The check-in with the attendant - Ryan was very swift. Ryan was pleasant. He reminded me to complete the waiver. I paid for a locker which required cash only. I would suggest that they add in an option to pay via Apple Pay or Google pay or even tap pay via bank. The lockers were not big enough to house my kids coats. There was a good turnout, My kiddos had a blast. I too joined in on all of the fun. Overall, I would highly recommend. Thanks sky zone for a memorable experience!.
Absolutely terrible experience. This place is complete trash . I have no idea how anyone could feel comfortable bringing their kid here. The staff was beyond rude, completely disorganized, and clearly didn't care about customer service. We hosted a party here, and instead of helping or making it a positive experience, they rushed us out like we were an inconvenience. The attitude from the staff was disgusting, and the lack of professionalism was shocking. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere
First time at Sky Zone. Was there to celebrate my grandsons birthday. They probably have 20 mini trampolines on one floor, and on the second floor is a foam pit for kids under 4. The Sky Zone also sells food and beverages. Plus, they have two small rooms you can use for private birthday parties. The kids appeared to have had a good time. After an hour of jumping around, the kids started to get tired. Happy trampolining. - Dr. Nick C. Cicchino
Horrible experience here. They have no rules and no supervision on the equipment. All kids working here, which some are not helping the little kids. And saw a kid getting very badly hurt by an adult man who was jumping very high and not paying attention to where there are little kids in the way. The kid was badly bleeding from his lips and hurt his head. There was no reaction from the staff members nor any presence of a management. It's unacceptable when it comes to kids' safety protocol. Very unprofessiona
This location straight-up scammed me. The employee at the counter said she could give me a better deal if I signed up for a plan. I said I didn't want to do that; she said she would immediately cancel me, so I get the deal of the plan w/o recurring payments. I agreed. I asked to confirm, and she confirmed I was canceled. A month later, I see I got charged for another month! I called the location, got redirected to an e-mail cancelation and they refused to refund me or acknowledge this employee's misdeeds.
Great Management - I was really impressed with your manager in Charge - he is extremely good as handling customers like myself, along with all concerns he was very impressive and showed great leadership and control. I had a few questions and concerns and he answered quickly and perfectly. Thank you will bring my kids there anytime now. Todd St John
This is the first time I've been here and I brought my son and grandson and they had a blast . Well of the staff were alert to all surroundings and did a wonderful job expressing the rules . The only problem I had was upon arrival and paying I was overcharged by 1 person when the girl (staff) stated that they had a deal that you pay for 2 adults and you get one free . I should?ve looked at my receipt before leaving and spoke to her but I didn't . Be prepared to spend some money cause it's not a $20.00 fun
I would advise extreme caution while visiting this location. The staff is not supervising the safety or enforcing the rules, they simply monitoring the expiration time on your wristbands. Had a few near collision incidents between grown-ups and kids and 1 actual collision that resulted in substantial damage to a child. That's why they make sure you sign the waiver. The staff also wears shoes, so the kids are touching dirty transition mats. Overall, ok experience, but other locations seem to be run much b
I recently visited the Sky Zone in Mount Olive, NJ, and to say it was an unsafe nightmare would be an understatement. This place is an accident waiting to happen. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that safety is not a priority. First, the staff is either completely inattentive or too overwhelmed to enforce any rules. Kids were recklessly jumping all over the place, colliding into each other, and even running across areas where they shouldn't be. There was little to no supervision, and when staff w
Excellent experience! The way they take care of everything for you is nothing short of awesome and really makes the whole party experience manageable and takes away any party stress you may have! The kids had a blast and I was able to enjoy it too! Thank you so much Skyzone and our amazing host Brielle! You guys are doing it right!! ??
Seemed a bit small to me, but the grandson had a blast. They were a bit short handed for employees, but we are in times where not many people want to work.
