Space Zero

Space Zero

Reviews Summary

Space Zero is highly praised for being a fun, clean, and affordable trampoline park, especially for younger kids (2-12 years). Parents appreciate the friendly, helpful staff and the variety of activities like claw machines, arcades, and party hosting. While older kids may find it less engaging, the smaller size ensures safety for toddlers. Some note the claw machines can be tricky, and a few mention broken games or limited seating. Overall, it’s a great spot for family outings or birthdays, with consistent highlights on cleanliness, service, and value.

Customer Reviews

This pace is so cool. And very interactive for every age. I took my niece here and she loved the trampoline park and the arcade machines. Very clean and enjoyable for the whole family

This is a really fun trampoline park for kids and their accompanying adults. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The establishment was clean. The children had a great time from start to finish. They even made some new friends! By the end of the visit, everyone was exhausted and ready for a nap.

Ive been going here for awhile and at first it seemed pretty good. But it doesnt seem like they really clean this place anymore. There's rips in a bunch of the nets in random place. Most of the rips aren't too bad considering where they are, but the one in the picture takes the cake. Also it just feels dirty now. I wish they would clean it up or do some updating, but i doubt they will.

I had a great experience at Space Zero! I went there yesterday with my kids to enjoy the play area, and as we were leaving, we realized my son had lost his phone. He immediately went back inside to look for it, but couldn't find it. The staff was incredibly kind and proactive. They asked for our contact information, including the child?s number and details about the phone case. That same evening, they called us to say they had found the phone! Their honesty and care really stood out. It's not every day yo

My kid loves it, but just 1 day a week, she will be bored ??. I love it that all the Asian kids work over there are very nice and friendly.

Amazing! I love all the collectibles here <3 ive been here a couple of times with family and friends and its the best arcade place for plans/events.

Great place for the kids to come and have fun let out some energy and has claw games and other kid friendly things

First time here. Cute place for kids but it's very tight when it is busy. All of the games are very expensive for 2 or 3 plays so prepare to spend some money.20$ get you 2 plays if that.

Perfect location - quick stop at any time during mall visit- my 2 kids love stopping here before heading home. Customer service agents are friendly.

What a great place to bring the kids to jump ! It wasn't expensive &+ the kids had fun

We went for a birthday party and it was the most organized children's party I've been to. The host was friendly and proactive and made the party go smoothly, letting the guests know when food, cake, etc. where going to happen. The kids got arcade cards and there was even more time to jump after food.

Had my son's 8th birthday here and the party host Heidi was so helpful in getting everything set up. The space is great, clean, and the children had a great time. I will say that the space is smaller than other jump parks (which is to be expected), so the older ones may get bored quickly.

Amazing opportunity for the littlest of kids to enjoy a safe, indoor play environment. My only regret was not knowing that their AC system was not working and one of the kids in the party almost almost had a heat stroke. Other than that everything was fun, creative, and well organized.

Fun place for birthday parties. They have the trampoline space as well as all sorts of machine games. Do have a plan for how you are going to leave because kids will want to spend all day and all the $ here :). We had a good time and no one was injured. Also, the staff we interacted with was very nice.

My sons absolutely love Space Zero - staff are friendly and nice, there so much to offer ??

We're here now- if I'm honest, I'm leaving a review in order to get 10 credits to play the arcade games while my daughter jumps. The price to jump $14 for 30 min. & an additional $4 to up it an hour is quite reasonable, but the arcade game credits and toys for purchase are quite pricey & the arcade games seem to mostly be the impossible-to-win claw machine games - the only times those are a good idea is when the y are play ?til you win.

My kids love this place-trampolines, ball pit, fancy video games, hoisting crane games-my daughter scored a new stuffed animal. It's not that we needed another stuffed animal but she won one! It's super clean. It's not as noisy as some places. The group party rooms are a nice size group.

Loved it here! Many crane games to play and the staff are very nice.

