had a good time but the hours and pricing are NOT updated here or on the website so we had to rush our second game we paid for with no warning, got to 10:55pm and we were all told to leave. we only paid for two games because we assumed we'd have time to finish them both completely. they close at 11pm every night not midnight or 2am like maps or their site claims. sort of felt overpriced too, 2 games of bowling for 2 people came out to 32$ so i guess it's 8$ per person per game but on the site it claims $5.7

I had such high hopes for this bowling alley. Over all, it is a neat place to go. We ordered 2 orders of fries at 1:04 and got them at 1:50and they were cold. But I didn't say anything in fear it would take another 45 minutes. The lanes were in great shape and I loved the neon lights. However, the scoring was horrible. Gutter balls were counted as strikes...would knock down 4 pins and get credit for 7....machine would not set all the pins down or they would fall over when released from the machine. Just no

A few of us got together to take advantage of their spring break promotion. The kids had a great time, and it was nice to get out of the house since it was so cold out. Everything was clean and looked nice. I haven't been in years so there have been improvements which are nice. The only area of improvement would be finding more help, for busy times. A lot going on there. Standard bowling...a tight crowded in bowling area and very very busy. . Loved their digital and display for the bowlers w tips????. My family came down from Texas to Bowling Green Ky to visit me and I recommended that we come here to Bowl. I thought it would be a fun day for all of us but it turned out to be lame. We were so aggravated because both lanes that we tried out that was side by side kept messing up on us. Bowling pins getting stuck, giving strikes and spares when we didnt get one, and it giving the wrong scores repeatedly, us having to keep going up to the counter to have it fixed got annoying and the lady started acting kind

I like this place, but management could improve. The first several times we went we had a good time and everything went okay. On the most recent trip our lane (#30) was faulty and really messed up the two games we played. Management did not offer a refund, which I feel is very poor customer service. Your customers are your livelihood and you should treat them better.

Great $20 deal for the kids to bowl, bumper cars and laser tag. The later was too short a time tho since it wasn't very busy.

Great place to bowl. Fair pricing. Some of the lanes do have constant issues but the staff is great to fix or move you to a different lane if there's one open. Wish they would fix the toilets in the men?s room ??. All in all it's an affordable family outing.

Don't you think you should reconsider when we had to be moved to 3 different lanes, and on the third lane one of the gutter guards were broke to where we had to pull them up and knock them down when switching players (thats 10 rounds of having to place those gutter guards up OURSELVES) and by the last the few rounds of the first game, we had to start walking back out to the guy to have him restart our lane because it proceeded to start glitching. Had issues with the bumpers where one would only come up and had to move lanes multiple times. I was even told I need to pull it up manually and push it back down. Once we got bowling had an issue where it only let my son bowl one time and then skipped his second bowl, moving on to the next bowler. The lady with the nostrils full of gauze at the front desk was rude and made us feel like it was our fault he was getting skipped. Had to get it reset multiple times to fix the issue. Bowled the Kentucky Veterans Bowling Tournament over the past weekend. The facility has a cool set up. A little cramped for such a large tournament but work with what you have right? Excellent service and the prices are the best around. Look forward to next time.

We absolutely love it here!! There is so much more to do than just bowling!! We love that we can bowl, go on the bumper cars, play laser tag, use the batting cages, AND there's an arcade with a billiard room! They even have a full service bar and a food bar-which you can get so many different things like snacks or a family meal. This place is definitely a must visit!!

