Amazing! I just had my husband?s surprise 40th birthday party here and it was so much fun! What a memorable time we made here and at such an affordable price! I am above and beyond satisfied with the communication, service, product, and all around professionalism of this business. I was a little reluctant at first because I was not able to put down a deposit for reserving the space, but the owner was very great at communicating with me. He had me in his books scheduled for the correct time and there was an

Really enjoyed geeking out and having fun with all the pinball games and retro games. Loved all of the cool decorations and old toys. Impressed they had some few games down - they must take a lot of care to make sure the games are functional. Felt like every time I turned around I was saying ?oh I used to LOVE that game?. I'm not typically a pinball fan, but when I could play for free, I actually quite enjoyed it. We were there for 2.5 hours and I could have easy spent another hour or two. Definitely recomm

What a fun time! My inner child had the best time playing old favorites like Burgertime, Millipede and Asteroids. I haven't even started talking about the pinball machines! There is literally something for everyone at this arcade! I will be back!!

This place is so rad. They have tons of 80?s, 90?s and 2000?s games to include shooters, racing, dance dance revolution and tons of pinball games. The price is super cheap at like $12 for an all night pass. They aren't open every day and they are only open at night but it's super cool. I spent like 45 min just playing hydro thunder and loved it. Great place for kids and adults, I saw plenty of both and have personally brought my kids and everyone finds the kinds of games they are interested in

This place has an amazingly large collection of pinball machines and old school arcade games. I was really impressed with the amount of games. We did find some hidden gems there, ddr (dance dance rev), pac man, Mrs pac man, shooting games, basketball shooting game and more! I brought my 3 tear old, she's a little too young to enjoy these games. But the adults were loving it! They have lots of collectibles, keep your eyes peeled for treasures all over.

my dad was looking for a classic arcade to hang out with me and relive his childhood, i heard of this place online & when we went we stayed from opening all the way to closing. we were amazed at the selection of games, for a small entrance fee you have the entire arcade at your fingertips! we will absolutely go back here whenever we want an arcade night. all this place really needs is some aesthetic, there's decorations here and there but it's mainly a few plain rooms. i want to see the classic arcade carpe

We came for the $11 special on Saturday from 7-11. From the outside doesn't look big but don't worry this place is big. They have rooms and all the walls covered in a great old school variety of all games. Jacob helped us out and he was awesome. I loved all the fun decor

Love it... my 14 year old son loves this place as well.

Fun for all ages! Our group was aged 8 to 40 years old. We all had a great time. For $11 you can play from 7pm till 11pm (free play). Also the snack bar is super affordable $1 - $3. Truly a retro experience with retro prices! Enjoy the classics with pin ball, Mrs. Packman to all the favorites from the past. NBA jam even has space here.. The family is already begging to go back. Great Job Starfighter, we appreciate the collection you share!!

This place is awesome. It was really busy, but there are so many games to choose from and everyone was super friendly. Definitely worth the $14 admission

This is the best way to play pinball! It was $14 for 4 hours of free play. The price has gone up from $11 a couple of years ago, but still 100% worth the cost. There are over 100 pins and a lot of arcade cabinets as well. They do not have a lot of the newer machines, but they have a really great variety that spans the decades. This is a must-stop for us when we're in town ??

Employees know their stuff. Owners are enthusiasts. Games are great, well-maintained, and there's a ton of variety here. One downside is their limited hours, but it's understandable given they're a popular spot for private parties! This is a great place for nostalgic birthday parties, chill weekend hangouts, or a fun, unique date that's easy on the wallet and not a huge drive outside the valley! Bit of extra detail: Mike, one of the owners, was excellent to work with for an event we hosted here. He was ve

It's an amazing place with a lot of great games and pinball. For $11 you can spend 3 hours. Bring some ear plugs there's a lot of noises going on. I haven't played Moon patrol for 35 years.

Super fun place to play all the games from the 80s. I've brought my kid a couple times, and he had a lot of fun, too. The only bummer was I had to ask three times for the to put credits on a couple pinball machines, and it never happened. I would still highly recommend.

We had so much fun, hours passed by and it seemed like minutes! They have so many different pinball machines to choose from! Definitely worth giving a try! Plus the price is reasonable!

A very retro arcade hidden in a manufacturing district. This place looks untouched by time and has loads of nostalgia. You'll find all the main arcade cabinets here plus tons of pinball machines. The space is kinda small, but that's the charm of it. It's not too expensive to get into, so it'll make for a great date night. I wish they could buy some more space and expand this arcade, but I'm happy with what's there now.

