We took our daughter here on the last night of our vacation. Madison set up a duck game that wasn't functioning fully, and then made sure that she was able to pick out something exciting with her limited tickets. She left with a huge smile on our face that the staff absolutely created. It was the type of kindness that really only can happen at a local small business. We were so grateful. The space inside was small but hits all of the arcade needs. Games are generally low cost. Minimal crane games, if that'
This place is so people friendly The folks at the front counter were such a pleasure to deal with I highly recommend you take the kids here I took my 3 grandchildren and they had a blast
I took my kids to this location and we had a great experience! The games were fun and simple for young kids. The place was clean and the staff very friendly! The staff was so helpful when my kids couldn't win a toy in the claw grabber. They opened up the machine and gave my kids the toy. Also the staff was so kind and everyone was so friendly to little kids. I am extremely happy with this awesome arcade! I highly recommend this location for families or any age. I can't wait to go again!
My son absolutely loves this place! He loves all the games. They have a ticket claw machine where he has won multiple times every visit. The prizes are very nice too. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. It definitely brings a smile to my child every time. He wins all kinds of prizes from small to big!
Fun for something to do on a rainy day or hot day but not a ton of games.
We come here semi often to let the kids play some games. They have a good amount of games and are reasonably priced. The workers are always friendly and generous. Our kids are always excited when we suggest coming to the Smile Factory, or when they suggest and we say yes. The name is fitting!
Always so much fun! Clean, pleasant staff, and Sharon is amazing. She remembers the families from year to year and makes the best photo collages!
This place is adorable ! Considering the position they're in (only arcade on an island) they don't take advantage of it. Games are fairly priced and tickets easily obtainable. They have cute toys kids can win or fairly priced large ones the older kids can save up for. I love that its still a token and ticket collection arcade. Its more fun for the kids. Anytime we visit brigantine we have to stop at the arcade.
Great little place with great employees! Fair prices and good games that kept my boys busy for a good amount of time. The employees there on Sunday 7/16 were so helpful and sweet to my kids! This will be one of our go to places every time we come to Brigantine!!
Moved here over 10yrs ago, took sons there & they were early 20's now get to take granson!! LOVE IT!! Perfect size to keep eye on young kids & game for older.staff is AWESOME!!
Once we got the hang of the place it was a great time! Took our five-year-old to her first arcade experience, had a great time. Staff was friendly (rounded up for our daughter at the ticket counter, thanks!) and all went out of their way when a game didn't work properly the first time. Will be returning.
Fun little arcade on the Brigantine Island. Games were not expensive and the crane machines are play until you win. Lots of games to waste some time. Bunch of them are out of order so the games are limited. The staff was very nice.
Nice place to take the kids for arcade games. We were here for vacation. Everyone was really friendly. My son got a prize for his tickets and Rocco was very kind to him. My kids loved the place and we will come back next year.
Had my sons 4th birthday here and we all had a great time. Sharon was amazing. So happy we chose this place and can't wait to come back in the spring. Thank you Sharon !
The Smile Factory is a nice family spot for those with children. Their selection is somewhat limited, but a great time can still be had. Prices are reasonable.
Good Casino arcade with a couple regular video games and pinball machines. Extremely friendly staff, set up for social distancing, and plenty of hand sanitizer. Some of the games were not fully functioning though, not registering credits etc. Otherwise great place for kids!
Kids loved it. Some of the ski balls were out of order. Definitely some old school games. Major plus - they have Harpoon Lagoon. I could play this for hours. So much fun!
WE GOT THE GOLDEN TICKET AND ALL 9 CHARACTERS ! BEST ARCADE EVER !
Cool little arcade. Tokens were 3 for &$1 which was strange and a bit cheap imo. A lot of the classic games were broken and some of the ski ball and ticket games were as well. Staff was great and helpful though.
Great place, better than expected, and perfect on a day when the beach was filled with flies
Love this place! Talk to an employee to get a better deal than using the token machines. Ticket output and prizes are great. Nice and cozy with friendly employees.
We loved going to the smile factory during our recent stay in Brigantine! The staff was so friendly too!
Fun traditional seaside arcade with a variety of classic games like pinball, air hockey, skeeball, and claw machines. Great stop for kids of all ages.
This place is such a fun spot for the family with a super-nice staff!
We visit a LOT of local arcades. This one continues to be our absolute favorite!
Really fun arcade that has the classic skee ball! Had so much fun we will definitely be back!
Great times, some machines dont work well but its pretty cheap and the people working there are the nicest!
It is ok but must game are old fashion so if u are looking for old fashion then go but if new you are better of going to oc Boardwalk
Very expensive to win tickets for prizes, then when you wanted many of one item such as little tiny tootsie rolls, even if you have enough tickets they limit you to the amount you can get.
Great place for kids birthday parties in the off-season. You get the whole place to yourself.
Your mom is so disappointed with you, but who cares? She'll be dead soon. Enjoy Arby?s
Very mundane, but probably nice for young kids, who can find fun on winning prizes.
Very nice place and staff, some games were broken tho
Had a wonderful time here with my daughter just wish the staff was nicer
Very friendly service. A nice place for kids of all ages.
Great place for family fun, safe environment, friendly and helpful staff!!
Best spot on the island for kids. It's a must visit.
A fun break out of the sun in Brigantine. Staff is really friendly

Lots of games out of order, dirty
Kids had fun there ??
Kids live going we go every year
Close for the winter not much of a selection of games
Needs to be cheaper. Nice employees.
Tons of fun, kids love it
Looks like Doffy s making a move
Small outdated arcade in the middle of Brigantine.
Great place for kids in Brigantine
Too small for large crowds
Pleasant and helpful employees.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
