Customer Reviews

Excellent customer service! They were ultra helpful in helping us set up for my son's birthday party yesterday. He and his friends had a great time jumping and playing in the facility. My son and his friends really enjoyed being there and then having the pizza and refreshments afterwards. I am very happy with all the assistance we had from Marco, Brennan and the rest of the staff. From setting up the tables, helping us decorate, to bringing out the food, water and soft drinks, their top package was w

Having a party then waiting 2 hours to sit is ridiculous! Then when it came time for the actual they messed up the time. Miguel literally saved the night snd the party! He was so helpful and went out of his way! Hes the only reason im giving this place any stars at all! He should be managing this unorganized place!

It says under 6 should be supervised by an adult but I think all kids should be supervised! Some of these kids are mean. And their parents? Eyes glued to their phone! We will not be continuing our membership.

This trampoline park is amazing. My kids enjoyed it so much! Staff is wonderful. They greet you and explain everything so well for first timers. Definitely recommend.

I've been coming here multiple times a week for years, even through COVID, because their supertramp was amazing for training flips. They replaced it with the worst trampoline I've ever been on and it's been months. The supertramp was the only reason I came, so it's unlikely I'll be back.

Luke and Aaliyah were great at helping during our party. Staff at party check in was helpful and friendly. Downside was how crowded the place was. I have been at least 10 times and never seen it so crowded. Apparently that is normal for weekends now according to one worker, but maybe they shouldn't book so many party?s overlapping to decrease the crowds jumping. Also there was very limited seating for parents.

As a customer that was excited to bring my family. I will no longer come back. I don't trust this company. The employee that helped me never mentioned that I will be signing up for a membership. He told me that he was just charging me for a new time stamp because we came at a later time from free passes from a friends birthday party. This employee needs to say what he's charging people for. They don't want to give me my money back for their employees wrong doing. Be alert about what you are being charged f

Sure thing. I had hoped that the rebranding of this facility would lead to improved customer service. However, both my mother and I encountered several issues during our visits. While I appreciate the friendliness of your staff, it has become evident that they may not be adequately trained for their roles, particularly in handling contractual agreements. During my visit two months ago, I was approached about signing up for a monthly membership to receive a discount same day. Despite my initial refusal, I fe

Great place for the family. Time is structured well so it's not too crowded. Staff was amazing as well. It was a busy Saturday, and everyone was friendly, and accommodating. We will be back.

Best investment i have ever made. Most of my kids friends birthdays are held there. There so much to do it's hard to get board of this place my kids have had a membership for about 6 months and they go 1 or 2 times a week and they still get excited every time. I highly recommend this place

Love this place for the kiddos, plenty of staff that are supervising. Most parents are glued to their phone. Kids grow up so fast, enjoy their joy and abilities.

Went for a bday. Got the basic package. I was shocked at the price and time allowed. Hundreds of dollars spent for 1 hr of jumping and 1 hr to use their space for the bday. We were upstairs. No elevators avail. Leave your strollers downstairs or if you have a disabled person with you, good luck trying to get them upstairs. The positive to the place is location, alot of parking, and huge area for the kids to play.

Today was my first time bringing the kids to skyzone and they absolutely enjoyed it!!! The environment is so lively we loved it. I would suggest more seating but other than that it was quick and fun! My check in process lasted only 20 minutes (mind you it was incredibly busy) and the cashier in black named Kodiak was very welcoming and made it all a breeze. Not to mention also how stunning lol the garcias will be back soon skyzone!

Kodiak and Madison were very helpful and courteous. They made me and my family feel like we were at home!

Very disappointed took my 4 kids here and they did not have fun at all the staff is very very rude. And just let kids do whatever they want. The check in staff was very pushy about signing up for a membership even though I had said several times we don't come enough to get that. My oldest daughter (14) was denied access to almost everything. Even though she was playing with her 5 yr old brother. This place has gone down hill since the name change. Next time I'll save some money and go to syctron or no surre

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Defy?s membership cancellation process and customer service. I attempted to cancel my membership before being charged, but their website did not show any active memberships under my name. I also called customer service, left a voicemail, and never received a response. Since I couldn't cancel online, I went to the location in person, where an employee helped me cancel. However, by that time, my account had already been charged $89, and the cancellation only app

My kids went here for a birthday party and had a blast! They loved all of the trampolines & the slides & everything. Busy the whole time!

I came one weekend with my friends and we had a lot of questions about membership and how everything works and Aboud helped us out explained everything for us we will definitely be coming back!

