Going to this theater was like using a time machine to visit 2005. Incredibly outdated and slightly dirty. The seats are small and have very little legroom. If anyone is sitting directly in front of you their seat will most likely touch your shoes. The temperature in the theater itself was uncomfortably hot and muggy. The movie glitched twice, almost like an old CD when it hiccups. The staff members were nice which I appreciated. The people of Spanish fort/Daphne deserve an updated theater with recliner se

Usually go to the AMC but I liked the show time at this one, so thought I would give it another try. Employees playing in phones when they should be cleaning the mess on the counters and the floor since it was disgusting. If they had someone in there that could lead their team it could be a great theatre.

Nice and clean. It doesn't get very crowded so it's nice to sit back in the recliner seats to watch a movie.

They no longer take cash. You have to load it onto a card. Unfortunately the machine was down so that wasn't an option and they were out of certain foods. We decided to go to the other theater. It's not convenient. Also the outside is falling apart. I'm very disappointed.

As of 11.30.24: This place won't be open much longer based upon its current state. Cleanliness on the inside is lacking and lighting of the signage outside is in need of replacement. I was in the area and this theater was in a great location to just stop in and see a movie. The staff behind the counter were great. I got cheap and messy nachos and enjoyed myself. Movie was pretty good there was almost no one there we pretty much at the theater to ourselves. The popcorn wasn't the freshest, but was still really good. Also I really like being able to buy the ticket at the food counter that was probably the best update they've ever done

Went to see SAW on Halloween and was let down by the theater. From all the burnt out lights in the parking lot to the sign and walkway lights out was the start. Easy going laid back place during Matinee. Avengers Infinity War was AWESOME! However, this large location did not receive Marvel cups... A collector's item for a movie of this magnitude is Necessary! So many kids and adults were disappointed because of this lack of a collector's item.

Clean theater, good movie selection and never crowded. Dated seating compared to other theaters across the country ( not reclining or heated) but overall the chairs are comfortable. We are grateful for a safe and enjoyable theater to be open and available for use.

I'd rate this place higher because I have enjoyed plenty of movies here and I love the retro feel, however, lately, screens have been too dim, and today I couldn't even watch my movie cause the projector broke and they had to turn it off. Second time watching the movie previous with not sound . Not acceptable . This my third review the previews had sound but not picture. the theater seems dirty, and once 5 has changed. Part of the experience of movies is the previews . We will not comeback again . One star is generous

This was definitely our worst experience at this theater. The lobby carpet needed a quick sweep to pickup popcorn and the counter wiped off around the popcorn flavor area. The bathroom was an absolute mess. Paper towels on the floor and some of the stalls were out of tissue paper.

Tiny screen that had a big gash in it, which became prevalent only after the movie started. Movie started late. No warnings given to the audience to be quiet or to stay off phones, so of course people talked and were on their phones throughout. Go to the Jubilee.

I dig this theater for Balwin County. It's never really too packed, seats aren't bad not big plush recliners like some places. I do wish they sold beer but I could just sneak in a flask I guess, I would never do such a thing??. Oh Tuesday is the best day to go by far.

This theater is ok. It isn't the cleanest, and wish they had more food other than nachos and a hot dog. The films here are good. Prices for treats and drinks are overpriced as with every theater. So, I say this is an average theater. Nothing stands out about it. The staff are always nice though. It is a decent theater to see movies in. I am very spoiled by Taiwan theaters though. So.....? nothing I have found in the U.S. has come close to theirs.

The seats were awesome. The concessions were highly priced but that's what you get from all movie theaters. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They were also patient when I was making up my mind on what to get. Avenger Infinity War was definitely a great experience with the big screen and not too loud speakers.

This is a okay spot great movies and seats but the things I didn't like was our movie glitched out a bit and they don't have many drink options or food the workers were very young and the nacho cheese dispenser was empty. But they had clean bathrooms.definitely would recommend for kids!

