Customer Reviews

This place was a lot of fun for everyone in our family. With a large bar overlooking the arcades for parents to view there children while drinking some of there fantastic mixed drinks. Our kids had so much fun from Lazer tag to arcades to a movie style game. We enjoyed the escape room and even bowling. We'll be back soon for more entertainment. Awesome establishment.

This place used to be great to take my daughter. We got the unlimited card for $25. We come to find out that they removed the bumper cars and there's about 7 games she can play. We left after a half hour. Very disappointing experience.

The remodel is awesome. Saginaw has a mini Dave n Busters right in your backdoor. The private bowling area is awesome! Perfect for a party of any sort. Tons of video games for all ages to play. They even have bumper cars. Have a great time!

I attended a work event at Stardust recently, and I have to say the service was absolutely incredible! Michelle and Paige took amazing care of our party, they were very kind and professional. I can't recommend it enough for private/work events!

Staff is friendly and professional. They do have some newer stuff but it seems like at the sacrifice of some of the older things like the bumper cars and other rides they had their. Not that they're known for rides or anything but I feel like they need some more stuff in there. Regardless I do like the new old school dinette seating they have in there. Go Tuesdays it's half off

So much fun! Clean, well maintained ? Alex was our server, she was friendly and we had a great time.

Great time visiting since they have remodeled. Beautifully thought out and so much fun. Laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games, bowling, and escape rooms. Everything was priced no different than an arcade entertainment center. We had a blast and their was so much to do. They have a great bar. Escape rooms are all different difficulty levels which makes it a lot of fun. Laser tag is 2 stories tall. Everything is handicapped accessible. All games are electronic with a card to add more money on and keep tickets

Complete rude people work here as you walk in you have to go through a security check point like your at a courthouse or jail. They even go through the belongings. We were there for a 12 year olds b day and they went through the kids gift bag!!. Total invasion of privacy. Never been here till today never be back again. I'm from bay city where you can enjoy yourself at a bowling alley without feeling like a criminal or being treated terribly by employees. People need to read the one star reviews there real.

Honestly, this place was so beyond overpriced! They no longer offer the bumper cars, half of their arcade games to win tickets were out of order. My kids were bored within 10 minutes. I recommend other places to try! We were all disappointed honestly.

The bowling alley and the food was wonderful. Staff was helpful especially the lady cashier at the entrance. Only complaint is that the arcade had only half the machines working. Both air hockey tables were down and that was a big reason my husband and I did the arcade on top of bowling.

Tried to come have food, drinks, and play games 3.5 hours prior to closing and they practically pushed us out. Cut off food orders an hour before closing and without announcing it, also decided no more drinks could be ordered. Mopped the floors around us and a very unfriendly experience. Waited 45 mins to get waited on and then got my own utensils, salt, napkins, and water. Seriously. Can't recommend. Go somewhere else.

We bought gift certificates for the boys for Christmas planning to use them on a Wednesday for $25 unlimited play except you can't use them on that night or the family night because both of those nights are used with their gift cards. And the problem is you can't use a certificate to buy a gift card which sucks for us since we already spent $100 on gift certificates so we can't use them when we wanted to.

Super disappointed in this establishment. I went to take my sister and her two friends for her 12th birthday while shes in town here in Michigan. They wouldn't let me bring her in and she was so upset. I tried explaining the situation and showed my ID. Unfortunately, I was still denied. I had three other adults (26 years old) with me one which was the little girls aunt. They told us we have to be the parent. However, I can't help but to think how sad this is. These places would rather have these kids out t

this place is very fun . There is a lot of games to choose from the arcade , the claw machine area is fun they just added it I love there food overall awesome place .

This place was a lot of fun. We went on Tuesday and had half off escape rooms. We also played in the large arcade and bowled. Was a fun night.

I love bringing the kiddos to Stardust on half off Tuesdays. The convenience of the kiosk to reload, check your balance etc. Is right there insight. Plus my grandbaby won 500 tickets whoot whoot

We came to Stardust Entertainment Center for my daughter's birthday party. Lots for kids to entertain themselves with from Bumper Cars, Laser Tag and an escape room. Added with the arcade games makes for a awesome time for everyone. For the entertainment of 16 kids the price is worth it.

