Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the friendly, helpful staff and fun environment, with many highlighting positive birthday party experiences. Several mention cleanliness improvements under new management. However, recurring complaints include aggressive membership upselling, poor communication about closures, occasional dirty facilities, and lack of security. Some criticize strict sock policies and overpricing. While many customers plan to return, others vow to avoid the venue due to these issues. The overall experience seems highly dependent on staff interactions and timing.

The tale of two coins. Came in during the day and everything was peaceful and smooth. Came in at night and things are crazy. I guess the check-in was the greatest drawback. Excruciatingly slow with all the waiting for waivers and socks and payment. But the smiles on the kid's faces made it worth it. All the staff were helpful though.

Very impressed with the variety of activities for the kids! Also, the level of maintenance and cleanliness has definitely improved since becoming Sky Zone. The memberships are also reasonably priced and easy to manage.

Brought my sons and my daughter here for her birthday and was assisted and greeted with a wonderful smile attitude from the desk attendant Tori. Security was awesome and helpful my baby enjoyed herself and my son's although older has an awesome time as well. I got to enjoy the massage chair and music. Great time! Cool atmosphere! ?? Will be returning

Kids have a very good time. Plenty nice and helpful personal

Terrible place to spend your hard earned money. Spent $900+ on my son?s birthday party. Staff was overly rude and threatened to call the cops when asked clarifying questions on the party process. You don't get a room while jumping when booking a party. So you spend hundreds of dollars with a single rack for you to place your stuff. I had a party of 40 and a single rack to place in everything. Staff was super combative and ganged up On me while I had my son. They need to be shut down. They not even paying a

Our first experience was ok not too crowded and everything seemed fairly clean! Second visit was really busy, a woman was breastfeeding in the jumping area and the manager didn't do anything about it?. I was convinced our first visit to get membership as it was the same price as jumping for the day so we decided ok took that route, 30 days later forgot about the membership and canceled immediately day of renewal but was still charged! Beware of membership agreements that you don't have time to read the fine

This place was greater then I imagined I took both my children 4&14 and my step sons 17&21 and they all had so much fun I had to go get a jump ticket so I could join. They have foam pits and zip lines they allow parents on the jump floor as observers, the have massage chairs that you can relax in while you watch the kids play. 10/10 recommend

Took my son here today such a good time! The staff were great the place was clean very busy but no problems at all. Kid friendly music played the whole time so much fun and a good workout for kids. Can't wait to go again!

Had a great time with my two daughters, they had the best time. Great atmosphere, great staff, Special thanks to Raven for making our visit so special. Thank you so much.

Place was fun apart from other parents not caring for their kids actions. Other than that service was great. Attentive and alert. Nice considering the place is a building full of trampolines. Super fun. Ashley V. Was particularly the definitive employee that this review has to thank entirely. Highly recommend.

From the booking process to the cleaning up, everything was easy. Our host ?Reese? was extremely helpful and also patient with our loud nine year old boys. We would absolutely have a party here again.

I see employees leaving left and right?? One employee, Victoria, sweet girl, she was telling me and the other mommies some stuff that goes down with the employees and I just know they DO NOT care about my child?s safety! I was giving the place another chance since when I was here January but this place has always been a joke! Also what makes them think it's a good idea to not have security? Teenage girls hitting a weed pen in the bathroom and not one worker did anything, security would?ve done something! It

Great for the kids. They love it. Prices for food and drinks are outrageous and staff is somewhat underwhelming. They're not rude but not at all friendly. They're very young, too. Maybe that's why. Overall, it's ok.

The kids had a great time! Only complaint is I think the message chairs new updating, you can't change the settings and it's very intense and a bit painful, almost like any cushion from it is gone. My back is very sore today. Other than that, it was a great time.

My son Chester had a party here today and we had such a good time. Our party host was amazing and so on top of everything. We really appreciated all her help.

