A hidden gem! Terrific, family friendly mini amusement park. Great mini-golf, lots of little-kid rides and kart racing for the big kids. Also, they serve excellent ice cream and shakes. Highly recommended!
The amusement park is very fun for all ages. We enjoyed the mini golf course, but we found that there was a lot of poison ivy along the entire Wizard of Oz course. Many families were playing on this course and that really should be taken care of ASAP. The rides have short lines which is always great!
Nice place to spend close to 3-4 hours. Super unlimited pass for 48? inch or more taller is 40$. Rookie Unlimited pass for 36? to 47? inch taller height is 30$ are better options to buy. If Parents needs to accompany their younger Kids then there Chaperone pass for 25$. Felt the prices were slightly expensive but definitely worth to try out once. Kids will enjoy a lot. The Support Staffs were polite and responsive too. Various fun ride options are available. The Park was open till 9PM too. Refer to their w
Batting cages are garbage. Do not come here to do any kind of practice m. two of the softball cages didn't even work the third one makes a noise sounding like it's going to explode three different people that work here looked at them and the one old guy said the one was fixed and it was not. Lady at the counter says they don't do refunds and that nobody else complains.. probably because nobody is dumb enough to come here to use the batting cages. It's fine if your stuff is broken, but to deny me a partial r
We didn't wait for any rides which is great for young children. Young children under 48? can't ride all the rides alone so parents would have to purchase a pass for them to be able to do some of the rides. Clean and the property is nicely decorated.
First time here and kids can't wait to come back! The whole family has had a wonderful time!! The staff is kind, friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautiful! Well kept and cared for, and lots of shade and places to sit!! Everything is very clean!! The food is reasonably priced and delicious! The rides are well maintained, cleaned after each rider and tons of fun for the whole family!! Wonderful experience for all of us!
Our family had a wonderful day here.
This place has that classic old-style amusement park charm that makes it so special. I absolutely love the putt-putt course?it's a great way to spend some time while enjoying the nostalgic vibe. From the rides to the games, it's a fun, laid-back spot that takes you back to the good old days. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for that timeless amusement park experience!
Sluggers and Putters is such a fun family location. There are tons of options for both adults and kids. Definitely would recommend getting the all day passes as it would save you tons of money. Everything they offer is included with the day pass excluding the arcade and the batting cages. We will definitely be back and recommending to all of our friends!
Seth, a young man that works here, was amazing! He said he was up at 6am for school and then came straight to work. He still had the most patience with the children out of all the other staff! This whole place was great, but Seth really made sure my son had the best time he could!
It said over 48 inches could drive until we paid then it was over 58 and 11 yrs old. They dont tell you the truth about height requirements. Kids really enjoy it tho. The water pedal boats are awesome. They have a game room. Snack stand , and 2 different putt putts.
We had a great time this weekend at Slugger?s and Putters with our teenage boys. We all really enjoyed the outdoor laser tag, putt putt and go karts! Well maintained park!
A great park. We had vouchers so it made it quite affordable. The park has everything from go-karts to putt-putt to mini golf to fair rides. The arcade had several games that just ate coins but otherwise a good time. The laser tag was cool but kind of pointless in the game as there weren't any objectives. (Personal opinion) The equipment was decent for the laser tag though. What I liked most was the range of kids it was able to entertain. Our party ranged from 4 yr olds to grandparents.
Great for kids of all ages. I have a one year old and two year old and there are 3 riders they rode over and over. Plus the prices are fantastic! Also, I always enjoy looking at the scenery, it's always so well kept!
Kids had a great time! It was a bit of a slow day which worked out to our advantage, they got to go on the rides again and again and again. Definitely made it worth the money!
First time here, definitely can see us coming back. The staff was polite & the entire park is clean and well kept. We came on a Wednesday so the park wasn't busy so there weren't any lines for the rides. It's free to enter the park, only have to pay to ride the rides.
Daughter and I had a good time.
Sluggers & Putters Amusement Park is a Putt Putt place we will have to come back to! The Park is pretty big! Lots to do there in general, we played the Putt Putt. They have 2 Different 18 Hole Course to play at. Fun to play, we recommended stopping in!
Phenomenal for a little excitement!! Great prices for all day!! Free admission tho!!
