I was so impressed with how beautiful and clean the rink was?it really stood out the moment I walked in. The birthday party we attended was so well-organized and full of fun, and the kids had an absolute blast. We've used this location for a birthday party. Nice location. A+ for cleanliness. A+ for equipment. I would like to suggest that owner require management lead be much more interactive and function professionally as an active listener when there's a discrepancy. We booked a party this time, and definitely paid a pretty penny to be displaced due to scheduling issue, and food ordered for kids wasn't ready until time ended for the party room we didn't get. We had a Girl Scout event here. It was nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. The skating floor is well maintained. The rental skates suck. The other skaters were awesome to watch. Many were super good with lots of cool moves. The food was better than average for a skating rink and the prices were a little high but not as ridiculous as expected. I would definitely go back and my kids had a great time.

May 22nd me and my best friend accidentally found this place while driving back up from Savannah and Rasheed was absolutely the best! He helped us out and was a pleasure to talk and interact with! Rink was stellar and they even had skating aids (haven't skated in years and it was a great help). The establishment was clean, we were helped quickly, and the music playing was a 10/10. If I'm ever gonna be in McDonough again I'll be sure to visit again!!

After chaperoning a field trip, I am giving them 5 stars (even though we never go here because we don't skate). They were organized and friendly, and the kids had a lot of fun. I'm still in awe with the staff at Starlite McDonough. This was my first time throwing a party there and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The place was clean and organized. We attended the Once Upon A Time Princess Breakfast and it was a blast. The girls enjoyed seeing the Princesses and they had plenty of activities for them. I loved the stations set up and the activities were good for kids of all ages.

Had a birthday party here and my daughter and her friends had a great time. GM and assistant GM were great and explained all the packages in detail and answered any questions we had. Our host we had assigned to us was also great and took care of everything we needed. Definitely would recommend.

Friend paid 110 dollars for three people for unlimited laser tag, drinks, and pizza. Turns out laser tag is like five minutes every half hour and we get our drinks in tiny styrofoam sippy cups. His skate had a screw poking out into his heel. Our drink cups smelled like mildew and the pizza was undercooked. Overall, not all it's made out to be. Feels scammy. Felt like I died and went to hell.

Went this past weekend and a lovely young woman named Courtney was working the Laser tag area she is by far THE BEST EMPLOYEE I came across I'm giving HER COURTNEY 5 stars. Overall I'm giving the place 3 stars because it took a hour for me to get a pizza and hotdog. Kitchen seemed a bit disorganized. There was also another young lady with red braids I didn't get her name she was excellent as well I saw her working 3 different departments while I was there.

This venue exceeded our expectations; it was impeccably maintained and offered a welcoming atmosphere. Chris, our guide, was not only knowledgeable about the facility but also displayed remarkable professionalism throughout our visit. We're excited to return and try the laser tag experience next!

My sons 10th Birthday was beyond amazing. Nick ensured my son had a great time and the host and other staff was very friendly. Nick the Manager is the reason we come every week. I wish you could pay extra for your kid to be displayed on the screen they have on rink floor.

Recently was here for a birthday party for my niece, the manager Nickolas was amazing... like the absolute best and our party host was attentive and friendly. 10/10 will be back to have a party for my son.

Now, I was going to give a 4 start due to the fact that they charge the same price even if you bring your own skates AND a $6 charge to use a locker. HOWEVER, the skate floor is one of the smoothest I've ever been on, the facility is clean, the DJ was DJing (my absolute favorite part), the arcade was giving mini Dave & Buster (with all the good arcade games), a menu that served a variety of foods, alcoholic beverage menu options, the art work is amazing and plenty of activity for the kids. I grew up in Riverdale, and my childhood skate rinks are either a used car lot or closed. I found Starlite online. I was so happy about the experience for the kids. They had a blast!

Seems to be an okay place to go skating, as long as that is all you plan on doing. I could not have anticipated how much it would cost for this outing either. A rip off for school night, kids over 10 not allowed on playground and my daughter does not skate. We could not pick an option of LaserTag only. We were forced to pay the same as if she was using all amenities. $25 per kid for school night is not a discount. Would?ve rather took them elsewhere where they could have utilized everything!!

