Stardust Entertainment Center

This place was a lot of fun for everyone in our family. With a large bar overlooking the arcades for parents to view there children while drinking some of there fantastic mixed drinks. Our kids had so much fun from Lazer tag to arcades to a movie style game. We enjoyed the escape room and even bowling. We'll be back soon for more entertainment. Awesome establishment.

This place used to be great to take my daughter. We got the unlimited card for $25. We come to find out that they removed the bumper cars and there's about 7 games she can play. We left after a half hour. Very disappointing experience.

The remodel is awesome. Saginaw has a mini Dave n Busters right in your backdoor. The private bowling area is awesome! Perfect for a party of any sort. Tons of video games for all ages to play. They even have bumper cars. Have a great time!

I attended a work event at Stardust recently, and I have to say the service was absolutely incredible! Michelle and Paige took amazing care of our party, they were very kind and professional. I can't recommend it enough for private/work events!

Staff is friendly and professional. They do have some newer stuff but it seems like at the sacrifice of some of the older things like the bumper cars and other rides they had their. Not that they're known for rides or anything but I feel like they need some more stuff in there. Regardless I do like the new old school dinette seating they have in there. Go Tuesdays it's half off

Great time visiting since they have remodeled. Beautifully thought out and so much fun. Laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games, bowling, and escape rooms. Everything was priced no different than an arcade entertainment center. We had a blast and their was so much to do. They have a great bar. Escape rooms are all different difficulty levels which makes it a lot of fun. Laser tag is 2 stories tall. Everything is handicapped accessible. All games are electronic with a card to add more money on and keep tickets

Complete rude people work here as you walk in you have to go through a security check point like your at a courthouse or jail. They even go through the belongings. We were there for a 12 year olds b day and they went through the kids gift bag!!. Total invasion of privacy. Never been here till today never be back again. I'm from bay city where you can enjoy yourself at a bowling alley without feeling like a criminal or being treated terribly by employees. People need to read the one star reviews there real.

Honestly, this place was so beyond overpriced! They no longer offer the bumper cars, half of their arcade games to win tickets were out of order. My kids were bored within 10 minutes. I recommend other places to try! We were all disappointed honestly.

The bowling alley and the food was wonderful. Staff was helpful especially the lady cashier at the entrance. Only complaint is that the arcade had only half the machines working. Both air hockey tables were down and that was a big reason my husband and I did the arcade on top of bowling.

Tried to come have food, drinks, and play games 3.5 hours prior to closing and they practically pushed us out. Cut off food orders an hour before closing and without announcing it, also decided no more drinks could be ordered. Mopped the floors around us and a very unfriendly experience. Waited 45 mins to get waited on and then got my own utensils, salt, napkins, and water. Seriously. Can't recommend. Go somewhere else.

We bought gift certificates for the boys for Christmas planning to use them on a Wednesday for $25 unlimited play except you can't use them on that night or the family night because both of those nights are used with their gift cards. And the problem is you can't use a certificate to buy a gift card which sucks for us since we already spent $100 on gift certificates so we can't use them when we wanted to.

Super disappointed in this establishment. I went to take my sister and her two friends for her 12th birthday while shes in town here in Michigan. They wouldn't let me bring her in and she was so upset. I tried explaining the situation and showed my ID. Unfortunately, I was still denied. We came to Stardust Entertainment Center for my daughter's birthday party. Lots for kids to entertain themselves with from Bumper Cars, Laser Tag and an escape room. Added with the arcade games makes for a awesome time for everyone. For the entertainment of 16 kids the price is worth it.

Would be 5 for the environment and food, but employee at prize booth was refusing to even turn towards me to help me tonight and it wasn't even close yet. I just wanted her to scan my card . Didn't even want a prize. Wish that wasn't too much to ask.

We took the kids and had a blast. It was a bit pricey, almost as if it was a tourist trap, but I could not stress enough at how much fun it was. My only concern was the rule that once you leave, you can not be re-admitted inside.

Meet my son's for the first time in almost 3 years because I gave them up for adoption after there father died in 2016 , adoptive parents brought them up from Indiana and we met at Sullivan's restaurant for lunch....after we went to Stardust to spend more time with them and had the most amazing time!!! Stardust is a blast for everyone. Bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, escape rooms, sports bar and tons of awesome arcade games with prizes. Perfect for a date night or a day with the family.

I always come here when I'm down for some arcade. I recommend this place if you like axe throwing, bowling, arcade, escape rooms.

It can get a little on the expensive side, but it's awesome. For everything they offer, I'm happy to pay. I hope Stardust stays around forever.

There is no versatile in their music. They only want to play one kind of music you service everybody so you should play all genres of music. And very rude when you bring your own speaker, some staff is great.

I love to bowl, but my first time coming here it was packed, and the people next to me kept telling the kids to go bowl when I was trying to bowl. If I go back to stardust I'll will go when they're not super busy.

Great place for the whole family. Ive had my sons birthday party in the mini suite. It was great for all the little one to be able to bowl and run around. I will be hosting his party there again! I recently played laser tag at Stardust Arcade and was placed on a team with a bunch of newbies. First time here for a birthday party I was pretty shocked what all Stardust offers. An arcade, bowling alley, a bar, food and the kids were pretty happy about the indoor bumper cars. I will say bring some cash when your visiting Stardust!

