I have had my kids birthday party here several years in a row and everything was included for one price. This year they changed everything to where everything is an add on and raised the price per kid from $12 to $17 each for bowling alone. Birthday parties no longer come with the party room that is an additional $75. birthday parties no longer come with pizza or drinks you have to purchase that all separately. $6.50 for a pitcher of fountain pop and $15.00 for frozen pizzas. I was not told of changes made

They are greedy people who raised the prices every time and will not stop raising prices go to Kent lanes. It's a much better bowling alley where they actually can't about their customers and employees.

I have loved this bowling alley since being a kid and watching it grow and change over the years has been an absolute joy! The addition of the game room and the comfortable seating on the corner lanes is incredible! The service here is remarkable. I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees here. They all work so hard and they are all incredibly friendly. The manager David and the bartender Tiffany deserve a standing ovation for making our bowling night such a success!

Saw the other reviews about not using gloves when handling food. Clearly nothing has changed. I witnessed this person look around to see if anyone was looking then bare hand the food. Super gross.

Terrible odour, worse customer service. A group of us were planning on an evening out bowling, we looked at the website, called ahead to confirm, and were informed that we could rent a lane for our group if we got there at 5 pm sharp. We walked in at ten minutes till, and were informed that we actually couldn't bowl until 9:30 pm! When we explained that we had received different information, their attitudes worsened, we ended up just leaving. Last time we ever consider going there!

Ordered a pizza that took an hour to come. Complained about the long wait time and attempted to cancel. Saw a guy staring over my pizza for about a minute and told him to give it away. I'm not trusting that pizza. Less than 25% of lanes were in use, slow Sunday so no excuse.

Staff was nice but facility was run down. Couldn't order with a person at the snack counter - had to use kiosk which I hate

Great place to come for a fun afternoon. Or evening. There are special events for the holidays. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Nice big bowling alley. Bring your own shoes if possible the ones you rent are very old and rough. At $4.50 to rent, just the shoes you'd think they'd invest in new ones!

The place has poor lighting the roof leaks everywhere and the mend restroom has been not available for over 6 months. All the leagues are quitting and they are charging more

Now that Spinsbowl owns it the level fun is zero. Broken lanes, poor approach conditions. Any kind of management/leadership must work at the other houses they own Gave it another shot this week. Had a great first experience! My seven year old loves to bowl, came here with some family and had a great time. We came on a Wednesday afternoon, which Wednesday's here have leagues that disabled individuals bowl on. It was great. So heartwarming to see how good the guys and gals were. Had a birthday party for my kids there.. Had about 20 guest. Our host Lena was AMAZING very helpful and on top of things.. would definitely recommend for a party or just a day out.

Came here for breakfast bowling called and they said they were doing it this Sunday we get here and there is a tournament until 4 o'clock. This place is horrible.

This was fun. It was the middle of the day and there were a few senior league bowlers going at it. Haha They put us on the outside bowling lane, and we had plenty of space.

Was a great time! We normally go to the spins on Waterloo in Akron. This was nice though it is half the size so it makes it less busy and easy to get in and have fun with out waiting!

This place is great. The staff is friendly. Lots of lanes and there's a good amount of room for each table to you're not on top of the people bowling next to you. Decently stocked bar with drink specials. They have lots of cute score screen options, food is alright here as well. Nice little arcade and prize booth for the tickets you win. Had a good time here many times.

Great Place to bowl. Staff is a little strange. I stood at the counter with two people behind the counter just standing there and ignoring us for what seemed like forever. This happened on two separate occasions. Bar maids we're attentive each time. Lanes are nice.

Lady's that cook the food are so nice and friendly. We have fun every time we are there.

Child friendly environment and lots of games to help a parent relax while they watch their kids. Adults and children are welcome. Note: kids need mild adult supervision.

The kids birthday party was great! The food the fun and the service. Then at the end someone stole a game card from the birthday boy and refused to return it. The employees just stood there and didn't say or do a thing as an argument happened. Kids crying parents screaming and they just stood there. Bad management! Walk over and intercept the problem. Take control!! ????

Nice bowling lanes and very friendly staff. Also a nice game room for the kids and some adults. Food counter for buying food was different, you had to pay at bowling cash register for your purchases. Pretty high rate for a game of bowling and shoe rental also.