I have been here about 2 years ago. The theatre is still the same clean and fun atmosphere. The staff were very polite as it should be of course. Since you are in the south "Politeness at it's Best." Decent theater and clean, but apparently no one is adjusting the projectors. The contrast was so off we couldn't see our movie and when we brought it up the staff just shrugged it off. It wasn't like this before the quarantine, so I know y'all can do better.

I don't go many times to the movies but every time I had gone I had visit this cinemas and I've been amazed on how nice their staff had been with me and my kids all the time. and how clean it has been the time we go. Not to mention is in a very good area in town were you can go shopping or out to eat while you wait for your movie. I truly enjoy visiting Spanish fort premier cinemas! 2 thumbs up!

The theater can be unclean at times. They do not offer ticket discounts. Some employees are very friendly. Parking is not close to the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility is quite a distance away form the entrance, too. They do have a variety of movies and showtimes.

Tonight I finally had the chance to spend some one-on-one time with my son at the movies. It was completely ruined by middle school and high school kids running in and out of the theater. They were talking and cursing. After the movie started, three high school age boys came in and sprayed a feces like scent in the air. I demanded a refund of our tickets and left. I will not go back to this theater until the manage makes changes about unaccompanied youth being dropped off.

They do a good job of keeping friendly faces sell you tickets and concessions. They keep the place clean and the movies are always on time. I've never had a bad experience, it's local, and the prices aren't too bad.

FRIENDLY STAFF! GREAT PLACE FOR A GROUP! We had a group of 34. We booked the group and made all reservations/plans via email with Dan L. He made everything VERY simple. Upon our arrival to the theater, the staff was very helpful and extremely efficient! They had our seats reserved, our drink orders and popcorn READY to go, and offered any other help that we needed. The ONLY theater we will go to!! We have 2 kiddos so we usually go to the first movie of the day. 1. It's less expensive and 2, our kids behave better earlier in the day so we don't disturb others who are watching the movie. Our movie started at 10:10pm. We arrived at 10:15pm and they had already locked the doors. We attempted to get persons attention who was cleaning the front lobby to inform him of the situation. The employee looked in our direction and then continued to clean and ignored us at the door. After a few more minutes trying to get their attention we gave up. Extremely poor customer service. We will not be back.

Good theater but the last few times we've visited, someone had to go ask them to turn the lights down when the movie started. And our most recent visit, the screen didn't even come on until half way through the previews (because someone had to go ask).

By far my favorite theater in the area, but I was extremely disappointed this visit. The women's bathroom was a mess and there was only 2 stalls with toilet paper. That is not ok! I informed one of the employees that came in to sweep that there was none and she said that she had repeatedly told the manager and nothing was done about it...

Spanish Fort Premiere doesn't set itself apart in any way from other theaters, but it is a great experience. Surrounded by a plaza of stores and buried away in its own area of the plaza, the secluded theater really packs a punch for sounds quality and comfort. The seats were nice, and the picture quality for the theater is as expected. Overall, it earns 4 stars.

Outdated and uncomfortable chairs. Most theaters converted to comfortable seats decades ago. Cannot enjoy movies sitting in the seats here, unfortunately.

No MILITARY Discounts! We were very disappointed in this theater. Although the employees were very nice, they do not offer Military discounts . All other theaters in the area do offer them, as they should. Also, there was no coffee and when I paid the $3.25 for a bottled water, it was a generic brand that wasn't cold.

Love the auditoriums and the environment as a whole, but good luck getting anyone on the phone if you have a question. Called two different times and waited through nearly five minutes of a dial tone just to get hung up on at the other end of the line. That doesn't exactly scream customer service.

This is a nice place to see a movie. Although it might be smaller than some other theaters, it is comfortable. The staff is friendly, and they keep everything clean in the lobby, restrooms, and screening rooms. It's convenient to have another theater close by with showtimes that fit my schedule.

I love coming to the movies here, but, OMGOSH!.. Please do a sound check in ALL of your theaters before you play these movies for people!