Great place to bring the kids and family. All ages can jump. Many different options from basketball, Dodgeville, foam puit and of course large trampoline area. No mask required ??snack bar available. Also can have your birthday party or function here!
They need to bring the little leepers back Sundays 930-11 where little kids can play and have the activities and not get trampled by the big kids. It's unfortunate that they got rid of the little kid activities. They would even have story time at the end which we enjoyed
I was there 5 times in the past. But the recent visit experience was disappointing. No birthday party vibes or experience, no host to welcome or guide you through out the party. No one to listen and feels if you buy regular ticket, you will better experience than buy the party package. Horrible experience and pathetic service, will never return to this place and make sure my friends or any known one will never host any party here.
It's incredible that I have a son who is a toddler and I'm just watching him and they don't allow me to be there next to him and they pretend to pay a membership when am not really jumping Not nice at all , I would give m 0 stars if I could.
Love this place! Great facility and friendly staff. My son has participated in both months of dodge ball academy so far this year (as it runs every other month) and loves it! Shout out to Tyrell and Dean for running a great program. We visit this location 2-3 times per week and will continue to do so.
Visited in November ,paid for full month since cashier said it cost almost the same as one visit and will expire in exact one month for the date, finding out ,they were charging my card on a monthly bases and when you call the facility, they gave me an email to get refunded but no one get back to you while they said it will take up to 24 hours only and it has been over a week.
Here today on Presidents? Day looking to have my family enjoy an hour of jumping when we walked in at our scheduled jump time to a line of 50 plus people. As we had already paid for our jump online and had a scheduled time to jump, we looked for ?Lane 2? to proceed, but no lane was visible! So many people! After waiting for 40 minutes to check in, the attendant handed us our jump time stickers which showed our original jump times! Essentially, we would only have 20 minutes to jump since we waited on lin
The kids had a blast! Definitely for the younger crowd, it is a physical, cardio workout the entire time!!
?What is this??? A tramp park for ANTS?!?!? Bruv, I dunno how they charge this much for what they offer. I've been to a few tramp parks in my time, this one is by far the smallest. No place to sit either? Sorry folks, there are way better parks out there with more bang for your buck.
I had a party here for my 4 year old son. I do not recommend this place for a party, unless you want to pay for unorganized chaos. I paid for the most expensive package which stated that I paid for: ?Private Room: Epic Party Package 3:30 pm ? 5:30 pm?. I assumed that meant a private party, but when I arrived they said I didn't have a private party. Anyway, after some back and forth they were able to provide a ?private party.? I must say, this advertising is very misleading. Don't call it a private room if i
Me and my daughter have been coming here for about two years now. We loved it because of ?little leapers?. Thirty dollars for an hour and a half for the two of us and no worrying about big kids running her over. Today we found out that there's no more little leapers. They charged us both to jump ($60), and there were big kids as well as a group of adults bouncing with a 3 year old. We will not be coming back anymore. Too expensive and I don't want my daughter having grown men jumping right next to her. Very
I like taking my kids to sky zone but I am giving it 2 stars because I am frustrated that I bought the annual pass for my 4 kids. I got them for Christmas thinking they would be helpful during the school breaks. The summer hours are only from 4-8pm on weekdays. My kids are young and need to burn energy during the day, night hours don't work for us. I was hoping that getting the annual pass would pay itself off this summer but sadly, it hasn't and I regret even buying them. I also think it's ridiculous they
This is the worst Sky Zone! I went with a 2 & 4 year old. As soon as I got on the mat with a 2 yr old I was told no double jumping! Went into the foam pit the attendant whistled for her she was too far in the pit. I told her she's 2 she doesn't understand. I went back in the pit & he again whistled & told me she won't be allowed back in as she goes into far!! Are you kidding me!! Beside all that compared to other sky Zones they have little to offer other than a jumping pad & dodge ball. What a disappointing
Place is fine, not great but not poor. Not a lot for the kids to do. Main trampoline area, a foam pit area with a few things (balance beam, swinging apparatuses) and a dodge ball area and basketball hood. But for just that the price is too high. So over all is a solid OK.