I would've given them a five if it wasn't for the rude one rude girl at the concession stand. After sending 600.00 on a VIP Bday party and paying for extra party platter. My 7 year was told he'll have to pay 2.67 for a cup of ice and water. after mentioning the party she whisper to the other staff member and they both started laughing. How terrible and rude. What a fun experience for the family, parents skate for free with a paid child. You can throw a birthday party in the private rooms. They have different family nights where you can get all you can eat pizza. They have games for the kids, laser tag, a jungle gym and of course skating. It's a great time for all

Owner or manager (lady) was rude! She appeared to be unhappy with black patronage! Had several groups on that day with one person taking and cooking orders so food was delivered untimely! Owner/mgr witness left area and closed herself in office! ?? Had to address her to assist the young lady taking food orders as our bus was returning soon!

Decent location, but the prices are too high for skating and the rink is really small. The concession is also extremely high, they should also keep the area cleaner. The laser tag is a waste of money. The music was ok at best. Mask not required, ok staff but the manager could definitely work on her people skills. Decent parking. I will not return.

Spend $140 dollar for ?unlimited laser tag?, ?unlimited food?, and ?unlimited drinks?. The laser tag is 3-4 minutes every half an hour, and the drinks is one small styrofoam cup. rude staff, over priced, and bad equipment. cost $20 dollars to skate and $5 more for a skate rental. also walkers cost an extra $6.50. if you get the extra pass you get lazar tag and access to the play ground for $32. id skip that. they dont watch the play ground so i wouldnt pay extra. in total i spent $170 for 3 kids and me and my wife to skate, and thats not including food and drinks. witch were extremely over priced.

Most of the staff was nice, manager was rude to myself and other customers. The music was disappointing. We paid 90 dollars to skate and none of the kids in the building were skating because the music wasn't even made when they were alive. I suggested a different playlist but the manager brushed it off. I would never come to this establishment again.

I paid for unlimited laser tag, pizza, and drinks for 3 people and it came out to $110 just for the "unlimited drinks" to be basically sippy cups, my skates had a screw poking out of it, and the "unlimited laser tag" happens every 30 minutes just to last like 5 minutes. Not worth it, please don't spend your money here just go to Dave and busters right down the road.

Came on Sunday 12/29/24, the music was awful, paid $190 for 2 adults,1 toddler,4 kids,and 4 skate rentals. Then, I paid $14 for two skate walkers. Lockers are $6 to rent. If you come here,make sure it's a Wednesday. Still bring about $300 to $500 to really enjoy yourself.

My 3 year old grandson loved it. He said he never wants to go to Chuckie Cheese again. He woke up Sunday morning and said let go to the skating rink. I told my daughter that this is the best skating rink I seen. That you should have a girl night out for my granddaughter.

Been skating professionally for over 20 years and his is not only the worst Rink we have ever skated at, it is poorly managed with the Staff including the manager being unprofessional it seems the manager treats the young employees unfairly. Pocketing money and taking tips meant for the workers. I will be contacting the Better business Bureau and filing a formal complaint.

We normally go to the Stockbridge location but came to the McDonough location today, so glad that we did! The manager on duty ( Nicolas) was super nice and accommodating! Love that he interacted with the customers even got on the floor to skate! The facility was super clean, including the bathrooms! Did not have a very good experience. This is the only skating rink in Georgia that plays one style of music. Also paid around $80 for me and my family skate and was told that the music cannot be changed because this was a dance team spirit night which is fine but also made the entire floor clear for the dance team to perform. Maybe should?ve said all this before admission and wouldn't have had to pay so much. Will not be coming back. I pay way less elsewhere and can enjoy myself.

Ok so my girls had a blast. The facility is amazing, clean, big, but.....DJ Malcolm ruined it for me. He sang on about every song. Every slide show photo was of him or his merch even the group photos all had him as the focal point. The music was not consistant it was either obnoxiously loud or faded to the point you couldnt hear it, there was no in between. Overall my girls had a good time, in the future if they hold anymore princess events we will probably attend.

My granddaughter?s 12 th birthday was awesome. Everything was perfect from starting to finish. Nicolas the manager made sure everything was perfect. Serenity was attentive to every aspect of the party. The guys at the window was great making sure everyone was in compliance with their waiver and wristbands. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because the prices are a bit higher than I'd like but I understand the cost of everything is going up these days. I DO feel like there should be a separate fee for entry and for skate rental. $20 just to enter on an adult night when you have to pay for drinks still is a bit much. I took my grandkids there to skate they had fun on the skates. But for the money I spent there they should have had more for them to do with the older kids. But over all I gave them a 65.

The rink is okay. The last couple times I've been here they always played this slow sappy music, that you normally wouldn't skate to. They tried playing some Caribbean music too but it really wasn't my thing. I also don't like that it's $23 a person on Saturdays, even when you bring your own skates (which I feel is a ripoff). And the teenagers that come here are so reckless it's hard to enjoy skating because they do stupid stuff.