We recently hosted my daughter?s birthday party at Space Zero, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! From the moment we arrived, Amari made us feel welcome and ensured everything was handled. The space is designed with kids in mind, bright, colorful, and engaging, and the layout is perfect for a party. The kids had a blast, and the entertainment was interactive and kept them engaged the entire time.

Absolute bunch of fun for my kiddos, family, friends, and I. There is a ball pit, a slide from the second floor to the first, into said ball pit, and almost a whole floor of smaller trampolines. There are also two monkey bars sets with foam blocks as a safe fall spot. There were two private party rooms, and two restrooms on site, as well as a few claw and arcade games, and about 20 lockers to set your things inside while you bounced around.

Initially I was ecstatic about having my daughter?s 1st birthday there per a recommendation from a close friend. Firstly, I would like to thank our host for helping as much as she could. My main complaint is the overall size of the space, it's super small and everything is on top of each other and there isn't enough food for the children and adults. Secondly, everything was super rushed it seem like and several times the man with the glasses was hovering and reminding me to make sure to see him at the front

Always enjoy playing at Space zero. Perfect indoor space to burn off all the energy. The staffs are nice. They also hold birthday party. They have it all.

We had our daughter?s 10th birthday party here. The place is wonderful. The manager was very professional. Amari our Party host was amazing. She was on top of everything and super accommodating to all the kids and parents. Everyone had a great time. Such a great jump park / arcade!! Thanks again to Amari for hosting and making the girls party extra special !!

My daughter loves this place so much we got a monthly pass. Staff is friendly and you can see they are hard working?.As a homeschooler we are there several times a week as a physical and social experience. Kids get a fair chance at winning prizes?we can't wait to do our birthday here?

I came here basing the trampoline PARK on the photos and was INCREDIBLY dissapointed to see a tiny ?park?. I was still okay with the thought of bouncing on a few trampolines and sending a flip, but when I first jumped on the trampoline I was struck with a stiff surface. This caused my back to be in pain. Never coming here again UNLESS you have kids under the age of 6

Spacious and clean for little ones. Friendly staffs. Accessible from the mall and other stores

This was a really good experience! I'm definitely coming back to this place I say it's a good place to go if other arcades are too expensive.the 10 dollar one that I got was really good!!

Customer interaction was incredible! I was assisted by a worker named Nicole and she was nothing but helpful and supportive. When I wanted to give up on this claw machine, she encouraged me to keep going. Her words of motivation not only left me feeling inspired, but also gave me enough courage to try again! And coincidently, I got the prize. Great experience, would go again!

I went here with my daughter and let's just say it wasn't pleasant.. I was watching my daughter in the ball pit and she came out of the ball pit with POOP on her! There was POOP in the ball pit

We had our sons birthday party here and our host Catly (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very attentive, informative, and super sweet! Honestly the whole staff was incredibly kind and patient. 15/10 :))

Amazing so much to do and had such an amazing time! Staff is nice and friendly

Great place to take your kids to burn off energy! Highly recommend!

First time knew about this place from a friend?s birthday party. Place has a few party rooms, great for birthdays. The place is packed with a variety of things to do - some VR machines, claw machines, trampoline, ball pit and a slide, and a cotton candy vending machine! Kids had lots of fun and you can trade in your extra plushies for blind boxes or toys. Highly recommended if you go to the mall. Staff is super nice, I asked them to switch to another color keychain and they were happy to do it. Nice place t

Space Zero is a great place to have a birthday party. Friendly staff, through and through! The room sizes are perfect and I love being able to see the trampoline park from the party room. 10/10 service!

Friendly staff, great claw machine games, and clean!!!

Excellent place to unwind and enjoy with family. Staff is very helpful and contributes to an amazing experience! Definitely would recommend for a place or have fun

Great place for a 2year old. Got monthly pass for my little one. Close enough to Quincy, so it's pretty convenient for us.

Had a great experience for my son's 3rd birthday party. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. No clean up for the parents and they provide pizza/waters/plates/napkins if you choose to use their stuff. Kids absolutely loved the trampoline park and its small enough you can easily find them at all times.

