I have to say that I wanted to throw a huge bar mitzvah party at spins and everyone in my life told me not to do it, but I did and Katrina was the most amazing manager ever she worked with me in every aspect of this event we had over 100 people there bowling and Dancing and hanging out, and it was absolutely perfect. She was the absolute best contributor to this event, and I cannot say enough good things about this person she worked hard answered emails efficiently and really contributed to the party atmosp

Had my sons birthday party here. It was great!! Helpful and attentive staff. They set up the table for us near the arcade area, with all of their paper goods. We had 2 lanes for bowling. Time to eat pizza, (provided at bowling alley), time for cupcakes, then arcade time at the end. They did not rush or push us to leave. It was a great time had by all.

I like the bowling center in general. But I take issue with hourly pricing. In the end, though, it's their loss. If they gave us the OPTION to pay per game, they'd more than make up for it in bar income. But since they force me to pay per hour, I don't waste my time in their bar. Instead, I bowl my a$$ off and get in as many games as I can. Works out to less than $5/game!! Like I said, their loss.

This was a great central location for my extended family and we had never been before. It was great!! Bowling lanes are all updated and new. The arcade was great for the kids and kept them busy while we waited for our lanes. Nice place. Nice and friendly staff. A little expensive. The only thing I didn't like is you pay by the hour. My daughter's game was cut short in the 10th frame by time(they do give you a 5 minute warning), but really? We felt rushed to finish and missed it by a minute. Disappointing

Fun place to bowl, they even have arcade games and a bar. There were several open lanes, but got put next to a family of five with little kids, so felt a little cramped. Otherwise had a great time.

Great center with an all star staff working the front desk and ball return. Reasonable rates in general, but the Sunday special is an absolute bargain.

Terrible place Will Never come back bought my son $6 dip and dots for the machine to not give it to us we tell the front desk just for them to say oh well we don't own the machines so we can't give you your money back. Rip off never bring my kids back again

Great food and great atmosphere. Marshall Odeen has knocked it out of the park at this location and his plans for it sounds awesome. Remember to try the axe throwing!

Bowling alley is updated and looks great. Also they have an outside picnic area with games and occasionally live music.

Friendly staff. Alot of different activities to do besides bowl. Food bar is pretty good but pricey. This place is exceptional. Really nice lanes that are just modern enough to be comfortable. Nice shoes. Went there for my bday last Wednesday evening. First we put our name down for a lane, and then had something to eat at Odeen's which was really good! Deeeeelicious smokey wings and the bbq choices were all great....even the vegan jackfruit wrap I dared to order was surprisingly tasty. The chef came out from the kitchen to check that we were enjoying our meal! The staff were all super friendly and helpful in the restaurant and when getting our lane. We had fun bowling a couple of games - the service was friendly and helpful. The booths and tables were clean. There were plenty of bowling balls to use. The arcade was clean and we had no issues with the games. I would definitely return.

After having several parties here, I thought that maybe I would get better service, but no. I told the people that worked in the front that I wanted my food ready at a certain time but they put the food out at the time that I was supposed to have the order put in. Mistake #1, no big deal. Spins in Carmel is a great place to spend a few hours with family and friends. I've been there several times, mostly late afternoons, and never had to wait for a lane. There is a bar with food and friendly bartenders. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. We even had an issue with the arcade card that the staff resolved immediately. A group of us reserved a lane Saturday night for indoor axe trowing. What a great time; fun, safe & the instructor was very helpful giving us some good tips both for safety & accuracy. The bowling alley looked fairly new & was hopping! The bar area got busy & there was one pool table there that was operable. The other table was covered. Went today, four adults, one child. Front desk staff very nice. Our arrival, 11am. The bathrooms were filthy (trash cans over flowing, toilet paper on floors. Toilet area smell). We decided to come here to celebrate my uncle's birthday. The staff was awesome. Collin the bartender was amazing and very helpful. The place has been renovated and it's going to be great for families to hang out even if you don't want to bowl. We'll be back again.

