I have to say that I wanted to throw a huge bar mitzvah party at spins and everyone in my life told me not to do it, but I did and Katrina was the most amazing manager ever she worked with me in every aspect of this event we had over 100 people there bowling and Dancing and hanging out, and it was absolutely perfect. She was the absolute best contributor to this event, and I cannot say enough good things about this person she worked hard answered emails efficiently and really contributed to the party atmosp

Had my sons birthday party here. It was great!! Helpful and attentive staff. They set up the table for us near the arcade area, with all of their paper goods. We had 2 lanes for bowling. Time to eat pizza, (provided at bowling alley), time for cupcakes, then arcade time at the end. They did not rush or push us to leave. It was a great time had by all.

I like the bowling center in general. But I take issue with hourly pricing. In the end, though, it's their loss. If they gave us the OPTION to pay per game, they'd more than make up for it in bar income. But since they force me to pay per hour, I don't waste my time in their bar. Instead, I bowl my a$$ off and get in as many games as I can. Works out to less than $5/game!! Like I said, their loss.

This was a great central location for my extended family and we had never been before. It was great!! Bowling lanes are all updated and new. The arcade was great for the kids and kept them busy while we waited for our lanes. Make sure you reserve your lanes online beforehand and the time passes quickly so go for the 2 hours vs just an hour!! The food was also really good for a bowling place!! It's a new BBQ theme restaurant and we definitely enjoyed the food. My only critique is that we wished there was mo

First time going there was a blast, super nice employees and was a well kept bowling ally. We had 1 malfunction and it was handled extremely quick and gave us 10 extra mins. Would 100% recommend

I had ate a good time and ordered food and drinks. I recommend it for birthday celebrations

Nice place. Nice and friendly staff. A little expensive. The only thing I didn't like is you pay by the hour. My daughter's game was cut short in the 10th frame by time(they do give you a 5 minute warning), but really? We felt rushed to finish and missed it by a minute. Disappointing

Fun place to bowl, they even have arcade games and a bar. There were several open lanes, but got put next to a family of five with little kids, so felt a little cramped. Otherwise had a great time.

Great center with an all star staff working the front desk and ball return. Reasonable rates in general, but the Sunday special is an absolute bargain.

I had so much fun here with my kid. Looking forward to going back. We we're both a little bummed that the air hockey table didn't work, but we had a lot of fun with the other games in the arcade.

It was nostalgic. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The alley was clean, bathroom was clean too, considering it's a bowling alley. ?? Spins also has a nice bar, with tv's to watch sports, axe throwing too. They also have an arcade witch the kids can win prizes. Best of all, it's affordable.$$.. plenty of parking. I had a great time! Great family and friend spot to burn some energy or just reminisce about the good Ole days.. for me at least.. lol. Enjoy these types of places while we have the

Terrible place Will Never come back bought my son $6 dip and dots for the machine to not give it to us we tell the front desk just for them to say oh well we don't own the machines so we can't give you your money back. Rip off never bring my kids back again

If you are looking for a place to cool off and have fun, look elsewhere. It is 85 degrees inside. A/C has not worked properly in years.

Great food and great atmosphere. Marshall Odeen has knocked it out of the park at this location and his plans for it sounds awesome. Remember to try the axe throwing!

Bowling alley is updated and looks great. Also they have an outside picnic area with games and occasionally live music.

Friendly staff. Alot of different activities to do besides bowl. Food bar is pretty good but pricey. Took our daughter with hee friends to celebrate her bday and she wanted that disco, fun music, complete blacklight look and least to say we were happy with the night theme for Saturday's. Totally not what expected. Still would go back just not wait till 9pm instead..

This place was a lot of fun. Staff was very helpful and attentive. My kids and I enjoyed the arcade as well as the bowling. It was a popular place tonight.

Spins was fantastic. Amazing customer service, great atmosphere, and tons of fun for the whole family. My 5 stars are for bowling alley and arcade. Everything except restaurant inside the building. I would give that negative stars if i could. DO NOT get anything to eat from that restaurant. Simple items grilled cheese and appetizers took an hour and half with 1 other table seated in entire restaurant. When we finally got our food, the portion sizes were ridiculously small, and everything tasted absolutely h

Extremely pricey. But we'll thought out on the build. Gives you a Texas like environment. Paid 18 bucks for a jack and coke, 28 for some chicken tenders. Now, if you're going for a night out and want to try something new? Definitely! I think you'll enjoy the ambiance. Pool tables, ax throwing. Ax throwing is indoor/outdoor. Theyre attached to Spins bowling alley. Entrance to the left though you can come through the bowling alley. Now, I wasn't entirely impressed with the service. It may have been just a

Fun family center that has Odeens restaurant inside with fabulous BBQ. Always really good entertainment as well.