Bathroom were in horrible condition, only one out of 3 was open, bit smelly i give it a 3.5 for the price they charge.
Ridiculously expensive and bad looking food. I imagined a bigger place, with more space and with more games that are not arcade.
This place is an absolute disaster for hosting kids' birthday parties. The staff here are not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. It's like they lack any understanding of basic courtesy or common sense. We are eating lunch and while I am eating the staff member is pushing us to cut the cake. And let's talk about the so-called "party coordinator," the tall blond girl, who seems to think rudeness is part of her job description. She needs a serious attitude adjustment or better yet, a pink slip. Do
My children enjoy coming here, however, we've encountered some difficulties using our Groupon passes. We had purchased 1.5-hour passes for them to enjoy jumping activities. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the staff failed to inform us that due to an ongoing glow party, the allotted jumping time was reduced to just 1 hour. Consequently, they abruptly ended the session at 7 pm, which was 30 minutes earlier than expected. While I understand and accept the limitations imposed by the event, I'm troubled by the ins
I held a birthday party for my child of 40 people. The staff is amazing no issues there. These are the following details: The Platinum package is not an upgrade. The private jump section does not have anything special so your jumpers will venture out. Hence making the exclusivity moot. There is no "special gift" and i didn't get most things on there listed as "upgrades". If you MUST party here, get the lowest package. I paid forty five per extra child for an experience no different than if i would've chose
I'm 300 pounds and this was fun and clean and a perfect way to workout without getting bored out of my mind. Great for everyone!
What a rip off. Minimum jump time is 1.5 hours $35.never again
Great for all ages except under 2
I went to a birthday party there not that kind. They said it was zip line, but there was not. The mom of the birthday girl even said you can go because we already finished the cake. said we can back and jump we did not know there names they did not tell us anything and they were like so sassy Her name after the thing when the whole party was over, mom said we can go back and jump, but the party girl went up there and said you can't be jumping right now. Mom said we could so I really don't recommend birthday
Attended a birthday and brought my other kids, otherwise would probably not have brought them along-- spent $110 on 3 tickets and 3 socks for 1.5hr-- kids got bored after 30min. Have gone for years to Urban Air and HIGHLY recommend the South Hackensack location, instead. Price at Sky zone is significantly more expensive for kids tickets, they charge the same for toddlers, they charge same price for Adults. Sky zone is 1/3 the size of Urban air. Socks are DOUBLE the price at Sky zone. They barely have food s
Birthday party: the kids had an absolute blast. The employee assigned, Connor was friendly, professional and hard working. The high price tag was worth it, again this is a unique experience and my 10 year old daughter and her friends had a great time. They have multiple jump options besides the main trampoline area including basketball hoops, dodge-ball, gladiator beam, and foam pit. The issue here is that the employees are overrun. They could use more staff.
I've brought many people here over the years. They used to offer 30minute jump times. They used to offer 60minute jump times. Now, they only offer 90minute or full day passes. It's expensive & irritating that they removed the shorter jump times. It makes it less affordable to families & individuals that don't plan to stay all day there. The management has changed many times over the years & The place is ran by children.
My kid loves it. Less crowded on week days but very busy during weekends. Membership prices are reasonable and it's worth to with Membership than one day pass. They have foam zone, trampolines and other stuff. My kid is still young and she always go for either foam zone or trampolines most of the time. There is food, snack and water etc onsite. I would recommend great place for birthday parties.
??this is the worst jumping park we have ever been too. we went in and after trying to watch our 1 year old from falling over we were told we couldnt stand in the same box but it was OK for kids to run through her box and knock her over ?? ohh and no refunds even though we left 5 minutes later. i will never go back here, ever. employees are also rude we asked for refund and they said we dont give refunds.
