They have great deals. However the Arcade can be a buzz kill only when games take your money and don't function at all. Staff were more than willing to help which was super and gave credits back. With four kids, arcades can become expensive. Spare time has great selection, good people, and they do deals that make it easier to get out. Grey Tuesday is made over by half price arcade play. Suddenly Tuesday is looking up. They have several games that can be played multiplayer. Also they did a remodel not too long ago and it's beautiful and spacious. I took part in one of those $50 game play for $100 deals and I won't do that again. Not only were several machines broken, but then I won 1000 tickets on this one game twice in a row, plus a bunch of other tickets, and when I got to the counter she said I only had 1090 tickets, So I'd like to know where the rest ran off to. I've been to arcades in 7 states now, and this one was the worst in terms of money spent vs reward received. An absolute scam.

Went there on a college trip! It was tons of fun! Really enjoyed the glowing lights they turned on once it got dark too! Pizza was pretty good (for a bowling alley), and all the people who worked there were super helpful and kind! All and all really great place!

Really clean. Staff is friendly. Lanes are well maintained. The restaurant is way over priced and feels understaffed. We have yet to have a really outstanding experience there BUT the servers from Super Bowl Sunday walking the lanes and serving were outstanding! Fun, affordable, clean, accessible. Have been bowling a few times and have had a great time. The arcade is also a fun time. They have an accessible ramp to the bowling floor as well as ramps and bumpers to make the game playable for everyone. It's surprisingly clean for a bowling alley, and though the food is your typical cheap stuff like mozz sticks, wings, giant pretzels, they also have drinks which are decently made and affordable. It's a good place for an affordable good time.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went in last week and experienced the most god awful customer service from Emma, who is supposedly a manager. You really shouldn't allow employees to be condescending and downright rude to paying customers, or anybody really. Do better.

I had a blast time with my friend going bowling here! It's my first time going bowling since October 2018; I still have some of experience in myself (including bowling tricks) it's so fun to get yourself back into track to go join bowling league (I might be doing that in my state [California]). Went last week and a young girl named Emma was very rude and condescending. From the moment we walked in she had a very negative attitude. You really shouldnt have people working who dont want to work with the public. As a customer service worker myself I expect better especially from such a "famous" company. Went to the new years event scheduled 10:30 to 1AM. Bar and restaurant closed at 11:30 with no warning or last call. Waitress for the lanes wasn't informed until they were already closed that it was closing. Posted on door that bar and restaurant would be open as long as the event was.

Very clean location. Took a few kiddos (ages 7-10) for an impromptu bowling trip. Had a great time. I did not like that we had to wait nearly 5 minutes for service when there were 4 people working the counter. One was on the phone, and three had their backs to us. I will say, that almost as soon as one of the folks who had their backs to us went to grab her water (so she finally saw us), she did tend to us. (I would take off half a star for the wait, but we can't do half stars). We will definitely be back

There is little to be done to ensure lanes for shorter periods especially for families with small children. Had a great time in the arcade with our kids but the restaurant service was horrible. We waited for 90 mins for a table and then it took another 60 mins to get our food. Once we finally got our bill we then waited another 25 mins for the waitress to come back so we could pay. Horrible experience and our kids were miserable It was a Tuesday night and there were only 3 other tables being served. They only had 1 waitress. There were 2 other women "working" who were just walking around doing NOTHING!!

Our first time being here while on vacation love the many lanes and good customer service. It's nice for family or alone time and would be a nice ice breaker for a first-time date or your 230 date night. A very clean and fun space with a mix of new and retro vibes. The food (appetizers) was good. On par price-wise with many mid-level chain restaurants. They have bumpers and supports for children and people with disabilities (wheelchair accessible bowling is possible, but offers little control over the ball). Spare time gave me something to do in place of another activity. It essentially saved the day for me. Spare time has bowling and an arcade. I managed to hang out at the arcade for three and a half hours. I will definitely go back. Maybe next time I will be able to go bowling.
