Customer Reviews

Came here for my daughter?s 13th birthday. We did not rent a party room, but scored a couple of tables in the back. We lucked out because I happened to have found a Groupon offer the day of and basically got two entries for the price of what one would?ve cost. The socks aren't included in the Groupon and are an extra $5 a pair. The pizza was actually decent considering where we were at. It was a nice thick crust and two pies fed 6 kids and 4 adults. It's big and pretty clean and was good for my teens. I wou

The kids 15, 12 and 8 enjoyed the openness of the venue. Views of activities not obstructed. The areas were well maintained and reasonably clean. We did feel the attendants could have been much more attentive and watching when the kids wanted to have assistance for the zip line and flying trapeze. Overall, a good experience and a 90 minute visit was just about perfect.

Our time at Skyzone was amazing!!! Came here for my son?s 2nd birthday. Safe to say my son had a blast!Everyone was so welcoming, from the gentleman assisting us at the front desk?to the server inside the party room serving our food, drinks, and cake. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend for a party. The entire process was easy, all areas were clean, and the entire staff was amazing!

Clean, well-maintained, often updated. Courteous and enthusiastic staff keep the energy high for all, whatever you're here with the family or a party. Staff actively cleaning and maintaining equipment unobtrusively. Quickly answered questions. Very helpful. If you have sensory sensitivities, earplugs are highly recommended.

This place is nice. There were actual employees monitoring each play zone and comfy seating for non jumpers at the play zones. The bathrooms are clean. The food they offered were typical pizza, water, and soda available at a decent price. I'd definitely recommend for a nice family day.

I signed up for the basic plan at Lakeland. It turns out that I brought my son to Orlando for a medical appointment and he was very excited because he saw that this one was close by. It is assumed that when you sign up for a franchise like the gyms you can go to any one. Well, I arrived and there was no one to check. I had to wait and my son took off his shoes, excited to play. Someone arrived to check. I showed him the membership and he wasn't there. Then he tells me that it only works where I paid in Lake

We had the place to ourselves! Definitely geared towards older kids, but my 4 year old still had a blast.

The staff didn't explain anything to me at check-in. The chic that checked us in didn't bother to tell us anything about the place. Just scanned the barcode from my online confirmation. I had to ask what to do next, being my first time coming here how would I know. I don't know what's what. My son enjoyed himself, though. It's smaller than the one we have been to in Tennessee. The cost was $38.99 plus tax for 2.5 hour time. Not crowded on this day.

Great place to come with kids, try to avoid peak hours might be a bit busy. Other than that, games are great and even my 18 month old had a blast... I would even recommend for teenagers that like to be active and run around. If you buy a monthly membership is not expensive at all.

Service from management could have been alot better. There water policy is the worse I've ever come across in an establishment and manager dont seem to care much. They told me about safety standards when I asked them for a cup of water from the soda machine. I asked the manager Joseph where does it say that in the policy. He referred me to Google. When I looked on Google the only thing I could find is a food standard on roaches in a particular skyzone. Nothing particularly referring to a cup of water from a

Our first time visiting was for a birthday party. Very cool place and clean which I was not expecting . The party was excellent, and my kids didn't want to leave. We ended up buying monthly passes, which are a good value. Bathrooms are clean and available. Snacks and drinks are nearby, and plenty of places for parents to observe inside and from the outside gated area. We are enjoying our time here. If you have smaller children I would recommend keeping a close eye on them as they can move very quickly. Old

I booked a birthday party for my daughter at Sky Zone, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The reservation was for two hours?one hour of jumping followed by one hour in a private party room. However, when we arrived, we found that half of the trampoline area was closed for repairs. Despite multiple phone calls to confirm the booking and sell add-ons, no one informed me about this closure. When our time in the trampoline area ended, an employee stood right at the entrance of the party room, cut

We just finished having a party here for our son. Frankly, it was awful. I paid nearly $400 for an hour of jumping for the kids, and when my son wanted to go on the slide one more time after his hour was up, the woman literally screamed at him and my husband no. The front desk was a mess, the party attendant was basically useless, and we had to do everything. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I actually feel really sad for my son who left absolutely heartbroken.