I'm done with this place. During the last two visits there have been issues with my gift card. The first time I was told the gift card reader wasn't working. During our second visit, I was told the gift card had expired after a year (but the gift card was purchased less than a year ago in December of 2022). I had the receipt to prove it and was told that they have a new system and it's doesn't accept this type of gift card anymore! So basically the card is now worthless and I just lost all the money left on
It's a dangerous place keep kids far away
Giving a one star and i rarely ever leave reviews on places but the ?manager? at this location was ignorant and rude as can be. First time coming to this location and wasn't pleased with the service. So I got there about 7:45 PM it was definitely a last minute thing, my son just wanted to you know jump for an hour and they closed at 9 so he had enough time to no jump for the hour when we got there the guy at the desk explain that there was a Glow event going on and it was a minimum of two hours that we had
The manager Damian is absolutely incredible! Truly makes going to skyzone enjoyable & my son looks forward to going just to say hi to Damian! This review is very overdue? I have been going to this location for over a year & my experiences have been nothing short of amazing! On this last visit, Damian was kind enough to help my son with a shirt after a spill on his shirt. The entire staff goes above and beyond for all guests. Kudos to the entire staff for being extremely attentive, kind, patient & fun for t
extremely overpriced for just an hour there but other than that my 3 y/o had fun and was sure tired out after.
My twins had their 2nd birthday here and my experience couldn't be any better without the help of my host Dean and his manager. They were very helpful and the kids really enjoyed their time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything set up to my standard which was a great relief. Awesome job young man keep it up.
This is a great park, nice idea - but the customer service here is VERY lacking. They never answer the phone, rarely check the machine, text response is spotty and if you can't get there during their very limited hours, there's no way to purchase a membership (I'm trying to purchase for someone that goes with an after school group, not with me) as their website doesn't accept payments for some reason. This park has gotten crazy crowded......perhaps b/c of the extremely limited hours? So the kids are not enj
Used to love coming here as a sky zone as a kid. This was my first time at this location and I thought I'd come by with my lady and the front desk guy was very rude from the get go, I was just asking questions about pricing. When I asked to speak with the manager he said he was a manger and that there wasn't anybody above him there. Not sure if he was lying or not, he looked a little young. But either way it's sad to see how far down they have come.
We went to the Mount Olive location last night for my daughter's 10th birthday. Let me tell you this... what an amazing Manager Damien is! He turned this party into the best we've ever had! What a super person and I can't thank him enough for making the time we were there so perfect and memorable ??
Fun place to bring your rugrats to if you want them exhausted! Guaranteed a good night sleep. Staff was friendly and are attentive. I never felt like my daughter was going to get hurt. Plus it's just damn fun to jump around for an hour. A good workout!
Impossible to get someone on the phone, for more details, and pricing information. Pricing information can be found online, however, it's vague, and does not mention if age is a factor in pricing. I have no idea if I'm supervising my two children, whether I need to buy a ticket for myself and my wife.
So small and the employees seem like they hate that your there.
It's a good place to take the kids toet them have fun.
So much fun! Went for a birthday party and had the time of our lives. The facilities are clean with friendly staff. Kids enjoyed themselves until they couldn't jump any more. I would recommend Sky Zone for a birthday party or just to bring the kids out for a great time.
Very crowded and size is pretty small. Kids can not play all games as dodge balls are specifically made for birthday parties. They have limited games, so kids get bored within 1 hour. There is no need to buy a 90-minute pass.even arcade wasn't working. I would suggest to try something else.
Tons of Fun for both kids and adults who like to pretend they are still kids. But instead of paying $24/ hour buy the full day passes for $25/each and jump all day long! Gave my son and his friends something fun to do on a cold rainy day for nearly 6 hours, without a minute of boredom!!
Great food place at great prices!
The place is extremely crowded, but they still let people pay for entrance and then you find out that you cannot get on any jump section. My wife paid for 2 kids, they were denied access to every section because they were full. We asked for refund within 10min. Manager Brandon refused the refund, he didnt care.