Brought our young daughter here twice and she developed hand foot mouth disease a few days after both times. Not sure if this is just coincidence however, we have been to countless other play places with lots of kids and germs but she has not developed this virus after going to those other places. It has me questioning the cleanliness of this place.

Does this place not have a guest limit? Me and my kids came in today and the place was in shambles. There had to be like 400 people in that building and they were still selling tickets! And the audacity to have no security with that amount of customers is insane. We just took our business elsewhere, definitely not a safe environment.

I had a birthday party for my kids on a Saturday. I had several calls to be sure we had everything planned correctly. Everything was taken care of. The party room was clean and nicely set up. The pizza was delicious and the party host tended to our needs. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a stress free party.

Reese and Ericka made my day today. When I came to sky zone I had nothing to do, it was empty and there was no one here. Little did I know they set up a game for everyone to do. They told me ? want to come try this game? I immediately said yes and they showed me a game they made using an inflated ball and 2 shark inflatables. It brought a smile to my day and showed that people that work at sky zone are more then just workers, they are friends. I will definitely be coming back here another time and we even

Took my niece there for the first time and she had a great time. Makenna was a new employee but was still able to assist on the zip line and my niece loved her. Very attentive and friendly.

My family and I came into skyzone and loved the place. The woman Becca running the zipline was awesome with my kids and so friendly I wish everyone had the same attitude and customer service skills as this young lady. She is a superstar!! Due to this wonderful experience we will be back for several more wonderful experiences. Thank you Becca for your kindness

staff is mostly friendly. a wonderful manager named melody helped me out today and asked that i left a review. i initially only had good things to say but after watching that same manager leave the building sobbing i can tell that there is some bullying going on behind the scenes. the employees have extremely loud walkies and we can hear EVERYTHING. whoever is in charge clearly is not trained on how to approach other human beings because the way they speak is so demeaning. then the employees all stand aroun

This place has no security. My kids were waiting for the zipline when a bunch of boys started trashing the place. When they were told to leave they just continued on to the point where the manager could only stand there and stare. The place is always packed too, with that many guests and in this location it doesnt make sense not to have security. My kids had a great time but definitely not come again on the weekend.

We have a membership for my two kids, and every single time we go, they get sick runny nose, congestion, and fever. They need to get back to sanitation. The staff don't care about keeping the younger kids safe or telling the bigger kids not to throw the toddler play blocks. Some of them just will look and turn they head to not deal with it, and others will say they will talk to them but never do. I see why staff keep quitting management should be less mean towards the staff and focus on taking pride in kee

First time visitors here. I brought my kids here for my sons' birthday. It was the weekend and very busy. My children had a lot of fun. I would recommend signing up and filling out the consent forms online prior to visiting to avoid having to wait in line to use the provided computers. Prices are comparative to other trampoline parks. There was a couple areas that looked fun to play, but it was closed and blocked off from use, so we weren't able to experience all the activities. Staff is not as friendly as

My son loves it so much, we bought a membership. We can go every day of the week now, and it's affordable. And the massage chairs are AMAZING for those of us with bad backs. And kids sleep GREAT after playing so hard!

SO much fun and a great deal! 90 minutes was more than enough for my kids to have a blast and wear themselves out. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean.

Nice set up with a nice amount of activities. We came to play extreme dodge ball but it's not a structured game like other trampoline places. There aren't enough balls, very small kids allowed in with teens and adults, no referee tossing people out when they are hit. Just a free for all trying not to hit the kindergarten children.

