I recently visited Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center on Highway 92 in Woodstock, GA, and had a fantastic experience that's well worth sharing. My family and I were looking for a fun outing, and this place delivered with its wide range of activities and welcoming atmosphere. The facility is modern, clean, and spacious, with 24 bowling lanes, including some VIP options that add a nice touch for special occasions. Beyond bowling, they offer laser tag, bumper cars, axe throwing, and a massive arcade

I had the best time here. Dylan arcade manager was super amazing and helpful. He should be the main manager. Great customer service and he is super professional . Also a shout out to Joseph at the desk. This place is awesome for families. Thanks to Dylan. He made it worth it all.

Overall not bad but there's a few things that drop the rating for me. One, the surge pricing on the weekends. Credit costs for arcade games double on the weekend. Second, many games not working, missing balls etc but no signs or anyone to fix them. I got my credits back by talking to an employee but I had to do that 7 times on my last visit. That's a bit ridiculous.

I Took my grandkids to Stars and Strikes today. We had a blast as usual. We bowled 2 games and they were so kind to (at their suggestion) allow extra time to finish. That was so nice of them. We also played the games in the arcade area. We always bring home toys as well as collect a lot of tickets. That truly makes it fun. If you're looking to go to arcade, this may not be the place for you. The good arcade games are super expensive, and many machine look outdated. Three arcade machines in one night did not work. No warning or signs were put up notifying the machine doesnt work. However I am giving two stars, because the person working, was understanding and refunded all our points. ??

We love coming to stars n strikes! My step kids love the arcade room and bowling! We buy the unlimited arcade cards, however, it says on the back of the cards that ? Card balance good for one year from last use?. Came back two weeks later and the cards did not work. So I think it should be removed from the card. Very deceiving. Other than that, we have a great time!

We had our sons 6th birthday here. It was hectic at first, but the kids had so much fun! The service was excellent from Christian and the rest of the staff. The food was tasty. We will be back for sure.

I just went to lucky stars and strikes and I met a woman who works there named Hailey and she was absolutely amazing. If she wasn't there I would?ve left. We had a problem and no one could figure it out but she came and took care of us . Without her we would?ve left. She is truly amazing 5 stars for Hailey. Management needs to know this. Took the kiddo here over the weekend to hang out with his friend. It's second time weve come. The environment is super chill and the staff are friendly. Hector in particular was amazing. He went above and beyond to see that we were having a great time. I think this is going to become a regular spot for us.

Been here a few times. Went today for daughter bday and axe throwing. Not busy so we were able to get a lane easily. Area was nice and tidy. The attendant, Anthony, was great and responsive. Other time we came, there was no axe throwing and we brought some Malaysian band students we were hosting. They had a great time and good food.

Pros: -Our server (Alexis rocked super hard) -Lanes are well kept (compared to other bowling alleys) -Food open until 1:00!! -Arcade doesn't have too many broken machines -Tons of other things Cons: -Music genres all over the place (EDM, pop, rock)

Stars and Stripes is a pretty fun spot for bowling. I came here with a couple of friends and a child. It is very family friendly spot with a Chuck E. Cheese vibe. One side of the facility is for bowling and the other side is for arcades. You can order food and drinks at your lane from a server. They also offer different types of bowling games you can choose from once you get to your lane. The arcade is set up for the kiddos. You purchase tokens on a card and then the tickets you win from those games are up

This was by far the best birthday party experience we have had anywhere! Marissa was the best and helped with everything from setting kids names up on the lanes to cutting cake. She brought everything out on time? it was so smooth and easy! Highly recommend!!!!

This place is full of fun!! It's a little tricky to navigate at first but all the employees are helpful so it's easy to figure out. Arcade, bowling, ax throwing, and more. I didn't get to fully explore bc there is so much to do. It's in doors too!! No weather or pollen problems!! Great for big kids, adult kids, and kids.

We rented two lanes in the vip section for a party of 8. We had issues with one of our lanes not working properly and not keeping score of our game for the entire time we were there. We addressed this with multiple employees and no one solved our problem. We weren't able to bowl properly in our lane . The issue was never solved and only half of our party bowled . We spent 200$ and weren't able to use the lane we payed for.

Stars and Strikes was great. We went during the Sunday Special time: 10am to 12pm. During this time, they have great prices for game time and shoe rental. There is plenty of other activities too; laser tag, bumper cars, ax throwing, video games. They have a bar and food options. And for those looking for a party, check online for options or talk with staff.

I like this place! Just wish they had better deals on Sunday. Bowling is kinda pricey for regular price $49 for two adults and a child for a hour. Icees are $5 popcorn is $2.50 not bad snack prices. Over all a good place to bring kids.