This was my first visit as an adult and so much fun! I appreciate that you can enter for free and get a punch card for rides and attractions. It was simple and very enjoyable. Jen was especially helpful and kind! She made she we understood which rides our child could go on (due to height restrictions) and where everything is located. There is a drinking fountain and convenient restroom in the arcade. There are two mini golf courses that are themed, very cute! We look forward to visiting again soon!
we got stuck in front of a group of kids like 8 deep and then the same behind us. hitting balls everywhere and anywhere. We were visiting family and decided to come here but just a HOTMESS
Sluggers and Putters is themed very nicely with bright colors, decorations from Mother Goose Land and great landscaping. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the entire park was and the prices were pretty fair too. There are many activities to choose from such as two putt putt golf courses (one is The Wizard of Oz Themed), rock climbing and go carts. One could easily spend all day there.
Wholesome and great family fun , totally worth spending several hours here to enjoy all they have to offer. Service and staff are 5++++ stars love it!
Family place like 1 or 2 rides down or no one there to get them started last time I went but there is fun for all ages it's somewhat small but theres a lot of stuff
My kids and love this place. Alot to do and great selection for the price. Only complaint is they don't open till 2pm on satirdays.
Fun place for the family. It gets busy but it's spread out enough that it doesn't feel crowded. My boys loved the new laser tag course, we'd go just for that, the field they have to play on is super cool. They also have a great time on bumper boats and go-carts. Plenty for kids of all ages to do.
I've never been here yet, but I was thinking of taking my grandson. Was wondering why you have to specify 'women owned'. Is that supposed to influence my decision to go here. It really makes no difference to me who owns a business. Should I specify that my business is a 'men owned' business. Why categorize based on gender, skin color, etc.
Had the best time celebrating a birthday. There was something for everyone! Several birthday party packages to choose from.
Had a work event here recently and it was a fantastic compromise between adults and kids. The batting cages have all different speeds, there are 2 putt putt courses, and the go karts actually get some speed. Would recommend for a family outing with little kids or even a first date.
The mini golf was a ton of fun. Loved the addition of the spinning wheel obstacle on the courses, making normal mini golf a bit more entertaining. Staff was polite and lots of options to choose from in terms of activities.
Very clean! Great place. The go carts and batting cages are awesome! They opened the rides back up immediately after a hailstorm.
We stopped here while on a road trip. My boys ages 13, 10, 8 had an amazing day. We went on a Monday and there was barely anyone there. The park is very clean, the workers are kind. The day pass wrist band was reasonably priced for all the unlimited activities. I especially liked that we were able to leave and get lunch then come back. Plus free parking.
Loved it! My son is 5 and had so much fun! 3 days later and he's still talking about it! It's perfectly geared for ages 4-94! We rode go karts, played putt putt, roller coaster, bumper boats, arcade, train and had ice cream for dessert! Prices are reasonable, lines move quick! We'll definitely be season pass holders!
Hidden Gem!! Great family fun for all ages!! Nice road trip and not far from the Columbus area!!
I bought 2 all day unlimited passes for my son and a friend to spend the day celebrating his birthday. They cost $43 each and covered everything except for the batting cages, arcade games, and food. I'm not sure why the batting cages aren't included and my only complaint is the prices being a bit high at the snack stands. The boys had a blast and can't wait to go back. They loved the outdoor laser tag, but unfortunately there was a group of kids that refused to follow the park rules; having to be remove
Great place to share an evening withe kids. Mini golf, games, go carts. An awesome place not far from Akron/ Canton area.
The kids had a lot of fun. Price is right for unlimited play. They are serious about safety. Lots of fun rides and I enjoy them too.
We took the kids for a fun day out. It was clean, the lines were not long at all. The prices were a little steep for a family of 6. But it was worth it. I absolutely recommend Sluggers and Putters !
Was a really nice clean place got there a little before they opened. Went there on Saturday for my daughter?s birthday. Said they opened at 10 on the website but they changed it to 10:30 with no update no biggie. I paid 80 dollars for two kids. None of the rides were up and going until 11:30-12 because they don't have enough people to cover the shifts I'm not sure. My daughters were so excited to ride. Just sucked waiting so long for them to up and go. I asked the one manager when they were going to be star
Had a fantastic time at their Eclipse Fest as their location was in the line of totality for the April 2024 eclipse. So while I can't speak to what they are like during normal operating hours, I walked away with three kids who are determined for us to find a reason to take a road trip back to Ohio just to visit again. The staff were patient, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. The mini-golf courses are a blast, the batting cages were smooth, and my kids loved the outdoor laser tag. Definitely worth the
Fun spot for kids and the outdoor laser tags is really cool
We've been to the park numerous times and it's not just for kids. I'm 43 and had a blast just playing 18 holes of mini golf last week. They have great deals on all attractions and rides and the food is good and fairly priced! Great for a family fun night!
