Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the trampoline park for being a fun, energy-burning spot for kids of all ages, with many highlighting affordable memberships and friendly staff (especially Dustin). Clean facilities and diverse activities (trampolines, dodgeball, foam pits) are frequently mentioned positives. However, some criticize poor maintenance, safety concerns (exposed cords, unsupervised areas), and inconsistent cleanliness. A few complain about misleading membership terms or inattentive staff. While most experiences are highly rated, negative reviews focus on management issues and lack of supervision. Overall, it’s popular for families but has room for improvement in safety and service consistency.

Customer Reviews

Typically well-staffed, always full of kids. My son loves jumping here. Membership is reasonably priced, but daily rate is very high (especially considering parents with multiple children). Also, new attractions/activities are rarely added. Having visited Fun City nearby, I know there's so much more the owners could do in the space. At the very least, they could lower the day rate to $15/kid to make it more accessible.

Honestly I don't like to leave negative reviews. I'm leaving this due to no solution after speaking with a manager. My wife signed up for the one month ?deal? without any mention of a reoccurring payment every month. It was never made clear that this was indeed the case until we realized it in our finances a few months later. We enjoyed it here and are sad to not do business with them anymore but making it seem like it was our fault for not ?reading the fine print? while chasing a toddler around just seem

Good place for a 3 and 9 year old to release energy for hours. Lots of space to run wild and several ways to jump into stuff. There were a couple of closed sections and very little staff on the floor, but there is a new playground structure the kids liked. Surprisingly busy for a Monday, but it was during summer break.

Dustin was such a great help got us in and out also got us a membership and was such a great help and was such a sweetheart and great customer service had a smile on his face and mine thank u Dustin

I had an issue with my account and Dustin made everything so easy for me and quickly resolved the issue. He actually went above and beyond. Past experiences here haven't been the best but I left relieved and impressed! We will be back. Thank you!

Awesome deal for a trampoline park. We got the membership and have gone 5+ times in a month. The best part is that my 13yo enjoys it as much as my 6yo and it's not easy finding things to do that they both like.

Everything was fantastic. Our host Alley (I hope that's how you spell her name) was so amazingly helpful from the time we arrived until we left she made sure everything went smoothly and it did. The kids enjoyed themselves and the adults had just as much fun. I would love for Alley to be our host anytime we have a party there because she made the experience very pleasant. Thank you Alley and the skyzone team we had an awesome experience. Mind you this was our very first party at skyzone.

Talk about a place to get some kid energy out. We have attended several parties here and every time my son loves it. Great place to run, jump and have fun.

This facility has gotten better and better the more I come back. New attractions and great staff make it worth having repeat visits. The memberships are a great way to save money while coming as often as you want too!

our party host was honesty and she went above and beyond. she handled the party with a stress free ease. the manager Dustin checked in regularly and even sang happy birthday. they both rocked!!!!

Great place to bring the kids to burn off energy and have some fun. Besides jumping they have dodgeball, climbing walls, jumps, tightrope, and other obstacles. Recommend coming early or late, as the peak hours are very busy. Admission is 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. A good number of places for adults to sit and watch the kids as well, or you can jump too. Monthly membership is a good deal if you come two or more times a month. We've found it to be a good deal.

Had a great experience at Skyzone! I took a small group of 3 kids on a 4-H trip and when our reservation couldn't be found, they were able to make accommodations that worked for us. It was such a a blessing and Dustin was great for helping us with this in such a professional and quick manner.

Great place to visit either on a hot day or a winter day! I had my son's 11th birthday party there. He loved it!! So did all the guests...even the adults ?? Great service from ALL the staff but especially our birthday host (Shaye) and the manager.

Shay and all the workers are so nice place is so clean everybody is so friendly such a good place to take my grandkids too get rid of some of that energy thank you staff and management

My nephews loved it. Lots of different activities and zones. Biggest minus was several of the staff on phones while on the floor and not really focused on kids

My grandkids have been members for years now...we love this place,my favorite person who works there is Dustin...always cheerful and helpful. Great guy all around.