This place is exceptional. Really nice lanes that are just modern enough to be comfortable. Nice shoes. They have cool dinosaur plastic rollers for little ones that are too little to wield a bowling ball. Food was really really good, all made well. Arcade was really great lots of variation with actual cool prizes. All the people were friendly and helpful. They have a really nice looking outdoor beer garden w hatchet throwing. The whole place was on point and I greatly appreciate how much care it takes to ha

I had fun with my family, price is fair and the electronic games are Fun as well. I like the card system they have.

Please don't switch to string pins I play on many leagues and I love the way it is right now

Went there for my bday last Wednesday evening. First we put our name down for a lane, and then had something to eat at Odeen's which was really good! Deeeeelicious smokey wings and the bbq choices were all great....even the vegan jackfruit wrap I dared to order was surprisingly tasty. The chef came out from the kitchen to check that we were enjoying our meal! The staff were all super friendly and helpful in the restaurant and when getting our lane. There was live music in the restaurant! Just one singer /

really cool place but always extremely loud

Average atmosphere, nothing special. I would give 4 stars except it was freaking hot in there. Sweating like I ran a marathon, spoke to a staff and ac was on.

We had fun bowling a couple of games - the service was friendly and helpful. The booths and tables were clean. There were plenty of bowling balls to use. The arcade was clean and we had no issues with the games. I would definitely return.

Fun evening. Plenty of food choices

After having several parties here, I thought that maybe I would get better service, but no. I told the people that worked in the front that I wanted my food ready at a certain time but they put the food out at the time that I was supposed to have the order put in. Mistake #1, no big deal. Then it came down to drinks, we wanted pink lemonade, they gave us lemonade. Mistake # 2. We finally get the pizza and it tasted like raw onion. Most of the kids and us threw it away because it was AWFUL. Not to men

very good place to get funny moments ??

Always a clean family enviorment with a fun arcade and very few lane breakdowns.

Spins in Carmel is a great place to spend a few hours with family and friends. I've been there several times, mostly late afternoons, and never had to wait for a lane. There is a bar with food and friendly bartenders. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. We even had an issue with the arcade card that the staff resolved immediately. The prices are pretty fair, and I'm sure they have specials on certain days or hours. If you are looking for a cool (great AC) place to hang for a few hours in the summer,

Kids had a blast. Inexpensive. Very friendly staff

I love it here it's a miny version of Grand Prix awesome here

UPDATE: My wifes friend just told her now they want a $10 dollar booking fee?? Next, they'll want a bowling ball fee to bowl on the lane. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently visited the bowling alley that had arcade machines, but unfortunately, most of them weren't working. To make matters worse, the food was not good at all. I was really disappointed with my experience there. The bowling itself was okay, but without the arcade machines and with b

A group of us reserved a lane Saturday night for indoor axe trowing. What a great time; fun, safe & the instructor was very helpful giving us some good tips both for safety & accuracy. The bowling alley looked fairly new & was hopping! The bar area got busy & there was one pool table there that was operable. The other table was covered. Getting to the indoor alleys was a bit precarious going around what looked like buffet items stacked on tables , bottles of water, chafing equipment. All in all the fun outw

service is HORRIBLE .. workers are EXTREMELY rude and treat paying customers with absolutely no respect. i will NOT be returning. don't waste your money coming here. the food is also disgusting.

A great place for kids and adults. Bowling in a great arcade with prizes.

Went today, four adults, one child. Front desk staff very nice. Our arrival, 11am. The bathrooms were filthy (trash cans over flowing, toilet paper on floors. Toilet area smell). We were on lane one, floors dirty, paper/garbage on floor under seating. Not acceptable especially when you are just opening. Bar open, but no tender. Tap beer stale. Again not acceptable. Nice fun, family place, but extremely poor management. The arcade needs attention too. By the time we left around 130pm, place was

We showed up last minute with no reservations for my son?s birthday. They were extremely accommodating and nice, especially considering how busy they were on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is super friendly and sweet. Made my son's day. Thank you guys!

We decided to come here to celebrate my uncle's birthday. The staff was awesome. Collin the bartender was amazing and very helpful. The place has been renovated and it's going to be great for families to hang out even if you don't want to bowl. We'll be back again.

