Ask about free laser tag with race purchase? watch out for angry losers who ram your car from behind. Staff should interact more with guests when called to race after waiting 2 hours. Fun and exciting overall!
My son and I had an absolute blast here! We raced their new Leggaro Go Karts, top speeds of 45mph, crazy fun! Definitely recommend.
Use to be a 5-star for adults to children but there letting it go downhill. The racing carts are beaten with little care to repair. Slick Willys needs some serious attention. The arcade area is well done and all the games worked accordingly. The food is 1-star bar food- if that. The staff was professional and polite- from games to dining. It's a nice place for a children's party, but that's about it.
Overall a really fun place that can be enjoyed with a family, group of friends younger or older and even solo. Go Carts are fast and handle well. Arcade is huge and the food is pretty good at the places we have eaten at there. Won't break the bank going and weekdays have specials. Check it out!
Plenty of activities for kids and adults to entertain for hours!! Food is good and the environment is lively..
Always have fun going here with some friends, however this past weekend we got the super leggera carts and I complained about cart #38 multiple times, but on the last race the ball bearing balls fell out and rolled beside me. I told an employee who said "I don't care, I don't maintain the carts". I just wish they took better care of their equipment
Track is decent? there was zero knowledge given before the race. No informational pep talk which for someone who has never used go karts, that could help ease nerves. I believe go karts should have metal bars from overhead to the feet?. As I learned some people will just hit you and if someone tries to hit a turn well and starts to drift or stop for a split second? someone crashing into them to where their go-kart literally ramps up onto the other one? well, that's terrifying and could really injure someone
One of my favorite places my son loves to go, they have indoor Go-Kart racing for kids and adults. They have good spacious arcade games area. They have a restuarant, it's a cool place for family to hang out !!
It was fun, they just need to step up their information and attention to detail/speak up louder for people who are first time customers as we found ourselves asking questions/ were lost there was not much direction given on the process
Very awesome place to go with people of any age, highly recommend for groups of two or more, or just someone who's trying to get a good lap time by themselves. I had gone with my mom and a friend. They have three different levels of carts that you can do, I highly recommend the top ones for anyone who likes to go fast or feel a thrill. It is a little pricy though, but that's what you get for having such an amazing place and an amazing time here down at Slick Willy's Karts & Eats.
Spin the wheel of quality to see how your visit is going to be! Pay extra for the high speed karts? They might let you go at the full speed! Probably not! Ask about why you were at a slower speed when you can see the power level on the screen of the car, The track officials will act like they dont know why the setting was low. Interact with the people and make sure everyone is safe? Maybe, if whatever is on their phone is less important then making sure no one is walking in front of karts that are going ou
This place is amazing even for adults. If I was still a kid I'd probably never want to leave. There are so many arcade games and other activities. But my group did racing, arcades, and got a bite to eat. The food was good, arcade was fun, and the super leggaro karts were so much fun and so fast! There's a place local with fast cars but it's a small track and not great. This place is well worth the hour drive. Our last race had a few hiccups with the karts running the right program so our speeds got all mess
We had a work event here. Great atmosphere and setting. The old exterior walls warms up the place as opposed to a lot of other 'family fun' type of places where they are basically built as big, open structures. The food was also pretty decent for this type of facility. Lots of good apps and drinks. The staff was helpful and courteous and assisted even the most novice of drivers. The arcade was also a good spot to hang out. It's not a crazy arcade like other places, but gives you plenty to do and have fu
Awesome go karts for all age groups. All day passes or pay per race! State of the art facilty with go karts that go FAST. The adult karts can make up to 29second laps. Dual racer karts for two riders. Smaller children's racers. This place brings out the competitor in all and makes memories to last a lifetime. The restaurant had delicious food, the pit beef sandwich was delicious and the appetizer sample was off the hook. My friends all like their food as well. Theres also a huge arcade, jump zone (awesome t
This is a great way to end the night! Great for a group. Cars are fast and there are lots of turns. Highly recommend!
This place could be really awesome. The carts are fast, the track is fun. Very clean... But the staff is lacking. They're rude and inconsiderate to the customers. One of the girls at the counter was annoyed that we used the clipp app to purchase vouchers and she had to redeem them. Then the young guy in the track area tried to cheat us out of a race for 5 people which was a value of just over $100. Tried saying we had our two races when we only completed one and the proof was in front of them in the scorebo
First time there. My grands and I loved it!! Would definitely recommend.
