Nice arcade for kids and grown kids. Lanes are nice. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. Good pizza and wings.

We go to this bowling place for fun and haven't been bored yet. It's clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Bowling and renting shoes are reasonably priced. My only advice would be to watch out for the unattended minors who can get violent with each other if they are not in the view of the front desk. This place also has arcade games which are fun and entertaining, though the last time we were there, half of them didn't work. Definitely try the wings there!

Great time to Celebrate a 50th Bday part with all ages of family and friends

We had a good time here for a work gathering. The food was better than the bowling alley food I've had elsewhere. Axe throwing was fun too though I've been to better axe throwing facilities but it's convenient that's it's in the same place as bowling and gaming. It's nice to have options especially for a group outing. The bar could use a couple more selections of liquor but the service was great. We went on an early evening week day.

I enjoy coming on a date with my husband and bringing the kids/teens. There is plenty for us to do like bowling, playing pool, and arcade games. They have snacks like pizza, pretzels, and soda. There's also a bar for adult beverages. The place is clean. It wasn't crowded. The manager working the desk was rude but maybe he was having a bad day. The young man working behind the counter and ticket area was friendly. The young lady working concession was friendly. We will be back!!

Very nice, clean, organized, bright and colorful bowling alley. I went last week. It was $30.00 for all you can bowl in a hour. We did 2 games so it came out to $15.00 a game plus $8.00 shoe rental. We will be back.

First time here and when we approached the place it looks deceiving from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by the inside. I was really surprised to see all the options for entertainment: bowling, arcade, ax throwing, and pool. They also have food and drinks. Even though there were bowling leagues playing there was still plenty of room for regular bowling as they have lanes on both sides of the building

Excellent time with the family. The arcade, was very well thought out per play/tickets etc & the prizes were very well priced ticket wise. My kids were very pleased with family night.

Came in with a group of 6, was told it'd be a really long wait for 2 lanes, so we went with one. Then we were told we couldn't book it for two hours because of cosmic bowling on our side, but we'd be able to swap over to the other side after the hour. We weren't able to finish our 1 hour game, and then were told we couldn't get a lane on the other side because they were all going to convert to cosmic. No effort to make it right either. Bad communication, and obviously didn't care about us as customers.

Just waited 2.5-3 hours for a lane to bowl told the guy at the desk we had a gift card and asked if we could use it for food as well. Once we got called for our lane the guy immediately said that ?oh we've been having issues with those? and didn't even attempt to scan our QR code or anything. We wasted time and money waiting for nothing and I don't really know what I'm supposed to do with this gift card now since the person who bought it also wasted their money. 0/10 would not recommend and don't buy a gift

the dumpiest place i?ve ever been to, can't play music, won't stay open until the time it says at the front desk even with people still in the building. i?ve had nothing but bad experiences at this place 3-4 times in a row. wouldn't recommend coming here!

I am always hitting up that Step Maniaxx machine because I absolutely love it! I also enjoy the ax throwing and Halo Fire Team Raven game. If you're hungry or just want to get drunk, they have food and drinks here as well!

Came here to bowl on a Friday night with my family (3 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS) we were gonna spend a crap ton of money just to cosmic bowling for a few hours due to the nicer weather but we were told after already CALLING UP THERE IN ADVANCE and driving an FOURTY MINUTES away we weren't allowed to be there with the kids past 10 o'clock for whatever reason that they couldn't even tell us.

Overall a pretty awesome place. It has come a long way. The new owners have done a good job on fixing the place up.

Very unprofessional and refused service. Claimed they had reservations for the empty lanes below and they guest said they did not. My party was screamed at by John the manager and was making multiple scenes as well. My party drove an hour to come here and were very upset with the service and the bathrooms were trashed.

We used to go here all the time. Then the sweet bartender passed, and they hired two of the worst bartenders I have ever seen. You sit there for 10 minutes with an empty drink while they ignore your. You wave say excuse me and still ignore you. Then 5 minutes later they act surprised that your drink is empty and give you a nasty attitude when you ask again for another one. Ruined the whole place for us, we won't go back. It's such a shame. We met there, our kids love the games there.

It was okay. Bartender struggled to recall orders, we had to continue going back to the front desk to adjust our lanes and an officer who oversees there had given us grief multiple times. He pointed out that we weren't allowed to wear regular shoes while bowling insinuating that members of our group were breaking this rule. Our entire party had bowling shoes on, most of us brought our own as we own our own equipment. The same officer lectured us on having drinks in the approved areas not realizing the signs

Our son bowls here Saturday mornings. They have a great selection of food and the staff is very friendly. It's been a positive experience.

Such a fun place! The price for bowling is pretty nice and it's not too expensive to buy tokens for the arcade. We spent about 60 bucks for an 1 hour of bowling and tons of plays in the arcade and had a blast!!! Would have loved if more machines were working, but hopefully next time we come they will be :)

Nice family bowling alley. I miss Bill Whites. While I enjoy the fresh new look, I miss the old concession stand with seating to eat. The arcade is nice, it's all modern games, but I miss the old school games. The pool tables have been moved into the bar. Food review: Spins Bowl Kitchen Bar Bowling and Arcade: I've never seen so many lanes of bowling in a building! Arcade games had a nice variety to play. The area is nicely lit and colorful. Went bowling for the first time in many years so many amazing improvements have been made the kids enjoyed the arcade and bowling so much its like two adventures rolled into one ! Something for the whole family from the littlest kids to the teens even grandma had a great time staff at the check in counter were extremely helpful and friendly can't say enough good things we will definitely be back !