After being remodeled from it's old decor and gross interior the new bowling alley is awesome. Friendly staff combined with the great atmosphere mean your guaranteed a good time it's super clean and the food and bar make a very welcome addition. There is also a new arcade so the little kids and some adults can go play and spend there time as they wait for a lane. The alley is always crowded so I would not expect to walk in and just bowl away. Also as of right now 12/29/18 there are super smash bros. Ultimat

Excellent bowling alley! Very clean and friendly staff. One downside, we wanted to try the ax throwing they had avertised, but you MUST book it 24 hours in advance. Not a big deal but just a heads up. We had a great time regardless though

This could be a great location but it needs better management. Actually, it needs management, there was none. Garbages were overflowing and nobody would change them. There was trash left behind from previous bowlers, when I tried to clean it, the garbages were overflowing. I asked the kid at the desk if he could have someone change it and he said "it's always a problem". We were there for 2 1/2 hours and the garbages were never emptied. Tables and counters were sticky from spilled drinks. Only one young kid

Awesome place!! Family friendly, my 5 years old loves going there.

They've renovated this bowling alley. It's great, food is good, prices are good too. My daughter and her friends had a great time. Staff was nice and attentive. They have a large arcade as well. Lots of fun.

I purchased a gift card online for a birthday party for a 5 year old on April 25th. On May 1st I called because I still had not received it. I spoke with Jessie and she had trouble looking up the order email so she gave me her email so I could forward my order confirmation which I did and then she found it. She said they never fulfilled the order and she would mail it out. I was frustrated and said would this be overnighted as I needed the gift card for a party on Saturday (May 6th) and was concerned th

Went here for a children's birthday party. The children had fun bowling. The pizza was awful. The arcade had a nice selection of games but they have a very complicated way of getting the tickets for the points you earn, so the children did not get the tickets they earned. That was very disappointing. The staff is friendly and helpful but I recommend not having the pizza and do not play games if you expect to get tickets.

I was part of a 4 person team that was in a 10 week league at Spins in Carmel. Over the 10 weeks the Asst Mgr Ms Travis was exceptional! Not only was everything ready for us on Thursday eve when we arrived but there were stats on all the teams and whenever there was a question she and her staff were polite and professional. It was our first experience in a Bowling League and thanks to Ms Travis it was most memorable! She should be the Mgr as she exudes a professional yet relaxed way in dealing with patrons!

This is a hidden gem of a place...clean, fun and I almost dare to say, a Fun Zone for adults! Between axe throwing, a small but perfect Arcade fit for Adults, to glow bowling....even the music was spot on for the adult crowd. Not to say the late-teens, and 20-somethings weren't having a blast....but for the fun 30-40 year old crowd, Spins nailed it!

A Great Place for Bowling and Fun for Kids

Had a great time! Staff was friendly, the place was clean. Night bowling was so much fun! We were there on a Saturday they had a band and a place to dance. They have axe throwing too, will be back to try that!

Great local bowling alley I never knew was there! I take the kids early morning to avoid the crowds and the food is great too in the attached bbq place.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here today and it was amazing!! Reggie and Alyssa did such an amazing job making sure my daughters party was great! I highly recommend Spins bowl and we will definitely be returning! The arcade is great and stocked with good prizes! The cosmic bowling is also very cool! Thanks again Reggie and Alyssa! My daughter and her friends had a blast!!! ??

Recently updated, this bowling alley/arcade is great. Good food is available asking with soft drinks and beer. Several TV's in the bar area display sports broadcasts. There are also a couple of billiards tables. Group parties can be arranged for children or adults. The staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this for your next bowling date.

Took my kids bowling for their first time on Saturday afternoon .Bowling alley is clean, staff is friendly and attentive and they have a great arcade for kids. Bar area has TV's with sports, pool tables and shuffle board table. I will be back on St Patrick's day to try food and take kids bowling great place

Love this place. Great place to bowl and this is my go to spot to spend some fun time with my son who loves to bowl and got me into bowling.

Great spot if the air conditioner worked Fun, clean, good food, so hot though

Service was terrible. They didn't add one of our orders to the ticket, and when we brought it up, we were told they were backed up and it would take 40-50 minutes to get it, or we had the option of just not getting it.

It's an ok place. Their events are managed by corporate so the local employees don't know until it's happening. Their vending machine regularly doesn't work despite no out of order sign, same for their ATM. They have a pro shop but it usually is closed by noon. The employees are very friendly though.

I enjoyed it, though the pool tables and the air hockey didn't seem to work. Also, no designated areas to put your things, so anticipate keeping them with you. As for the arcade, tis enjoyable way to keep youngens entertained as those who enjoy bowling more continue playing.

Food is expensive. No kinda kid's menu. Hours of operation are ridiculous. There are so many kid's that enjoy bowling the should open ar 11am every day .

You have to drink canned or bottled beer. The liquor is really watered down. I watched the bartender pour a 10-count and I tasted nothing except orange juice in my Screwdriver. The live band was good though.