Fun place, go when it's less crowded, since it's not one of the bigger trampoline parks in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Laid back atmosphere. Recommend!

My son been come here for a year! We are a monthly member here! They love it! My daughter have fun with the claw machine too!! Love

Love this place! The machines pay out well and you actually get the plush you want! Would highly recommend.

Great place and very inexpensive. We come here once a month. And they take safety very serious

We had a wonderful Birthday party at Space Zero! Kids had a blast & out party host was wonderful! Served all the kids, cut the cake! And cleaned up. Highly recommended. Genesis our host was wonderful so good with the kids!

I love this place, the atmosphere is so welcoming.

This is our second time having a party at Space Zero, and this has been the best part experience for Elisha birthday party. Very clean and welcoming staff.

My daughter loves this place.. Always very clean and good atmosphere. Friendly staff and a really cool playplace at a fair price ??

The claw games vary in difficulty but some can be won in single shots. I like that you can trade in plushies for bigger prizes. Will come again

This place is AMAZING! My kids are so engaged and entertained here I love it! It's so fun.

I have to say this was the best experience I have had throwing a birthday party somewhere. From booking it, right down to the very end was just so easy. We had Catly for our Host and she was absolutely AMAZING! She even handed out all the slices of pizza! Its a load off the parents thats for sure!!! She was in with the kids the whole time making sure everyone was good and having fun! She was just incredible. If I could give 100 stars I would! Definitely recommend a birthday party here or even just some fun

Let the kids go. You can easily keep your eyes on the kids and at the same time sit and chill for yourself.

This place is great!! Plenty of room for my son to have fun while I can still keep an eye on him. Monthly pass is the way to go.

I wish you could give half stars because I'd give it 3.5. It's a nice little trampoline park inside the mall next to Nordstrom. This is a really good idea and comes in super handy when your kids are starting to get rambunctious from walking around the mall shopping. Which was exactly what brought me there when my four - and five-year-old daughters we're sick of school clothes shopping for 3 hours. It isn't big, and it's on the pricier side, but I do like that if you're a parent chasing a little one around,

I always have fun when I come here! The staff here are very nice and helpful!

We used to come here all the time for the claw machine, it used to be fair to win and have good prizes too, so we always go for this. But recently it has become too tricky to win, this never happened. Not fair.

Here's The Concise Deal?: * only one trampoline floor, with small squares about 5x5ft, about 25 squares total, without the inclined edges you see in other trampoline areas * adults enter free, provided they wear grip socks ($3/pair) * one shallow foam pit under a monkey bar and a short 8ft bouldering wall * jumping in the foam pit head first is prohibited, a bad idea anyway given how shallow it is, and hard to do (trampoline squares are too far away) * there's one longer trampoline (8x5ft?) in front of a ga

Space Zero is a great place to bring kids 12 and under! It's the perfect size for the little ones! They've added a lot more claw machines, created a membership system and expanded their prize selection! I hosted my child?s 4th birthday party here and it was a hit! The host was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it place! If I had to offer any improvements to the space it'll be to offer more seating for parents and WIFI. Other than that, the place is great. It's also really cool that it's at the mall!

Really good experience, won one smiski and sonny angel. I would definitely go back

Celebrated my daughters birthday here. It was amazing. Amari was our host and she was exceptional. Would definitely rent the large private party room again for another party. Thank you!

This place is very cool, the prizes are worth it and the staff is friendly!! Don't hesitate to have a party, bring your kids or enjoy family time for a good price.

Great time for toddlers! Hard to find age appropriate activities for the 2-5 age range. Trampoline park was clean and safe.

Been there a few times for kids, birthday parties, has an arcade, some trampolines, some activities like slides, and tunnels, and stuff that the kids enjoy. Not a huge venue, but is used primarily for rewarding kids after a long day at the mall or birthday parties!

Best place I have ever been, so so much fun!!!

