Came here for my daughter?s 13th birthday. We did not rent a party room, but scored a couple of tables in the back. We lucked out because I happened to have found a Groupon offer the day of and basically got two entries for the price of what one would?ve cost. The kids 15, 12 and 8 enjoyed the openness of the venue. Views of activities not obstructed. The areas were well maintained and reasonably clean. We did feel the attendants could have been much more attentive and watching when the kids wanted to have assistance for the zip line and flying trapeze. Overall, a good experience and a 90 minute visit was just about perfect.

Our time at Skyzone was amazing!!! Came here for my son?s 2nd birthday. Safe to say my son had a blast!Everyone was so welcoming, from the gentleman assisting us at the front desk?to the server inside the party room serving our food, drinks, and cake. Clean, well-maintained, often updated. Courteous and enthusiastic staff keep the energy high for all, whatever you're here with the family or a party. Staff actively cleaning and maintaining equipment unobtrusively. Quickly answered questions. Very helpful. If you have sensory sensitivities, earplugs are highly recommended.

This place is nice. There were actual employees monitoring each play zone and comfy seating for non jumpers at the play zones. The bathrooms are clean. The food they offered were typical pizza, water, and soda available at a decent price. I'd definitely recommend for a nice family day.

I signed up for the basic plan at Lakeland. It turns out that I brought my son to Orlando for a medical appointment and he was very excited because he saw that this one was close by. The staff didn't explain anything to me at check-in. The chic that checked us in didn't bother to tell us anything about the place. Just scanned the barcode from my online confirmation. I had to ask what to do next, being my first time coming here how would I know. I don't know what's what. My son enjoyed himself, though. It's smaller than the one we have been to in Tennessee. Great place to come with kids, try to avoid peak hours might be a bit busy. Other than that, games are great and even my 18 month old had a blast... I would even recommend for teenagers that like to be active and run around. If you buy a monthly membership is not expensive at all.

I booked a birthday party for my daughter at Sky Zone, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The reservation was for two hours?one hour of jumping followed by one hour in a private party room. However, when we arrived, we found that half of the trampoline area was closed for repairs. We just finished having a party here for our son. Frankly, it was awful. I paid nearly $400 for an hour of jumping for the kids, and when my son wanted to go on the slide one more time after his hour was up, the woman literally screamed at him and my husband no. The front desk was a mess, the party attendant was basically useless, and we had to do everything. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I actually feel really sad for my son who left absolutely heartbroken.

Went to celebrate my son birthday, the employee that sold me the tickets offered me a "free month", which is a membership that without been explained I signed up for me and the other 4 kids that went to my kids birthday. I went in the app to cancel a day before that my membership was going to be charged and my cancellation and credit was denied because I had to cancel 3 days before. Celebrated our 4 year old?s birthday. Was a little confusion regarding the room size (26 people) but got it squared with management. Our party hosts Antonio and Kevin were extremely helpful, took the initiative and were so accommodating. Basic membership is garbage. We've taken my grandkids to trampoline parks all over... this is one of the best! We were able to use a Groupon to get a great price, and we were very impressed with both the quality of the facility and all the staff. We were particularly impressed by Antonio. I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Orlando Sky Zone facility. I attempted to redeem a *free buddy pass* clearly promoted on your official Instagram page. Despite following the instructions as posted, I was denied the ability to use the offer without any valid explanation. They recently made changes that are not customer friendly. They got rid of the lockers for you to secure your items while you're at the trampoline area. Now, they want you to pay an extra fee to use the lockers or you have to carry your personal belongings with you so they don't get stolen! The place is dirty and they got rid of the trampolines on the right side of the park and replaced it with a basketball court so now there's less jumping area for the kids. Nice place. A little small compared to other trampoline places, but overall, it's a pretty good place. I have to admit the monthly cost is a bit high and the more expensive than other places. It doesn't include a bring a friend or parents jump for free like most places. My daughter loves it, so we'll keep coming back.

First time here being invited for a 10 year old baby girl and my 6 and 15 years old had a great time along with my wife and my self which means that this place is perfect for all family members from all different ages . Prices are reasonable and the place is a lot of fun . I have never seen so many active kids in one place , unlike the parks where you walk and ride, kids here truly move and run around to get all this energy out of their system. It reminds me when I was a kid my self .

This place is awesome! It's big and has a good variety of activities the kids can do not just jump. My kids really enjoyed it. It was busy but no overly packed. I did everything online so all I had to do was check-in and the kids got to jump away. I honestly like this place better than others we have visited. Give it a try it will not disappoint. They do not sell food, they do have a few vending machines for drinks.

The manager i dealt with was very nice and handled my big family and party with great customer service i wish i got her name with braids. while we were jumping i understand they doing their job but the approach and the rules are kind of ridiculous i don't need people following me and telling me i have to leave a 2 year old jump alone when i showing her how to jump independently. But fast forward to the Party room which was the worst part of it all. when i went to check in the room at 4:42pm nothing was done

Bad experience. TJ was a rude and disrespectful staff member. The cashier had approved our recently purchased grip socks and when it was time for our jump session TJ would not let us enter the jump zone. Contradicting what the checkin staff member just approved. They need to find better more pleasant customer service friendly staff members. My experience today was negative.

Place is awesome.... Had some time to kill in Orlando before our flight out and the kids loved this spot. They have a lot of cool activities that normal trampoline places don't have and it was not busy at all... Definitely worth a look

My two sons (and I) loved this place!! There were so many different things to do and we all had a great time doing them all! The socks (which are required) are super cheap and extremely cute. We were provided a locker for our possessions, socks and shoes that we wore to the building. For the price that we paid, we got to do so much for a good amount of time. We will definitely be going back!