Super cool! Massive amount of games. Loved it!!! Needs to turn music down some thou, could not hear games. They may have had music up due to concert in back of building the night we went.

So much fun! We were there for a fundraiser, and I did not expect to have the fun I did. We walked out of there laughing and it was just a great evening!! All the old arcade games and awesome pinball games everywhere!

Honestly the most wholesome fun you can have for $14. Clean, cheap, fun, and nostalgic. Even my kiddo had fun

Best places so fun! Hosted a private birthday party here and it was a big hit! The staff is so friendly and it's such a great price.

Now THIS is an arcade. All the best games. The pinball selection is insane and you can tell that whoever collects them is a connoisseur. Tons of great cabinet games as well. I will be returning most weekends for the foreseeable future. Thanks for existing and being awesome! Here's to many more years!

We had our son's birthday here and he loved it. It's fun for all ages. Several people at the party said they want to have their next birthday there too. Staff was so sweet and helpful too. We will return soon.

This place iss a lot of fun. You pay one admission price (it was $11 when I was there) and you can stay for several hours and play any and all of the games. There were so many pinball machines to choose from as well as Tetris, Pac Man, Baby Pac Man, and lots of other video games from the 80s. The overhead lights are kept low, so the lights from the pinball machines really pop. This arcade is located in an out-of-the-way location in an industrial park, so you're never going to stumble across it, but it is D

Amazing place to go and play classics, they have over a 100 some games that will bring ya back! The owners are doing a service by allowing us to enjoy something that is becoming harder and harder to find and play. $11 bucks and unlimited play! Well worth the drive, I came from Wickenburg to play! Go see and play you won't be disappointed!

Incredible time spent here! All the greatest games and pins!

This was a trip down memory lane. A little cramped as it was fairly busy and crowded. Games were a definite flashback to my childhood arcade around the corner. Great deal. I'd definitely return.

This place is awesome!! Has more pinball machines than I've seen in any one arcade. All the old school games were there too. Pole position, dig dug,, tetris, mortal combat, and tons more. Only bummer is the limited hours but it's more than worth the $11 dollar admission for free play inside the entire place????

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Totally retro from the games, to the decor, to the music ?? One set price at the door to have free reign over ALL games available. There is also the option to leave and return without having to pay again. WORTH IT ??????????

Awesome fun place with classic arcade and pinball machines. Had a great time and looking to go again soon

Wow! This place is really cool! Lots of pinball and classic arcade games. Decor and music boost the 70s - 80s (& early 90s) vibe. Staff are friendly.

Major nostalgia of the good times and really packed too! Finally an arcade that doesn't charge for each game. Well worth the travel. <3

This place is so fun. $13 for unlimited play - what a deal! Tons of pinball machines and a huge selection of classic arcade games.

This place is pretty cool! I've never played a lot of the games in there, but I had a blast! It was really relaxing to just play arcade games all night, only having to pay to get in. And it was totally reasonably priced at $11. I just wish I didn't live so far from it!

Had our son's birthday party and everyone from 5 to 75 had a blast playing the games. Perfect place for a party

amazing! Good price and super fun! I'm obsessed with the reanimator poster! Make sure to bring your own drink or some money for the cheap drinks:)

Great place to enter a world of nostalgia from your childhood. When you walk in, you feel like it's back in the 80s. Retro movie posters on the walls and movies playing throughout the arcade. Nostalgic memorabilia from the 80s and 90s everywhere. Arcade games and pinball games everywhere from all of your favorite old movies and television shows from back in the day. Fun arcade to bring back fond memories. Snack prices were cheap and reasonable, not over priced. We had a blast!

Absolutely love this place! Great family fun! Never had an issue! It's definitely a repeat outing for our family!

Starfighters Arcade is the best arcade I been in ever! Pricing is awesome 4 hours for 11 bucks all you can play! Over 150 classic arcade games and 35 pinball tables. Do your self a favor a go and game!

Great music and game selections. The place is clean, can definitely get crowded but you'll still have a great time. They have a ton of pinball machines and other classic games from our past. They allow you to bring in your own drinks which is really nice or they have candy and beverages side you to buy at decent prices. We've been twice now in a month and are totally loving it.

