A few days ago, I visited Sky Zone and signed up for their monthly membership?even though I live 40 minutes away?because I wanted to bring my toddler regularly. I understood kids 2 and under are free, but I still chose to pay for a membership in case I needed to jump in to supervise. Unfortunately, that decision quickly turned into regret. First, the staff is mostly teenagers who seemed unsure about how the membership worked when I signed up. I let it slide, assuming it was a simple access pass to the park
Hosting a party in this Skyzone is a hit or miss. This year was the second year my son wanted to celebrate his birthday at Skyzone. I asked for the same reservation as the previous year and spoke to two people before my event. Once we arrived, there was missing food that I had ordered and also missing request for additional time with the party room which we had last year for an extra cost. We need to have an area to always be available for a family member that needs to be seated majority of the time. We wer
Came here for a birthday party. This was our first time. It was chaos. There's no meeting spot for an organized event. We couldn't find anyone in the party. The teenage staff were completely unhelpful and uncaring as to what was going on. Just shrug their shoulders with a bored expression. You have free jump until it's time for food in a private room later, which we found out from another parent, not the staff. What a laughable venue for a party.
4/ 24/2025 at 8:00, I went to Sky Zone with my family. Because I live quite far away, it takes about 45 minutes by car. When I arrived, the staff at the door would not let us in. He said that someone had reserved the place, but I am also a member. I don't know if you need to improve the situation? There is no problem with this. The biggest problem is that a staff member named Emily treated me with a very awkward attitude. I felt helpless. Don't I need to be respected? He even told me loudly that if I don't
There are plenty of other companies and locations...if you can, go somewhere else. First, this was the third (3rd) visit in a row where they were sold out when we got there. They clearly have plenty of business, so they act accordingly and treat you like they don't need your business. My son had a party to go to for a classmate today, so I made a reservation for my daughter online. When we got to the park, someone checked my daughter in pretty quickly. When I mentioned that I still hadn't paid, everythi
Sky Zone is great for kids. If you've got energizer bunnies, this is the place to bounce off the walls and struggle through the foam pits. Big kids and small kids are mixed. Come early before the crowd hits. Enjoy!
A Fun place for kids to jump around and eat and have FUN. ???? Nothing much as seen in pictures. Good for Birthdays party and kids gathering party.
Terrible place. Beware, purchasing membership simply gives you a lottery for entrance. Out of 5 times could attend 2. Either system doesn't work after selective hours, or private party events, or something else and they deny entrance. Had to be dealing with my kid crying every time once we were leaving due to way they prioritise. Stay away
It does NOT have all the activities advertised on the website. There is no climbing wall. No slide. No ropes course. There are a few obstacles, a very short zip line, lots of basic trampolines and a hoops area. The floor was crowded and pretty filthy. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
Super fun experience for our special needs son. Big shout out to Yarely at the reception who accommodated us on a busy Easter Sunday and made it a memorable experience for our kid!
Trampoline park, great for kids on their days off school or summer time and awesome spot for bday party?s they have individual rooms so you can celebrate! They used to have a night theme disco night? but that's not happening anymore. The only thing you have to be mindful that the crowd can be very diverse depending on day and time you go. They also sell some food there like fries, pizza, hot dogs ice cream, sodas, chips and slurpy. Faster if you fill out the waiver at home. One of the perks they have like 1
Always the best time partying with the young kiddos to celebrate birthdays! Today, in particular, was more eventful due to a torrential flooding that prevented us from leaving the facility for an hour or so. The manager notified us via the intercom, and an update from the sheriff?s office. The best part about the situation was the complementary icee?s we received, the extra free play, and the manager?s and staff calm demeanor handling this unique issue. What a New Year?s Eve to remember! 2023 here we come!