My Son Julian and I have been coming here for almost 6 years he has been a member since. We love it here. Dustin is always so kind and making sure we are tooken care of. You need more Dustin's around. We will stay coming back. Thanks.

Got there right at 10am after pre paying and booking online. Even filled out all of the liability stuff in advance. There were 6 people working and only 1 register open. Thank god the other employees were able drink their coffee and eat their donuts that someone just brought for them. But the rest of us had to wait 15 minutes to finally get checked in. Once checked in it was evident these employees simply didn't care. They didn't patrol anything. Bunch of adults playing in areas set aside for the little

It was a great first visit. Went with my son and grandson. My grandson had a blast and one hour was definitely enough for him. Place was fairly clean. Not to to busy for a Saturday at 530. Staff were everywhere. Only con was no toilet paper in ladies room. Lolol Definitely would take him back. Heck I would of loved to jump myself. Ever have older persons day? Lololol

This is a great place for kids with loads of energy to come and blow some of it off. The layout is pretty good offering bunches of different things to do. Only part I don't like is the sign in process for their waiver. Its a pain in the ass!

Clean, fun place for the kids. We went on a Thursday late morning and there were very few kids which was fine for us. The kids loved it!

Great place for kids of all ages! There is a play area specific for younger kiddos and plenty of space in the main area of the park. It's a nice option for a fun indoor activity. If you have super littles I believe there are special times they can go enjoy the park with fellow smaller kids. It tends to get pretty wild sometimes so having smaller kids can be a little nerve racking. Comfortable massage chairs for parents to wait, as well as benches throughout so that you can keep an eye on your people. The

Staff does not monitor areas well. On the basketball courts, a kid was jumping on one of mine and nothing was said until one of mine got tired of it and pulled the other kid off. Mine were then told to leave for not playing fairly. My son has scratches on his side and back yet he was asked to leave. Will NEVER go back. This is the 2nd time a similar incident happened.

Today I took all my grandchildren to the lansing Mi location. Alyson was the person who help us. She greeted us with such warmth and her hospitality was such a welcome site! You need more like her!

Great time! Kids love it. The staff is amazing. They always get you the best deal.

Awsome place to Jump around and have fun!! Nice staff, awsome basketball court and definetly worth the money!!!

Sky zone/defy are cashless then they set up autopay when you use a credit card then it's your responsibility to cancel within 3 days of the next payment. So I didn't agree to autopay but I have to cancel it. Watch your money!

This is, hands down, one of my kids favorite places to go. It's perfect for a wide age range because there are so many different things to do beyond the trampolines. They have dodge ball and ninja warrior type things. We've done a birthday party here and it was a huge success. Staff is friendly. The kids get so much exercise and they love it!!!

This place is great for the kids to play at, it lost a star, cause it says no food or drinks, yet there was countless drinks all over the place, sad to see workers just standing around talking instead of cleaning up the area.

This place is great! All my 6 kids had a blast and enjoyed their jump time! (even our 13 year old!) Plenty of seating on the jump floor for adults to supervise their children. Highly suggest!

Fun exercise for everyone. Staff is courteous and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the refreshment cooler was cold, It seems to be broken as all bottles were warm, and the slurpee machine needs to be cleaned or taken out.

We were excited to go to sky zone with my three kids. The cashier talked my husband into a membership and we knew we'd cancel before the end of the month since they said you can cancel anytime. I called two days before the due date to cancel. They would not help us cancel over the phone. Their online system for canceling was not working. We tried to chat with them twice and I sent an email requesting to cancel the membership. Two days later they charged us almost $90. I emailed them again and they sai

My kid got kicked out for play fighting with his older brother and they told the lady that they were playing fighting and she still kicked them out she should have gave them a warning before doing that. I mean the place is for playing.