Went to celebrate my son birthday, the employee that sold me the tickets offered me a "free month", which is a membership that without been explained I signed up for me and the other 4 kids that went to my kids birthday. I went in the app to cancel a day before that my membership was going to be charged and my cancellation and credit was denied because I had to cancel 3 days before. Even before my account was charged. I end up paying $143 dollars for a month that I didn't use and for 5 kids that never went

Love this place?? we celebrate my son birthday here last month and everything was organized, clean and perfect. I chose the tables and was my best choice because I was available to see my babies and friends enjoying themselves from the tables love it. ?? recommended

Celebrated our 4 year old?s birthday. Was a little confusion regarding the room size (26 people) but got it squared with management. Our party hosts Antonio and Kevin were extremely helpful, took the initiative and were so accommodating. The food (cheese and pepperoni pizzas, chicken tenders and fries) were all made fresh and tasted amazing. 100 recommend.

Came here on a Thursday night for a birthday party. It was not crowded at all. However, the place could use a good cleaning especially the floors and trampolines. Very dirty! I was extremely disappointed by the party host. We did more hosting than the person getting paid to be the host. Not worth the price in my opinion. Also my son is autistic, he doesn't understand time limits. We arrived to the birthday party a little later but he still wanted to jump. I think an exception could have been made to allow h

It is a fun place with good facilities, but unfortunately cleanliness is not a feature of the place. The bathrooms you wouldn't want your kids to visit, they are terrible! The birthday rooms are dark, small and depressing. The staff has no service attitude.

Basic membership is garbage. They sold me to getting my daughter a basic membership only to find out when I brought her back the following weekend I had to pay again because they don't honor it after 1pm. That was not disclosed at the time of membership payment and to make things worse, they refused to cancel your membership on site. They send you through a ton of loops to go through a website to cancel the membership and that is really bad business. Avoid memberships at sky zone! Despite all the positiv

Too dirty!!! And the foam cubes were full of dust, everything gross, floor, restrooms also the parking. I jumped twice to a different foam cubes pool and it was disgusting the smell and the amount of dust also you guys charge for a cup of dispenser water and I left my wallet in the car so I went to the fountain drink that was the grossest that I have ever seen! Also the smell of the place it's very unpleasant!!! In the top of that a very rude white lady at the entrance ! Never ever again! Terrible exp

We've taken my grandkids to trampoline parks all over... this is one of the best! We were able to use a Groupon to get a great price, and we were very impressed with both the quality of the facility and all the staff. We were particularly impressed by Antonio. He was just fantastic with the kids and adults alike!!!

I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Orlando Sky Zone facility. I attempted to redeem a *free buddy pass* clearly promoted on your official Instagram page. Despite following the instructions as posted, I was denied the ability to use the offer without any valid explanation. I asked Eddyn and Luke and they wouldn't accept the post stating they have no control over corporate post. Stating there was nothing they could do. Frankly, this is unacceptable

We had a party this past weekend. Been waiting on a "how was the party" e-mail/call. Reached out to them and no one has reached back out to me.. I just want to say; I wish we knew the place was unconstruction before booking this party. Never got the party shirt for the birthday boy. I had to ask for them to change the name on the cart to my sons name so people walking in knew what one was for my sons birthday. Party room we had was very small for the "epic grow experience". Walking inside was kahos. One o

They recently made changes that are not customer friendly. They got rid of the lockers for you to secure your items while you're at the trampoline area. Now, they want you to pay an extra fee to use the lockers or you have to carry your personal belongings with you so they don't get stolen! The place is dirty and they got rid of the trampolines on the right side of the park and replaced it with a basketball court so now there's less jumping area for the kids. Also, some of the trampolines do not bounce. I?l

Nice place. A little small compared to other trampoline places, but overall, it's a pretty good place. I have to admit the monthly cost is a bit high and the more expensive than other places. It doesn't include a bring a friend or parents jump for free like most places. My daughter loves it, so we'll keep coming back.

First time here being invited for a 10 year old baby girl and my 6 and 15 years old had a great time along with my wife and my self which means that this place is perfect for all family members from all different ages . Prices are reasonable and the place is a lot of fun . I have never seen so many active kids in one place , unlike the parks where you walk and ride, kids here truly move and run around to get all this energy out of their system. It reminds me when I was a kid my self .