It's super fun when not too busy. School break fills out the place fast. Staff is nice. Pay attention to the zip line. The rope can be a danger to where if I child is not aware or remove the rope, it can wrap around leg or arm unsafe at times. Supervision needed. There are some Arcade games, snack is fast food if you eat healthy including your child bring your own options, same for vegan folks. It is pricy per day . Check their online information, but the membership is month to month. Kids are happy. There
I don't know where they got the pictures and videos they have on their website, but it certainly wasn't here. They have a few different trampoline zones, one for dodgeball, one with a foam pit at the end, and one just for jumping, as well as a kiddie area and short zipline over a foam pit. I'm sure it could be enjoyable if it wasn't incredibly crowded. People were crashing into each other and knocking each other down constantly. All the staff seemed really out of it and didn't do anything to manage people.
I would not recommend sky zone as you have to wait more than 30 minutes sometimes just to get in and depending on when you come sometimes they will also not let you in after waiting for 30 minutes with no notice. We signed up as members to get access but we're still denied a handful of times I and it is also very difficult to cancel the membership.
I love this place! I went with my friend and she was also so happy! There was food, drinks, games, and a bunch of fun! ?? Simply amazing! Perfect for birthday parties and a fun place for kids.
The rules are constantly on repeat every 3-5 minutes. It's intolerable. Also advertisements for their socks blasting through the speakers. It's a bit much while trying to enjoy jumping. Also the place itself is pretty small and the pics online do not represent the current place. But it's fine to just come and have your kids get some energy out.
We have been here several times, during the weekday and weekends. Manpower leak / Children run around on the trampoline! It assumes no double jumping on each trampoline! However, no one control the children, (staff not stop the kid) here) even if there were three or more on a single trampoline! It can lead to injury if you have small children.
Overcrowded on the weekend, they let too many kids (over capacity) in. There is more than 10 kids jumping in a narrow area, some very big kids could easily hurt smaller ones. Unreasonable that 250lbs people jump very close to 6 year olds . I don't think we will come to the skyzone again (even if invited to a birthday party). Our neighbors kid ended up in multiple foot surgeries after being hurt at skyzone. They basically get in as many people as fire marshal allows - fire marshal actually came in for inspec
Extremely poor service. My parents brought our son to this place once a few months ago. Person at the reception signed them up for membership without them knowing. Now we cannot reach them to cancel it and cannot cancel it online. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Will never go there again and won't recommend our friends to go
I wanted to provide an update: I contacted the suggested email, and their membership team reached out to me again. Although the communication wasn't the smoothest, they eventually refunded me for 12 months of membership and provided an e-gift card for the remaining 6 months. While this isn't ideal since my daughter is no longer interested in their service, I appreciate the management team's effort to resolve the issue. This is why I changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars. -------------------------------
Great place for kids to have fun and get that adrenaline rush out. Jumping zones are safe and well maintained. They have a wipe out challenge and zip line jump which are quite rare in trampoline parks
Hosted a party. Everything is pretty bad. Horrible unprofessional check in took us way too long. Stuff weren't welcoming and didn't know what they were doing. Overpriced. Too many people on the trampolines. We never got a t-shirt that were promised with out VIP party. And nothing, absolutely nothing VIP about it. Such a scam. Very low quality place. Never again.
Way too many people were let in on this day! Even at 6:00p.m. the place was crowded, and jumpers safety not enforced. The trampolines seemed ok, but placed very close to each other with no rails/net around. I won't be taking the kids again ?
One of the employees was very rude when my son lost his phone in the foam pit. He eventually found it but the employee provided bad service and was rude.
Good my kids have fun but no alot of things they can do. Clean and safe
I enjoyed it with my 7 year old son. Try to make reservations as I went twice and both times they were sold out. The 2nd time I arrived at 1030am and they were sold out until 130pm. I booked online for 2 spots at 130. It was a smooth process when I arrived at 130. Reservations are a must if you dont want to waste gas or time. You can also call before arrival to see if there are any spots available
I took my daughters to Sky Zone every weekend when they were younger. We had such a great time and even had several birthday parties there.
Great fun for kids, but there was a surprisingly blatant safety concern today when a trampoline was removed, exposing a 10 foot ledge from which kids could just.. fall. I don't know why this wasn't done after hours.