Starfighters Arcade is a very genuine arcade, faithful to what everyone loved back in the day with all kinds of pinball, cabinet video games including real unique ones you never heard of before, retro art pieces everywhere, framed retro celebrity portraits signed to the arcade itself, old movies projected onto a wall, a decent soda machine, comfortable couches, and even a few newer games like Guitar Hero and DDR. The people who work here have a real love for this culture and it shows in how they run their a

Lots of fun, but got pretty crowded. Good place to take kids this summer

Found out about this place on Tiktok and had to check it out! $11 gets you access to all the games. (check in process was quick and easy). Definitely a mix of all ages, including some younger kids as well as some adults on the older side. Great selection of pinball machines and other retro arcade games. Went on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait long for most machines (exceptions may include guitar hero and dance dance revolution). Lastly, they have a nice selection of candy at the front desk if you'r

Starlight?s Arcade had a great assortment of pinball & 80?s retro video games. I easily found a variety to play all night & dance in front of to the 80?s songs playing all night. I had a blast! Really enjoyed the trivia game & prizes. I will be back.

Such a fun place!! Great price point! Will definitely be going a lot!

This is one of the coolest places I've been to in a long time. It's like taking a trip back into the 80s as a kid. All the classic arcade games you can imagine and some you probably even forgot about.

So many arcade games, so many pinball machines, so many people hanging out. Fun night!

What a great place. All the games were in great shape. Alot of fun and good vibes. Music was on point. I will be back for sure and recommend this to any arcade lovers.

It was great we had fun. Lots of old retro game systems free to play just pay the entrance fee.

By dumb luck I found this place, while looking for something else. So I stopped grabbed my girl, my son and his girlfriend and we came that Friday night. it was amazing and brought me back to when i was a kid in the 80s and 90s we had an amazing time and the price to enter was amazing as well. For a time and economy that is ridiculous it allows people with kids that can be struggling to be able to afford a great night. You guys did a great job! Thank you for the awesome experience, I told my friends about t

Dropped by a few nights ago to spend an hour. Had such a good time I closed the place down. Thanks starfighters arcade.!

Awesome arcade! The best place to go in Arizona to play some pinball and arcade games.

Always a great place to go and feel nostalgic about the good old days of being a kid. Lots of vintage arcades and plenty of new games as well. Don't forget about the pinball, there are plenty to choose from. You will not be disappointed spending an evening here. Very kid friendly. Best place in town if you are looking for "Flynn's" arcade.

There are lots of things that Starfighters does really well. They have over 100 pinball games and over 150 upright arcade cabinets. Most games are 70s and 80s, but they have some newer pinball machines too. They rotate in new games all the time. Everything is set to free play with no exceptions. You pay one flat fee (currently $11 per person) to enjoy the whole night. Or buy a monthly pass (currently $38) and you can invite three people to join you for free each visit. When something breaks down, you can sc

Awesome vintage indoor arcade. Lots of really cool pinball machines! Great and Cheap Fun! Had a blast playing almost all of them. Only thing missing is the classic ninja turtles arcade! Truly an amazing time!

I was told about this place from a friend when I said i wanted to play pinball for my birthday. So that exactly what we did! It is old and looks thrown together, but felt safe and was a lot of fun. I'm not sure I would have spent $11 in quarters, but it was fun playing "unlimited" games for an hour. Great time for all ages.

They have all the best Stern Pinball games, most Premium editions. I showed up at 7 and was getting crowded by 9 when I left, but I never had to wait more than a minute for a machine. This was my first time there but I will definitely be coming back often.

Pay at the door freeplay machines system is legit. Good selection of games (which is amazing given how small the building is). I'd hit it up again if bored and in the area.

Awesome place! My kids love it and it's got a very cool 80s vibe

This place is amazing! More people need to know about it. I was surprised by the sheer number of cabinets and machines they have, not to mention the temperature inside is nice and cool. I'm definitely going to be coming back

Great place! Only $10 a day for unlimited free play! Staff is really nice. Only a game or two were out of order. 80s movies projected on the wall along with 80s music.

My older teen boys and family love this awesome and nostalgic arcade! My son wants to have his birthday party here, he enjoys it so much. We really enjoy our family nights here. And the staff is always so nice and Friendly.

Amazing pinball and retro games! We loved coming here

Just spent three hours here and didn't even touch half the games. Enjoy playing my retro games tetris, ms pacman, mario bros. Busy but not too busy, you don't need to wait very long for any one game. Enjoyed the music, staff are great and place is clean. Photo's are after closing, so no people in them.