We love this place ! Great place for kids AND adults to stay active. They have great membership deals and discounts on menu items if you do decide to become a member. Can't go wrong here. Come check them out :)

Place is amazing energy release for my kids. They can be here all day. So we have been coming here since before it changed from Defy to Sky Zone, how ever I just found out elite membership benefits and I must say very beneficial to have. Just wanted to thank Jeremiah for the information & Very welcoming and approachable.

Just went for my son's 6th birthday (no party through them, just us going for the day), and it was pretty epic! We got tickets and did waivers online, as well as bought the Defy grip socks you need to use that have some cool design options for kids. We missed our initial time to go jump by 15 minutes while we got settled with lockers (free and easy to use, though small so getting a backpack in is a little tight, we just used 2) and bathrooms (squeaky clean!), so we had to get a new color-coded wristband for

So we went to celebrate my sons birthday this past Saturday 4/12 , we paid for there biggest party package & you would think we would have gotten treated a lot better than how we did , first when we checked in at the party desk the girl who checked us in (JADE) was super rude & had the biggest attitude, it's like she hates her job , when we asked her any questions it was like it annoyed her to answer our questions , then after all that when it came time for us to go to our party room we were told one of th

We are Elite members, and we absolutely love this place . It's clean ,with a lot of different options for our boys . The staff is very attentive ! We definitely enjoy coming here .

Went here for a birthday celebration on 01/29/22. The trampolines were fun and for all ages. They also provide you socks w/ bottom grips, which I was able to take them home after. The only downfall was half of the lockers were not working. Also, because there was so many parties going on, the hot food menu was not available (except for the Nachos)for regular customers. The reason was they were overwhelmed with pizza orders. I really wanted some waffle fries.??

Super friendly environment, employees are nice and helpful especially Kedryon Ford (he helped me with my membership) all around a great place to bring your kids for a night out!

Best trampoline park ever i am going to visit it on my friend?s birthday i have came here twice before had a great experience

The whole family had a great time. Reccomend getting the elite membership if you have a big family.. It's the cheapest option and you can go back during the week. I think 2 hours on weekends. Great value.

Purchased passes for myself and my kids on Groupon. Passes were for 6pm on a Friday and we waited in line for 30-40 minutes before getting our wrist bands to jump. Lots of parties were scheduled that day apparently. Also, make sure you and your group keep your wristbands on at all times. My 2yr old ripped his off within 30 minutes. He and I walked off of the jump area to get water and when we returned, one of the employees asked for his wristband. I explained he tore it off and I couldn't find it in my pock

Great place to bring the kiddos/teens/even adults! Many different trampolines to jump on, different foam pits, and even a dodge ball space to play! You are required to purchase their grip socks, it's only $2-$4 for a pair.

I liked this place the first time I went, but consecutive visits have changed my mind entirely. This place takes advantage of the fact that 85% of parents park themselves in the provided seating areas and stare at their phones while the teen-aged staff wanders the floor, dismissing problems, treating children like crap, and doing just enough to collect a paycheck. Multiple visits have resulted in me watching staff using their authority to mistreat children when parents weren't watching. This last visit my

The boy's had a great time at Defy. They had 1hr and a half of jump time. It was nice way to get everyone back together after being in confinement for more then a year. The staff was nice and helpful. We took advantage of Groupon and saved some cash.

It was so much fun. The children, teens and adults really enjoyed their time together ??.

This is the worst place to go for a bday party! Very unorganized and they didn't even give a party room! The prices are outrageous for food n admission! We will not be going back that's for sure!!!

A great place to burn off some energy! We recently signed up for the family membership, which has been a fun alternative to the more expensive cost of a formal gymnastics class for our 4 kids. At first, I thought our not-quite-three year old twins would be too young, but I was wrong! For those with little kids, my #1 suggestion is to get there at opening time on a week day! Especially when school is in session, the early morning jump is basically deserted. There is a lot of space for littles to enjoy thems

Great place for young kids to go and jump safely! As long as they don't run into other kiddos. Also awesome venue for birthday parties. You can bring your own water and non alcoholic drinks! Pizza and soda included in the package.