We did the escape room. The escape room host did not actually pay attention to where we were at in the game. And when we asked for clues we were given clues for things we were already passed. Which was very frustrating. And then they came in and stopped the game before the time was even up. Then began a personal conversation with a coworker while we still had time left. Gave my son attitude when he asked a question about about the game. For over $100 I would expect better service.

Such a sad environment not allowing people bringing their siblings to have fun. I was bringing my sister for her 12th birthday & I wasn't allowed to due not being her parent. Did the Ku escape room. We failed, but we were also new to escape rooms and it was intermediate difficulty. They gave us the same hint three times, even though we already solved that puzzle after the first one. They did give us a new hint after the third, but it was too little too late. We always have a blast here. They need to clean up the piles of junk near the bumper cars. It looks like piles of stuff from a remodel. However, we go often enough I know its been there for over a year and it's never been cleaned up. There is objects that could easily get a child hurt.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. Especially because of this young man named Jake that is a server. Everybody was great, but Jake made our experience so much better. Absolutely five stars.

Not really sure if you can go here as a single guy who doesn't have friends or a girlfriend or a wife or kids or family who wants to go with me. I just don't want to be seen as a creep or a weirdo for showing up alone. It is a fun place to go to. We enjoyed the arcade and laser tag. The food we ordered was good. I do not recommend the escape room. There was faulty equipment which prevented us from completing and took over half our time away from us. We were given a hint that was not correct which also hindered us. One of the team members in the bowling alley with the ponytail stalked us all night to pay the bill. He then processed the wrong bill on the wrong card and came back and gave it to the wrong customer. He then processed to tell me out loud openly that my card was declined. Again he was talking to the wrong customer. I would have given a zero if I could. I asked to speak with a manager and the security guy said "can I ask why?" I responded "I don't appreciate you allowing all of this vaping with all these children in here." He literally threw his hands up like big deal. It is a big deal! They charge outrageous prices. This place is TOP NOTCH. I've been going here for over a decade and I have always been extremely pleased. Had a great time with some friends when our previous plans fell through. The escape room was a little lackluster, with the clues being a little beyond normal reasoning, and being very short at that. The Stardust staff did an exceptional job is assisting us in making a hospice patient's wish come true. We worked on this wish for several weeks, and the staff was exceptional and patient with our every change throughout the planning process. When the day finally arrived, everything ran as smmoth as possible and the patient was pleased beyond expectation. Thank you Stardust for an amazing experience.

Had a birthday party here for my 9 year old son. Nice setup. Arcade games were all working. They seem a little bit on the expensive side compared to other arcades we've been to, but nothing crazy. This bowling alley is awesome! We usually go to VL in Midland and had never been here before. The lanes have an awesome atmosphere, pizza was good. I really liked the setup of the arcade. Better than some I've been to, staff was friendly.

All I can say is wow. Bar tenders were extremely rude. There were three people sitting at the bar when I tried to get a drink. Two of the tenders walked past without acknowledging anyone before going to get a drink herself before having a social conversation with a co worker and this is after a legit ten minutes standing at the bar. Stardust is a great place to visit. Good food the drinks are great. Went there last night at 9p. We didn't realize they closed at 11p. I mean to tell you. They don't start to close at 11p. Nope! It's such a great bowling alley! We had a work function and had the taco bar, it was great! The food was delicious! The place is clean and tidy. They have an ample variety of craft beers, it was so unexpected. It is fun for the whole family or for individuals. I absolutely enjoy this place!

It was very busy but not overcrowded. Lots of mini bar areas that allow for mingling and the ability to move about the place with your group. Lots of activities, bowling, axe throwing, arcade, and bumper cars are what I saw while I was there. Prices were pretty reasonable given today's inflation.

This place is awesome! My kids and I had a blast here! We actually ended up spending about 7 hours here since this was our first time and there's a lot to do. We had my son?s bday party here. The place has really come along to offer a mix of family and adult entertainment. The bowling alley is great for the kids and the tap room is awesome for adults. The axe throwing lounge is a newer and unique way to enjoy an hour with your friends. The laser tag is super fun for all ages, especially if you get a little buzz before playing. The escape rooms are also fun.

We bought over $40.00 in balloons and special cake was bought for a birthday and we were not allowed to bring them in for a 10 year old's birthday. I read afterwards that's the rules, but I think that rule is silly.

Had a group event there yesterday with adults and middle schoolers. Could NOT be HAPPIER with the service and experience we had. Marilyn was so patient with shoes and making changes on lanes. Lady and David were so helpful settling up the bill. Pizza came out promptly and fresh. We never ran out of soft drinks. We went last night for dinner, bowling, and the arcade to have a belated birthday celebration for our boys. They were so easy to work with. Had 2 tables set up for us in the bowling alley with bumpers up and a ramp ready for our little one. They brought our food out fresh and hot and our waitress was wonderful! I have three recent experiences with stardust: my kid?s birthday party, work Xmas party, and a birthday party for a friend. All three experiences were absolutely fantastic! All people from each group were very impressed with the food, service and the amount of activities available to guests! We absolutely love having Mason help us with axe throwing! We will DEFINITELY be hosting many more parties at this venue!!