After being remodeled from it's old decor and gross interior the new bowling alley is awesome. Friendly staff combined with the great atmosphere mean your guaranteed a good time it's super clean and the food and bar make a very welcome addition. There is also a new arcade so the little kids and some adults can go play and spend there time as they wait for a lane. This could be a great location but it needs better management. Actually, it needs management, there was none. Garbages were overflowing and nobody would change them. There was trash left behind from previous bowlers, when I tried to clean it, the garbages were overflowing. I asked the kid at the desk if he could have someone change it and he said "it's always a problem". We were there for 2 1/2 hours and the garbages were never emptied. I purchased a gift card online for a birthday party for a 5 year old on April 25th. On May 1st I called because I still had not received it. I spoke with Jessie and she had trouble looking up the order email so she gave me her email so I could forward my order confirmation which I did and then she found it. Went here for a children's birthday party. The children had fun bowling. The pizza was awful. The arcade had a nice selection of games but they have a very complicated way of getting the tickets for the points you earn, so the children did not get the tickets they earned. That was very disappointing. The staff is friendly and helpful but I recommend not having the pizza and do not play games if you expect to get tickets.

I was part of a 4 person team that was in a 10 week league at Spins in Carmel. Over the 10 weeks the Asst Mgr Ms Travis was exceptional! Not only was everything ready for us on Thursday eve when we arrived but there were stats on all the teams and whenever there was a question she and her staff were polite and professional. It was our first experience in a Bowling League and thanks to Ms Travis it was most memorable! She should be the Mgr as she exudes a professional yet relaxed way in dealing with patrons!

This is a hidden gem of a place...clean, fun and I almost dare to say, a Fun Zone for adults! Between axe throwing, a small but perfect Arcade fit for Adults, to glow bowling....even the music was spot on for the adult crowd. Not to say the late-teens, and 20-somethings weren't having a blast....but for the fun 30-40 year old crowd, Spins nailed it!

Great local bowling alley I never knew was there! I take the kids early morning to avoid the crowds and the food is great too in the attached bbq place.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here today and it was amazing!! Reggie and Alyssa did such an amazing job making sure my daughters party was great! Recently updated, this bowling alley/arcade is great. Good food is available asking with soft drinks and beer. Several TV's in the bar area display sports broadcasts. There are also a couple of billiards tables. Group parties can be arranged for children or adults. The staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this for your next bowling date.

Took my kids bowling for their first time on Saturday afternoon .Bowling alley is clean,staff is friendly and attentive and they have a great arcade for kids. Bar area has TV's with sports,pool tables and shuffle board table. I will be back on St Patrick's day to try food and take kids bowling great place

Service was terrible. They didn't add one of our orders to the ticket, and when we brought it up, we were told they were backed up and it would take 40-50 minutes to get it, or we had the option of just not getting it.

It's an ok place. Their events are managed by corporate so the local employees don't know until it's happening. Their vending machine regularly doesn't work despite no out of order sign, same for their ATM. They have a pro shop but it usually is closed by noon. The employees are very friendly though.

I enjoyed it, though the pool tables and the air hockey didn't seem to work. Also, no designated areas to put your things, so anticipate keeping them with you. As for the arcade, tis enjoyable way to keep youngens entertained as those who enjoy bowling more continue playing.

You have to drink canned or bottled beer. The liquor is really watered down. I watched the bartender pour a 10-count and I tasted nothing except orange juice in my Screwdriver. The live band was good though.

Clean, fun and fast .Me and my family go here alot with friends and it's alot of fun. It's what you would expect it to be. The only issue is the food which is mediocre at best and the arcade witch sometimes doesn't work. Besides that I recommend it.

One of those great places that please all members of the family, as the kids can play arcade games, the adults can watch a game, drink some beer and play some shuffleboard and all ages can enjoy the bowling. Food is pretty decent too, especially for bowling standards.

Nice inexpensive bowling that's decently kempt. Small menu you can order from the bar/kitchen to bring to your lane or eat at the table they have set up there. A few arcade games where you can rack up tickets to trade in for prizes as well. Had a good time with my friend. Will definitely come back again.

If you're into arcades and bowling, this is definitely a place to take the family. There are alot of lanes in this bowling alley so you don't usually have to wait. It's lots of fun and they sometimes do nights with a disco ball lit up. They also serve fast food like pizza, fries, burgers and soft drinks. Their arcade is a normal size for a Bowling Alley. The place looks great but the lane we used kept have error. It would show that you had already bowled a turn even thought you had not or the pin clearing thing would come down in the middle of your turn. Blocking the ball from hitting the pins.

The bar is excellent. Trey and Reggie are always outgoing and give off good energy and the music on saturdays is great.

Bowling, arcade, and bar. Wish it had more, but it's a good time. Price range depends on what you want to do. Bowl-$ Bowl+Bar-$$ Arcade? Better be rolling in dough if you want to get a half decent prize.
