My kids and I visited this place for the first time today and I was really impressed. Lots of pinball machines, a decent amount of classic arcade machines, 2 skee-ball machines, and really cool decor. The majority of the machines we played on were in good condition. We only stayed for an hour but we definitely could have stayed a few hours without getting bored. I think their pricing is fair for the quality experience they offer, but I wish the adult pricing matched the kid pricing.
Clean, Fun, and always a GREAT TIME! The front desk staff is always smiling. The tech always on the move and the games always changing! This #pinball #museum #arcade game s the perfect stop after work or on lunch break. Grab the crew and buy and hour or all day pass. Log in with @stern #insiderconnect and beat my score!
Flat entry price Free Play Pinball arcade with a very wide and diverse set of games. Representation from just about every era, from electro-mechanicals hiding in the back to 2000s Sterns in the front with a good rows of classic 90's Williams hiding between? Never can go wrong with that. Seeing a selection this wide in a hobby as passionate pinball is nothing new, but to open a new arcade location like this with the dedicated ownership fixing machines in real time? It's something you should make the trek ou
Absolutely stellar pinball joint. Some great collectors pieces are here to play, as well as a fantastic array from the Bally/Williams era. Machines are in good condition, staff is very attentive. Spacious layout, with over 60 machines - yet you never feel cramped or rushed. Very rare to see so many classic games in one place in good condition. I'll definitely be back, and often!
This place has a huge selection of arcade games and pinball tables from the 70s, 80s and even cool modern ones from 2022. If you haven't checked this place out then you totally need to. 15 dollars for an hour or 22 the whole day. Amazing deal and experience that everyone will love
Sparks is such a fun time for people new to pinball and the pinball enthusiast! They have plenty of other vintage games and memorabilia from old arcades too. I can't wait to go back to play.
Went for the 1st time last night and WOW I'm impressed!! There's lots of space to move around, the atmosphere is amazing and the people are so friendly! Lots of really interesting facts about all the machines are printed on cards so you can learn the history while you play. Finding a Joust machine was probably my biggest highlight. Playing pinball against your friend is a new experience I won't forget!
Went here on Saturday in this place has one of the best collections of pinball machines! They especially have some of the rarest games as well! The place is around $15 to get in and everything is set the FreePlay also about the old school, mechanical pinball machines in the back of the place. There is Button underneath the Plunger on a few of them that you have to push in in order to eject the ball To let you guys know. Everything was almost perfect about this place. The only problem is that They could add
Great place to find all kinds of pinball machines. They even have a few other arcade games too like a hockey one, a skiball and rampage and more. It seems a bit expensive at $15 an hour. A video game that used to be here you could play video games for $5 an hour
The is a stellar arcade! You can purchase either an hour wristband or an all day wrist band (both reasonably priced) and the games are all free play. Great selection of pinball machines and vintage arcade games!
Most pins are leveled properly and play well. Let anyone know there is an issue with a game and they will come fix it promptly. Price is definitely good for all day, hourly price could be a little more reasonable but I understand it's in a mall. Game selection is S-tier.
Free to play pinball with a ton of machines! They also have a bunch of arcade machines as well. It's an awesome mix with info on most of not all of the machines. It's 100% worth it to stop by!
Absolutely, awesome place. Brad's Arcades was excited to supply Sparks with two Uber rare games! Time Traveler and Holosseum! Go have fun! Awesome owners and games! Lots of other rare games as well!
Had the best time enjoying a slew of pinball and arcade games. Has lots of rare games with modern as well. Blew me away!! Highly recommend checking it out.
Came across this place wandering around Oakland mall, it's tucked away in a corner by JCP. It ended up being a very fun impromptu date night full of vintage arcade games and pinball. Will definitely return
finally, a reason to go to the mall... This place is great and looks pretty well run. Many awesome pinball from the 1950's-now and also cabinet style arcade games... super awesome.
If you ever wondered what an arcade in a mall looked like in the 80s/90s this is it. These people did it right. Great selection of games and decor.
A great experience. Lots of pinball tables 98% on good order. Very nice place, cost was very affordable
Decrease the price 20% an make it up in volume so people pass the word around. You need more people in here. All day pass 18 usd. My 2 cents
I had a great time. Awesome collection of pinball and arcades. Friendly service.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