We had a blast there. There are carts there for all levels of driving. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. They cleaned the helmets between races. We did the adult course and the cars were fast. The track is set up with a good amount of turns but not so many that you can't get it up to speed. The carts are also equipped with reverse so if you do spin out you can get the cart back in the race in no time. The staff will tell others to let the faster carts pass them so
Awesome place to have a load of fun !!
It was fun, however when i called you couldnt set up a time to go in, when we got there we had to wait 3 hours before we could even start the race.
The Works in general has a lot of things to do to keep you busy. As a caution, be aware that during high volume days you could be waiting up to 2 hours for your go kart ride. HOWEVER, that was fine with us because there was enough to do there to kill time. We ate at their restaurant and hung out in the arcade for a bit before our ride was up. The few pointers they can adjust is clear instructions from when you first enter the pit area to before riding. There were no 5 minute engagements with the riders. Th
My kids loved it everything was great it wasn't my first time here but first time able to ride bc they sell out fast however the young lady who helped us was so rude other than that had a blast
Great time for kids and family. So many things to do, go karts, arcade, bar with beers on tap are highlights
Worth the money! Fun watching the ?big? kids race and there are LOTS of games to play! $50 in a game card lasted my son 3 hours! Did not get to the play ground , laser tag or the restaurant but we are planning on going back. $2 pizza slice, you can't beat it lol Only complaint, the walk way to the entrance is VERY slippery when wet, I almost fell twice just walking across it. It'd suggest fixing that before someone gets hurt.
This place is awesome! This was a first for me and my wife, we decided on a whim to check it out after a long few months of nonstop work. I would highly recommend this as a date night or family fun day. The arcade is massive with prizes you actually want. Really cool place. Lots of fun!
very unhappy that I get charged and automatic gratuity. at 18% nonetheless. tipping is optional I tip based on service and food quality. I had to send my food back because it was made wrong and then came back out cold. I should not have to supplement income for servers that's the employer's job to pay their staff a livable wage.
Fun place! Kids had a great time racing the go carts (although they did complain that each race was not even because on car would be faster than another which was very evident on one race I watched but they still had fun). Prices are fair. We did not try the food there, so can't comment on that. They did some gaming in the arcade and enjoyed that as well but did say that their money went a-lot further at a D&B for that so they will just stick with the go karts next time.
This place is great! Even if you are not a fan of Karts come in and give it a go I'm sure that you will come out a fan and will be back again. Great Karts for adults and also for kids, great staff and great prices
This place has a lot of potential with the right management. When I was there, all the machines where you pay with cash to refill your cards didn't return any change so I lost a few bucks. And the line to pay with a visa card was like 30 people long. The teenagers working there were about as professional as you could expect a teenager. I'm not holding that against them. But having machines and doors broken seems like poor management.
Kids had a lot of fun, prices are reasonable. The tables near the go-karts were disgusting! The workers have too much free time it needs to be more managers around to oversee what is going on.
Had a great deal for racing Go-Karts. Took my son and his friend and they had a blast.
Had a good time there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Love this place! So much fun! Every trip to PA includes a trip to Slick Willy?s!
Very long wait for go carts. Large arcade!
Wow!!! amazing place and a ton of fun, great staff and great prices, cars are so fast! and the track is awesome!!!! We went for my son's 12th birthday and the staff was absolutely amazing for his birthday ?? ?? ??!! Highly recommend for a great time!!
Slick Willy's it hands down the best indoor go-kart track I've ever been too . I've been racing for over 20 years & traveled all over the world for the US ARMY & been to many many tracks & this one is my new favorite . The carts are quick & extremely fun great atmosphere clean location & Incredible employees especially the ones running the track me & my wife look forward to our next trip to PA just to go to slick Willy's karts & eats. Thank you owner & employees . Gene
great place. great atmosphere. employees at the track really know what they are doing. better you drive the faster you get to go. nice track and karts. been going for father's day past couple years and love it every time.