This place is awesome! It's big and has a good variety of activities the kids can do not just jump. My kids really enjoyed it. It was busy but no overly packed. I did everything online so all I had to do was check-in and the kids got to jump away. I honestly like this place better than others we have visited. Give it a try it will not disappoint. They do not sell food, they do have a few vending machines for drinks.

The manager i dealt with was very nice and handled my big family and party with great customer service i wish i got her name with braids. while we were jumping i understand they doing their job but the approach and the rules are kind of ridiculous i don't need people following me and telling me i have to leave a 2 year old jump alone when i showing her how to jump independently. But fast forward to the Party room which was the worst part of it all. when i went to check in the room at 4:42pm nothing was done

Bad experience. TJ was a rude and disrespectful staff member. The cashier had approved our recently purchased grip socks and when it was time for our jump session TJ would not let us enter the jump zone. Contradicting what the checkin staff member just approved. They need to find better more pleasant customer service friendly staff members. My experience today was negative.

Place is awesome.... Had some time to kill in Orlando before our flight out and the kids loved this spot. They have a lot of cool activities that normal trampoline places don't have and it was not busy at all... Definitely worth a look

I don't advice to go there on weekend , it's too overcrowded and dangerous for small kids? I had the the 20 minutes waiting while registration? the staff needs to sleep more , so slow service is really hard to find, I asked the staff to involve one more person for registration but the girl who refused to tell her name and confirmed that she is a manager told me that ?if you are waiting for 20 minutes you need to wait one more, the Guy is almost finished?.? That was brilliant?. I'm waiting my pass ending da

My two sons (and I) loved this place!! There were so many different things to do and we all had a great time doing them all! The socks (which are required) are super cheap and extremely cute. We were provided a locker for our possessions, socks and shoes that we wore to the building. For the price that we paid, we got to do so much for a good amount of time. We will definitely be going back!

Paid basically $30 for my 3 year old to be able to use almost none of the attractions, everything was mostly 5 or 7 and up.

Great fun for kids. Nice couches in observation area. Its nice that there are only 2 exit points from the active area and parents can view both exits from the observation area. You can release the kids and relax about where they are at. Lost one star because it's too pricey per hour. Sometimes they have a groupon deal that helps.

Friendly staff, we had a great time. The only thing I didn't like was that they make you buy THEIR socks, you can't bring grip socks that you already have in your home. That's an extra $3 per person! My family is of 7!! For the rest, I liked it and the kids enjoyed it as well!

This place is great for kids and adults but I wish they had more fun activities. This was are first time here and my family and had a lot of fun. I also wish they had food that location but I can understand why they don't. If you looking for a place to bring the kid(s) you should check this place out and let the kids run and have fun and be tired. Enjoy the place and don't forget to sign the waiver before going to save time lol...

Wow! My family and I had a blast here! There's so much to do, zip line , trampoline, dodgeball ect, your family will definitely have a great time. They free have lockers for your belongings, they sell the socks you need for $3 a pair with some very good choices from toddler to adult sizes. You can bring a stroller and wheelchair in, plenty of space for it even on a crowded day. They don't have a little mini space to buy food and drinks, they don't allow it either, so I would eat before or after I go to Defy

Me and my friends were hanging out 4 boys and 2 girl having fun pushing each other in the foam pits they told to stop so we did then we went to play dodgeball. We were throwing it at each other then one of the girls came to say by.Then someone threw the ball at here outside so she came in we all threw the ball and someone hit her in the chest. She thought it was me everyone ran away then she punch me pushed me on the floor and repeatedly Kick punch and stop me on me almost breaking my glasses. Then my siste

A little overpriced, and no one making sure little kids (under 7) don't run across everyone's trampoline square. No supervision at Dodge Ball, a bit disorganized. Overall fun and as expected. Essentially the same as any other trampoline park such as Sky Zone, etc.

So I purchased a water bottle for my kids they were very thirsty it was the only 2$ I had with me at the moment . After spending 200$ on bracelets. They gave me gatorade instead of a water very hot not even room temperature. They did not want to give me my money back or exchange it for a cold one. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager responded with they could not do anything for me. I said fine exchanged words with the supervisor and they asked me to leave. As I'm leaving I stop to put my sons shoes

Nice facility overall. Friendly and very attentive staff. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the place is quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning it doesn't look like it's been dusted ever, but that's easy to correct. The floor in the lounge it was covered in sticky something yuck! not so great for kids walking around in socks then thacking it onto the trampolines.