My family and I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it. They continue to make upgrades to the interior and the staff is incredibly nice, even at times when they are busy. Troy is wonderful and even under a lot of pressure remains friendly and willing to help. Cant say enough good things about Spins!

Spins bowl is not the old twin star that you remember, in fact it is so much better!!!! They have upgraded the scoring system, upgraded the arcade(like a lot it's huge now) and the people are so very friendly. Take the kids for a great night of bowling or go out with your adult friends and visit the best Bartender ever Tiffany!

Excellent establishment. The pro shop gentlemen was a breath of friendly fresh air. The floor staff was accommodating, quick to help, and all around pleasant individuals to deal with. This place has gone down hill. Come on, you got 2 buckets hanging above a set of lanes. This wouldn't happen if someone else owned the place. The ?staff? sucks. Gotta go to the bar to get your own drinks. Don't hype something up and not provide. Glad we won't be back next year.

Wonderful place to be. I just wish they'd implement some accomodations for the hearing impaired. I had a friend who happens to be deaf order some food at the counter and it was so loud I'm assuming his order was called while I was up at the lane because I didn't hear his number get called either. If we could order on a kiosk now perhaps maybe it could be set up to where our phones could be texted when our food Is ready? Other than that, it was a good trip and a nice atmosphere.

The entire staff is always friendly, and willing to go the extra length to help make your time there enjoyable.

This is mine and my friends bowling spot every Sunday night and we love coming here but now we can't make it because they're closing at 9 on Sundays. Really disappointing I loved coming here.

I have had food and bad experiences here. The good ones being trying the different games and themes on the TV screen. They renovated and it's coming nicely. The bad being a female staff member looking my gay friend up and down and mumbling some unkind things under her breath about him wearing eyeliner. Not sure if we will be back but the arcade is a nice touch

Great place to take the family and kids and they never make an issue about raising the bumpers for the kids like some places I've been too? also they have an arcade room.. I highly recommend going here with the family.. they also host parties too!

It's alright. The food is pretty good and it is pretty clean. The machines are a bit dated and we did have to pillage a few seats from some other lanes. They arcade selection is serviceable. Teenage mutant Ninja turtles is great and only costs a quarter per player.

Love taking my kids here. We have 4 kids under 5 playing or at least 2 at a time. The staff is super friendly especially with the kids. Super helpful. Never had a bad experience. The only reason i didnt give it 5 is my boys love playing games and stuff and they currently have that section blocked off.

The place was so good, staff was very friendly and helped when ever we needed. Food was good the chicken wings and fries and on top of fries they added something it was so good. Must visited place again and again. We can have a good time with friends and family, highly recommended and it is very reasonable prices.

First time ever going to this location for cosmic bowling?we show up BEFORE it starts, and we get in the line that was forming rapidly. We were a few spots away from the counter in line and figured we were golden since there were so many open lanes. WRONG. We get up there and I tell them how many people we have and the rude man tells me that they have a wait list and that it will be at least 2 hours. This is my house, as I bowl here twice a week in leagues. The Casino league is especially fun! Bowl in cosmic lighting, with music, trying to win some money from colored pins! The lanes are nice and staff are awesome. The other bowlers are pretty cool too :-)

Blonde woman staff member making food took out her stress on many customers. My husband came up to ask for a lid to his cup and she yelled at him assuming he was wanting his food faster. They raised their rates every where (food, drinks, bowling) and also the place looks like it could really us a make over. Pieces of ceiling missing. Plastics tarps to catch rain water. Some lanes look like they have water damage on the approach and lanes. I have been bowling there for years, but my wife and I are really thinking about going somewhere else cheaper. For the price Spins Charges, they should have a better-looking bowling alley.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. the first time i went all was good. The second time I stood at the counter for 10 mins while the guys is just typing away on the computer and acting like he didn't see me. He could have at least said hey i will be with you in a minute or something nope no apology or nothing. So we are taking are league else where.

Used to bowl here when it was Twin Star in the 70's OMG , definitely updated and entertaining, nice lanes, decent enough game room too

The bowling alley is looking especially good now that they finished the renovations. The arcade room is gigantic which is awesome and even though they made so many changes the people and atmosphere are still great. Keep up the good work!