Me and my family came to sky zone and we were having a great time and I rolled my ankle and aboud help me up and took me to a seat and gave me an ice pack thanks to aboud my ankle feels better

I had previously (about 1 year ago) rated this place a 5 star. Well that along with the staff and manager, so unprofessional, when I had asked to speak to the manager he was across the were they now have the check in for birthday parties. You can tell by the way he walked he was annoyed, someone called for his presences. My complain was due I have a basic membership (not elite which is the second option)and on the weekends (sat-sun) you are only allowed to jump before 1pm. I seriously do not recall this b

We came as part of a party and let me tell you, I would not spend my own money to come here! $10 for a pitcher of water! Go to no Surrender! You can get free water or like $2 for a pitcher! And the prices are so much more reasonable! The people are so much nicer, and they know what they are doing. There is way more for the kids to do too. I watched as kids were doing cartwheels 2 employees were watching while the overhead speaker says flips are not allowed. So much for safety! This place is not worth the co

So this one is even better than the one in Visalia but there was one thing that to me is absolutely ridiculous that this company does. So we have full membership passes for Visalia we go all the time and since in Clovis thought let's go this one and check it out. They tell us same company but they don't share memberships so we would have to buy all new passes to jump today. So same company, same membership card cause they just added Clovis onto the cards we had already electronically. I might be nitpicking

Outstanding trampoline park filled with wholesome activities for the whole family. Our grandchildren had a blast. Highly recommend!

Love this place. They offer a monthly membership for $26 bucks. It has a three month commitment but it's worth it. Trampoline, ropes, basketball on a trampoline, pits full of cushions to crawl through.

We have enjoyed Defy for over a year now! It has something for everyone and my 2 boys have been able to grow in confidence trying out all the different areas. However, when we were there today I was disappointed to see a video game installed. I understand it involves movement, but I feel it is unnecessary and annoying as I have to shoo my kids away when they get stuck watching it. I really hope you will reconsider what to use that space for. Thank you, Brenda Perez

I thought this place was amazing. Wonderful time with my family kids and a great experience. Definitely come again.

I recently visited Sky Zone in Clovis and was quite disappointed with the experience. The facility itself has great potential with a variety of fun activities for all ages, but unfortunately, the staff's lack of competence significantly diminished the overall enjoyment. The employees seemed poorly trained and disorganized. Basic safety protocols were not consistently enforced, and when assistance was needed, the staff appeared confused and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism and knowledge not only crea

My kids love this place. Sometimes though it is so overcrowded and they don't have as much staff as they use to monitoring everyone. Once it became Skyzone I feel like they brought used equipment. All the foam looks dirty and ripped. Overall a good time for the kids.

Great fun for everyone!! Kids can get a lot of built up energy out, especially when it's raining outside and there's not a lot of things they can do at home.

Let me start by saying I rarely leave negative reviews or feedback. I really wanted to share my experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I would give this place zero stars if I could!! Beware of doing a membership with this company! I came in to cancel (3 weeks before due) the person had me fill out a form and told me I wouldn't be charged in September. I was charged this month over $50! I called the front desk and said I wasn't canceled so the person failed to summit it!! The lady I spoke to on phon

Great place. For all day $29.99 can't beat that for entertaining two 9yo's. Bring your own water and snacks though food and water is a bit pricey. Overall kids had fun and plenty of seating for adults

Not great for bday parties. Very different party situation from Defy. We booked a birthday party from 12:15- 2:15. You do not get to use the party room until the last hr of the party. So parents and non jumpers have to fight for a seat in lobby or wander around for an hr. Also when parents are coming in they do not know where to go as the room is not ready! We got to go in the party room at 1pm . Once in the room the host came and cut the wristbands off so the kids could not jump anymore. She also had an

We love this place, we became members to get all the deals. My boys wanted their birthdays there right away. I love how the employees watch the kids to make sure nobody gets hurt or fights. Foam blocks are the new balls. Definitely a fun time for the kids.??

BE AWARE!!! If you get a membership and want to cancel, do it yourself online and do not trust them at the front desk because they lie and tell you it's cancelled yet keep charging you!!! We came here planning to only get a one day pass however we were informed that the price for a one day pass was the same as a monthly membership that they said you can cancel anytime by calling, going online or asking one of the associates at the front. Okay so I got the monthly membership. I planned to only keep it for 1

Our family had a blast we would definitely come back thank you to the representative at the counter that was able to help us because the Groupon tickets did not go through you still able to give us a good discount thank you from all of us here from Seattle thank you we will definitely come back and we would recommend you to any family that is looking to take their friends family members on an outing thank you once again

Love the atmosphere and my children enjoy all the different obstacle courses. I would not recommend a birthday party. I purchased the Mega VIP package and was very disappointed. I had to remind the party host to bring the items included in my package and my son didn't end up getting his special shirt included in the package. The room was super hot and small. I had to keep tracking down the host to ask for drinks or supplies. When it came to doing cake we asked him if he was going to initiate it and cut the

It's a Fun place to visit. However management needs to do a better job of Sanitizing Traffic Areas.