Amazing place for Family and Fun and the Options Amazing food, too
Cool stuff restaurant staff is decent. Kids and I mean kids that work there don't give a flying f. Air pods in staring at phone and upset when you disturb their peace to ask questions like where is the bathroom or how much are rides/games.
Super fun if you're looking for a cute date night and to feel like a kid again!
Went there for part of our family Christmas party. It was ok, scheduling was an absolute nightmare! I talked with someone 6 weeks before the event who promised to email me a confirmation, 3 days before the event I finally got a phone call back after many attempts at reaching out to them. Customer service there totally SUCKS WORSE THAN ANY I?VE EVER DEALT WITH! The carts were fun for all, but as other reviewers mentioned there was zero instruction given to anyone, it was dirty, they had no head socks for und
Had fun and loved it ?? will be back again that's for sure ??
Fantastic establishment. Staff at the karts were friendly and helpful. This place gets an extra star because they have junior karts that little kids can drive themselves. Karts are fast enough to give kids a good adrenaline rush yet force them to be cautious as they race. They get another star because they let parent's drive the junior karts to race with their little ones. Which by the way are a bit small for adults but will accommodate adult sufficiently. And one last star for for the front desk staff
The staff in the extreme air don't do anything! My son was worried about going down the zip line. He couldn't reach the handles. And was looking towards the staff to bring it closer to grab. This guy was just sitting there pulling the rope in. He had his air pods and cellphone out Staring. at me and all the other kids. There is no staff that manage the area kids are running wild! It horrible. I would think twice before going.
Hello, Normally I love this place, but it's just kids operating things now, no instructions, no information before you start the race, no rules other than the signs you read as you're going 40+ mph. Until they have adults working there, I'm not returning. below I've included a message to them in regards to an accident I was involved in just this past Friday Nov 3rd 2023. My shoulder is in extreme pain, and they NEED to have roll cover bars...these karts EASILY ramp on top of one another... "I'd like to f
This place was so fun. The staff at the gokarts went above and beyond and were very nice. The staff at the lasertag was also very nice and had great customer service. The management was great and answered all of our questions. 5 stars! My two kids of 6 and 9 had a great time. We Will be back all the way from DC.
We went for dinner and the Building Manager transformed our entire night. We got there late not realizing they closed and we wouldn't have time to play. He opened the Go Karts and took us upstairs. We were able to race and do the slides. He made the entire night for us and because of Angel and Rafi we will be back. They are some real good people
Omg my first time here and I fell in love! I brought my normal crew only addition was my 79 year old mother, which SHANNA the supervisor on duty completely made her feel like the Queen she is, beyond accommodated my mother and did not make her feel out of sorts of outta place and Zack took the time out and made sure her go cart was the right fit and went the right speed. As for me and my kids let's just say this was the best go cart place we have ever been too, I'll definitely be back and I definitely recom
Had a great time with my grandson.. was very impressed with the friendliness and attentativeness of the staff - the whole operation seemed very smooth and safe. Our most recent visit included celebrating his Birthday and they did a great job with that as well.
Karts are fast! Staff well organized at moving groups through races. Good beer and food post races.
always so fun!! had a great time, and even got first place!!!
Not bad. It was different. It was a little confusing where and what building to go to if it's your first time. But after that not bad. It does get very crowded. And sometimes you do have that one child who never gives a kid a chance on a arcade machine cause the parents aren't around. But over all it's ok. Bit pricey but worth it. The go carts are pretty fun for the kids.
Slick Willy's is awesome. A ton of fun if you're into go-karts, arcades, etc. I haven't really used the trampoline park but that looks alright. The facility is well-maintained and while it's more expensive than cheap kart places around the state, it's definitely worth the extra and any small drive you may have to put into getting there. I drive from about an hour away and it's always awesome. I would recommend going during the week if you can since from 4-close on Monday through Thursday, you can have unlim
I would like to say thank you to the gentleman that was working today (09/01 around 5pm) who raced my autistic son and I. He had a blast. He loved that even though a helmet wasn't required, my son wanted to wear one. Its just nice when people go out of their way to make a child happy :) we love coming here!!