It's a good place for kids and parents to show their jumping skills. Kids enjoy a exhausted when they jump for an hour. However it is bit expensive compared to other activities places for kids.
So terrible! don't hold a birthday party here, Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park doesn't keep their word with your order, they will cancel your party room with short notice and prepare you two tables in the lobby.
On Sunday , it is Way too crowed ! Very long wait lines even though we booked tickets days on line. One of the two Waiver signing computers has only Spanish - even a staff could not change that to English. No clear indication for storage or water fountain. The manager told me that if I think this is crowded? Think again as this is not even at full capacity - the day before it has 39 birthday parties. Good for your profit , bad for customers experience.
LARGE JUMPING AREA including a foam pit. Kids love it. $22 for 90 minutes at noon on Sunday - a fairly busy time.
I've had a very frustrating experience with Sky Zone regarding their monthly subscription. My three kids had memberships, and I personally went to the front desk in June 2024 to cancel them. Four months later, I noticed I was still being charged for a service we haven't used since June. I called Sky Zone to resolve the issue, only to be told that I needed to come *in person* to cancel again. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager, Phillip, who told me that it was *my* responsibility to make sure they did
The quality of this place has gone down dramatically over the past year, all the whole the prices have doubled! Came in today with my kids and the A/C was out! The place was stuffy and a mess. It felt almost hazardous to be in there. Management needs to do a much better job to ensure a clean and pleasant experience.
The place gets super busy and packed. Parking is hard in weekends and often times the open play gym is sold out, recommend buying tickets in advance. It is a lot of fun for older kids. A little chaotic for younger ones!
Dirty. Too crowded. No separation based on age. An old kid knocked my child. Too expensive for what you get. Limited options.
I totally agree with the other posts! Be very careful when you buy ticket there! I took my kid there once in January, bought a ticket at the front desk, recommended by a worker. And I have been auto charged 31.99/month ever since. They refused to refund me any money back. The 30 day membership tickets that they recommend is secretly linked to monthly pay automatically, no reminder, no refund, just money down the drain !
So I just called right now to try and cancel my subscription every month because I'm moving. I've spent close to 2k here and had a few birthdays here. Had a blast but the two issues I have are with the girl who was on the phone today and a guy who screamed at my kid and my friend?s kid for touching the ropes that make a line. I'll start with the phone call which was at 10:15am October 10th. I asked her a simple question and she was so mad that she had to answer me on how to cancel my subscription. I called
Always so busy and safety supervision is lax but all the children love it! Could be so much better
Kids love it, especially during the week when there are not too many people jumping. Lots of things to do.
I have booked my son's birthday party in advance. Everything in the booking process, so far has been fantastic! Tina was super helpful when I called today to confirm that everyone had RSVP'd yes & we needed to add another pizza to our order! Can't wait to Celebrate ????
This place seems to slowly be declining. Went here for the first time in probably a year with my kid. Was asked to sign up again, which was a bit of an annoyance, but that's fine that you have to do it yearly. The annoying thing though is that I asked for the summer pass. Three separate times I got offered a subscription three separate times I declined. They still won't process my order and now another girl comes over and I've got two of them telling me all the benefits of a subscription and I keep telling
Friendly place for kids to play. Clean and very fun. There are sweets and m&m machine. Very nice.
OMG the place was packed on a Saturday! Full to the point of being unsafe. They should limit more how many people can be there.
NOT WORTH IT. Overpriced admission, don't recommend for anyone with kids over 8. Was too hard for bigger kids to get jump time & space with little kids everywhere, especially unattended little kids.
There are a few activities that aren't open yet at this location but it looks like they are coming soon. I was able to get in without a reservation in the morning which was nice. They are following all covid-19 guidelines, I must say that it was somewhat difficult jumping with a mask on even though I wasnt close to anyone, but I understand.