Paid basically $30 for my 3 year old to be able to use almost none of the attractions, everything was mostly 5 or 7 and up.

Great fun for kids. Nice couches in observation area. Its nice that there are only 2 exit points from the active area and parents can view both exits from the observation area. You can release the kids and relax about where they are at. Lost one star because it's too pricey per hour. Sometimes they have a groupon deal that helps.

Friendly staff, we had a great time. The only thing I didn't like was that they make you buy THEIR socks, you can't bring grip socks that you already have in your home. That's an extra $3 per person! My family is of 7!! For the rest, I liked it and the kids enjoyed it as well!

Wow! My family and I had a blast here! There's so much to do, zip line , trampoline, dodgeball ect, your family will definitely have a great time. They free have lockers for your belongings, they sell the socks you need for $3 a pair with some very good choices from toddler to adult sizes. You can bring a stroller and wheelchair in, plenty of space for it even on a crowded day. They don't have a little mini space to buy food and drinks, they don't allow it either, so I would eat before or after I go to Defy

So I purchased a water bottle for my kids they were very thirsty it was the only 2$ I had with me at the moment . After spending 200$ on bracelets.They gave me gatorade instead of a water very hot not even room temperature. They did not want to give me my money back or exchange it for a cold one. Nice facility overall. Friendly and very attentive staff. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the place is quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning it doesn't look like it's been dusted ever, but that's easy to correct. The floor in the lounge it was covered in sticky something yuck! not so great for kids walking around in socks then thacking it onto the trampolines.

Awesome place for kids and teenagers, big variety of trampolines and other entertainments. They renovated 1 zone, and now it's even better and offers more of fun and space to eat and relax.

This place offers a very American ninja warrior style set up. They have two different ?course? areas. One being very challenging you would need skills to complete and another easier one that big kids could complete (Over 8). There aren't that many actual just trampolines. DEFY was a great place to take my kids on a holiday weekend. Full disclaimer ?as a parent I really needed to watch my kiddos to make sure that they were using the facilities at their own abilities. I would NOT suggest this for a drop and go or something to go to and just chat with a friend if you have kids under the age of 12. It takes staff AND parents to keep the kids safe. Because, as you know, a lot of the kiddos feel pretty invincible at that age.

My child always have a good time when he go there. Some of the staff is friendly. I wish it was not as crowded considering everything that's going on.

DEFY Orlando was one of, if not, the best trampoline places I've ever been to! I love how they mix in all the different types of trampolines all into a safe place for all ages. You don't get the competitive feel you get at other trampoline places, its all inclusive. I loved it here and would highly recommend this for anyone of any age.

I got there early to avoid the crowd, and it was very empty from 9am-9:40 on a Saturday. It worked perfectly for my kids' first trip to a trampoline park. The staff was present and helpful as soon as the doors open. 1 hour was enough for my boys to try every obstacle at least once. They are already talking about going back! Thanks for the fun.

This is supposed to be a place for families and kids especially but it is not unless you ok with extremely loud club music not appropriate for kids . Awesome place!! We have monthly flight passes and use them weekly!! During the week is nice, however, I wouldnt recommend the weekends unless you are going to a birthday party, it gets incredibly packed in there! Well maintained, clean, friendly staff, always willing to help!! Take your kids!!!

So fun! And I love the staff, they are mostly young and full of energy! Sometimes you get the dull teenager at the dodgeball area that doesn't control the game which makes it not so fun. Overall, it is worth the subscription.

Seems like a ton of fun but definitely better for older kids 5+. Would love to one day see little hours like 9am on Sunday or something. ETA: you guys have GOT to turn the music down - the decibels read reliably over 90db. It's the music, not the kids. And over 85 consistently you're actually responsible for monitoring your employees hearing - so just turn it down a bit.

I went there with my boyfriend for something out of the blue on a Monday. You have to buy socks but that's no problem ($6 w/ tax) and the extra dollar goes to St. Judes! A lot of fun with multiple activities. Foam block pits. Ropes. Slide. Swing. Trapeze bar. Ramos. Basketball. Etc. Buy tickets in advance and set up your time for no wait. HYDRATE.

The staff was great and Super kid friendly. First 2 hours after they opened was the best. Was not so packed at that time.

Didn't like the attitude of any of the employees, they were all rude or looked miserable. BY THE WAY, if you have grip socks from elsewhere, THEY WILL MAKE YOU BUY THEIR "SKYZONE" SOCKS BECAUSE THEYRE MONEY HUNGRY. @ Their water fountains also served hot water which was not satisfying after such a workout. It's a pretty small location as well and staff is watching you constantly & bickering.

Be careful with this place, they subscribe you to memberships that you have not requested and they did not offer you at any time, I went one day and the following month I received another charge for $84. I called and talked to a general manager her name is Laura and she didn't give me any solution, I went to the site and talked to another manager in person and he told me that he couldn't do anything. The solution they gave me is to go to the website and cancel the membership. They just scammed me.

Young people that work here are not friendly. Staff doesn't explain rules. My son got a drink and wasn't told we could only take water on the floor. I had to choose watch my son or throw a 4.99 drink away he only got two drinks out if. Was yelled at and said can't take that drink on floor only water. I had to ask a parent how did the lockers work. Please explain how it works some of us are here for the first time and could be the last....