Very Accommodating, we had 2 children in a Walker. And a wheel chair, they set up ramps, so the kids could bowl . They also had some very light balls that were special made for kids. They could not lift them. I think they only weighed about one or two pounds. They also have multiple games. That kids can play That they enjoyed as well.

Unpleasant atmosphere. Bartender was cleaning up the bar and getting rid of bottles at 930. Lots of bowlers there when we arrived , was told they close at 11 on weds night , bathrooms dirty ,the entrance to the bathroom was filthy. The tables in the bar with the pool tables , filthy , empty cups sitting around. It was not busy. How sad that the bartender couldn't even keep a dead bar clean. Great bowling alley! Staff has always been very nice, and they keep this place clean and updated. I am not a huge fan of the way the tables are set up at the lanes. It doesn't offer a clear picture of table assignment like the old days did. As long as there's nobody else bowling from the same computer, we have a blast, but it can get uncomfortably crowded at times.

Went for my grandkids birthday party and had a blast. Bowling alley and equipment worked perfectly. The automated score worked great too. We only got a couple pitchers of fountain drinks but other food I saw come out of the kitchen looked good. We'll be back for sure

Would not recommend employee behind a desk who is bald is very rude. Went there with my kids yelling at me for no reason when I called and they said yes they were bowling on Friday night. Did not say nothing about kids not allowed.

We just love going here, always something fun to do. Bowling. Playing pool, beating my grandson in air hockey, ??, lol, basketball hoops, great food, great people , tons of games and video arcade games to play, we always have a blast.

This place is massive. They basically have 2 full set of lanes under one roof along with an arcade, pool tables and indoor axe throwing. The only less than ideal thing I suppose is the distance from my house, but that is a subjective opinion. Enjoy!

Spins Bowling on Waterloo Rd was HORRIBLE! Not sure if they changed management, But the female manager was rude, belligerent, inflexible, inconsistent, and dismissive. My family has bowled there for years without any problems. The actual owner was a very kind and accommodating person who would always go over and beyond. Spin Bowl on Waterloo has declined drastically! Ditch the ?Karen? and there may be hope for the future of the establishment.

Overall, I like the place, but I will never order food there again. Ordered food at the *self-serve* kiosk, spoke to no one, declined tip because no one had helped me, was charged a tip anyway. Seriously?!

Came in on a Sunday with a group of people to unwind from the weekend. The staff and manager on duty seemed upset we walked in. Tried to make small conversations didn't get anywhere. A busy Friday night out with friends waited 2 hours for a lane. Was sold a 2 hour lane time at 9 pm but at 10 pm its only 18 or older which was a problem since my 9 year old daughter was with us. They asked us to leave without a refund. Very disappointing.

we don't bowl very often normally come as a family. whenever I came to reserve Lanes I told him I wanted to pay cash and the person behind the counter said he didn't know how to do that!.... manager is very rude, screamed in my face and pointed when asked why every game we played turned off after the 6th frame. asked for a refund after he told me he'd start the game over but no matter what he was turning it off in 10 mins, and he told me it was our fault it turned off and that he was not talking to me anymore, then proceeded to shove his hand in my face.

Every time I overheard the manager talking to someone he was rude. I didn't talk to him personally but I was around multiple times when he was being rude, and even cussed at a customers. Even though I wasn't directly affected, not somewhere I'd want to go again

We just had a party for my son's 9th birthday. He and his friends had a blast! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The tables were set up before we arrived. Plenty of room for parents and the gifts. Everything ran smoothly and it was all cleaned up for us in the end. This was the best birthday party experience we have had!

The alley itself, the arcade, looked amazing! I was not there to bowl or play games. Inwas there for the pro shop which I felt was extremely overpriced on the bowling balls. They had my ball that I paid $30 or so, less than they were selling for. They had a very limited selection of shoes. They had a fantastic selection of bats, but again they were a bit overpriced. I'd say definitely hit this place up for bowling and or arcade games, but avoid the pro shop. This is my opinion, nothing more!

Desk people have HORRIBLE attitudes like other reviews say. I came home from CA to enjoy time with family when we got there they weren't taking anymore alleys until 11, & they weren't renting axe throwing (it was only 8pm on a friday). Can not take your child there after 10 pm. Even with a parent. Not very kid friendly. Will never go here again. It's sad that this is the case because I used to like to go there. Will never step foot in there again and will definitely tell others not to go there. I can understand them not letting a group of kids in, but when they're with a parent? That's absurd. Curfew isnt even until 11. So much for family friendly.

Tried to take my son last night and his girlfriend I was staying with them and they wouldn't let us in cause he wasn't 18 very disappointing that's all they wanted to do since they couldn't go to homecoming

My son had a great time. He loved bowling. Wish there were a few more games for the younger kids, but overall very nice. My only complaint was the cost of food. We got 2 slushes and it was $8.50 for them! That's a bit ridiculous in my opinion.