Very nice, great service. We had a good time and good food. They are doing some remodeling at the moment. They are putting in a large game room for the kids. I highly recommend this place.

The staff here is so friendly. They take care of the mechanics well. The pro shop people are informative and take of any issues you may have. 100% a great place.

Great staff emazing atmosphere only issue is they have heat on in the middle of summer do not go if you can't handle desert heat

I am a bowler, not the best, not the worst. I have been to most of the alleys in the Portage and Summit county areas. I can say that, hands down, this is the cleanest, most well kept in the area. The staff is phenomenal, from the front desk people to the snack counter to the bartenders. They offer a wide variety of leagues to join and plenty of open bowling deals to bring you back time and again.

We had such a fun night at Cosmic Bowling!! Randy is absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of all night. We will definitely be back, they even explained possible leagues, we might join with the kids for summer.The kids were happy and full from the great pizza and snacks. We even almost won a Nintendo 3DS in the arcade, what we did win, was a free cosmic bowl for next weekend! Great family fun with a great staff! Thank you!

Well if your a regular person with a regular job don't even bother trying to bowl. They have leagues every weekday until 8 mostly and only want people to come on the weekends so they can charge by the hour. People behind the counter seem like they could care less about you.

We were waiting for cosmic bowling and leagues were going on, when Marcy the league director came over and told us that we had to leave. All because we were standing by the counter and she had a problem with us. We weren't in anyone's way we made sure of that. Then we heard her talking to the lady's in food about us. She also started talking to other customers about us and kept pointing to us. I went and told the Randys about it and they were very accommodating and I appreciated their help. Donna from food

Always a 5-star alley. Not sure how the new ownership is gonna go over. Lanes were always oiled. Clean floors. Great staff. Went a week ago and the lanes weren't taking the spin of the ball. And, they're taking 8 lanes out for an arcade. I hope for the best, but I've seen lots of hype with arcades, and they're big busts. We'll see...

AMAZING. Just had a little birthday party today (didn't book a party but you can) arcade, bowling, and delicious food. $30 at the arcade made well over an hour of fun for 2 boys. Definitely a hidden gem

Woman doing snack bar was incredibly rude and condescending to customers. I'm a college student and understand the struggle as I work in retail but but behavior was unnecessary as the customer she snapped on was nothing but friendly.

I've have gone to many bowling alleys for cosmic bowling.. but whatever you do.. AVOID THIS PLACE.. Not true to their word ?20 minute wait? an hour later nothing. Then go back up and they say ?only 40 more minutes? who goes to cosmic bowling AN HOUR EARLY and can't get a lane till 12?? I understand the business but at least have workers that are competent and understand how frustrating it is to be continually lied to over and over.. I know the place is going to say ?thanks now email us? but it shouldn't be

Good bowling experience. New style bowler name tablet experience which makes things nice and easy. Good token winning arcade too for the kids. Food decent enough.

Fairly sure the name of the place is twin star lanes, but, no matter, the kids and I had a great time! We had pizza pie and made 77 points and the lanes were oiled and smooth for proper functionality.

We loved both of the Randy's that work behind the counter. Both very friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us. That is why it got 4 stars. As for the bartender, she served out of turn and it's obviously she would pick and choose who she wanted to serve first, not who was there the longest. It took forever to get drinks. She kept insisting that I ordered a drink with tonic when I ordered a drink with club soda. I felt like I couldn't ask for my incorrect drink to be corrected because I had alread

fun, cheap place to bowl, shoes were clean. drinks were inexpensive. however the snack bar attendant was no where to be found, had to have the manager leave the desk and take our order for food and drinks. the selection of bowling balls seemed kinda slim, but I doubt they ever run out.

This is a fest place to go to with friends and family. The prices are very reasonable, sometimes only $1/ game!!! They also have an arcade room, concession, and bar. ?? Had a great time their and cannot wait to go back. Definitely going to go more often.

Used to be one of my favorite bowling centers. Now they only do by the hour. I will not be returning. To teach my daughter I spent 30 bucks on two games for her to practice for her school league. I will stick with skylanes.