Great place for kids. Big tnx to Ms Dora.

Been taking my kids here for a few years. Place is deteriorating with no care about the facility or the customers that are there. This zip line was my son?s favorite. The thing barely works. The wheels ball bearing are shot and the whole thing needs WD-40 and lubrication. Gets stuck every 12?. The bubble jumping area needs inflation badly. These conditions make it not so fun and very unsafe for our kids. I made it a point to address this with two employees today who could care less. It was almost like ?don?

I flip with this place heavily, pun intended. Thank u to kedryon for helping me set up my membership tho.

I was visiting family this weekend, but was looking for something fun for the kids to do and stumbled upon this place and made a reservation. The kids had a blast and were running all over the place. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, and they'll stay entertained the entire time you're there. They give you socks there once you arrive if you don't already have their specialty socks for sanitary reasons. That being said, there were a few adults wearing their own socks and not jumping, then decided to take off

Miguel was very helpful, assisted my kids in what they need and was very efficient and nice.

The park itself is ok. We only went one time. While we had to wait for several of the areas we wanted to use it wasn't horrible. My issue was the monthly charges I wasn't aware of for 4-months. I explained to the person working the counter that my son and I wanted to go for one day so he can work on learning backflips. The young man working the counter let me know that the membership was the best deal for us. I signed up for that not knowing it was a recurring membership that I needed to cancel. I do

My 7 year old boy really enjoyed the place and he gave it a five star! Seems to be cleaned and we'll maintained.

Never going to book a party here again, really disappointing. First and last time doing so. My adult guests just sat around for 2 hours because you can't get the party room until the last hour. I paid the most money for the Mega VIP package just to get a very small room with VERY little seating. I noticed that the parties that paid for the Epic or Basic package got the open party rooms with the most seatings (says it on the papers on the party carts). I don't know what their system is on picking rooms for t

I really enjoyed taking my family to Defy in Clovis. The location is big, the equipment is clean; including the tables and restrooms. The staff is easily available throughout the facility; the only staff member I got to talk to was Cameron and he was a very nice young man. He helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. My kids loved it and we got the monthly membership and we'll be going back again!

I had 4 memberships with them for years, over $100/month equalling $1,000s. I haven't taken my kids in forever, but have paid every month. Today we went in and they changed the rules to members can't go after 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. This was never in my contract. They do have a section on limitations, however, this is not one of them. They would not let my kids go In just after 1pm, despite this being a breach of contract. I am fed up with this place, they cannot just change their contracts as it suits

This place was absolutely amazing! So many options and such a huge facility. We took our daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. They also offer monthly memberships at a great price. Great place to keep kids entertained without being in front of a screen. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This is an excellent place for the kids, teens and even some adults. We personally like it because they don't have screens. Kids can thoroughly enjoy themselves and get a little exercise out of it. Their prices to use the facility are reasonable. The snack bar is priced reasonably as well with some decent options. It would be nice if they introduced alcoholic options for adults and some healthier snack options. Overall, if you're trying to keep your kids away from places with bunch of screens. This indoor p

Lots to do for the kiddos. Definitely recommend this place.

Honestly a great time, for adults and kids! Getting their membership is a STEAL!! We've gone twice this month and it has already paid for itself. I think the facilities are kept pretty clean, and the staff seem to be pretty vigilant about keeping an eye out for anything. Would definitely recommend for any parties, weekends out, or just a good way to wear your kids out

I'm giving it five stars because we have the best time, every time! I would like to, however, say that I wish you guys would have a small section blocked off for toddler age kids. I went today and a whole school bus of kids came and they were reckless! I would?ve loved to keep my kid in there for the full amount of time but it just was not safe. Still a happy customer. It's clean and fun!

Grandkids had a blast! Our Party attendant, Kodiak was the best ever. On top of it the whole time. Made an announcement for the kids for their pizza and kept the drinks flowing. Thank you for all your help Kodiak. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed.??

I went for a childs' birthday party. I watched as the skyzone "party coordinator" set up the tables, decorations, and drinks. My friend was able to tend to her guest instead. All the activities are cool too. I didn't participate today. The kids were doing so cool tricks.

