Having a party then waiting 2 hours to sit is ridiculous! Then when it came time for the actual they messed up the time. Miguel literally saved the night snd the party! It says under 6 should be supervised by an adult but I think all kids should be supervised! Some of these kids are mean. And their parents? Eyes glued to their phone! We will not be continuing our membership.

This trampoline park is amazing. My kids enjoyed it so much! Staff is wonderful. They greet you and explain everything so well for first timers. Definitely recommend.

I've been coming here multiple times a week for years, even through COVID, because their supertramp was amazing for training flips. They replaced it with the worst trampoline I've ever been on and it's been months. The supertramp was the only reason I came, so it's unlikely I'll be back.

Luke and Aaliyah were great at helping during our party. Staff at party check in was helpful and friendly. Downside was how crowded the place was. I have been at least 10 times and never seen it so crowded. Apparently that is normal for weekends now according to one worker, but maybe they shouldn't book so many party?s overlapping to decrease the crowds jumping. Also there was very limited seating for parents.

Best investment i have ever made. Most of my kids friends birthdays are held there. There so much to do it's hard to get board of this place my kids have had a membership for about 6 months and they go 1 or 2 times a week and they still get excited every time. I highly recommend this place

Went for a bday. Got the basic package. I was shocked at the price and time allowed. Hundreds of dollars spent for 1 hr of jumping and 1 hr to use their space for the bday. We were upstairs. No elevators avail. Leave your strollers downstairs or if you have a disabled person with you, good luck trying to get them upstairs. The positive to the place is location, alot of parking, and huge area for the kids to play.

Today was my first time bringing the kids to skyzone and they absolutely enjoyed it!!! The environment is so lively we loved it. I would suggest more seating but other than that it was quick and fun! My check in process lasted only 20 minutes (mind you it was incredibly busy) and the cashier in black named Kodiak was very welcoming and made it all a breeze. I attempted to cancel my membership before being charged, but their website did not show any active memberships under my name. Went here for a birthday celebration on 01/29/22. The trampolines were fun and for all ages. They also provide you socks w/ bottom grips, which I was able to take them home after. The only downfall was half of the lockers were not working. Also, because there was so many parties going on, the hot food menu was not available (except for the Nachos)for regular customers. Purchased passes for myself and my kids on Groupon. Passes were for 6pm on a Friday and we waited in line for 30-40 minutes before getting our wrist bands to jump. Lots of parties were scheduled that day apparently. Also, make sure you and your group keep your wristbands on at all times. My 2yr old ripped his off within 30 minutes. Love this place. They offer a monthly membership for $26 bucks. It has a three month commitment but it's worth it. Trampoline, ropes, basketball on a trampoline, pits full of cushions to crawl through.

We have enjoyed Defy for over a year now! It has something for everyone and my 2 boys have been able to grow in confidence trying out all the different areas. However, when we were there today I was disappointed to see a video game installed. I understand it involves movement, but I feel it is unnecessary and annoying as I have to shoo my kids away when they get stuck watching it. The facility itself has great potential with a variety of fun activities for all ages, but unfortunately, the staff's lack of competence significantly diminished the overall enjoyment. My kids love this place. Sometimes though it is so overcrowded and they don't have as much staff as they use to monitoring everyone. Once it became Skyzone I feel like they brought used equipment. All the foam looks dirty and ripped. Overall a good time for the kids.

Been taking my kids here for a few years. Place is deteriorating with no care about the facility or the customers that are there. This zip line was my son?s favorite. The thing barely works. The wheels ball bearing are shot and the whole thing needs WD-40 and lubrication. Gets stuck every 12?. The bubble jumping area needs inflation badly. I was visiting family this weekend, but was looking for something fun for the kids to do and stumbled upon this place and made a reservation. The kids had a blast and were running all over the place. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, and they'll stay entertained the entire time you're there. I really enjoyed taking my family to Defy in Clovis. The location is big, the equipment is clean; including the tables and restrooms. The staff is easily available throughout the facility; the only staff member I got to talk to was Cameron and he was a very nice young man. He helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. I had 4 memberships with them for years, over $100/month equalling $1,000s. I haven't taken my kids in forever, but have paid every month. Today we went in and they changed the rules to members can't go after 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. This was never in my contract. They do have a section on limitations, however, this is not one of them. They would not let my kids go In just after 1pm, despite this being a breach of contract. Honestly a great time, for adults and kids! Getting their membership is a STEAL!! We've gone twice this month and it has already paid for itself. I think the facilities are kept pretty clean, and the staff seem to be pretty vigilant about keeping an eye out for anything. I went for a childs' birthday party. I watched as the skyzone "party coordinator" set up the tables, decorations, and drinks. My friend was able to tend to her guest instead. All the activities are cool too. I didn't participate today. The kids were doing so cool tricks.

We've gone to defiant couple of times with family and as a birthday package. The kids had so much fun we decided to buy a membership. Everybody that works there is nice, but the girls at the front desk are especially nice. There are nice seating areas, snacking areas, a good snack bar - and I love the fact I can bring in my own food. Definitely a nice place to bring kids to get ?the wiggles? out.

The reasons for giving them 3 stars is that: i) supervising staff are rather passive towards teens that can be reckless/inconsiderate of younger participants, ii) I specifically asked for their one month membership package, but they instead kept charging my card till I figured it out!

We love it here we come a few times a week. It can get really busy sometimes and hard to stay close to my younger son. I wish there was a gate to hold the little ones in to give parents time to catch up. I appreciate the staff being understanding with my autistic non verbal son. It's challenging coming to a place like this with a special needs kids but the staff is very understanding I just wish some of the parents could be the same.

Place was full of energy and the service was amazing. My wife and I had a birthday party for her son that turned 10 family and friends came. Only thing is you need a family bathroom, handicap access to the balcony and hot wings were served cold. But it was our first time and we didn't know what to expect. I booked a room with the park online and paid my deposit. 5 days before the party I decided to call to be sure everything was set up since I had not heard from them and I'd never done a party there before. That is when I found out that they had my reservation and deposit but had not assigned a party room to me and they were all full. Jumpers have a lot of fun . But DO NOT BOOK FOR PARTIES. They threw away the left of over cake supposedly (almost half was left) They rip you off by saying they have souvenirs- it's only a plastic water bottles and 2 stickers - with one free jump pass. 2 year old and under are NOT FREE. They make it seem like it but you pay full price for the parent accompanying them. You are obligated to get pizza and soda from them even if you would like to bring your own food and would like to use only their party room.

It's a great time and a lot of fun for both me and my nephew every time we go. I get that the staff has rules to go by in order to keep everyone safe but some of them are at the cost of having fun, keep that in mind. We had the Epic Party Package and our party was great! Check-in was easy for everyone. Party room was decorated and our party helper was amazing! Stress free party planning! Took my grand children to Defy in Clovis today. They loved it. They love doing front and back flips on the trampolines. I noticed some TV screens maybe 4 of them which had I believe virtual games playing on them which is right up my one grandsons alley. Don't take your teenagers here. One of the workers SPIT on my son because he was talking to the workers girlfriend who also worked there. Home boy got insecure of a 14 year old and spit on him! Yes, the cops were called and were pressing charges. The manager decided it's a good idea to also ban my son because of this incident. So my teen gets spit on by the worker and then gets banned. Crazy. Also Gavin, the worker locked himself in a room when my husband showed up lol that worker better get fired.