BE CAREFUL with month admission!! Good place for kids to play! However, I ended up in dealing with monthly charges. I visited there with my daughter and two of her friends this place for the kids to play together. I have paid $83.97 for all three kids together. The girl in reception mislead me that for same amount the kids can play for a month. I asked her if ends up into monthly subscription? She said 'no' and I don't need to do anything. Trusting her I said to have admission for the month. But I starte
Dirty bathroom. Construction happening and no one notified us when we booked party. 1/4 of sets are closed. Poorly lit. Half the overhead lights are out.
Attended a birthday party here and my toddler fell in love instantly. Prices are reasonable, has additional parking for busy days and very accessible. The entire park was available with multiple zones with different setup. It had enough space for parents to sit/rest up while the kids wear themselves out. Very clean and well maintained.
If you don't have a membership at this place, check your bank account because I went there once three months ago and they started charging me every month as if I had signed up for a membership. Plus, the guy who helped us was rude.
Great place to watch the kids have fun not to mention they get their exercise in for the day and maybe I do too sometimes!!!! Awesome place!!!!
Great spot with a good variety of activities, clean facilities, and helpful staff. It was quite crowded on a rainy day but we were visiting from out of town and the general manager Philip went way out of his way to make sure our group had a really fantastic time and got the most out of our visit. We'll definitely be back on a future trip to the area
This was our first time, and it was terrible. The kids had fun, but it was a disorganized and unprofessional place. Management wasn't helpful, and I would rarely see staff watching the play zones, and I mostly saw them at the front chatting amongst themselves. We had two incidents, the first was where kids were playing in the battle area but there were kids around 10-13 years old who did not give any other kids a chance to play and were throwing the foams everywhere and hitting the other kids. There were no
This was my 6 year old son?s second birthday here. This time he had an extremely challenging time, due to a little incident that occurred just as we arrived. A child jumped on the trampoline he was on, surprising him and resulting in him rolling his ankle a bit. The incident sent him into a sensory meltdown. My son is neurodivergent and has Sensory Processing Disorder. For the next 20mins (probably longer) he was inconsolable. The staff were extremely supportive and accommodating. Doing whatever they could
Update: They continue to charge your card after cancelling membership. Do not buy membership here! Overall good but I am giving 3 starts due to the management (or lack of) at the foam pit. Usually staff just standing there watching their phones and not doing anything. Kids just use the jump ramp as trampoline and won't get off. Nobody waits in lines. Kids just laying in the pit. And they jump on each other. I won't be surprised one day some kid will get hurt and they will be sued. I know people signed waiv
We had a birthday for our 7 year old on a Sunday. The place was very crowded but it was fun for the kids. Although the coordinator at the time of booking told me a different story about the crowd but I can understand that it was a popular choice on a rainy day. As long as the children enjoyed I didn't mind the crowd. The check in process was smooth but the reason for my lower rating is for my party host. When helping setup they were cordial and did the best they could but when it came to serving food and t
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even though we did not have a reservation. Jay, Jesus and another girl with dark curly hair were extremely helpful with our large group. They managed to help our group when it was very busy. A+ for customer service. We had a lot of fun! We will definitely be back for a great workout and play!
Fun place to take kids. However, both toilets were broken in girls bathroom. When I notified team member, they said ?okay? kept walking and did nothing about it. Had to leave and use the restroom at round table pizza.
We have been twice in the past week with our 6 year old grandson. He loves it, but I was concerned about the cleanliness of the whole place. Garbage on the floor all over and the bathrooms were filthy. Tables not cleaned in snack area. Needs your attention!!
Absolutely abysmal customer service. We accidentally closed our locker today. We asked for help at the front desk with what we think was the manager, He was completely uncaring, and had the gall to suggest that we pay to reopen it. Except that our payment was IN THE LOCKER. He then suggested we call someone to bring payment(!). Oh, and the lockers are randomly assigned, so we might have had to pay 5, maybe 10 times or more to get our stuff back. He eventually found a key but this interaction was absolutel
Cool spot, zip line is a nice touch, but the bathroom is very smelly/dirty. Also they closed at 9 PM on Sunday when the hours on the entrance say they're open until 10 - big bummer for my little cousin we showed up at 8:10
This place is a ton of fun. The staff was very helpful when I fractured my Tibial Plateau, bringing me tiny little cup of water and calling an ambulance for me. It only took two surgeries and one year to heal, and the Dr says only a small increased risk of arthritis. Not sure if I'll go back, but my kids still love it.