Would be 5 for the environment and food, but employee at prize booth was refusing to even turn towards me to help me tonight and it wasn't even close yet. I just wanted her to scan my card . Didn't even want a prize. Wish that wasn't too much to ask.

We took the kids and had a blast. It was a bit pricey, almost as if it was a tourist trap, but I could not stress enough at how much fun it was. My only concern was the rule that once you leave, you can not be re-admitted inside.

I went here with a few of my friends. It was a nice time. Though a few games weren't operational and the prizes where a bit costly. Other than that it was a good time!

Meet my son's for the first time in almost 3 years because I gave them up for adoption after there father died in 2016 , adoptive parents brought them up from Indiana and we met at Sullivan's restaurant for lunch....after we went to Stardust to spend more time with them and had the most amazing time!!! Thank you so very much! Was an amazing place with alot for teenage boys to do! Would recommend you to my Family and Friends!!! ????????????

Stardust is a blast for everyone. Bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, escape rooms, sports bar and tons of awesome arcade games with prizes. Perfect for a date night or a day with the family.

I always come here when I'm down for some arcade. I recommend this place if you like axe throwing, bowling, arcade, escape rooms.

It can get a little on the expensive side, but it's awesome. For everything they offer, I'm happy to pay. I hope Stardust stays around forever.

There is no versatile in their music. They only want to play one kind of music you service everybody so you should play all genres of music. And very rude when you bring your own speaker, some staff is great.

I love to bowl, but my first time coming here it was packed, and the people next to me kept telling the kids to go bowl when I was trying to bowl. If I go back to stardust I'll will go when they're not super busy.

Great place for the whole family. Ive had my sons birthday party in the mini suite. It was great for all the little one to be able to bowl and run around. I will be hosting his party there again! Update 2025. The mini suite is no longer available but has been replaced with an awesome new area for birthday parties.

I recently played laser tag at Stardust Arcade and was placed on a team with a bunch of newbies. But with my leadership skills and laser tag experience, I was determined to turn these amateurs into champions. I suited up and was assigned to the blue team. My teammates were a motley crew of first-time laser taggers who were more interested in shooting each other than playing strategically. But I took charge and rallied the troops with some well-timed jokes and motivational speeches. We started the game, an

Great place for kids. Soooo much stuff to do! All the lights look great!

Learned my wife is great at skee ball. Pizza is kind of lame but what can you do

Very fun. Felt safe with my kids there because it was mostly enclosed. Stardust has done a ton of work still I last was there like 10 years ago. My kid did get a decent amount of toys for his tickets. We were there for a birthday party so im unsure of the cost overall.

Stardust, a good night for family time anytime. They've got it all ... bowling, kids games, axe throwing, food&drinks and even adult cocktails with two bars employing responsible waitresses & bartenders for your driving safety. Have a great time with reasonable prices!

The escape room, and Lazer tag are on point. We had a great time. Food was great too!

First time here for a birthday party I was pretty shocked what all Stardust offers. An arcade, bowling alley, a bar, food and the kids were pretty happy about the indoor bumper cars. I will say bring some cash when your visiting Stardust!

This was a very fun establishment! I have a lengthy review, so it will be in sections. Bowling: Bowling is amazing. It was perfect, and the pizza was perfecto. I love how friendly the servers are, and the animations still hold up, even 28 YEARS LATER!!! Lazer tag: Lazer tag was fun, but was probably my worst experience here. I love how it's two stories, and there is a lot of area to cover, but I hate how the guns have a rapid fire mode. It just makes it easier to get people while they are trying to seek c

We did the escape room. The escape room host did not actually pay attention to where we were at in the game. And when we asked for clues we were given clues for things we were already passed. Which was very frustrating. And then they came in and stopped the game before the time was even up. Then began a personal conversation with a coworker while we still had time left. Gave my son attitude when he asked a question about about the game. For over $100 I would expect better service.

