We went on a Weekday during our local spring break. Was not busy at all which was great. Pretty clean. Kids had a good time. The play place is an additional $6 for a wrist band. And the arcade seemed reasonably priced. Staff was fine, not overly helpful or accommodating. Prices at the cafe seemed reasonable as well

i should start off by saying that i go here almost every weekend. for the most part its great!!! on the other hand, Little kids are constantly Outside of the middle and in the way of groups and Advanced skaters (The workers do the best they can to avoid this problem) I see a lot of reviews regarding the prices and although I can see the issue you have to take into account that for one person admission is $15 so the more people you have the more money you're gonna have to spend. Had a few hours of fun with the hubs and the grandson. We visited early on a Saturday, so it wasn't crazy busy. There was a nice size crowd though. The music is good and the vibe was right. The husband and I enjoyed ourselves while the grandson hung out with his friends. I'm curious to see what the evenings are like, but we didn't have time for that. Absolutely do not recommend this location. While I can't speak for other branches, my experience here was completely unacceptable. I attempted to register my child online for the upcoming spring break camp. I called on Thursday and spoke to a young lady who was polite and informed me I could complete registration on Friday. I love visiting this rink. I usually come down twice a year for the USA Shuffle Skaters event. The facility ?sparkles? literally. The restrooms are clean, the Couey Cafe is decent, the pizza is delish? and the esthetics are on point. The floor is awesome and the lighting? wow. It's amazing all by itself. 5 spinning ?? balls! Went in for one of my son's classmates birthday parties and had an absolute blast! The music was great, atmosphere was welcoming as well as the staff. All the kids enjoyed skating and playing in the jungle gym! Definitely would come back.

Fun! Went for a kids birthday party. Adults could skate as well. I decided to get out there (haven't skated in years) and I had the time of my life. My kids enjoyed it too. They have the roller walkers to assist the little kids which was great. The music was good. They had a few different things to do for the kids like laser tag, the arcade and the fun center. It wasn't too crowded either. I recommend.

The skate police stops the music every five minutes to remind you of the rules. She even turned the lights back on after the DJ put them on low. Please have a chat with her. We understand safety but she doesn't have to ruin the fun for everyone!

The worst experience ?.I've been skating for years so I would consider myself a good skater but when it's packed with teens that get dropped off and they are going so fast and causing issues (esp with smaller kids) it's ridiculous ?. Only giving two stars bc the music was great?. Would not recommend if you have smaller kids bc they will get taken down !!!

Really good and reasonable family outing. We really enjoyed skating moderate size rink, nice staff. Laser tag was fun but my gun malfunctioned. Food prices are also reasonable. We will return for another outing.

It's nice and clean, a tad bit unorganized , maybe because it's ran by a lot of teens and if any questions that needed to be answered, we were pointed to the only 2 adults I saw that worked there as well. The DJ did a great job with the different genres...my niece couldn't stop dancing. Oh, the food absolutely SUCKED!!! The pretzel bites tasted old, the cheese sauce was watery with no taste, chicken tenders had more hard breading than meat, fries old & hard and the list goes on and on. The best thing to eat

Love this place for our toddlers when they have the age 5 and under days. $9 a kid with lunch included and you get to bring your child's favorite ride on toy. Can't beat it!

Mr Todd and his staff took extra steps to make my granddaughter feel the skate experience. She was on her third grade field trip and she has a spinabifida. They helped her get on and off the rink. We tried several skates to find a good fit. Used the walkers to skate. Had a great time. Great place to bring your kids for family fun. Indoor jungle gym, games and dinning. And the prices wont break the bank.

My baby turned seven and wanted her party here. She had a blast. Everyone was so nice and professional. The manager was very patient and helped me work through a few things. Kudos to the whole staff!

Chaperoned for my daughters Kindergarten class STEM field trip hosted at Sparkles. It was very interesting and I refreshed my knowledge on force and motion. The instructor was very engaging and knew how to work a crowd of 5 year olds. After their lesson the kids skated, played in the playground, ate pizza and danced. The kids had a blast and will bring my daughter again since she did receive a free pass.

We have a blast at sparkles. I love the "kids skate free", that they offer. My kids love the play area, & the pizza. Wednesday's are discounted after 4pm. The staff, management, & owner are amazing!

Definitely a place to go for kids to wear themselves out if they want to rollerskate, play in the playground and play some arcade games. Place was nice and clean and everyone is so helpful. This was our first time and we will definitely be back.

We love visiting this rink. Sparkles Hiram has the friendliest staff and It's always clean. Sometimes it seems understaffed (the same person is handling the skate rental booth and the laser tag) and there's a bit of a wait, but It's not like they're just standing around and everyone is so nice that you can't be mad. We alsways have a good time.