Don't have a drink at the bar or order a quesadilla. Through it down in front of us and no plates or silverware, very put out when we requested it. Never even checked on us again. No thanks. Would have given a zero rating but no option!

Clean, fun and fast .Me and my family go here alot with friends and it's alot of fun. It's what you would expect it to be. The only issue is the food which is mediocre at best and the arcade witch sometimes doesn't work. Besides that I recommend it.

One of those great places that please all members of the family, as the kids can play arcade games, the adults can watch a game, drink some beer and play some shuffleboard and all ages can enjoy the bowling. Food is pretty decent too, especially for bowling standards.

The staff were very nice and friendly. I went with 9 of my friends and we had a good time. We didn't try the food or arcade, but the bowling was great. Warning: it doesn't look amazing on the outside, but don't let that deter you.

I email Spins Bowl from Carmel NY, two weeks ago. I just wanted to make a reservation for big group of friends for my son?s birthday. I haven't heard from them at all! I even tried to call! Nothing! Just to let you all know! I decided to look elsewhere Thanksgoodness I be able to make a reservations at Spins Bowl at mount kisco at ONLINE! This is one week ahead of time. I felt so happy and relieve! I just wanted to share my experience. Looking forward to celebrate my son?s birthday on October 16, 2021!

District Social is so much fun!!! food is great atmosphere is awesome - for girls night or a day out with the family? Reggie and Trey are amazing!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean. Took COVID protocols properly. Big arcade, axe throwing and concession. Beer and a good mix of bowling snacks. Will definitely come back!

Nice inexpensive bowling that's decently kempt. Small menu you can order from the bar/kitchen to bring to your lane or eat at the table they have set up there. A few arcade games where you can rack up tickets to trade in for prizes as well. Had a good time with my friend. Will definitely come back again.

Great customer service. Did axe throwing and Jimmy, who instructed us, was super nice. I get the feeling his heart is really in this place. Totally recommend!!!

owners never even showed up. place is a joke. ?opens at 1?. 2:00 no one here still. place is ridiculous, never coming back or recommending to anyone

If you're into arcades and bowling, this is definitely a place to take the family. There are alot of lanes in this bowling alley so you don't usually have to wait. It's lots of fun and they sometimes do nights with a disco ball lit up. They also serve fast food like pizza, fries, burgers and soft drinks. Their arcade is a normal size for a Bowling Alley. There's alot of games and it is a digital system of tickets so there are points and no tickets except if you do the ticket claw. There are so many prize

Always visit this place when I'm in town. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere. They serve food and drinks and also have an arcade area which is great for families.

Fantastic place, staff was super cool when I took my son for his first time bowling. I was also really surprised to see how large the arcade was. It's a hidden gem here in Carmel.

Perfect for our entire family! Spins is a trusted go-to for all of us, from my 6 year old to my 76 year old father. We love it here!! And the arcade is incredible!!

The place looks great but the lane we used kept have error. It would show that you had already bowled a turn even thought you had not or the pin clearing thing would come down in the middle of your turn. Blocking the ball from hitting the pins.

Just a good time bowling. The arcade games are great for young and old. We stayed and had dinner. Great kitchen. Definitely the spot to go for birthday parties.

Three people rented shoes and rolled two games apiece for $30. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. The ball return malfunctioned on the 9th frame of the second game, which was a minor irritation.

I didn't bowl, my husband and I took our littles one to the arcade section. The arcade is affordable, small. Some games are out of order. The food is pretty good.

Completely refinished inside. Clean and very well maintained. Game room is awesome for the kids (or the kid in you) and the lanes are nice and new.

Spin bowl is the place to be. I'm new to the area and been taking my grandkids there. I'm looking forward to other events that may take place there. The staff is pleasant and its keep very clean. I give it five stars.

Clean place... cool atmosphere... love the seating setup. I had some pretty good chicken tenders lol... the customer service was great also... only thing the computer setup for bowling was a little complicated but then i again im not the brightest bulb lol

So much fun! Bowling, axe throwing, games.....and a kicka$$ bar!! Two thumbs up for this place!

Food was Spectacular !! Amazing for a bowling alley !! Place is renovated and all fresh and new on the inside. This is not your father's bowling alley.... Awesome place for my birthday party ! Thank you SPINS !!

The bar is excellent. Trey and Reggie are always outgoing and give off good energy and the music on saturdays is great.

Bowling, arcade, and bar. Wish it had more, but it's a good time. Price range depends on what you want to do. Bowl-$ Bowl+Bar-$$ Arcade? Better be rolling in dough if you want to get a half decent prize.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