Had my granddaughter?s birthday there?. Kids were loving it?.what a way to use up some energy ..

Zar-So grateful for him he's great with Kids

Almost all the trampolines are gone! They took the best parts away for a basketball court.. I don't understand. Ripped equipment and electrical cords on what trampolines they did have left, all while children were bouncing on said trampolines. Live electrical cords. Isn't that crazy? There was no staff actually watching the bounce area. What staff they did have weren't enforcing rules, group of teens were piggy backing eachother. Running into little kids. Laying on trampolines so people couldn't bounce the

Zar-Amazing Gentlemen! Makes Skyzone Feel like Home!

The staff is friendly they interact with kids or help them. I love this place this is what good customer service is. I will continue to bring the kids here based on the service. It is appreciated and thank you. It is always clean and has plenty to do.

Had an awesome experience for our son?s birthday! Sarah went above and beyond to make the day special for him and took care of us like we were family. Highly recommended and will use again for birthday parties! ??

We have been members since September, but would visit often prior to that. We have always had a wonderful experience! The kids have a great time and there are plenty of comfy places for adults to hang out! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Recently, I was gifted a membership, but already had one. The helpful team members at Defy were understanding and helped me condense into just one membership, where I didn't lose any money! Thank you!!

Zar is a delight to have for Skyzone Great with Kids

Fun experience overall. My kids loved it and it is great exercise, even for adults. So many different obstacles.

This place is awesome! Kids absolutely love it! So much to do and it may look like they are busy but there is so much to do it doesn't feel crowded. Fun for the whole family. Staff is very attentive if anything should happen. So much fun and will be back again

My son enjoys to go here to burn off energy and practice gymnastics. I enjoy it for the great monthly rate. However, when I tried calling to stop our membership it went right to voicemail which was to full. I was hoping the new owner's would be more responsive to their customer base. Hoping things will improve.

This place is lots of fun. Go barefoot or buy a pair of non slip socks:youth 3.00 or adult 6.00. My kids age 15 loved it. Swing into foam pits, obsticle courses, trampolines, refereed dodge ball. Great place, very reasonable.

Kids had a blast here! So many different fun activities for them to get their wiggles out.

I just want to take a moment to rave about one of your employees at the Lansing Skyzone. Their name is Braelen and they were amazing in helping for a birthday party my children and I attended there. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of the children in attendance were able to have fun and enjoy the party. They were accommodating to the needs of one child and did what they could to ensure fun for all!! Braelen went above and beyond for the party and the guests. You can tell that they truly enjoy h

Dustin was extremely helpful! Very friendly and gave us the best deal!

Dustin is super helpful and really great. Park is about as advertised. We'll be back.

It's a good place to take ur kids and family

The kids enjoyed it. Facility is large enough for various activities. Definitely will be coming back! Also, I highly recommend the knee-high socks. Don't get the ankle socks because they easily come off when you are trying to climb out of the foam pits. Spend the extra money and get the knee-highs!

Better than the traditional jump places. They have activities that you can't find in other places. It's a little pricey though.

Clean facility. Lot of parking space even though it gets pretty busy in the evening times. Kids enjoy a lot. Very courteous staff, always positive experience. Fun !

I don't usually write reviews... I never have for Defy... but I totally had to today: We were here for a friend's birthday party today. Dustin was absolutely AMAZING in making us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Sam checked us in and also served us in the party room with a genuine smile the whole time. Taylor greeted us into the jump area with excitement and kindness. All of the workers were so pleasant and engaged. The facility was clean and in excellent condition. All of the things

We had our son?s birthday party there about a month ago. It was a fun place to visit! He had a blast & so did the guests. We had phenomenal service from ALL the staff but especially our birthday host (Deuce).???? We have been back as members. Our family loves it! I have to say on some of our return visits, it's so nice that some staff, (Dustin & Jordan) still check in with us. The world needs more kind/friendly people like these 3! ??????