Our family has visited here several times. I may have reviewed it once already. But let me just say it's a great place for adults and kids. The arcade is fun with a large variety of games to play. Bumper cars! This is a family fun attraction at this location! We love it. We've not played laser tag at this location so we can't attest to that. We like the bowling lanes here. It's never crowded (at least when we have been) and our family can enjoy our own seating area and lane.

The arcade has a good selection of games, and they all seem to be well-maintained. Half of the arcades I've been to have too many games out of order, but they still take your credits! The laser tag arena is also well maintained with plenty of space to run around. It was a pretty neat set up with strobes, lights and futuristic looking fixtures. We held our granddaughters birthday party here. Everything was excellent with 1 tiny exception, the bumper cars area is way to small for any of the kids to move the cars. Or you could say the bumper cars were too big for the space provided. Management & Service were on point!

I understand this is a family place but I don't see how. I have stage 5 kidney failure stage 4 of heart failure and liver failure. Because of my diabetes my body has shut down and I have seizures. I have to be watched by friends and family along with my daughter. My friend that works there was with me when I was having a seizure. The place had fun and inviting atmosphere until we met Hillary. Her facial expressions spoke itself. She brought our food order and asked me several times if it was mine if I paid for it. I had the receipt in my hand all along. We went to the bar to get the drink we were missing and she said nothing and gave us a look like she didn't want to do anything with us and made us feel awkward the entire time. My fiance just called to reserve a few lanes for a Saturday night birthday celebration and after I realized they made him pay a deposit and that we would have to pay for everyone upfront (and now be put in a position to ask everyone to pay us back) i asked him to cancel our reservation. Our daughter?s b day party went great! Lots of fun bowling, food and the games afterwards- our host Ryan was fantastic and made everything go off without a hitch. Ryan was very professional, we highly recommend him!

Celebrated my son?s birthday here, we took the arcade package which includes 2 hour party room, number card, laser and 2 hour unlimited arcade apart from food. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

We attended during a Spring Break day. We were a family group, party of 9, age range 2yo-63yo. We bought a pkg deal that allowed us to bowl, use the game room, & do a round of laser tag. We all had a great time & would return!

Fun place overall it can be a little pricey but they offer a variety of theme / discount nights (tues $10 endless play in the arcade for example) that makes up for it. The place is clean, the staff friendly and efficient and everything seems to works properly (arcade games up to date and functioning like they're supposed to etc) good place for date night, hanging out with friends and/or the family. Definitely with checking out.

Waited 2 hours for a lane, then told if we want a lane we'd have to pay extra for a premium. Waited an hour for an appetizer and one pizza, 10 minutes after we were served our food staff tried to physically move us to another table. Such a great place....

Came with my family and we enjoyed every second. They were very nice and so patient. It was 11 of us so yeah ?? only issue was that there were like 3 arcade games that we really wanted to play but weren't working but other than that it was fun

Soooo, it had been a couple of years and unfortunately it didn't age like a fine wine. The arcade had issues with many of the games not working. The staff was quick to refund our card from the defective games but it was a hassle to have to ask. Kids will have a good time. The prizes are decent and don't require a crazy amount of earned credits.

Today was my twins bday party here. We has Christian as our host. He was amazing he was excellent with all the kids keeping them occupied and moving smoothly through all the stuff. I was able to enjoy the party, talk with other parents for a change. If you do a party ask for him. He's great.

We had a ton of fun doing laser tag, bowling, and axe throwing! They are lacking in employees so that was an issue but other than that it was great!

Went with a group. The group leader PAID a reservation fee and showed up 5 minutes early to find out they sold the reserved lanes to someone else. The group then had to wait 45 minutes for them to rearrange reservations. What's the point of PAYING for a reservation only for them to give it away! Supposedly this is their policy. We had a birthday party here and it seemed a little expensive but it turned out to be totally worth every penny. Sam, our ?guide,? took a pack of 20 kids between 5 and 12 through all of the activities and ensured they had a great time. There was never a lull or any confusion, and we were super grateful! We had our ten year old son?s birthday party here with the all access pass as the kids had a BLAST. Best birthday ever according to me son. And no prep or cleanup for mom and dad!! We will definitely be back!!

I used to come here a lot more but I have been bowling a few times and everytime was really great. The arcade games are fun but they don't interest me as much as they used to. I go there now mainly to load my card with 9 dollars and play 6 rounds of step maniax because it is the closest equivalent to Dance Dance Revolution I live by. I would love if more rhythm games ever get added.