Over priced for the Go Karts but I guess that's how you take advantage of inflation. We paid roughly $60 for two adults for a 10 min race. Wait time was 1hour 20 mins. Google search other places, where its outdoors. Larger tracks, no 1 year "license fee" because they are the affiliated with Penn DOT I suppose ?? And races are $15 if you do a proper search.
Only came for the gokarts and they're a let down. Granted my expectations are probably higher than most as I travel to many indoor karting locations attempting their course records. The good: the track layout/design is good and provides a fun challenge, karts acceleration & top speed is fairly quick. The bad: both the karts & the wall at turn 6 need SERIOUS I mean SERIOUS MAINTENANCE!! The inside wall is split/broken & PROTRUDING OUT ONTO TRACK exactly where you need to apex turn 6. Not only is this a total
We had a party of seven adults the first time there on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had only brief (10-15 minute) wait between our 5 races. They really watch out for safety as you race, holding signs to advise you of the need to slow down, allow someone to pass, or use brakes which as newbies was really helpful. We really began to improve through each race and I for one am hooked! I will definitely be back. What a great way to release some pent up stress!
A lot of fun. The karts can go really fast. The turns are sharp but easily to pass through. It's really invigorating. I definitely recommend. Although I'd suggest if you have children with you to make your group larger because if you have a small group others will join you. Not all the time but most of the times I did this, the other riders were very inconsiderate and bumped into you just to pass by. Other than that it's amazing
Omg I LOVED this place! I'm a first timer, surprising my fianc? for his bday (he's come here before) They have a super cool arcade and are super upgraded. The staff are very nice and didn't mind wiping down goggles for an ocular quest game. At the karts, there was a kid (customer) that beat everyone EACH time we got on. The staff there are also pretty nice. Our waiter needs more staff! But he alone made us super welcome even though he was swamped. We'll definitely visit again!
The kids running slick willies are pretty rude honestly. Took my son there for a party. Another driver caused and accident in the go cart section and the young kid running the place was super rude. Maybe a bad day? But regardless. Don't be rude to Customers.
Pricey, but such a blast! I may never be able to afford to come here again, but, my children and I had so much fun. We were really able to put the go-karts to the test. The go-karts are of such good quality that you can drift around corners. Highly recommend if you have money to blow.
The teenagers who work there were very friendly and helpful. My 7 year old was the only one signed up to ride a go kart, so one of the staff hopped in a cart and rode around with him. It was such a kind gesture. I was also impressed at how none of them were on their phones and how they all worked hard and went out of their way to help customers.
Every time I go there I'm treated very well. Trace is the man, always happy, helpful, and intuitive. Everyone else is great too. I have yet to go there and see anyone working there, not enjoying their time and smiling.
We went early on a Saturday for my son?s birthday. There were 6 of us. The lady at the counter was very nice and said that she could get us in for three races back to back, but it'd be an hour later. We were okay waiting, because we'd race the three races at once. We waited about 1hr and 20 minutes until we got called to race. We walked into the race track, never being there before, we had no idea what to do. We were not greeted when we entered and just figured out what we were supposed to do. After the two
Spent 4-5 hours here in the arcade (which quite honestly is slightly disappointing but the saving grace is skeeball for 1 credit aka about 10 cents). Anyway, their main attraction seems to be the go karts which are a blast. They have karts for adults and then separate ones for smaller kids. Makes a lot of sense since there's absolutely no way you would want to have 10 year old kids racing adults. Good times all around.
Go kart track was good but pricing is a bit high.
Slick Willys is a ton of fun, my friends enjoy going here thoroughly. Additionally they are generous as they allowed a non-profit I am associated with to host an event at a discounted rate. I did have a less than optimal experience with dining that was centered around the server but had nothing to do the with facility itself. Management however took care of the problem and I am happy to continue going there!
Lots of fun if you bring enough dinero!
The carts were fast and the pit crew was very friendly. First time check was pain and and girls behind the desk didn't seem to know everything about their job. Other than that the rest of the process was very easy.