Do not come here unless u intend on spending $100 or more just to bring my 4 kids it cost $85 just to skate then they want to charge $5 for the helper that rolls w/u if u don't know how to skate, oh only get it for 1 hour & non refundable. God forbid u want a drink or don't have your own skates or OMG want to play laser tag. I'm so sick of raising prices by double they will never go bck down. We came for a birthday party today. I brought my 2 nephews. One of which was wheelchair bound and special needs. I don't really get impressed a lot because I feel like regardless whether he's special needs or not it's a basic human right to be treated fairly. But these employees went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and were included. We had the best time. He never once got overwhelmed, he asked several times to go back to the rink. They had a wheelchair ramp and all to help us up and down

Very nice place for children to play. It has got a court inside where children can ride their ride-on toys, skate or just run around. A lot of other arcade and bowling games too.

So first time I took my family it was dirty and the staff seemed annoyed. Also there was a private party that took up half the place. But we gave another shot 2 years later and this week d was pretty fun the kids had fun the staff was very nice and even the Skate guy was very nice even making jokes. Brought our youth group out and due to unsafe skating by other, more experienced skaters we had two incidences that could have been avoided. A kid was being bullied and multiple concerned parents brought it to staff and managments attention for nothing to be done. People pay a lot of money to come into here and no actions were done to help the kid being bullied. Brandy, the manager, is an amazing woman, very understanding, and has a huge heart and cares about people. Hiram sparkles is a great place. The manager deserves all the praise. Nice facility, friendly staff. We enjoy the kids skate free. You'll pay for all the extras, playground, skate trainers so it's nice to have the kids skate free program. I'd likely not come half as often as we do of I had to pay entrance for my daughter and her friends.

Trans-friendly staff! A small group of transwomen were confronted by a staff member that a man had complained about their presence, and Sparkles staff instructed him to leave without incident. Very professional handling of the situation and it's great to see more people standing up for trans existence. Stay visible!

Just recently visited and met with unfortunate unfriendly faces at the food counter. Kelly with the dirty blonde hair was especially rude and uninviting. I took my kids here for a good time and simply wanted to get them some food. I never expected to be met with rude remarks and customer disdain. Just came up to Sparkles based on the kids skate free link they have on their website and answering machine. When I arrived they advised its NOT FREE and you have to go online to pay for it. The skating and play space are fine. The internet never works and the cell signal poor in this area. When I asked customer service to reboot the mode, they said the internet ?just doesn't work? but they had no access to fix it. Poorly managed in my view. Also the food is incredibly mediocre.

Went for my grandson's birthday. It was enjoyable. They have a standing policy, if you don't reserve a table for your event, you are not allowed to bring in gifts or event food. I get it, it keeps it to where paying customers are getting the favor.

My daughter enjoys this place as much as i once did YEARS ago! Its still rocking and rolling like it did when i was a kid it has been very well kept over the years and upgraded.. My 2nd grader?s school scheduled a field trip here today, December 1st, 2023. This is the first field trip that my ex-husband (that lives 1.5 hours away) was going to be to attend. Great place only downfall is the music. It's wishy washy stick to the good stuff that old school disco stuff kills the vibe and experience for me. Play the 90?s and 2000?s hits and mix in some new stuff from time to time.

Music selection needs updated so the children can enjoy themselves a lil more. They should chose music from all genres, not just country and pop. We went here for an event where kids could meet Disney princesses and my daughter loved it. She got to meet Elsa, and play on their jungle gym thing. Great experience. Food is subpar though.

The staff was very good to us making sure we were able to get on and off the skating rink with our small children. They would stop or slow down traffic so I could get my little ones to the center area for beginners. There are some weirdos there that clearly didn't have kids with them eye-balling other people's children. I'd recommend having some sort of security on staff or an officer at the exit. Or just conceal carry. Otherwise I would've went 5 stars.

I've been bringing my son here to skate for years. It's always very fun and inviting! The cost to enter and skate is very reasonable and cost effective. Additionally, there is a variety of things to do such as laser tag, a maze, and arcades. The food court offers great options of things to eat as well as plenty of room to sit and eat. There are birthday pkgs available for parties. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Overall, it's a great family oriented place to have a great time! I highly recommend!

The other two we had to order. We received a call on Friday they were here. We just drove 40 min. got here to skate and and was informed they sold the skates yesterday!!!! They told us they were in stock and cold have them here by next Friday!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

The skating was fun, but the food was really overpriced and bad. For example, it was 7 dollars for a burger that was very average and 22 dollars for a cheese pizza. They burnt it too, which made it even worse.

Went for a birthday party. Food was good, and got served fast. Atmosphere is comfortable and staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was being rushed out of the area! We understand there are more birthday parties but don't book them back to back and rush people that paid good money for a party.