When I walked into Space Zero, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile from one of your workers named Nicole. I recognized her from that one Instagram reel! Throughout our interaction, she continued to make me feel both comfortable and engaged with new updates on the claw machines. One of the best worker-interactions I've had this year, props to her!

We LOVE Space Zero!!! Shopping used to be a chore for the kids but once they know they we're going to south Shore plaza everyone is dressed and ready because they know they're gonna come jump after! The workers are all so friendly as well so it makes it even better. Customer service is A1! It easily became our weekly thing. The best part is that the prices are affordable!!!!

What a great cornerstone of South Shore Plaza! I've been coming here for about a couple years now. The staff is friendly and there is a high hit rate on the claws!

Trampolines are fine, but the place really can't compete with the other trampoline parks - it is just way too small even for an 8 years old. The only special thing is the tens of claw machines - I guess if you are into that, this is the place. Also, the rope ladder and the game with the 10 lights was broken, but in exchange my kids quickly figured out how to cheat the ball throwing game for 9900 points. Greetings to Mark Rober I guess ;)

First time visiting today with my friend! Such a cute and clean arcade with adorable claw machine prizes ?????? Employees are extremely helpful and kind as well! Loved it here, will definitely come again! ??

We took our kids and some friends there today and had an awesome time. The place is clean and tons of fun, and the staff are incredible. We interacted with Andy and Nicole and they could not have done better- they were very nice and super helpful. The kids had a ton of fun- it was well worth the money.

Amari was the best party host ever. Great time, very attentive and helpful with the kids. Kept us on schedule and we were able to enjoy the space with great structure. Thank you for a great time.

Best place to bring the kids when there's nothing else to do outside and you need to burn off that energy to make it to nap/bedtime! It's super clean too, never sticky or grimy and they have claw machines with the cutest plushies and even a cotton candy machine! The staff is so helpful too!

It's a very fun place to bring your children as there are a lot of activities to do such as trampolines, crane games and arcade games!

We just hold a birthday party for my 6 years old son. Space zero prepare every thing for us. And our host Amari is very nice and professional. Very good experience here.

Everyone is very nice & helpful. It's not great for kids older than 10 yrs old. They get bored easily. The younger kids had a great time. Not all the claw machines were in working order.

Great place for birthday party! Kids had a blast. Fun for all ages of kids

We had our sons 4th birthday here and went to a friends party today staff the place everyone and everything is amazing perfect place for a birthday !!!!

Super awesome place very vibey and great to hangout with your friends.

Perfect place for kids! We had a blast

this place is awesome! A staff named Jonathan was so nice!

The claws here are cheaply made, and the claws barely grab anything, making it nearly impossible to win also with unfair exchange policy. On top of everything, they offer credits in exchange for good reviews, which feels misleading. The experience overall wasn't worth it.

Fun activities for kids nice staff. Kathy and Emily were super helpful. Sam and Danny are super high energy my kids had a great time.

Space Zero is a fun CLEAN space for younger children to play safely. I like coming here because is not overwhelmingly big the price to play and jump are pretty good as well

I loved johnny up front. He was super helpful and I enjoyed the claw machines here they had a lot of different prizes. I will definitely come again.

My 1st time ever going was for my son's 10th birthday party. I read the reviews and now after having the party, I'm so happy my son's 10th birthday will be a memory he will never forget. Now what makes the party a breeze so you also can enjoy the moment is the Party Host we had. Katly did such an amazing job, she helped set up decorations and tables, she had the children checked in and jumping right away while i finished decorations. She even took tons of pictures for me! She also was so good down to lighti

Great place! Kids had a lot fun

My 4 year old love this place. The birthday parties were fun!

Space Zero is so much fun! My 2 1/2 year old daughter keeps asking to return to this trampoline park! It's the perfect size for her to move around safely in. We have only visited during the week days, but on each visit there has only been a few other children there so she can jump freely and easily. It's clean, reasonably priced, and there is music and a few arcades for the older kids and adults. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to spend an hour with young kids. Our five year old loves it.

Its a really good and nice place. We always have a lot of fun and come back home with some stuffed animals

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