Booked a birthday party, and paid in full. 2hrs in a party room, one hour of bowling, one hour of laser tag, pizza/drinks/game cards. Upon arrival, we were rudely told "sorry, youre not on our schedule". We don't have a room ready. Southern lanes is first and foremost: a bowling alley. It does this well and I feel this is it's best attribute. If that's all they had, I'd give them five stars. Nice setup, clean facility, lanes are in good shape. What I take issue with is the state and condition of the rest of the facility. Went to just bowl a game or 2. Once inside the alleys on both sides seem endless. Then you go to back half and it keeps going!! Basically every arcade game u can imagine. Bowled in a high school team tournament today and it was the worst tournament I have ever been to in the four years I have been bowling. Stopped in the middle of games and many bowlers frames for almost an hour due to poor planning because of space issues, sent all spectators outside in 20 degree weather. They failed the bowlers, teams and parents. Many bowlers had thrown the first ball in their frame and were not allowed to finish their frame and were not given the chance to re shoot it even though it was

On March 14th 2024 we had my son's bday party there I wanted to book a party package online but it wouldn't let me book anything after 3pm so we didn't get to do a party package since he had school on his bday. It's a pretty neat place but hard to have a party at. Super loud and with so much to do it's hard to keep all the kids together. Our room was unbearably hot and it was SO overcrowded. The bumper cars and laser tag are great as is the arcade but I'm not a fan of the mini golf. Billiards is great and all in all a fun place.

A great way to spend a few hours with the kids. We're from out of town and needed an activity, and the kids loved playing games for tickets, and a few hours and $20/ea was enough to get them plenty of tickets for some little souvenirs and treats. They had a blast and we had some really fun memory moments playing in the arcade and laser tag.

Southern Lanes is really fun. The different "themes" you can use for your bowling experience is really unique and super neat. It's a clean, huge place and the prices are pretty reasonable. Also it's open 24 hrs for some reason. $1 bowling from 3-9 am. The arcade room was nice too.

Great place to take the kids they have fun little kid games at the entrance bowling and big game room in the back for older kids and pool tables for adults can't say much about the food I gotten burned fries and uncooked pizza but at lest the staff was nice and ready to work I'd recommend this place for anyone to take the kids just eat before you go!

We have a family get together every 2 months. I came home to KY from KS to surprise my family. We really enjoyed the bowling. The kids enjoyed the arcade and laser tag. My husband enjoyed the lounge. I enjoyed a funnel cake from the concession. The staff was courteous.

They have so many people just walking around not doing anything but the bathrooms stay disgusting. They can at least get seat covers if people aren't going to clean the bathroom properly. Being a female I hate having to sit on a nasty toilet or spend extra time putting so much toilet paper on the seat !

This place is full of arcade games, bumper cars, pool, lazer tag. One of the best days to come in is Thursday, discount bowling night. They start $1 bowling games and $1 draft beers @7:30pm. Just prepare for a big crowd.

I had my daughter's birthday party here. Sarah, who helped me with the party, was great! Everything went well. It was after I left... Went bowling here! Great place to bowl. Loved the option of having the bumpers being automatically put up each time my sons went up to bowl. Also have a huge gaming area with games, pool tables, bumper cars and a batting cage!

Went in on a Thursday night to show my newly relocated niece a fun spot for her and the kids but it felt like walking into a klan meeting. We were watched from the moment we walked in. Good people work there. Went to go play some billards with a friend at like 11am since we had nothing better to do. They were accommodating to us and let us play without interruption. Pool tables have signs of wear but was still a good experience for only a few dollars. Would definitely be back.

Laser tag kid was rude. he didn't let me and my girls have a good night and wasn't letting us have a round for ourselves but only with strangers and he kept telling the strangers that he didn't know why we were being so rude about not wanting to have a round with strangers. This place has a lot to do, but needs more employees. The kids have had to wait quite a while for bumper cars and laser tag, because they seem understaffed and have to grab someone from the front to come back and run them. Otherwise a good experience and the arm bands help make it affordable as well.

When went on 8/26 2023 and there was construction going on, no air conditioning, and the mini golf was unavailable and was told they are removing it. On the website there was nothing about the mini golf being taken out. It would have been nice to know since we planned ahead of time to do all the activities.

went there two weekends ago and played games in the arcade. we racked up enough points to get multiple different things. approached the counter and was just trying to look and get everything together that we wanted. a shorter older lady with brown hair (who i think originally works with the food) asked if we were ready. we were not and i just said ?umm? and she went off and said ?i?m not here to mess around. you're not gonna stand here and waste my time.? and walked away while three other couples/kids were
