A few days ago, I visited Sky Zone and signed up for their monthly membership?even though I live 40 minutes away?because I wanted to bring my toddler regularly. I understood kids 2 and under are free, but I still chose to pay for a membership in case I needed to jump in to supervise. Unfortunately, that decision quickly turned into regret. Came here for a birthday party. This was our first time. It was chaos. There's no meeting spot for an organized event. We couldn't find anyone in the party. The teenage staff were completely unhelpful and uncaring as to what was going on. Just shrug their shoulders with a bored expression. Sky Zone is great for kids. If you've got energizer bunnies, this is the place to bounce off the walls and struggle through the foam pits. Big kids and small kids are mixed. Come early before the crowd hits. Enjoy!

It does NOT have all the activities advertised on the website. There is no climbing wall. No slide. No ropes course. There are a few obstacles, a very short zip line, lots of basic trampolines and a hoops area. The floor was crowded and pretty filthy. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful.

Trampoline park, great for kids on their days off school or summer time and awesome spot for bday party?s they have individual rooms so you can celebrate! Always the best time partying with the young kiddos to celebrate birthdays! Today, in particular, was more eventful due to a torrential flooding that prevented us from leaving the facility for an hour or so. The manager notified us via the intercom, and an update from the sheriff?s office. It's super fun when not too busy. School break fills out the place fast. Staff is nice. Pay attention to the zip line. The rope can be a danger to where if I child is not aware or remove the rope, it can wrap around leg or arm unsafe at times. Supervision needed. I don't know where they got the pictures and videos they have on their website, but it certainly wasn't here. They have a few different trampoline zones, one for dodgeball, one with a foam pit at the end, and one just for jumping, as well as a kiddie area and short zipline over a foam pit. I'm sure it could be enjoyable if it wasn't incredibly crowded. People were crashing into each other and knocking each other down constantly. All the staff seemed really out of it and didn't do anything to manage people.

I would not recommend sky zone as you have to wait more than 30 minutes sometimes just to get in and depending on when you come sometimes they will also not let you in after waiting for 30 minutes with no notice. We signed up as members to get access but we're still denied a handful of times I and it is also very difficult to cancel the membership.

I love this place! I went with my friend and she was also so happy! There was food, drinks, games, and a bunch of fun! ?? Simply amazing! Perfect for birthday parties and a fun place for kids.

The rules are constantly on repeat every 3-5 minutes. It's intolerable. Also advertisements for their socks blasting through the speakers. It's a bit much while trying to enjoy jumping. Also the place itself is pretty small and the pics online do not represent the current place. But it's fine to just come and have your kids get some energy out.

We have been here several times, during the weekday and weekends. Manpower leak / Children run around on the trampoline! It assumes no double jumping on each trampoline! However, no one control the children, (staff not stop the kid) here) even if there were three or more on a single trampoline! It can lead to injury if you have small children.

Overcrowded on the weekend, they let too many kids (over capacity) in. There is more than 10 kids jumping in a narrow area, some very big kids could easily hurt smaller ones. Unreasonable that 250lbs people jump very close to 6 year olds . I don't think we will come to the skyzone again (even if invited to a birthday party). Extremely poor service. My parents brought our son to this place once a few months ago. Person at the reception signed them up for membership without them knowing. Now we cannot reach them to cancel it and cannot cancel it online. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Will never go there again and won't recommend our friends to go

I wanted to provide an update: I contacted the suggested email, and their membership team reached out to me again. Although the communication wasn't the smoothest, they eventually refunded me for 12 months of membership and provided an e-gift card for the remaining 6 months. While this isn't ideal since my daughter is no longer interested in their service, I appreciate the management team's effort to resolve the issue. Great place for kids to have fun and get that adrenaline rush out. Jumping zones are safe and well maintained. They have a wipe out challenge and zip line jump which are quite rare in trampoline parks

Hosted a party. Everything is pretty bad. Horrible unprofessional check in took us way too long. Stuff weren't welcoming and didn't know what they were doing. Overpriced. Too many people on the trampolines. We never got a t-shirt that were promised with out VIP party. And nothing, absolutely nothing VIP about it. Such a scam. Very low quality place. Never again.

I took my daughters to Sky Zone every weekend when they were younger. We had such a great time and even had several birthday parties there.

Great fun for kids, but there was a surprisingly blatant safety concern today when a trampoline was removed, exposing a 10 foot ledge from which kids could just.. fall. I don't know why this wasn't done after hours.

It's a good place for kids and parents to show their jumping skills. Kids enjoy a exhausted when they jump for an hour. However it is bit expensive compared to other activities places for kids.

So terrible! don't hold a birthday party here, Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park doesn't keep their word with your order, they will cancel your party room with short notice and prepare you two tables in the lobby.

On Sunday , it is Way too crowed ! Very long wait lines even though we booked tickets days on line. One of the two Waiver signing computers has only Spanish - even a staff could not change that to English. No clear indication for storage or water fountain. The manager told me that if I think this is crowded? Think again as this is not even at full capacity - the day before it has 39 birthday parties. The quality of this place has gone down dramatically over the past year, all the whole the prices have doubled! Came in today with my kids and the A/C was out! The place was stuffy and a mess. It felt almost hazardous to be in there. Management needs to do a much better job to ensure a clean and pleasant experience.

The place gets super busy and packed. Parking is hard in weekends and often times the open play gym is sold out, recommend buying tickets in advance. It is a lot of fun for older kids. A little chaotic for younger ones!

I totally agree with the other posts! Be very careful when you buy ticket there! I took my kid there once in January, bought a ticket at the front desk, recommended by a worker. And I have been auto charged 31.99/month ever since. They refused to refund me any money back. Attended a birthday party here and my toddler fell in love instantly. Prices are reasonable, has additional parking for busy days and very accessible. The entire park was available with multiple zones with different setup. It had enough space for parents to sit/rest up while the kids wear themselves out. Very clean and well maintained.

If you don't have a membership at this place, check your bank account because I went there once three months ago and they started charging me every month as if I had signed up for a membership. Plus, the guy who helped us was rude.

Great spot with a good variety of activities, clean facilities, and helpful staff. It was quite crowded on a rainy day but we were visiting from out of town and the general manager Philip went way out of his way to make sure our group had a really fantastic time and got the most out of our visit. This place is a ton of fun. The staff was very helpful when I fractured my Tibial Plateau, bringing me tiny little cup of water and calling an ambulance for me. It only took two surgeries and one year to heal, and the Dr says only a small increased risk of arthritis. Not sure if I'll go back, but my kids still love it.

At first was good experience being their member until they prioritized the party that always happens on the weekend but the members won't get the spot. Sign the waiver and the business doesn't seem to care what happens to you from there. Pay high prices for everything; surprised they don't charge to use the restroom. BUT kids love it but really not the safest spot for kids under 6. Suggest guiding people when they enter with tips; from stretching to what not to do versus the free for all that it is. Everyone had a absolutely wonderful time! Birthday boy, all of his guests (boys and girls) and all the parents (those who jumped and watched)! The party coordinator was a giant help, setting up, keeping things moving along, updating us on timing, getting supplies, and answering any questions we had! It was an excellent experience! Really not very impressed with this place. Their foam area has no swing / platforms. Their balance beam is short and has no slack line. They have no obstacle course or rock wall. They don't have a good trampoline + wall area. Generally the place is looking pretty worn, dirty, and smelly. Worst of all though, I think their people cap is too high -- it was insanely crowded.