Great customer service, Dustin is top notch and always delivers exceptional customer care. The place is pretty clean & has great activities from jumping, bouncing, basketball, dodgeball, big tv gaming and so much more. They also have a small snack station you can purchase from that has ice cream, chips, candy bars, soda, water and slushes. My 6 and 12 year old have fun. It's the perfect winter play date. Great monthly membership that pays for itself if you use it only once.

Awesome place. Took my 2.5 year old here and she had a blast. ?Daddy it's NUTS?. Shout out to the staff for being outstanding employees. Update 3 years later: Still 5 stars, still amazing? and the employees are great! They are always extremely polite with children. We plan to be members long term.

Good! Kids will injoy! especially if they like to tumble.

Dustin does a great job, always professional and courteous.

Dustine had great customer service very polite will be back

Family fun for all! I've been here several times with my son and family! Always a good time and lots for all age groups to do. Would recommend for a night out to tire the kiddos out or for a birthday party!

Great time. Fun times. Great staff. Pretty clean. Staff keep a good eye out for the kids safety and who is who by checking wrist bands. New upgrades are sweet and well built. Basketball area gets a little fast moving and competitive for smaller children at times. Ask to see the season pass deal they have.

Staff are super helpful and kind. Memberships for kids and families are reasonably priced. Mid-day jumping (during school hours) with young kids is calm and quiet. A great way to burn tiny person energy.

Party assistant was disorganized and distracted the whole time. Couldn't even help me find my child. This party was the epic pack on March 24. Then some guy got an attitude with me because I asked if there was a way to compensate my sons slushy that was included because they didn't have the machines ready. You're staff is so ride. Never wasting my money here again

Super fun for the kids! Go during the week in the middle of the day. No one else is around then.

Kids needed to burn off some energy thanks to the less than stellar winter we've had, so we decided to check this place out. The girl working the front desk was very nice and took the time to explain everything to us as we'd never been. There are quite a few different areas with different activities. I was pleasantly surprised to see an area for kids 6 and under, that had different swings, padded climbing blocks and a play structure. There was one area that was roped off, but still enough for kids to do tha

There was nobody available at the desk for 25 minutes. Nobody could pay or register or get started or ask questions. Just people standing around looking confused. Felt badly for the kids who want to play!

I brought a group of girls today and they had a great time! The manager who checked us in was upbeat and friendly. He was very accommodating to our request to use the swings by rearranging the staff to make it possible while at the same time following their safety procedures. Thanks for a great experience!

Be careful of signing up for a membership. They will continue to charge you after you cancel and are unwilling to refund you. I called about this and the manager agreed to add a free visit to our acct and that's all he could do. We went back today and there was no comments and no free visits on our acct. Dishonest and bad business.

We actually attended A birthday party here. I must say that all of the staff was great! They checked on everything, and assisted us in whatever we needed. They also checked on children to make sure they stayed with our group. Very polite bunch of youngins! ??We had a wonderful time.

Was a great experience for my kids overall, there were so many people there it got a little crazy for a second. But all good vibes, and my little girl got her Birthday wish, which always makes you feel blessed to be able to make your kids happy. Kept the younger and older kids occupied, which is a win for parents with children and teens lol. Highly recommend!

Took our kids here for a birthday present; prices are reasonable if you don't add adults in. Try to bring your own special socks from other places/times since those are $3 each. Kids had lots of fun bouncing and playing in the foam block. It was fairly busy/noisy, we went there early afternoon on a Friday. Kids did all come down sick within 48 hours of being here so it was probably too crowded for cold season. I didn't see any employees cleaning things down while we were there either but nothing looked

Get the elite pass unless you are really only going once. This is a great place for my kids to run some energy off. We try and go every weekend. Make sure you keep an eye on the school calendar because it gets really busy on days off and long weekends.