Non inclusive venue. Best birthday ever??? My kids have enjoyed SkyZone for many parties over the years and usually have a great time, but unfortunately today was not one of them. We went as a family to celebrate my 5 year olds' birthday. The staff was completely unfriendly, unhelpful, and extremely slow to respond to basic requests. Despite even coming at non peak hours my family had a really bad experience. They have horrible managers and staff that unreasonably enforced non inclusive policies not allowin
Bad experience. We had our sons birthday party here, it was very unorganized from the moment we walked in. The girl knew nothing about the party package chosen, I had to ask for everything that I was supposed to get for my son. The adults that came with their kids, if they chose to jump, the staff put all the bills on ours to pay for when I spoke with someone and told them that I would not be paying for the adults to jump, they said they'd take care of it and didn't. I got hit with a $600+ bill that wasn't
Stay away from this location! The most unprofessional manger as well. I was mistakenly charged almost $1,000 and the best they could offer due to ?policy? is what he kept repeating? is a gift card. I will never return to this skyzone or any skyzone. We will take our business to Rockin? Jump.
We held our daughter's birthday party here, today. The staff was efficient, personable, and organized. They were great with all of the kids and took care of every detail. I highly recommend planning an event with them!
Manager Daemien was very rude and forced us out of the facility. He said someone complained that I am arguing with a another person. I mentioned that I was approached and we just talked anyway and pointed out that he can check the camera?s, but with out investigating accepted the the word of another person. He would not allow me to find my kids and threaten to call the police. It was a very bad experience and feel I was treated really badly. I asked that I speak with the person on changer of the facility bu
Highly recommend this place. The customer service is phenomenal. Big shout out to Seth and Alex for making our daughter?s birthday a success!
If I could give 0 stars I would......My son asked to go to Sky Zone for his birthday. We live closer to the Bethlehem location. For whatever reason when I purchased the tickets..... the tickets were purchased for Mount Olive in error. After sitting in traffic once we got to the Bethlehem location we quickly learned that they were unable to locate our tickets. The workers in the Bethlehem location was very helpful. The manager was able to find that we purchased the tickets for the Mount Olive location and st
Not enough seating for adults who must stay...got kicked in the back multiple times while sitting on bench. Also the place could be cleaned more regularly...bottles left all over the bleacher area and nearby floor are hazards. The kids love it...but the supervising-adult experience is low
Sky zone was very fun for me and my friends. It was entertaining to play dodgeball and jump around the open area with trampolines. The food was okay, but the nachos were to die for ??. The staff was very nice and my friend tried to rizz one up. He almost got that snap but she was taken. Overall it was a very good and fun experience.
staff is very unorganized, wasted 15-20 minutes of jump time waiting on a wrist band. Than we were told we had too many people in the foam pit, 3 kids and 3 adults making sure the kids were ok. ill pass next time
Staff is very rude, screaming at kids from across the room. Suggestion instead of screaming, maybe one of the 4 employees in the middle can walk over and correct my 5 year old autistic son. He had until 5:00 to jump, the clock said 4:58 and the rudest employee walk over and said his time is up he needs to get off now. He's a child, he was going to get off as soon as the clock turned 5:00, I wouldn't take my child back here if someone paid me.
I wish there was less than one star as a rating option. When you and your guests arrive, You are directed to a kiosk where you are required to enter personal information. Delays the time to get to enjoy the party by 15 min. or 25% of your trampoline time. Then, they take their time giving instructions to the kids. More lost time that you're paying for. Guests could not find the party after they arrived. Very disappointed. Not organized. We go to a lot of kids' birthday parties and it's clear that
Overpriced. They charged $22 per child including my 1 year old infant that did NOT even jump. ALL kids were different ages and sizes in the SAME area. There was no section for toddlers only. When I asked if it was possible to get a refund for my 1 year old since he did not jump, I was told that they could not give me a refund. Instead, they gave me a free pass for an hour for next time. There will be NO next time! Extremely disappointing.