Such a sad environment not allowing people bringing their siblings to have fun. I was bringing my sister for her 12th birthday & I wasn't allowed to due not being her parent. I'm 26 years old, how am I not responsible enough to bring her to have fun. Telling my sister that we couldn't go in after she was waiting to go the whole day is extremely sad. As I was there, other kids got denied as well. Not only was this a loss for the business itself, but I guess they would rather have these kids out in the street

Did the Ku escape room. We failed, but we were also new to escape rooms and it was intermediate difficulty. They gave us the same hint three times, even though we already solved that puzzle after the first one. They did give us a new hint after the third, but it was too little too late. After we ran out of time, the attendant came in and basically just held the door for us until we walked out. Didn't ask how it went, or for feedback, or explain anything we were stuck on, nothing. Sounds like they're just ta

Great place for a date night with your spouse and for your family..the staff was very helpful and nice..the only things that I can say negitve about this place would be.... Once your inside they make you put items in bins and walk through a metal detector.."kinda like a courthouse" but for safety reasons I get it.....the smoke hut doesn't have a place to sit and there's cages on the windows...but other then that I recommend this place!!

Very nice and clean super great atmosphere.

Sad place my birthday weekend my wife and I stop in at 12:30 to bowl and there was a family bowling only 3 lanes being used the rest completely open and employees working website showed they were open and the lady tells us we can't bowl until 3pm the day is half over at 3 and it was a 45 min drive for us to get there. I will never recommend this place or ever go back not to mention the comfort you feel of the place with a sign up when you walk in saying have your purses open and ready to be inspected what a

We always have a blast here. They need to clean up the piles of junk near the bumper cars. It looks like piles of stuff from a remodel. However, we go often enough I know its been there for over a year and it's never been cleaned up. There is objects that could easily get a child hurt.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. Especially because of this young man named Jake that is a server. Everybody was great, but Jake made our experience so much better. Absolutely five stars.

It was freakin AWESOME. The bumpercars are so fun played a lot of "Walking Dead" lol and the place is beautiful especially their lights

I had an absolute blast here!!! It was alot of fun, I highly recommend going here for a good time! Only thing I found disappointing was the axe throwing. Everything else was fantastic!

Dear Stardust Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment. I visited Stardust to celebrate my birthday, brought by my responsible 26-year-old sister, who is fully capable of taking care of me. However, we were denied entry because she was not my parent. The rule that prevented us from entering seems arbitrary and outdated. My sister, despite not being my parent, is more than capable of ensuring my well-being and safety. It wa

Pretty fun arcade, laser tag was absolutely amazing. Did a free for all with 2 other people. It's 2 stories

Had a 100 bill that I bought for everyone in my party, then cause I have a limp and my bar tap was high I got kicked out

Not really sure if you can go here as a single guy who doesn't have friends or a girlfriend or a wife or kids or family who wants to go with me. I just don't want to be seen as a creep or a weirdo for showing up alone. I need to get out more and do more things I'm sick of seclusion I've been doing it most of my adult life since 2008 for almost endless reasons. Don't get me wrong I do sometimes get out and about. But often times no one wants to join me. I guess that's why they say the road to hell is paved

It is a fun place to go to. We enjoyed the arcade and laser tag. The food we ordered was good. I do not recommend the escape room. There was faulty equipment which prevented us from completing and took over half our time away from us. We were given a hint that was not correct which also hindered us. Will not be going escape rooms here again.

From axe throwing, to bowling, escape rooms, bars, Lazer tag, bumper cars and arcade, there's always something to do. There are several bowling lanes available, so they put space between us and other bowlers which I love and appreciate. We did axe throwing, (I believe our instructors name was mason) I highly recommend. He was a great instructor, he'd watch our form and make adjustments accordingly which helped a lot, and he was very nice about it. They have a great set up for the axe throwing as well, and t

Great new atmosphere from their remodel. 2 levels for their Lazer Tag, bumper cars are cool. A lot of new arcade games Wonderful prizes for the kids, after their done playing games

One of the team members in the bowling alley with the ponytail stalked us all night to pay the bill. He then processed the wrong bill on the wrong card and came back and gave it to the wrong customer. He then processed to tell me out loud openly that my card was declined. Again he was talking to the wrong customer. The manager a little 25 year old allowed an associate to charge my card for services not rendered as well as added extra fees to the bill after he had already charged the card. Be very careful wi

Great place to have a party great food and drinks loved it

We had a blast kind of pricey but it's worth it

We always have a good time here. Our family enjoys getting together with the kids here often. We usually treat the kids to the gaming area, laser tag and bumper cars. Last week we decided to bowl and I wish we had reserved more than one hour. We all had a great time. It gets very busy on the weekends, so we couldn't extend our time because of the waitlist. We had pizza from the tap room, is was very good. Highly recommend the pretzel sticks and cheese as well. The tap selection there is amazing. We haven't

Haven't been to this place in years since I don't live in Saginaw anymore. It was good to see the many upgrades to include bumper cars, laser tag, escape rooms and axe throwing. The prices were a bit high for bowling but the bumper cars were decently priced. I understand the need for security but I want prepared for the TSA security checkpoint. Overall, it was really nice.