Amazing place ! Kids love it , we went to birthday party and it was great ??, definitely will plan to go again and i do recommend it ,

The kids loved this place I think it's a bit pricey. But overall they had fun

Awesome place for kids and teenagers, big variety of trampolines and other entertainments. They renovated 1 zone, and now it's even better and offers more of fun and space to eat and relax.

This place offers a very American ninja warrior style set up. They have two different ?course? areas. One being very challenging you would need skills to complete and another easier one that big kids could complete (Over 8). There aren't that many actual just trampolines. This is a skills/tricks type of place. There are two large boxes in trampoline areas where you can do tricks off a hard wall. One area where you can fall backwards onto a large pillow. One area where you can trapeze type swing over foam pi

DEFY was a great place to take my kids on a holiday weekend. Full disclaimer ?as a parent I really needed to watch my kiddos to make sure that they were using the facilities at their own abilities. I would NOT suggest this for a drop and go or something to go to and just chat with a friend if you have kids under the age of 12. It takes staff AND parents to keep the kids safe. Because, as you know, a lot of the kiddos feel pretty invincible at that age.

My child always have a good time when he go there. Some of the staff is friendly. I wish it was not as crowded considering everything that's going on.

Love it! 1- A lot of ways to entertain kids 2- Staff is very friendly and helpful 3- it is worth to have the membership even if you visit once a month Areas of improvement possible 1- Too many and unnecessary whistle blowing 2- The rest areas for the parents are out of control. People have shoes on seats and kids with sweaty feet on them. Not too sanitary to use after all 3- Staff should intervene when they see any wrongdoing not only when equipment misused but also when bullying/misconduct happens among t

Love this place! It's clean, has lots of supervision and so much space to run around and burn some energy. They always have a fun playlist going and lots of activities. Obstacle courses, basketball, and a new slide installation!

Be prepared to sweat your tail off. Not just a trampoline park at all. Obstacles, ninja warrior type courses, swings and hoops adorn this adolescent kids indoor playground. Great place for birthday parties too!

Great place for friends and family! We had a blast. Just FYI Adults you will be super sore the next day! But so worth it!

Take your kids to have Fun. The place is really Nice. They have many diferente areas to have Fun it's really Nice. But sometimes BIG Kids take the Game/spot for them and don't let the Kids play, and no monitor looks and fix that. But the place is Fun and everything is very new. They have place to celebrate birthday party too, with a good Service.

DEFY Orlando was one of, if not, the best trampoline places I've ever been to! I love how they mix in all the different types of trampolines all into a safe place for all ages. You don't get the competitive feel you get at other trampoline places, its all inclusive. I loved it here and would highly recommend this for anyone of any age.

Great place to bring your kids. Staff is sometimes nice but not vary interactive with guest.

The place is fabulous, my children have a lot of fun, it has changed a lot for the fun of the children, but I must honestly recommend that the guys who attend and sell the tickets need to have more courtesy, a better attitude, because attention to the public must be essential .

It was our second time there. The kids enjoyed it and already asking to go back.

I got there early to avoid the crowd, and it was very empty from 9am-9:40 on a Saturday. It worked perfectly for my kids' first trip to a trampoline park. The staff was present and helpful as soon as the doors open. 1 hour was enough for my boys to try every obstacle at least once. They are already talking about going back! Thanks for the fun.

My kids had a blast with all the attractions, especially the ninja course and foam pit. The staff was super friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. Great place for both kids and adults. Highly recommend for a fun day out!

This is supposed to be a place for families and kids especially but it is not unless you ok with extremely loud club music not appropriate for kids . If you care about your kids this place has good things to offer but they need to understand the difference between an adult environment a adult environment

Awesome place!! We have monthly flight passes and use them weekly!! During the week is nice, however, I wouldnt recommend the weekends unless you are going to a birthday party, it gets incredibly packed in there! Well maintained, clean, friendly staff, always willing to help!! Take your kids!!!

So fun! And I love the staff, they are mostly young and full of energy! Sometimes you get the dull teenager at the dodgeball area that doesn't control the game which makes it not so fun. Overall, it is worth the subscription.