Lots of fun, but we only got 45 minutes out of the 90 we paid for. I understand that tickets are sold for certain times, but as first-timers we weren't even informed by staff of the next starting time so that we could enjoy the full 90 min we paid for. Also had difficulty signing online waivers on some phones in our group but no other option was available and staff wasn't very helpful, so that took a while and was a hassle. The park itself was great!

My kids love it, but the employees literally lay down and play on their phones instead of paying attention (they are very nice though), it's pretty dirty, the ice cream machine doesn't work half the time, the changing table for babies in the women's rest room is broken. It's not enough to make us stop going but we've definitely been to better places.

Amazing time . Kids had a blast . Plan on going back again soon

There was a billing issue with my membership at the Lansing location. I called and spoke with Dustin who was extremely polite, helpful and upbeat. The staff have always been welcoming and accommodating for my children and I!

We loved this place when it was District 5, but our first trip since it changed to DEFY will definitely be our last. Although, the staff member at the front desk was super nice and helpful the rest of the staff could care a less about what's going on. Most of them set around on their phones or braiding each others hair. There was attractions my children wanted to do but could not because it required staff supervision. When I asked a staff member if he could have another staff member that clearly was not bus

Great place for kids especially during school breaks or bad weather. They have so many options and areas for really all ages. They offer birthday party packages with special rooms and private areas. My nephews and daughter really enjoy it. I would suggest staying with your children as there are often teens there unsupervised. However the staff do pretty well at keeping areas safe and an eye out for the kids!

Not a great first experience with my 3 year old. Started off okay then we decided to head to the block pit and was in the back of the block pit when a 15-16 year old did a backflip onto my son. Thankfully didn't hurt him too bad. Then at the trampolines a group of kids were bullying my son saying he couldn't play on the trampoline because they were. There needs to be an age limit and more workers paying attention and preventing stuff like this from happening.

Always a good time for the kids and even adults who want a workout. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. Facilities are clean also. Good place to have events.

Such a fun place for the kids to get their energy out! And, a great place for parents to relax while watching their kids. A little pricey, so we don't go often. But it's great!

I brought my daughter and Granddaughter here and they had so much fun! I wish this would of been around when I was able. The staff is excellent! Nick, shift leader provided superior service! Price is very reasonable. I can't wait to bring my Granddaughter back. And she slept like a baby after burning off all that energy. ??

I've always had a great experience here but today in particular, I walked in having the worst day in a while trying to keep it together and bring my son to have some fun, 10mo pregnant on the verge of tears and Robert the attendant who sold me the tickets was so kind and helpful, he was efficient and friendly even though I walked in kind of a grouchy mood. He had a line of people and still took the time to be kind and make friendly conversation. I just gotta say that small interaction made a huge difference

I live out of town but any time I'm visiting for a week or more, I always get the unlimited month pass. GREAT way for kiddos to burn some energy! Dustin and Keyjuan(sp?) made sure I got the most bang for my buck as well!

We absolutely love to come here for the Kid Jump. It's not too crowded in the morning, and my kids (ages 1 and 4) love all of the trampolines and obstacle courses. They have a new section for younger kids, and it's the perfect thing. It's a great way to spend a morning and get out some energy. My kids constantly ask when we're going back to the ?jumpy place!?

Very fun place for a quick and fun workout! Always clean equipment, patrons, and a good variety of things to use. It's a great place for both kids and adults alike, I've been going since I was 13 and it's always been a great place to go. The patrons there are usually very nice and will help out if you're trying to do tricks and whatnot. The only issue I have with this place is that it can be a little bit pricey- especially after 8

This place was dirty. The floors had trash all over. The bathrooms didn't have any soap. Half the bathrooms didn't even have toilet paper. The workers were sitting down on the play things on their phones while "working." It is a bunch of young kids working. Kudos to them for working! As far as the things for the kids to play on, it kept our kids busy for the hour and a half while we were there. There are decent things for the kids to keep busy for sure!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