Wow! This place has changed! Love all the choices to be entertained. Game room, bumper cars, laser tag, escape rooms. And a bar in a prime location. Not enough time to do everything. Had a great time tonight

I would have given a zero if I could. I asked to speak with a manager and the security guy said "can I ask why?" I responded "I don't appreciate you allowing all of this vaping with all these children in here." He literally threw his hands up like big deal. It is a big deal! They charge outrageous prices. They should treat you with respect especially ater you spend hundreds of dollars in there having a birthday party.

This place is TOP NOTCH. I've been going here for over a decade and I have always been extremely pleased. Taproom with awesome manager Kelly (very cool and beer-knowledgeable dude), hosting large group work-events with Michelle supporting. They have great lanes, a great VIP bowling room, axe throwing, laser tag, bumper cars, and they keep growing and redoing the business every few years. There is nothing more you could ask for! Take your kids for the arade and games, or bring your friends for the >40 mic

This place is amazing and filled with so much for the whole family to enjoy! Going here would be an all day thing as it's very big. They also have great food and drinks.

Enjoyed beer n burgers in the tap room. Also, had a great time in the arcade. Very family friendly.

We had total of 6 in our group for bowling, $10.99 per person for 1 hour of bowling, paid $66.00, asked for two lanes, no go, only 1 lane for our group, played one game and the last two could not finish there last frame to finish the game, time ran out, give me a break, they would not allow us to finish after we asked, bought pizza and cheese bread, not that good and not worth it, rather go to a real bowling alley not a Disco, sorry not into all the pretty lights, Done with this place.

Zero stars. Staff: was rude, blamed others for errors, inconsiderate , Our server you could tell she hated her job. She Was very judgemental. food: The Food way overpriced. The menu says fries and tots. Nothing about Cajun sauce. They dumped , and I don't mean lightly , dumped.... hugeeeee amount of canjan seasoning sauce on them. Thanks for asking? Glad my sister wasn't here, she's allergic to some the ingredients. That would of been an automatic e.r trip. when we told her the menu says nothing about Caju

Had a great time with some friends when our previous plans fell through. The escape room was a little lackluster, with the clues being a little beyond normal reasoning, and being very short at that. But by purchasing the escape room, we got enough points to get a large discount on their laser tag, which was epic. A large course with lots of variety and reasonable pricing. We didn't participate in the bowling or arcade, but both looked very fun and well maintained. Definitely a great spot to kill some time w

The bowling was fun, but me and the family ate the nacho and the pizza. In turn we all got sick . Food poisoning is the problem. Will never eat there again! Spend 250$ and get sick.good luck to anyone that eats there.

Great place if you want to go have some fun! The atmosphere is very cool.. modern and hip. Service can be slow and orders get messed up sometimes unfortunately. However, the staff is always really nice and corrects any errors. Good prices and good selection. Definitely a fun place to take the family or to go on a date with your significant other! Lots of games and things to do.. a whole arcade room, bumper cars, I think they may even have axe throwing now. They've modernized it over the past few years and

The Stardust staff did an exceptional job is assisting us in making a hospice patient's wish come true. We worked on this wish for several weeks, and the staff was exceptional and patient with our every change throughout the planning process. When the day finally arrived, everything ran as smmoth as possible and the patient was pleased beyond expectation. Thank you Stardust for an amazing experience.

Had a birthday party here for my 9 year old son. Nice setup. Arcade games were all working. They seem a little bit on the expensive side compared to other arcades we've been to, but nothing crazy. My son had 7 other boys with him and they did the laser tag. They loved it, but we're matched up with some older teenagers and got whooped. They still had a great time. The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive The only real negative was the pizza. I am not a picky person by any means, but the pizza r

This bowling alley is awesome! We usually go to VL in Midland and had never been here before. The lanes have an awesome atmosphere, pizza was good. I really liked the setup of the arcade. Better than some I've been to, staff was friendly.