Great place to enjoy with family great food
This place is out of this world. They have it all. Go carts, huge bounce room, arcade and even a restaurant. Great place to take the kids in winter to get some energy out! Kind of pricey but we still keep going back because it's so much fun! Love it here!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the absolute WORST experience I've had. As my first time go kart rider I had no idea how to use the kart. No instructions were given to me and the workers made no effort to ease me into what was supposed to be a great time. There were 4 employees standing watching me struggle to get my harness on. Once I got it on, I realized I couldn't reach the pedals. When I asked if the seat could be moved up, a boy in a black staff tshirt looked annoyed as if I was inconvenien
I took my daughter and son here for his birthday. Since my daughter who was 18, did not have her ID, they would NOT allow her to ride....even though I was along to sign a waiver for her. Not only did we not get a voucher for my sons free ride, they ruined his birthday since everything was closed due to Covid-19. That is rediculous!!!! Never will we come here again!
While I'm sure they have a great track, we were unable to ride due to a large party reservation made two days in advance. My wish is they would be more transparent about this on there website as some people, like myself travel quite a distance to get here.
Customer service employees aren't honest. Called regarding making a reservation. Employee says no reservations are taken. It's a walk-in basis. I ask about how long should I expect to have to wait. Employee says 15mins. I show up after driving for 1 hour there, and the wait time is 3 hours! Ended up going home
Went with the family, and just Myself and my daughter were going on. Never have gone here before, each person was 17.95 for one ride which is just fine. We dont live in the area, and they charge a 4.95 fee for a license which is good for one year, which again I don't live in the area. So I asked can the license fee be waived, manager said No. So that a extra 10.00 dollors which is wrong. The kicker was it was a one and half hour wait.... So we just went to the game room....
My 6 year old has a ton of fun on the junior go-karts. On the weekdays they have a special race package for junior racers and there is no wait time when they open at 4pm. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks!
Fun, long track that truly tests your driving skills. The guys in the pit do a great job of keeping things moving. Weekday pricing much better than weekends. Minus 1 star for not answering the phone during business hours or sometimes providing wrong info when they do occasionly answer.
Worst customer service experience of my life and I'll never return. Arrived at 430pm knowing there would be a line and a wait. After standing in line for a half hour, we reach the service desk. The girl working (blonde with pink highlights) says "i gotta go someone will be here to help shortly." And takes off. 20 minutes later Valery arrives and her coworker says we have been waiting 20 minutes and need comped for the races. She then apologizes and said she "got us in the next available race, about 30 to 35
This is the third time I have taken my son to Slick Willie's. He is 18 years old and is mentally challenged and has some physical disabilities. He loves to go fast. The double go karts allow us to drive him. He loves to ride the go karts. Every single time I have taken him I have been so impressed with the staff. These people have gone out of their way to make it a pleasant experience for us. They are so kind, patient, and accommodating. I will never take him anywhere else. I wish I could give you 10 stars.
I planned a birthday party at Slick Willy's Karts and Eats and I DID NOT get what I paid for by any means. I had a large party of a dozen people. This venue made over $500 on my party. I have emailed the party planner as well as called to speak directly to the manager and have gotten no response from anyone at Slick Willy's Karts and Eats. When my party arrived 20 minutes before our race time, as we were told to do by the party planner, we were told only half of what we needed to do to register. I had to t
2.5 hour wait after signing up for a race seems to be average for a Saturday so be prepared to wait. I'm pretty sure that the wait isn't intentional since the race track was always at full capacity but the wait pretty much forces you to spend more money on food and arcade games to pass the time. Getting hit at 40 mph isn't gentle so make sure you are ready physically and mentally for such a crash.
Had some food and drinks. Decided that my group would hit the track. It was a 2 hour wait after being told an hour. Finally hit the track, had fun, but it just took to long. Asked for a refund on our 2nd race, and we're told no. Time for the 2nd race and they confronted my group with security and said we were all not aloud because we were drinking.. that being said we asked for a refund and they gave us one... But we had not had a drink in 3 hours. Won't be giving this place any more ??.
Nice place but unfortunately we didn't take the carts because there was a two hour wait time. Will definitely go back but next time we're going to call and see if we can schedule a race before going because we definitely don't want to wait that long!!
My favorite day was here at Slick Willy?s! Great deals on Sunday for our entire family. Affordable snack bar! Super clean and super fun!
First time doing indoor go carts for the kids. They had a blast. Definitely would do again. Only wish would be online reservation or posted time slots.
Come all the way down from Jersey had the best time ever
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