This place is down right terrible. Most of the workers are amazing. It is the store managers Tara and Mel who are the problem and the main reason I will never be coming back. Those women do not know how to talk to customers or their workers. I noticed how disrespectful these two women were to their workers because I could hear it over their walkie talkies that seem to be turned to the highest possible volume at all times. I myself had a bad experience with both the stores managers There was a misunderstandi

Not only are they way over priced, they literally raised their prices on drinks and snacks. They don't allow you to bring your own anything and force you to buy theirs smh. $4 for a water bottle, this is what the world?s coming to. Not only do they charge $30 per child no matter the age, they on top of that want to make you pay their outrageous prices. I'd like to meet the owner in person and tell him what I think about it

This was our first trip here and it did not disappoint! So much to do for all ages...very much worth the admission fee, especially for the 2 hr pass. It was very nice that adults can get in to supervise the kids without having to pay. You can jump and play for hours here and never be bored. They do offer vending machines for drinks and snacks, but there are also water fountains available. You must purchase a pair of jumping socks for $3 a pair, but once you have them you can use them Everytime you come back

I have traveled all over the USA and this is by far the cleanest, organized and well staffed jump park we have ever entered!!

super great environment! Staff is so friendly, place is always super clean, and plenty of stuff for my kiddo to do!!! Definitely will be back!

Update 3/2024: The facility is much cleaner! Bought a monthly membership and 3 of the 4 times that I have taken my kids there to jump, they have been closed for private events. I try calling prior to arrival to see if they are open to the public, but no one ever answers or returns calls. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the facility is disgustingly dirty! Also, the day we went, there was no toilet paper or soap in the women?s bathroom. We won't be returning until I hear that the facility is clean, the

Super fun place for the kids they all seem to love it! We usually go during the week place is super clean since the new management took over. Staff is very friendly. Would give it 10 stars if I could! Management is amazing and super friendly! Everyone really seems to love being there

It was not horrible, my kids enjoyed it, we bought a pass so they could play for the whole month, there was a lot of kids for my kids to interact with, but when we were leaving a mother was screaming at an employee because her sons shoes were stolen, the stench was prominent but bearable

They should really pay their employees more for the weekends or something. Everytime I come in on a Saturday the place is ridiculously packed and the employees are kind but always seem distressed. I also overheard a cashier (an older lady in a black shirt) get on a kid about a review he left. Telling him that if he's going to leave bad reviews he doesn't need to be there. That seemed very dishonest to me. Other than that the park is well maintained and most of the staff are great, we'll surely be back in th

Great place for children. My two granddaughters loved the many different things to do. Well set up. Clean.

We had a birthday party here. It was nice to not have to clean up. It ran smoothly and the place is so much more cleaner with more friendly staff unlike P3.

I had a wonderful experience here, a very fun place to take kids and I really like all of the workers I meet but one that sticks out is Raven she treated my child like a friend and I appreciate that a lot

The kids love it, it is quite the work out too. They only have a vending machine with Gatorade and water. It's costy, we spent $84 for 1 adult and 2 kids to jump for 90mins

Majority of the time, things go well. Most staff is friendly albeit not that attentive. However, there does not seem to be a a precedent to those who verbally accost others for asking for a turn on the games. My daughter (3yo) was waiting her turn for a game, a young boy (about 6-7) had been playing for awhile and we asked that she get a turn, as the ?rules? they have posted state to take turns. He went and got his mother who immediately came over screaming and threatening to call someone to come fight by h

Place looked nice. We drove down for the Sunday morning toddler time. Revisited the website and no clear instructions say, "You MUST register 24 hours in advance for this and do the full 2 hours." That's what they told us at arrival. No problem though, we can just pay a reasonable price so our 1 and 6 year olds can jump for an hour, right? Wrong. $54 for 90 minutes, no lower price. Same price as a month membership. If you are thinking of stopping in, don't consider a one-time visit. Carefully review the

I really enjoyed my time here some people that made it memorable is victoria, Raven and Reese they made me feel really welcomed

Hi! I'm nevaehs mom but also a customer of sky zone long before Nevaeh was hired . Since she has been hired I've had the privilege to take my brother and his Gf to sky zone and watch Nevaeh interact with the children and do her job. She was being very thorough and took it seriously . I couldn't be more proud ??

Kids love it here! Great place to burn off steam! Highly recommend ??????