This arcade has a larger selection and wider variety of retro games compared with other arcades. Located inside an industrial office building across from Falcon Field Airport, with plenty of additional parking around the side. Guitar Hero was very popular and had people waiting to play during peak hours. The A/C was broken, but there were multiple large floor fans. Pros: $11 flat rate for unlimited play. NO HASSLE with coins or swipe cards! ??. Drinks available for purchase at reasonable prices. Friendly s

If you like Retro games this place will be Better than Disneyland :) This place is awesome. Wide range of pinball machines. Can be loud. If you were born between 1965-1975 and went to the arcade growing up, you might get tears in your eyes entering. Can get crowded on Saturdays.

Was there for a private party... soooooo fun! They have all the classic pinball machines and video games. On regular nights, it's $11 to play all you want. No feeding the machines quarters or tokens! Relive the 80s!

An impressively huge collection of games! Really fun.

Great place to hang out for a few hours playing old school games & pinball machines.

Huge selection of pinball and classics arcade machine. $13 Let's you play all from 7pm-12pm

Went last weekend, had a blast. Lots of pinball machines and old school video games. Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Dig-Dug and more. Will definitely go again.

Super cool place for '80s arcade games. Not a super cool place for '90s arcade games. Coming from the north side it's not worth the drive unless I'm already on the east side because castles and coasters is just as good or if not better. Unfortunately, most of the very good games were not functional when I was there last night. Still a great place. Wish Tron, Baby Pac-Man, After Burner, Space Harrier, T2, and several others worked. Wish some 90s common staples like MKII were present.

Such a cool place!! In a super weird location, but so much fun.

Great 80s arcade! Lot's of fun at a great price.

This place is awesome! An inexpensive place to get a truly authentic arcade experience. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates classic arcade games (or pinball)! Only downside is that they don't serve food or alcohol (though they do have some snacks and sodas)

Wow this place brings me back to my childhood, pinball and arcade games old-school and a few newer. Very inexpensive to get in and play any game you want unlimited till close. Fun for all ages.

This place is awesome especially if you love pinball but it's full of '80s and '90s arcade games I believe it's less than $13 or so for unlimited play time they open at 7:00 and they close really late. It does get a bit busy in there but not so much that you can't play games. Definite blast from the past. Undoubtedly there will be at least seven or eight games that are not working but that's okay because they have over 100 other ones in there I believe. They have a little snack section and drink machines th

I went there a few months ago and had an absolutely fabulous time. They have a great collection vintage games that as an 80s kid I grew up playing Lots of pinball if you're interested in that, but I would recommend eating before hand as it's not much to eat Would be great if it had a bar and a lite menu

The only thing that would make this arcade better is if their hours were expanded... AND If they had real food instead of just snacks...and perhaps beer. But the games and pinball machines are fantastic! Yeah... all 10 high scores on Spy Hunter. ??

Had a blast with my daughter. So many games to enjoy.

I had a great time here! Reminds me of playing at the Nickel Arcade when I was a teenager, only this place charges one fee for unlimited free play! Old-style arcade where the games are just jammed in everywhere and fill up every available space. Classic games, great 80s music, lots of pinball! which I love. I wish they had a bigger selection of candy, cuz I just felt like I needed to be munching while playing, and one can only eat so many bottle caps or pop rocks before the pure sugar overload gets to you.

Legit fun place with tons of pinball and stand up games. Fun for the whole fam. I'd love to see a family pass instead of one person entry fees. Offering sanitation wipes to clean the joysticks and buttons may be something to consider to help avoid the nasties ppl have.

Awsome experience, popular arcade games i've never seen before and lots of pinball. And so worth the money.

This place is a gem in Phoenix! How did I not know about it!?!? I'll definitely be back!!

They just expanded the place and reorganized it. Great games and atmosphere.

I went to Starfighters Arcade for the first time last Friday and I have to say this is one of the best all-ages retro arcades in the Valley! Here's how my experience went: The arcade is located in a winding corporate area, but you'll know you're there when you see the front, with neon lights glowing through the windows and lots of cars surrounding the place. I recommend arriving a few minutes before opening because the parking can be pretty competitive. The entrance fee is $11 for endless play on any of the

I absolutely cannot recommend this arcade enough if you love old school arcade games! The only thing thing I could complain about was there wasn't an air hockey table. But honestly it's like a living museum of nostalgic joy for gamers. I got to watch all my partners faces light up when they found games they hadn't seen since they were kids, and I'm sure they saw the same in me when I was playing too. We love it & can't wait to go back this week with our kid!

Awesome place! Family friendly. Tons of pinball machines and arcade classics! Great value for all you can play!! Ah the sound of that good old pinball replay CLUNK!

I love the '80s vibe here. So much fun seeing all of the retro games and they always have fun '80s movies playing on the walls as well. When I was there last night both Krull and the last Starfighter were playing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