All I can say is wow. Bar tenders were extremely rude. There were three people sitting at the bar when I tried to get a drink. Two of the tenders walked past without acknowledging anyone before going to get a drink herself before having a social conversation with a co worker and this is after a legit ten minutes standing at the bar. Highly unimpressed

Stardust is a great place to visit. Good food the drinks are great. Went there last night at 9p. We didn't realize they closed at 11p. I mean to tell you. They don't start to close at 11p. Nope! They do last call at 1015p and they started attacking chairs and packing up everything at 1015p. Then as I got up to throw the last ball on the last frame of our game they cut off our lane. It was 1059p. We would've ended our game on time for closing but they didn't let us. Very rude to be closing up so early. I'm n

It's such a great bowling alley! We had a work function and had the taco bar, it was great! The food was delicious! The place is clean and tidy. They have an ample variety of craft beers, it was so unexpected. It is fun for the whole family or for individuals. I absolutely enjoy this place!

It's like a Casino for kids! Awesome games! Friendly staff and very clean

It was very busy but not overcrowded. Lots of mini bar areas that allow for mingling and the ability to move about the place with your group. Lots of activities, bowling, axe throwing, arcade, and bumper cars are what I saw while I was there. Prices were pretty reasonable given today's inflation.

This place is awesome! My kids and I had a blast here! We actually ended up spending about 7 hours here since this was our first time and there's a lot to do. We had my son?s bday party here. We played laser tag, the bumper cars were out of service due to a leak in the ceiling, we did arcade and bowling! They had the glow bowling going on when we were there so that was neat! And the customer service was outstanding! They gave us a really good deal on bowling and we played 3 games. They gave us a great deal

This place is amazing. Axe throwing, bowling, arcade, and laser tag. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good for bar food. Oh dont forget the drinks. Definitely will return with my team for laser tag.

It is a fun place to take your kids for birthday parties and such. The food is good. We try to be in and gone before adult time starts.

My family and I did an escape room and the the host didn't pay attention to where we were at through out the game. So when they gave us clues they were for previously solved things. It wasn't worth it.

We had a great time, thank you Stardust I know we had a large number of family to come but you all accommodated us with the utmost service. Thank you all! This is a great place to have family fun...

The place has really come along to offer a mix of family and adult entertainment. The bowling alley is great for the kids and the tap room is awesome for adults. The axe throwing lounge is a newer and unique way to enjoy an hour with your friends. The laser tag is super fun for all ages, especially if you get a little buzz before playing. The escape rooms are also fun.

Fun for all ages. Bowling, laser tag, axe throwing, arcade, escape room, bumper boats & more. They also have two bars and a restaurant. Good selection of beer and mixed drinks. The mixed drinks were very good. I only had pizza from the restaurant this time and it was good. We bought over $40.00 in balloons and special cake was bought for a birthday and we were not allowed to bring them in for a 10 year old's birthday. I read afterwards that's the rules, but I think that rule is silly.

It's really easy to access all the entertainment places in the building it's really organized and not really hard to find where you need to go I haven't tried their food yet but it looks amazing. I suggest you go

They remodeled and it's awesome!!....they even have games for toddlers!.....we went woth a group of 14 and we had a ball!!..go cart..laser tag it's all so nice!

Had a group event there yesterday with adults and middle schoolers. Could NOT be HAPPIER with the service and experience we had. Marilyn was so patient with shoes and making changes on lanes. Lady and David were so helpful settling up the bill. Pizza came out promptly and fresh. We never ran out of soft drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend Stardust for anyone looking for an easy to execute event for a group!

We went last night for dinner, bowling, and the arcade to have a belated birthday celebration for our boys. They were so easy to work with. Had 2 tables set up for us in the bowling alley with bumpers up and a ramp ready for our little one. They brought our food out fresh and hot and our waitress was wonderful! She kept our drinks full and was sweet to our boys. Also had a table ready for us in the arcade. It was so nice to get out with our family especially with such kind interactions and great service. We

Went for an escape room and drinks. So much fun!! Excellent selection of drinks.

I have three recent experiences with stardust: my kid?s birthday party, work Xmas party, and a birthday party for a friend. All three experiences were absolutely fantastic! All people from each group were very impressed with the food, service and the amount of activities available to guests! We absolutely love having Mason help us with axe throwing! We will DEFINITELY be hosting many more parties at this venue!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
