Overall it was a good experience. My kids (11 and 6) enjoyed their time there. It's not a big arcade site so game options are limited. No machines broke during our visit so that is good. The only con is the price. The majority of the games are 40 to 60points per game so $40 will get you roughly 20 games. I'll give it four stars because my kids enjoyed the experience. We only visited the site once during our week long stay.
Expensive as hell. Games dont work. Staff will not give you credits for games that wont work. You can play 5x as much at Dave and Busters for same amount of money.
Went with family, liked the variety of games and the employee was friendly, engaging and welcoming. Very clean and a great way to spend an hour.
We had a great time playing the variety of games, and the cleanliness of the facility was much appreciated! However, it was a bit inconvenient that both bathrooms were out of service. For those of us who travel quite a distance to visit, it would be wonderful if this could be addressed. The prizes for ticket redemption felt a bit underwhelming...like 45 tickets for a small Now & Later. The staff member on duty was efficient, but a warmer, more welcoming personality could really enhance the overall experienc
We went to spend a couple hours with the kids on our vacation to play arcade games and we bought two $20 play cards and the card said error after 3 games. It happened to my daughter?s card and my son?s card. The kid at the front working was nice but said there is nothing he can do to give us more play credits or our money back. This also happened to 2 other patrons at the arcade. They just left but this space arcade is taking our money and we are not even playing their games. No phone number to call for ma
Staff won't look up from cell phone. Make sure to use the restroom before you get there. They lie and say they are broken, right after seeing staff use them. Restroom has been broken for over 8 months now .
We showed up at 6:55 pm to play games for a half an hour or so, and the arcade was closed for the night. Their hours state the arcade closes at 8pm. Big disappointment.
Employee/manager was extremely rude when I asked what time they would open the next day. Arcade did not open at 9am as stated. Other related reviews about high prices and poor value are valid. I would still bring my kids, but the negative employee attitude is not acceptable.
EXPENSIVE?.going to arcades is a family favorite of ours. $20 for I believe 200 credits, one game can be 20-60 credits. Typically at the arcade's we visit (Panama City, Pigeon Forge) most are 3-8 credits. Plus you can usually get a few ?prizes?, we didn't even come close to getting enough for a piece of candy. Don't waste your money.
Will never go back!!! Not worth it, or worth your time !! Save your self a trip, we went in with a my two daughters, they each got a 50.00 card for 1100 credits each , the cheapest game which is 1 game is 20credits, than one for 35, than most of them are 40-60 credits, multiple games you can't even get tickets on, we got 730 tickets and all they could get was candy, because we had them spilt the tickets to be fair, the cheapest toy was 450 tickets !!! And most of them were 1000 or more tickets, ridiculous!!
It is very rigged. I was playing the machine where you have to insert the key into the hole to get the prize, and it was perfectly lined up, but the key is too big to even go in. Also, the roof was leaking and half the machines didn't work.
my son was really wanting to go here and we rushed back in to town so we could go; we got there at 8:15 on a saturday night and the open signs were on and all the lights were on inside but the doors were locked; we checked back at 8:45 and there was an employee walking around and the doors were locked still; he told a family returning a golf cart that they close at 9 even though he had the doirs locked and open signs on
This place is INSANELY expensive. Business 101, don't price yourselves out of the market. Just because you ?can? charge more because of your location, doesn't mean you should. And? 50 tickets for a small jolly rancher, get outta town.
My boyfriend and I had a lot of fun here for our 2 year anniversary! Downside is it was pretty expensive - but I'm sure all arcades are nowadays.
Pretty bad experience... They shut down the machines even before the card ran out of money, which was about 15 minutes after loading $40.
The water game closest to the prize counter was low and interrupted the entire game while playing it , I asked the employee to refill the water he kindly did , after finishing our play card I was surprised they didn't offer us to play the game again while it was fully functional so I asked If we could play it again?? one of the employees said ?well it didn't stop you from playing it did it??.. after I told him my thoughts of his customer service I was told to leave?.HAH unbelievable what 5 cents cost them!
Went in to check it out. Was very disappointed. Minimum card is $10. Was only able to play about 5 games. $10 gets you 200 pints and most games take 40 points or more to play. Your not able to play otherwise. Great idea for the island it I feel like it is way overpriced.
Drove over an hour to visit, when I arrived I bought a card and asked to use the restroom. Guy working behind the counter barely looked up from his phone and said they don't have a bathroom. I said, not even for paying customers? (I was the only person in there). Very rude, will not be going back
Games are pricey but lots of options. Overall good experience
It was decent. Small arcade which is understandable, not many people around or a big tourist spot. Most of the machines were broken and it was a pretty good for a quick 30mins of childhood fun.
Total rip off. $2-3 PER GAME. Totally ridiculous
Well I can't rate this like I wanted but online they said they were open til 11pm. Just for us to get there and be closed at 9pm on a Friday night. It Disappointed my little boys, it was suppose to be their last hoorah and most looked forward thing to visit on the island before we leave in the morning. Upset kids due to outdated hours on Google.
Very fun but pretty expensive but arcades usually are. $10 for 200 points and most games take 40-60 points. Good selection of games though.
A small arcade that's pretty fun if you're willing to pay some. Very expensive especially considering how little tickets most games give you
Google says they open at 9AM. Got here at 9:30 but it was not open. Website says 10AM waited till 10:15 and still not open. Called the number on their google listing and it's not even their number.
Had a blast ...all games worked for me and won a light up palm tree thanks
Pretty good arcade, gives the kids something to do on rainy days. We enjoyed it
Terrible service. I took my 300 bucks and rented a golf cart else where.
Fun little arcade, the kids loved it!
Would not waste your money here
Great little arcade!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