The 21-year-old manager Haley or something like that and her little entourage Of about four employees stole my phone and $50 tonight my first time going there for a child?s birthday party and I had to call the police. I asked workers to check the cameras numerous times and was asking for help for over an hour almost 2 hours went by and I told them I was gonna make a report to the police Not saying they stole it but to hold whoever stole it accountable, they told me ?no one can see the camera footage. I aske

went for my sons birthday and This park is not worth $26.99. The staff was rude and it smelled like musty bleach.

My son LOVED having his 13th birthday there! We will definitely be back!

Skyzone will attempt to sign you up for a monthly membership even if you purchase daily passes. Review your receipt as soon as you make a transaction there. It also happened to 2 people I know after I warned them about it. Super shady business practice.

Mrs.Tera and Mrs.Mell are amazing they are really wonderful people ??? I'll see you guys the next birthday

Decent trampoline park, poor customer service. Problems with waiver process, inattentive staff (I paid for 3, got 2 pair of socks, 2 wristbands and had to show my receipt to get the 3rd even though I had been given a receipt seconds before). "Lifeguards" talk to each other rather than spreading out to monitor activity (teens jumping in toddler area). Zipline was down. Kids had fun though. Will visit again, especially if a Groupon is available & hope staff gets their act together.

So Groupon had a deal for sky zone 2 1 hour jumps for 14 and it expired right b4 my son's birthday I was bummed. I looked on there for other activities a few days later and found one for planet 3 for the same price and seen trampolines and thought ok I will travel 1hour just for him....when we got there OMG it was wasy more than just trampolines. they have rock climbing...rope climbing..ziplines...an area for 6 and under and the list goes on!...I will never go to that "other" place again!...I had a part of

They have great customer service very nice and polite and helpful to the kids it's this one employee her name Zyierre I believe dude a nice person 5 stars for her

So glad this was here to keep the kids going!!!

Well lit and open floor for easier supervision. They have credit card operated massage chairs yo use while you watch your kids play. Lots to do for all different ages and abilities. The downside is the cleanliness. The bathroom sinks were clogged and very dirty. Not a few hours of dirty, a long time.

Grandkids had a great time in our visit. We will definitely be taking them again.

My boyfriend, myself, and our 3yo were one of the only two families present during our visit and the employees pretty much stalked our every move making sure my boyfriend didn't play AT ALL with our 3 year old without paying an additional $26 or purchase their socks because regular, not their company branded, rubber bottomed socks apparently do not suffice. The place is overpriced and if that already doesn't deter you, don't worry, they'll be sure to run off the last few customers willing to give it a try w

This place is amazing! Kept a 10 year old busy and trying new things for an hour and a half. They have an hour, hour and a half and a two hour ticket option. They call out your wristband color when your time is up. Great system at work here. He was already planning his next visit before even leaving the building! We will definitely be back!!

The kids always have a great time! New employee Makenna D. was very helpful and courteous.

This place is pretty sweet. My kids love it. The staff seems less than thrilled to be there and they are usually pretty grumpy. I will continue to go however because it is truly a lot of fun and it is nice to have someplace in town to do something with the family. *Pro Tip* Sunday morning at open time is the best time to go. Never very many people. On weekend nights the place gets pretty packed and my little ones can get run down by older kids.

Honestly, I would put zero stars if I could, but sadly I can't. That place has gotten very bad ever since it changed to Sky Zone. It's a shame to see that the place I once loved so dearly as a kid and teen has fallen apart this badly. It seems that more often when I go, there are new workers who are always on my case about things I normally do. Today was really the tipping point for me because I was just enjoying my time with my friends. When one of my friends left, that same worker who has yelled at me mul

This place is very fun a worker named Teresa checks me in every time she is very friendly place is very great. Workers are nice.

Was here today and Nevaeh G was so great! So sweet to my daughter and lots of fun energy!!!

