Graduation & birthday party was given for my grandson. From start to finish, everything was prepared as stated. There were no complaints about the food or the service. VIP was provided and brought smiles to a young fella day. Games were all in-service and not down or delayed. I will have another party here again it was worth the price

It was hard to find a staff member when we got inside of stars and strikes. We went to two different registers waiting for staff to come. Myself and my husband came for the MLK day special since we were both off of work. We enjoyed playing the arcade games. There were a lot of people but it wasn't super packed. We overall had a great time.

The management staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure the 6th birthday party we had there was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this location for your child's party, they will not disappoint. They will forever have our deepest gratitude!

Javier was beyond helpful answering the many questions I had about how everything works since I've not been to Stars and Strikes in a long time. The bumper cars were so much fun! Plenty of Arcade games to choose from and plenty of cool prizes.

Came on a Wednesday night when a deal was running. They were short-staffed, but still did a great job. Corey and Imari specifically assisted us, but everyone was great and we had a great time.

Kirsten and the other staff were amazing. I have a very severe allergy to seafood and she pointed me to what was safe for me to eat. She was so kind and caring!! Also the staff was so friendly and patient with us, and even gave us extra time to finish our last game. We only bowled, but the rest of the arcade seemed fun. I will definitely be back!

I go her every once in awhile I have seen the difference over time and it's been awesome! One thing I have to say the cheese quesadilla didn't have enough cheese in it I tasted straight toasted tortilla? but for a bowling alley food was good our crew had an amazing time and yeah maybe we were a little to loud?! Please work on your kiosk at the bowling does not even have Apple Pay, which era we are in? I wasted just 20 minutes just to make selection and come to the payment section. It's crap!

We are quick to report the bad, so why not report the good! I wanted to give the STAFF THEIR FLOWERS while they're still here to receive it! When I tell you they have the BEST STAFF EVER! Bowling alley review: the lanes are good and the atmosphere is great for bowling comfortably. There is a little wear and tear on the machines, so you may have to wait for pin resets. However, the staff is quick to address any issues. There are bowling leagues available if you're interested!

We came here for a company event and had such a good time. Very exciting lanes, and the taco bar they set up for us was excellent. Genuinely as good as it gets for a fun afternoon with your team.

We come here probably four or five times a year. I've had business parties here birthday parties and just family fun days and have never had issues until Sunday evening. I could go into detail, but I'm not going to too much first we had to pay extra for VIP because there was a leak coming in And then there was also a wait for VIP quoted at 15 to 20 minutes. My only issue was the security guard. He was rude, touching inappropriately me and my kids and almost didn't let me in cause I wouldn't answer his questions. He should be fired immediately. I come every weekend but I will never come back

The bowling was fun, We were in the VIP section, but there were no servers. They told us that there was ONE cook in the kitchen, so our food took so long And the girl that was making the drinks at the bar was not even a bartender! we spent $70 for 2 shots and 2 margarita and your girl at the bar doesn't even know what she's doing just terrible experience

The cashier javier gave us a free card to buy prizes and was very helpful during check out! The food was decent and the bowling went smoothly.

I took my basketball team for team bonding. All of the staff were extremely nice and the customer service was great. We utilized all of the attractions and had a blast. We will definitely be back for another outing.

Natalie was so kind and so informative about the Spring Break deal. She was not only kind to me, but my children also. She was very inviting, very welcoming, and very accommodating. Great time had by all.

Our kids had a lot of fun here! We went during the week and it was not at all crowded. Our favorite part was laser tag, and the bumper cars were great. There was no food available, other than the attached restaurant. It would have been nice if the concession area was open but maybe they don't run it during the week.

A worker named AMARE helped out with a lot of the issues I was having with the games and buying cards. Things was definitely easier thanks to him.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean. We played in the arcade and bowled. The arcade is loud and overstimulating to me but my kids all had fun.

I went to this Stars and Strikes today for a kid's birthday party. Of course, it is everything that a kid could want- arcade games, laser tag, and pizza. However, I feel like this place does not have much staff around, which is why I cannot give it five stars. If you have some extra money, then this is a great place to spend it for some fun with the littles.

I had really enjoyed my experience at this stars and strikes. By far the cleanest arcade and bowling alley I have ever been to. One of the co-workers there named AMARE had the best service and made me and my family experience very enjoyable.

You are now required to lift your shirt up and spin around for a security guard who then makes you empty your pockets and pat you down to enter the building. I called and expressed concern for this and was meet with aggressive, argumentative management. I will not be treated like a criminal just to spend my money on bad, overpriced food and drinks that comes with bad service and management that doesn't care about their customers. We came for some spring break fun, we have had a great time! They have really good prices for a lot of indoor fun! We will definitely be back again soon

This place was cool but the last three times I've been here on the VIP side, the lanes are ALWAYS messing up. The reset pins button doesn't do anything, and you can't order food from the kiosk. So you pay for an hour, but you lose time because the lanes don't work. I asked for extra time but had to pay for it. I will never come back to this location. Fool me once, shame on you. I've been fooled and taken for my money three times. Literally my lane has stopped working at least six times in the last hour.

I have always loved this location, but so much has changed since before covid happened. The prices have, of course, increased, which is expected. The food was ok, but I ordered the nachos, and the only thing I got on them was a little bit of chicken and cheese with a little queso. For $20 I was expecting more.

We were here to celebrate my grandson's birthday. They handled to whole thing from start to finish and we all had a great time especially the birthday boy!! My niece enjoyed her 8th birthday party here! They did it all! Bowling, games, laser tag, bumper cars...you name it! Our server was great as well! Very well organized! We were truly pleased!

I've been coming her for years and this place is still SO SO amazing. The customer service is top notch. The person that helped me was Tayo and he was very polite.

It's ok. Bowling is absurdly expensive on the weekends, just 3 people at 11am with shoe rental was $57. The arcade is very mediocre, the laser tag was full and the bumper cars were off so I didn't get a chance to check those out. Food prices are good (so are the arcade prices) and it tastes like it costs so there's no complaints. Much better deals at Dave and Busters with no tilted lanes. Not a great choice for the strikes part of the name. Overall C

For 4 people to bowl, 1 hr and 20 min cost $65, pretty expensive for a short amount of time. Also, we had too wait to get our beer delivered to our lane that seemed to take a bit. Still had fun.

This is entertainment for the youth and adults. Lazer tag, bowling, games, snacks, bar, photo booth, snack stand, and menu to order meals. FOOD WAS GREAT!!! Do not purchase the package if you are interested in collecting points to use in the gift shop. (Package points are not awarded) We were not told this in advance kids very disappointed at the end.

My husband and I came in on Tuesday around lunchtime and we practically had the place to ourselves. Bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, arcade games, they've got it all. The environment was clean, the music was fun and upbeat, the staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back for future daytime dates.

We come on Sunday morning and I don't understand why this place doesn't offer any type of drinks at snack bars until after 12:00. The staff seems irritated when you ask for something.

Horrible visit. We arrived around 11am for the special they have on sundays. The guy told us he was booked up on the regular side so our only option was to go on the vip side which was more expensive. I went back up there 5 seconds later because I was having issues with the screen on the vip and the person who was behind me when I was in line was able to get a spot on the regular side. We went here to come bowling and lucky for us there was an arcade as well! It's a tad inconvenient because you load your money onto a card in order to play the games.