I was really taken aback by how beautiful the grounds were. Really beautifully landscaped and trees providing an especially shaded experience on the mini golf courses. Ride attendants were also generally at least courteous enough if not outright friendly and enthusiastic.
Stopped in while camping in New Sparta. Very cool place with a variety of things to do. Had a twisty cone and tried my luck at the batting cages. Will come back with the crew to try the old school mini golf.
Amazing people, the owners should be proud. They are fun and you will really have a fun time!
Plenty to do for all ages a little pricey but you can get unlimited for five hours. Can become crowded.
We took the grandkids, and they loved it. Plenty of smaller rides for kids and the adults will like them as well. FYI, the batting cages are not included with the daily pass. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Absolutely a great experience. Staff was great, facility well maintained and price fair. I recommend this place Topps for family fun.
What an awesome place. Went with family and had a blast. It was our first time here. Played mini golf . Two 18-hole courses for $14 what a great deal. We will definitely be back to do a lot more on the next visit.
Reasonable price for mini golf. Lots to do there. Friendly staff.
Had the best time! There's so much to do! We spent about 4 hours there and the fun never stopped! Great little arcade, rides for the kids, 2 putt putts, cars, rock climbing wall, laser tag, food and more. Thanks for the great day!
Well kept, nice place however, quite expensive and no free ice even after you buy the drink! UPDATE: Here we are a year or so later. We did get free ice for an injury, so that's good. A bit surprised that on a busy Memorial day that the park seemed understaffed. Some rides were not running and the Scrambler was inoperable. Chaperone tickets do not include much, however, mini golf was fun!
Overall had a great time with one exception which is why it is not a 5 star review. The young man running the Outdoor Laser Tag was extremely rude and dismissive. My family missed the cut off to play which was fine and our fault but we waited for the next round. Once that time arrived the young man was very rude in giving instructions, then myself and 2 of my children were handed non-working guns. (As well as a half dozen more people). Before the round began I asked the gentlemen and he said they were
This stuff was so rude to my son wich is his first time riding go cart who didn't know which one is pedal for the gas and which one is for break . My son learned really fast and don't have to be yelled at him. The staff yelled at other kid too but my nephew who rode with my son said he did more to my son . Other than that he enjoyed the ride and had lots of fun
Property is magnificently maintained, staff is above and beyond kind and friendly. We come every summer with a large group of family. Everyone enjoys their time and is entertained, especially the kids ages 2-14.
This is a pretty fun place for go karts and mini golf. The lighting racer go karts can go very fast and there are other people racing, the track is pretty long and there are multiple laps and this normally has the longest line, overall 10/10 (5.0 stars). The mini golf is lots of fun, there are 2 18 hole courses, my favorite is the trick shot course, overall 8/10 (4.0 stars)because the adventure course isn't that good. The mini ?coaster? the Little Dipper is fun for kids but is pretty rough, 5/10 (2.5 stars).
Such a great place! A ton of things to do for the whole family and doesn't break the bank. Looks very clean and feels safe. The place looks beautiful as well! Mini-golf courses are well maintained and offer a good challenge. Highly recommend!
Awesome experience, lots of rides for kids, my son enjoyed alot.
Wizard of Oz mini golf was fun but starting to look a little dated. Signs are faded and decor could use some paint and freshening up. Family had a good time and we will return.
I love this place. My grandkids and I always have a great time. Reminds me of kiddie land back when I was a child. Good family fun, you can't beat that!
Very clean park. Friendly workers. Fun things to do!
Nice facility, great place for a family fun day. Something for everyone!
Everything was great about the park until I Decided to go on their water boats. Had a severe allergic reaction to the chemicals that were in the pool. If you have any allergic reactions to things, I would not recommend going on this ride. Tried to get in contact to see what was in the pool no response
Cute little amusement park to spend the day
Cute little family fun center for something frugal to do. Putt-Putt was only $7.50 for 18 holes and there is also a mini arcade! We had fun.
So clean and the rides and attractions were well run. Could've used more employees at the front check in.