At first was good experience being their member until they prioritized the party that always happens on the weekend but the members won't get the spot. My children were so happy until they don't have any spots available to play because of the party. So what's the point being member. I don't recommend this place.
I really like this place. I go to it everyday for 8 years and I've really enjoyed going there. I still workers are really kind and there's great customer service. I'm giving you guys at five Star review
Sign the waiver and the business doesn't seem to care what happens to you from there. Pay high prices for everything; surprised they don't charge to use the restroom. BUT kids love it but really not the safest spot for kids under 6. Suggest guiding people when they enter with tips; from stretching to what not to do versus the free for all that it is. Literally at your own risk and wallet.
BUSY BUSY BUSY I haven't had a bday there yet but it's holy moly busy. Kids were told to get up if they lingered too long laying down which is fair. Schedule ahead and you should be able to walk right in. Members only.
Extremely Disappointed. I brought my autistic child to enjoy a day at your facility, but the experience was anything but enjoyable. My son has sensitivities that make wearing stickers or wristbands uncomfortable for him. Instead of understanding and offering a compassionate solution, we were asked to leave. It's disheartening that a place meant for kids lacks the basic understanding or flexibility to cater to the needs of all children, including those with special needs. I urge Sky Zone to consider trainin
This place is a SCAM I took my daughters here once 5 months ago since the. I've been charged every month I just notice. I tried calling and the man who answered me was beyond rude they wouldn't refund me and they say I need to do it online. They been charging me over 250 dollars Be careful DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY.
This place is a scam. I took my nephew here once over two months ago and I've been charged twice since then. I tried calling they wouldn't refund me and they say I need to do it online. I emailed and no one got back to me. I will NEVER go back to this place. They intentionally make people get a membership unwillingly and make it impossible to cancel so they can keep taking your money.
Update: visited a year later. The bathrooms were cleaner than the last I visited. I tried to order chicken strips with waffle fries and they were out of waffle fries! There is no excuse for this! They have a walk in cooler! So, I ordered 2 pretzels instead of the fries and the worker said that they were out of salt. Ugh! However, they have added more comfortable adult seating options like Couches and benches with back rests. Previous visit: The concession stand did not serve hot food today! This i
Popular place. My kids love the place. It keeps them occupied for about an hour before they get bored. They only sell 90 minute slots, so the deal could be better. Expensive for what it is. Also, some activities are not the safest. The fire department was present today extricating a child stuck in one of their contraptions.
Does not stop monthly memberships without a very long drawn out fight. I had to call them to get a link to cancel the membership, I did this in February. When I cancelled I called to double check that the cancellation did indeed go through, and I was told yes, it did. Despite this I have been charged every month. As for the jumping experience, it's a thing to do with the kids that's fun......but there's cheaper things with a nicer atmosphere, so maybe go once or twice if you want, but absolutely to not d
I've taken my son here a few times to get some energy out. It's a great place to do just that. The entitled demographic of the parents that come here I have an issue with. My son is 2.5 years old and has autism. There was a birthday party happening so there were other parents getting in on the fun. A mom and my son bumped into each other. He was crying and had a bloody lip. She responded ?he hit my knee?. I took my son to find a first aid or a towel but the bathrooms didn't have any. I went to the front des
Jenn helped us out and she did amazing. Was amazing with the kids and very understanding. We purchased 2 memberships and will be returning :-)
My kids can't get enough of this place, the staff is friendly and patient. I would give the place 5 start if it wasn't for how poorly it's being maintained. Some of the tables in the sitting area are so wobbly, you have to physically put your body weight to keep them somewhat in place; the hand-dryer in the men's room hasn't been working from the moment we first got here, and there are no alternatives to dry your hands; today quite literally little bunches of dust started falling from the ceiling. It would
I have tried to cancel my membership with skyzone for over 6 months. THEY BASICALLY OWE ME $300+ They won't cancel me over the phone, in person or online. I could have hosted a freaking birthday party for the amounts I've paid for two memberships I used ONCE in August of 2023. Idk what else to do besides closing my CC altogether! I literally changed the card number to get away from them bc they wouldn't stop charging me and yet... somehow if you charge chase it'll always stay with you. Nightmare! I hate thi
Don't be fooled like I was to pay an extra $5 or something like that to get unlimited access until the end of the month to only realize months later that Sky Zone has been charging you $50+ per month since! Worse than feeling like you were taken advantage of, is then following up with the manager and asst. manager to get NO RESPONSE back ever despite multiple attempts. Disappointing to see how they treat their customers. I will not be returning.