1 star (or less) for the staff that never SMILED. She explained to us to go to kiosk to fill out waiver. She couldn't wait for me to walk from kiosk back to counter with the ticket. She grabbed the ticket from my hand as I was taking it out of printer at kiosk as if she couldn't wait. I didn't even get a chance to look at it. Very Rude!! LESS THAN ONE STAR for their Prices... $23 to bounce on a trampoline for One hour? Outrageous!! This isn't even Dorney Park!!! Disney World Prices!!! Never going back!!!
Sooooo much fun! I took my 4 yr old granddaughter, she had a blast. There are different trampoline areas that are more challenging.
Great place, kids love it but pricey though. What's not? We took the monthly pass which allows them to visit as many times as they want and jump for 2 hrs. It's a good imvestment I can recommend if you go atlest twice a month.
The obviously bullied in high school team leader got on a power trip and called me racial slurs. I mean, sure if I am one of them why not? But why did he have to be mean to Mr. longbottom!? He just wanted to jump! Anyway the girls are cute but are protected by the white night virgin. Till next time folks (next week ;) )
I have lots of fun and excimemt. And I get to do a lot of cool stuff on the trampolins.
Went here with three of my nephews. Found a great coupon on groupon and had a ton of fun! All the equipment is kept in great shape and the staff is super engaged and attentive. Definitely will be going back!
WORST experience ever. Just had my sons birthday party here today. BIG mistake. They assign 1 person to your party. This person has to: Check in the guests Be with the kids to play games Set up the party room with decorations Manage the food distribution Clean up after the party Play with the kids again How can 1 teenager to all this? They CAN'T! No one can. There was NO ONE watching the kids. NO organized games of doge ball as promised. Some kids were getting rough and there was no one to supervise the p
I was very impressed with how well the staff were with the young children at my granddaughter's birthday party. The children were all around 3 years old and the staff were enthusiastic and patient and the kids had a great time. Great place!
Sky zone is a fun place for kids & adults to jump up & down & blow off some steam. Go for an our or longer have a party it is a fun place. The facilities are clean & well maintained. They have a snack bar as well as candy machines and a photobooth. Clean restrooms & a very friendly & helpful staff.
Great place for lots of fun and exercise especially if it's cold and rainy out! It's very clean and affordable for a couple hours of fun!
Take your business elsewhere, your credit card will be charged for wrong things. After that they will say it YOUR PROBLEM. Assisting manager Daemien was extremely rude and refused to call the manager. Garbage customer service!!! It can be you next time!!!
If I could zero stars I would. The staff hovers to the point where it is uncomfortable. They would not let my husband help my two year old son climb onto the rope in the foam pit because of ?safety issues.? This is the absolute worst sky zone we have been to. It's safe to say we will never be back to this location. No common sense whatsoever.
During peak times they allow too many people to jump at once. It's a good business model, but a tad too dangerous. The staff are mostly kids themselves, and there are certain troublemakers jumping at times that are too sneaky for the staff to see.
I have been told the Pine Brook one is bigger and better.
Bad experience. My daughters cell phone was taken and no one handed it in. How low can some people be. The staff was not very accommodating on helping to locate it. Oh well what can one expect where young people are handling the situation
I went with friends recently and had a lot of fun, but get there about 10 minutes before you want to jump if you want to start on your jump time. It took me and my 4 other friends about 10 minutes to get through the line and the ticket-buying process.
I have taken my son here for a few birthday parties and he always has a blast ! The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Had fun jumping with my friends but the one staff member was rude to my friend and only her. He yelled at her for everything little even though she was following the rules and not doing and anything wrong. He would clap and every time she would get off. For example she got off the Trampoline to go to the bathroom he would clap. My other friend and I noticed his behavior. My other friends and I got off because we didn't like he was treating our friend. We went to the other part of the building to stay way f
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
