we did have fun. But you can tell not much effort or resources are applied towards maintaining and updating the place.
The host was very rude. Constantly yelling at the the kids to be quiet and sit down. Ruined my kids party. Would not recommend.
We reserved a VIP lane for a fun family outing and were very disappointed in the "service". Checking in was fine, and the lane was clean and nice. We ordered a package of pizza, wings, and a pitcher of lemonade via the tablet for our lane, no employees checked on us, but we figured they'd bring our food eventually. Imagine our surprise when music starts playing behind our lane and a robot has arrived with our pizza and wings! Kind of neat I guess, would be neater if the same robot arrived with napkins,
We walked into stars and stripes and we was approached by Zion and he was bad at helping us how to set up our card to start playing games andhe accompanied us on how to play the game 10 out of 10
I came to visit from out of town and needed a place to celebrate my daughter birthday. I was amazed that they had last minute party openings. Our needs were met. The hostesses were awesome. I am giving a 4 because the burgers were small and over cooked. I also wish that there was more time for each of the events. Overall the kids had a great time.
Order an s&s burger it came out with cheese, so we asked can we have it made without cheese she brings it back saying the kitchen said you didnt say no cheese...I said well take it off she said the manager will be ok to speak ... she comes back well it looks like this burger doesn't even come with cheese ?? no apology nothing... then I ordered a 4leaf clover drink it's yellow in the pic idk what she brought out even after asking me 2x but wateva it was was green not yellow
Great place for family night. We had a blast. Pizza was super greasy but hey what's a lil high cholesterol. The staff treated us very well & next time I'll reserve a spot for bowling because the lanes were booked.
Fun place with different options for the whole family. Bowling was great with food delivered to your lane. Like to spice it up? Psychedelic lanes with music and lights is an option as well. Large arcade with fun games for the whole family. We like to go when the weather outside is frightful
Day out with my family .The staff took good care of us all . Really happy with the ramped up cleaning efforts . Great job Guy's keep up the good work .
Good lanes, bad shows, strange pricing, vip lanes look like they would be fun
Super fun and enjoyable! Spider-Man and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful!
We took a group of us that were all handicapped in wheelchairs we had the best service the best food and the best time it's a place to go especially for families
The service here is awful. Keep an eye on your point balance when cashing in tickets for prizes. I caught one very rude employee taking more points then necessary. In addition every time my family and I have ordered food it has taken over an hour to get 8t out to our table.
We love Sunday mornings at Stars & Strikes! We play $1.99 VIP bowling with our kiddos. The service is lacking a little bit, however. We were almost done with our second game when we finally got the fries we ordered. They were amazingly delicious, though!
This is a nice all new facility, in a central location to the CSRA. They are experiencing the normal teething pains of a new business, but seem to have some real gems in place too. The food was pretty good. You can however very quickly spend a lot of money if you're not careful. The kids really liked it though and we will almost certainly be back.
The facilities are great, the layout is smart and comfortable, and the VIP bowling lanes are top. The technology integration would be really nice, except that's how you order food and drinks. Ok, easy enough, but that crucial interaction builds rapport with a server and is a big part of tip calculations and now you are doing that part of the job. If I'm spending $100 to bowl with my kids and eat pub food, I don't think I should be taking that on. Maybe I'd feel differently if the American tip shaming cultur
Way more fun than I expected decent bar food lots of arcade like games to play
Great concept, bowling alley meets Dave and busters. A little sketchy walking up to two police cruisers and police officers checking the door ensuring people are of age to drink and not carrying weapons. Otherwise an awesome spot.
Although the employees were kind, I'm not sure this play is staffed enough. Our lane broke several times and we had to hunt down a very, granted, busy attendant. The poor guy had a line of people and was trying to help everyone at once. We spent 20 minutes or so of our hour game trying to get help.
Staff is nice, place is clean and feels safe. There were several police men at the door. Apparently, children must be accompanied by an adult to be admitted. They made an announcement there that children could not sit at the bar area while we were there. The food was basic, however. The marinara thar came with the mozzarella sticks was not tasty...watered down. The Lemon drop shots tasted VERY watered down and were unevenly poured in the cups. Manager told us that cup probably didn't have enough juice. My f
Workers are rude. A worker ignored me when i asked if the bumpers could be put up for my kids.
Great place to go to. The pricing is amazing for the lane and the food was great. I would definitely be coming back.
Stars and Strikes is the best family entertainment I have been to since I moved to South Carolina this year; March 2019. The entertainment is fun and for everyone. However, they don't have associates working in the stations at the same time, so I went to the bar and no associate. Looked in the Grill and there was no hostess. I was there on a Saturday which is probably one of their Busiest days out of the week, which comes off as understaffed. Either way I ended up getting an associate and that was the only
It's seems like no one is ever working or when you do find someone they are not willing to help! I really don't care for this place at all!