We had a horrible experience with planning our daughter's birthday party here. We book well in advance for a birthday party that required their largest accommodations on 12/15/22. The party was supposed to happened 2/4/23. We dealt with an event coordinator by the name of Aaron Love. We ironed out all the details and paid the deposit and thought we were good to go for that date. Approximately 3-4 days before the party, someone calls to confirm our reservations and go over the details. They tell us tha
Everyone had a absolutely wonderful time! Birthday boy, all of his guests (boys and girls) and all the parents (those who jumped and watched)! The party coordinator was a giant help, setting up, keeping things moving along, updating us on timing, getting supplies, and answering any questions we had! It was an excellent experience! We opted for the 2 hours of jumping and 1 hour of party room. It was all 100% totally worth it! We will be back many times to jump and have fun!
We hosted our daughters 3rd birthday at rocking jump. The venue was perfect for kids, the food was great, and they gave us a great party host to direct the guests and keep us on schedule! We loved the experience and greatly recommend it!
I went on the weekend at 9:45 AM with a 2 1/2 year old. It started out busy and got progressively busier and louder. I felt it was not safe for smaller children to be jumping alongside the older children. It would be nice if they designated one space for the younger crowd
It's chaotic and overcrowded. Fun for kids and super stress for parents.
The 4 kids I brought were super excited and had never been on a trampoline before. They had a wonderful time. The check in process was convenient but it would have been helpful if they ask if it was our first time so we could get a better understanding of how things worked. Better signage at lockers on how to use them would have been helpful. More seating for adults in general would have been appreciated. Folks were sitting in massage chairs because there was not enough seating. Revenue loss. None of th
Really not very impressed with this place. Their foam area has no swing / platforms. Their balance beam is short and has no slack line. They have no obstacle course or rock wall. They don't have a good trampoline + wall area. Generally the place is looking pretty worn, dirty, and smelly. Worst of all though, I think their people cap is too high -- it was insanely crowded.
3 stars for the experience for my son, 1 star for the clerk (receipt says: donny) who's job it was to attempt to rip off any customer that walked in. Watched him swindle the family in front of me for excessive pricing, and then tried to charge me general rate for my 4 year old (he could have checked the mandatory waiver for the age). I told him he was 4, he then tried to charge me for 4x normal rate, and forced me into a protest with a line behind me. I'm sure management loves him, feeding off the wealthy c
FYI I had to give up one star if I wanted to post this!! Because it folks up to me it'll be no stars! This place bad for business! How do you open @ 10am Except reservations fo 70 children TK-5 grade. Mind you there was other people in there as well besides our school. Was told that the cook doesn't come until 12 o'clock that's so unacceptable. The ONLY that could be purchased blue and red slushies which were $6 each. Not to mention the school travel all the way for San Francisco.. I do have one goo
This place is just too dangerous. In the past few weeks I've heard of, and saw, a number of injuries. In one instance a woman was taken out in an ambulance. In another a kid broke his arm, and in the one I saw, a kid hurt his neck pretty bad. They are doing nothing to address the safety issues. They don't separate the bigger kids from the smaller kids (there used to be a designated time for the smaller kids) and the employees out on the trampolines are literally, doing nothing. In the case I saw, a ki
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