We've gone to defiant couple of times with family and as a birthday package. The kids had so much fun we decided to buy a membership. Everybody that works there is nice, but the girls at the front desk are especially nice. There are nice seating areas, snacking areas, a good snack bar - and I love the fact I can bring in my own food. Definitely a nice place to bring kids to get ?the wiggles? out.

Great experience! It was our first time to Sky Zone, and we had a blast. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of activities, great staff supervision, and comfortable seating for parents to watch the kiddos!

This is a great fun place. The reasons for giving them 3 stars is that: i) supervising staff are rather passive towards teens that can be reckless/inconsiderate of younger participants, ii) I specifically asked for their one month membership package, but they instead kept charging my card till I figured it out!

We love it here we come a few times a week. It can get really busy sometimes and hard to stay close to my younger son. I wish there was a gate to hold the little ones in to give parents time to catch up. I appreciate the staff being understanding with my autistic non verbal son. It's challenging coming to a place like this with a special needs kids but the staff is very understanding I just wish some of the parents could be the same.

Aboud Isif my my second favorite worker he always helps me out

Place was full of energy and the service was amazing. My wife and I had a birthday party for her son that turned 10 family and friends came. Only thing is you need a family bathroom, handicap access to the balcony and hot wings were served cold. But it was our first time and we didn't know what to expect. But now we know what to bring to be prepared, especially if you're hosting a party. And we'll definitely come back. Big thanks to the young gentleman who helped served us. He was polite and a hard worker.

This was a less than great experience. I booked a room with the park online and paid my deposit. 5 days before the party I decided to call to be sure everything was set up since I had not heard from them and I'd never done a party there before. That is when I found out that they had my reservation and deposit but had not assigned a party room to me and they were all full. They told me I could have some tables put together out in the main lobby, change my date or change my time. I opted for the time change s

Jumpers have a lot of fun . But DO NOT BOOK FOR PARTIES. They threw away the left of over cake supposedly (almost half was left) They rip you off by saying they have souvenirs- it's only a plastic water bottles and 2 stickers - with one free jump pass. 2 year old and under are NOT FREE. They make it seem like it but you pay full price for the parent accompanying them. You are obligated to get pizza and soda from them even if you would like to bring your own food and would like to use only their party room.

It's a great time and a lot of fun for both me and my nephew every time we go. I get that the staff has rules to go by in order to keep everyone safe but some of them are at the cost of having fun, keep that in mind. Let adventurous people be adventurous, we complain less when we hurt ourselves if we are actually having fun

We had the Epic Party Package and our party was great! Check-in was easy for everyone. Party room was decorated and our party helper was amazing! Stress free party planning! Defy recommends getting there 30 minutes early and I HIGHLY recommend this so everyone gets lots of jump time. We will be back!

This place is great! I wish the time slots were a bit longer. But overall the staff is kind and caring. The kids always have a blast and as a parent I feel safe just letting them run off while I relax at a table.

Took my grand children to Defy in Clovis today. They loved it. They love doing front and back flips on the trampolines. I noticed some TV screens maybe 4 of them which had I believe virtual games playing on them which is right up my one grandsons alley. The employees were friendly and helpful.and I got a great discount at the snack bar with my membership.

Very dirty place, stood there for 20 mins waiting for someone to clean the tables but no one even cared, I did ask one employee but didn't do anything. AM I Supposed to pick other people trash to be able to sit down?!?!? Ridiculous

Don't take your teenagers here. One of the workers SPIT on my son because he was talking to the workers girlfriend who also worked there. Home boy got insecure of a 14 year old and spit on him! Yes, the cops were called and were pressing charges. The manager decided it's a good idea to also ban my son because of this incident. So my teen gets spit on by the worker and then gets banned. Crazy. Also Gavin, the worker locked himself in a room when my husband showed up lol that worker better get fired.

The place was clean and smelled great. I was afraid there would be a sock smell since this was my first experience. The kids had a great time! All the other kids were respectful and sweet. The staff was attentive and courteous! We are definitely coming back. Great job Defy!

I've enjoyed it. I love their family membership package. My children love there. They never get tired. It's beautiful. Well kept. Sometimes it can get pack (weekends). Best time to go is during the week(:

First time here, and honestly! It's one of the best jump places ?? The observer band is a HUGE win in my book. A total must have. The other jump places need to incorporate this into their company. The party rooms are awesome! Also the staff are great and helpful. Also very glad that you can bring your own food and drinks into the party rooms because some other places (aerozone....) you can't bring anything. Now for the actual area. They have everything for doing ninja warrior stuff, from obsticals to jump

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