What a fun place for the whole family. Highly recommended! Make sure to wear comfortable clothes.

Seems like a ton of fun but definitely better for older kids 5+. Would love to one day see little hours like 9am on Sunday or something. ETA: you guys have GOT to turn the music down - the decibels read reliably over 90db. It's the music, not the kids. And over 85 consistently you're actually responsible for monitoring your employees hearing - so just turn it down a bit.

Great experience for kids. Found them on Groupon and decided to give it a try. The vibe was nice and everyone had fun.

I took my daughter here for her birthday she had an amazing time and it wasn't super expensive I will definitely go back

Nice place, a lot of interesting things for children, every time they like it there, and a lot of places for parents to sit and watch the children

Sky Zone, where I unwind, Book in hand, son bouncing mind. Snacks in tow, we have a blast, Quality time, that will truly last.

I went there with my boyfriend for something out of the blue on a Monday. You have to buy socks but that's no problem ($6 w/ tax) and the extra dollar goes to St. Judes! A lot of fun with multiple activities. Foam block pits. Ropes. Slide. Swing. Trapeze bar. Ramos. Basketball. Etc. Buy tickets in advance and set up your time for no wait. HYDRATE.

The staff was great and Super kid friendly. First 2 hours after they opened was the best. Was not so packed at that time.

Best trampoline park in Orlando. Come before noon to avoid the crowds. My kids (ages 4, 7 and 10) had an amazing time and didn't want to leave

Excellent place for children to exercise, practice balance, feel adrenaline and have a fun time... but the prices are high, I thought the price is expensive... They should study that aspect....

My grandson had his birthday party here. Helpful staff, lots of fun for the children. Very busy, and lots of children hopping around, but it smells like sweaty boys and dirty feet. Not my cup of tea but the children had a ball.

Great place to have your kid?s birthday & also burn their extra energy

Brandon was a excellent party host my child had a wonderful time

it was really really fun for my birthday me and my cousin had a blast

Didn't like the attitude of any of the employees, they were all rude or looked miserable. BY THE WAY, if you have grip socks from elsewhere, THEY WILL MAKE YOU BUY THEIR "SKYZONE" SOCKS BECAUSE THEYRE MONEY HUNGRY. @ Their water fountains also served hot water which was not satisfying after such a workout. It's a pretty small location as well and staff is watching you constantly & bickering.

Great time for kids and adults. Did a birthday party there, staff was great. Room was too small though for the number of guests we had.

Super Fun!!! Definitely will tire kids and parents out. Great date night.

Sky zone needs a real Manager at the facility with ability to help the customers.

0 stars for this location. the worst place i?ve ever been or taken my children to ESPECIALLY FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! supposed to be a kid friendly environment yet the staff is very rude & made this a terrible experience for a birthday party . especially was very rude about my autistic 4 year old nephew. very judgy. spent more time going back and forth with them and the kids could only play for 30 min if that. felt very unwelcome. never will return. & will steer anyone i talk to away from this location as we

Expensive food but fun for the kids and adults at times.

Lots of fun and the staff was amazing!!! Definitely going back?

Be careful with this place, they subscribe you to memberships that you have not requested and they did not offer you at any time, I went one day and the following month I received another charge for $84. I called and talked to a general manager her name is Laura and she didn't give me any solution, I went to the site and talked to another manager in person and he told me that he couldn't do anything. The solution they gave me is to go to the website and cancel the membership. They just scammed me.

Young people that work here are not friendly. Staff doesn't explain rules. My son got a drink and wasn't told we could only take water on the floor. I had to choose watch my son or throw a 4.99 drink away he only got two drinks out if. Was yelled at and said can't take that drink on floor only water. I had to ask a parent how did the lockers work. Please explain how it works some of us are here for the first time and could be the last....

It was great my grandkids enjoyed themselves. Even with the social distancing and other precautions. Fun and friendly staff .

my kids had a good time and they love it.

customer service sucks but the people working at the front desk have an attitude as if they are forced to be at their jobs and are not kind enough to explain what the process is for first time visitors but not everything is bad the facilities, price and cleanliness are all good, That's why I'm going to give them 3 stars because the business isn't bad

As an adult I had a great time here. I really feel like my inner child came out to play. Staff was very involved in creating a safe environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