Such a fun venue with much to offer. Lazer tag, arcade, bowling and even a bar. Such a fun spot to take the kids or channel your inner child with some fun activities. Prepare to spend some money or look out for deals like BOGO arcade cards or all inclusive package deals. Clean, efficient staff and a wide variety of fun activities for all ages.

While scrolling on Facebook during the summer I've seen an ad for kids bowl free, I signed us up. My 5 year old and I have enjoyed each Saturday morning bowling together. I have found out he is truly competitive. I will be honest the food's not that great so eat before you come but everything else is amazing.

This is for children's birthday parties, with many video games. As an adult, I definitely like the fact that they have a bar where I can buy a glass of wine.

My kids just love this place. We usually come on Tuesdays when they can play all the want for the same price. The laser tag room is very nice.

Reservation count for nothing, once ate food here and was later told it had mold on it. Additionally pool tables are sratched up and they treat their employees poorly

We were there for our granddaughter's birthday party. They took care of everything and cleaned up afterwards. The kids had a great time. Well organized. They party hostess did a great job. Did I mentioned we didn't have to clean up? A great venue. Reasonably priced.

As nice as the lanes and setup are, good luck finding a ball that weighs less than 15lbs. It seemed to be an epidemic around there. But silver lining. FREAKING CAT ROBOTS TO DELIVER YOUR FOOD! WHAAA??? But five bucks for an icee is deplorable. I just paid 50 for a game of bowling.

She says this is the "funnest" party ever. Even the little ones had a blast. The coordinator who worked with us was awesome. He anticipated everything we needed and ensured the party flowed well. Great place for a party for any age.

We had a party of 11 and it was a blast! The staff here was so awesome. Jess, our host was super sweet and very accommodating. The manager was also very nice and was able to let us finish our game. I went here to play arcade games, and there was alot of games to play from! The thing is the refills are usually $25 or for more points $50. I'm not sure since the last time I been here was a month. Sadly though the food stand only accepted Card, no cash. Still, this arcade is very good if you are in no budget, and want some fun!

We went there yesterday for my nephew who is 5 and just loves the arcade. At first my sister was given the run around when the machines were down to load the cards. After about 15 minutes of back and forth we were ready to play. We enjoyed the games, clean and tidy. When we were in the area to redeem the tickets and tokens the one machine wasn't working and the other one took forever. Multiple employees walked past saying that machine does take a while. Food is sooooo horrible. Concession stand type. Avoid food whenever possible. Service is slow. They don't tell you until after they charge your card but there is a $3 charge for each card on top of the card value you purchase when buying game cards.

I've been to many locations of stars and strikes but so far this is my favorite. Good service, super clean, and good promos for families

We had a blast for my daughter's 11th birthday! I highly recommend upgrading to the VIP lanes! Parents got to relax while the girls played.

My grandkids had lots of fun! I was disappointed that bumping cars were gone. That's the one activity I use to enjoy doing with my grandkids.

Food is so so. Overall a very fun place, but pricey. $55 for an hour of bowling. Large arcade with a variety of video games and the Lazer tag is fun.

All in all the place is awesome but that doeant mean there arent negatives. The lanes are very tight and I felt like I didn't have enough room to perform my typical approach/roll. On top of that, because we were so damn close I was constantly in fear of a small kid taking a ball to the face. Outside of these concerns the service was punctual, the arcade was awesome, the people were great.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, I took my family here for there October deal and I regret it so much. First of all the service and food were terrible and had my son throwing up. The Caucasian female manager smelt like cigarettes and looked very unhygienic and was extremely rude to me and my wife. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and had the best time. An employee named Jon really went above and beyond for us. While setting up laser tag he cracked a few jokes that made us laugh and he even joined in on the game because no one else was playing at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience couldn't be happier.

My son spent $30 trying to win a giant ball out of a machine that has a loose nut on the claw purposefully set up so it does not win. Come here to bowl, but do not play the games because they are a waste of money and a disappointment to an eight-year-old.

I came in for family outing w/ my niece's & nephews. The staff was friendly, however there was an issue with the kitchen and our food order but ACE, the manager, took care of us. Shes a Very kind & caring person. We will definitely return in future.

Love Starbucks. This location is smaller than most, but remains mostly quiet until school gets out and it is close by a school. So sometimes it gets a little loud in there. Nice though during the day!

Very expensive ? I was one adult with 3 kids 8-9 and 10 we bowled for an hour for about 52.00 bucks . We only had one full game completed when our time ended ! I guess if you do not have at least 100 just to spend on bowling then don't go !