We attended Sluggers and Putters on a Thursday. We spent over 5 hours there with our three children varying in ages. I was most pleased with how well every staff member interacted with all of our kids, but especially our youngest who is only 3 1/2. Staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable on rides as well as went out of their way to make her feel included with her older sisters when she wasn't tall enough or old enough to join in on some of the attractions. These employees really love wh
We were there celebrating my wife's birthday yesterday and from what we saw, their staff just does not care at all. On the go karts there was a teenager breaking the rules, bumping my wife, me and my mother aggressively. He even spun out another go kart at one point. The staff did nothing, didnt even give a warning. I'm not a square and know teens will push the rules, but this was aggressive and egregious. Went to the concession stand and ordered a Nutrl for my wife and I. Rest of my family ordered beverage
What a great experience! We took our 12 and 13 year old grandchildren and they had a blast. Employees were all very nice, grounds clean and landscaping was beautiful. To be able to do all we did for the price was definitely a very good value.
Don't try to buy anything in the gift shop. I told my kids to pick out a rubber band gun and while I was standing right there (im a grown adult)?waiting for them to pick the one they wanted to buy, I was yelled at (like yelled at! Now just asked calmly that if we are not buying one to put them back?which we were buying them) to put it back. That the sign says don't touch the merchandise. Even though it's on a merchandise rack when you walk in the store to pick out and then go up to the counter with it and
Very nice place to spend a day with friends or family. Small but attractive and very well maintained. Just enough to do for all ages and is well worth a visit.
All sorts of kids rides and a few things for adults too. We had a lot of fun.
Our family came for our daughters 7th birthday. Nice amusement park hidden away. Cost about $40 for the biggest all day pass that included everything except the batting cages and arcade. Auntie Ems food court was a little pricey though. $8 for a hamburger and $5 for a hot dog. They did have dipping dots and beer available though which was nice. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was too busy. We really didn't have to wait very long for any rides and could just walk up and get on them. Staff was friendly
Loved it. Traveled here from Cleveland. Very kid friendly. Lots of activities for adults to partake in as well. Staff was friendly and patient with my little one getting on and off rides and wanting to re ride. Kind of wish prices were a little bit lower. We came after 5:30 on a weekday, prices were supposedly supposed to be $15 off at that time and still ended up paying $95 for 1 kid, 1 toddler and 2 adults when 1 adult was supposed to be free with a toddler i thought. Didn't seem right but I didn't bother
Very nice, clean park, the entire staff was very nice
Very clean and the landscaping was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rides seemed very well maintained and clean. Tuesday in the summer is grandfather's Day so that was a bonus. I didn't have to pay to accompany my grandchildren on the rides.
Kids love the go-karts, the experience is kid friendly and fun.
Went to Sluggers & Putters Amusement Park on Saturday. The employees were friendly and nice. They have a Wizard of Oz themed putt putt. A nice little amusement park. Located in Canal Fulton, Ohio.
Took my 3 and 6 year old for the first time today and they had a blast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Today was extremely hot and they had lots of areas to cool off. Including the arcade that's inside and multiple fans thst blew water out with them as well. Will definitely be returning!
Good place for good times! Great staff, clean facilities, with something for all ages. Can't wait to go back! Free parking too!
My kids favorite amusement park!!!. It's the perfect place for little ones during the summer. So many rides, super clean, and reasonable prices. They even have an indoor arcade!!! I can't wait for the summer to come!
Grandkids had season passes. The food and drink were a little high but the park was spotless and well groomed all summer. No long lines and bathrooms were always clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly.
Absolutely love! Did all rides plus both mini golf courses and spent a few minutes in the arcade. Batting cages looked fun, but I'm a chicken. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good. We'll definitely plan a later visit.
It had good food, the rides were fun yet some were run down or old. The putt putt course was not good at all, no challenging holes the greens were fast.
This was a great experience for my son. The place was very clean, the staff measured my son?s height every time and we're very nice. The rides were fun and mini golf was great too. It's a little expensive but overall it was a blast!
Love This Place!! Always a fun time. The batting cages have seen better days. The machines gave you balls when they wanted to. The arcade ate tokens but it was still fun. Wanted to give them 4.5 stars! Love all the rides and mini golf. The employees were great too it was hot but they still had smiles on there faces
Great place to take the younger kids. Friendly staff made it enjoyable. The people manning the rides checked on the kids often. Only complaint, not enough bathrooms.
FANTASTIC FAMILY FUN!! EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN & AN AMAZING STAFF!! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful and a pure joy!!!!! Highly recommend (especially for a company picnic)!!!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