Fun huge arcade. Problem is not a good family atmosphere when the bathrooms smell heavily of pot and the stalls are still hazy. The staff doesn't care it seems. I reported it and they did nothing. It was a Saturday night and Richmond county was working there that night 3 different officers and staff never said a word. I was there with a church youth group and will not go back if they can't keep it family oriented. They literally did nothing and acted like I was the problem.
Good place to take your kids arcade and bowling food is good accept for the pizza and adult drinks
Me and my 5 year old visited here once on the weekday and once the weekend. Pros : Not overly crowded, it's clean and the staff are helpful. cons : the weekend prices for bowling are timed and expensive. (go after 8pm on Sunday or during the week) The timed bowling cuts you off wherever you are in the game instead of allowing you to finish. My son was a bit upset because he wasn't able to at least finish his game.
We had an awesome time! The games are all great and the staff member Nick was super helpful and good to the kids! It really made our night!
You guys! We went to the bowling area for the Kids Bowl Free Summer deal. Let me tell you, Sherika was working so hard to give everyone an amazing experience. Every lane was filled up and she was the only one working during the day. She worked the bar, the bowling, and servicing lanes. She worked with patience and efficiency. I'm excited to return for future experiences. We had an amazing time!! On another note, the facility was clean and the food was delicious!
We seniors had a wonderful time. We had a green salad, which was delicious . I recommend to anyone go. Bowling was great
We booked a 2 hour 2 lane package. Didn't know the package included a server. She was so sweet, we never had to look for her. She was always present. She smiled the whole time. Cheered is on while bowling. It was great. The arcade is always fun. No complaints!
Our family really enjoyed ourselves. We had a great server. She greeted us and took our food order right away. The arcade was so much fun.
This is such a fun place and the atmosphere is amazing for all ages. Highly recommend this for parties, to include corporate parties!
Great place to go and have fun, but only go when they're have a special or you'll really over pay to bowl. Food was amazing and they have a great eat and play deal
Enjoyed a fun birthday party here. Our hostess was amazing, and there were lots of entertaining things for the group to do. However, the laser tag room is much warmer than the rest of the place, and the unlimited cards didn't work on many of the games.
Stars and strikes is fun because they have bowling, games, food, and cute cat robots that sometimes bring you the food which is sooo cool. It was pretty clean and the staff was really nice. It's cool that you can order from your bowling spot without getting up. Yes I recommend
Awesome facility, with great service and good food. It was definitely pricey, but I feel that it was worth it. Our group had an awesome time!
Good bowling games are ok. Don't eat there if you have a big family they charge a percent of there is more than 6 people even if it's just your kids.
We had a great time! The staff is kind and the place is really clean!
I LOVE going here. It's a great place for a nice family outing, a date night, a get together for friends, or even go solo just to kill time. We usually go for the arcade and laser tag, but they also have bowling, bumper cars and an escape room, as well as a bar and restaurant. Prices are decently fair; in my opinion the restaurant prices are a tad too high for the quality of food, but, still date night worthy.
We drove an hour and a half to get here. Upon buying the unlimited play Saturday special, nobody explained which games were not included. They are understaffed. The poor gentleman selling game cards had to keep running back and forth for the bumper cars and laser tag. The food was as good as can be expected, over priced and took an insane amount of time to arrive. For the money spent, we would have been better going off to Dave and Busters.
Had fun with my son there. Played a lot of games !
The Tuesday special of unlimited play was good but you do not earn tickets. The bumper cars sets it apart from Dave and Busters.
Great place for the family to hang out on a rainy day! The laser tag was more than expected, the bowling lanes are well laid out in an area of their own, and the arcade options have something for everyone.
I received my food after my bowling game that i hope to receive while playing game, the food was cold the, servers were nice and polite, i feel like I could have had a better experience.
On my BIRTHDAY June 1st? I experienced BAD customer service. Yall need to be more attentive and actually GREET your customers!! Me and my boyfriend sat at the bar for literally 20 minutes. 3 employees were in the bar area and there wasn't even a cluster of customers at the bar. The employees were free enough to where if they WANTED, they could?ve properly greeted and assisted us. There was 1 girl that asked if we were ordering? as I was about to say yes and ask a question she walked away and never came back
Went for best friend bday. Reserved bowling and they ended up giving our lanes up and had to wait. The games are rigged that you can't win anything. The crane game will pull your item up and drop it when it's already up. Employee said they changed the difficulty because of the everyone winning them smh. Signed up for laser tag for our group and had to get money back because they added a group with us. Even though we weren't inform. And wanted to play alone due to covid. Another crane game so packed you can'
Great place for a large group outing. Kids and adults enjoyed bowling and food.
Great place for a date or family fun! Awesome deals and specials throughout the week day and weekend. We loved it.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