We had a blast! Very nice, clean, the owner was super nice, employees are attentive and friendly, great rules to keep everyone safe and there is fun for all ages which is a plus! I reside in Houston where we have a few, so I just have a few suggestions: More sitting would be great, maybe even the picnic table styles, lockers(some sort of electronic ones, that you pay with your credit card).????

10/10 experience , my favorite worker was a young girl name Zyierre very polite & welcoming

We hosted my oldest daughter's 11th Birthday here today and it was great! We did the VIP party for 15 kids and it was totally worth it! Birthday girl got a T shirt, and all the kids got a water bottle, sticker, and a free return pass! We also had 3 pizzas and 3 drinks included, and the best part is they set up and took down everything for us! Really took the stress off of mom and dad! Our party planner Hailey was on the ball and decorated our room beautifully. Thanks for everything, Sky Zone! We will be doi

My kids have so much fun and the staff that helped (josha) I think that's how you spell his name he was definitely a lot of help I recommend him and it was his first time

Had my kids birthday party today staff was great. Thank you so much !!

Fun to play, but bathrooms were gross, employees jumping and playing basketball instead of watching to keep everyone safe. Also, you need a metal detector since there was a shooting before. This is the first time we've been back since that incident and I am blown away that there's not a metal detector.

Took my daughter here for the first time a couple days ago. We had an awesome time. It was very fun, clean and staff was awesome. Definitely will be back as my daughter has asked me about 52 times in the past two days when we can go back. Haha. Highly recommend. We did kid jump and it wasn't too busy.

Mila was amazing she was very helpful and she played the music I requested

My kids love coming here but they are one unfortunate situation away from a major lawsuit and shutting down. The equipment seems to be fine but safety equipment is in the latter stages of wear

Fun place for kids.. The employees are kind too there's a tall girl who is really kind.. Tht says a lot about a business. How p3 treats their workers good!!

Attended a birthday party this weekend for a friend's child. What an amazing time we had! Even when they are super busy they still made time to make us feel welcome! The kids had a blast and the massage chairs are a great place to watch the kids from! Kids enjoyed this big parachute they had out. Just a great job from everyone involved and I want to say Thanks for making it enjoyable for even us adults!

Overpriced and rude staff. The day pass costs about as much as a month membership. The website isn't clear that for some programs you have to pay ahead a day before on the website and cannot purchase tickets at the desk the day of. We won't be going back.

Kya was very kind checking us in and riven was doing a great job interacting with the kids on the floor.

Went for the first time in a year today. The new management has really improved the facility! Remodeled bathrooms were very clean, new flooring in the arena, staff throughout actually attending the attractions that require staff. If you have been in the past and left disappointed I definitely recommend giving it another chance! I would love to see the homeschool memberships brought back ??

We came for my son?s birthday party today and what a mess it turned into the only positive was our birthday party host who was running around our whole party trying to make it look nice! Management was extremely rude to me after they tried to put us in a room that was too small for our party. We were rushed the moment we got there and we got there early, staff were actively talking badly about our party in front of us and talking amongst each other saying that we needed to get out so they could flip the roo

Very fun place fantastic staff all around will definitely be coming again!

very kind staff and management and a clean environment. very fun and will return again!

This place is filthy and disgusting. The workers are all hanging out at the front desk three workers and nobody is cleaning anything we've been here for three weeks straight and the bathroom has not been cleaned. The bathroom flooded all over the floor the week of Christmas and it is now January 11 in the same mass as on the floor and nobody has cleaned it.

I have read the reviews to realize I am not the only one that was scammed. I took my nephew granddaughter and grandson to jump The cashier explained to me that I could pay two extra dollars and the kids could jump free for the rest of the month of December. Come January my account was charged $78 when I called to speak with a manager I explained to her what happened and she kept telling me that that was correct I explained they didn't say it was for January February March April etc they said it was for the

I have tried to cancel this membership and it has impossible! I have called for several weeks to get help left my number a manger was supposed to call no one has called! This is piss poor! Now my calls are being rejected ! I just need to cancel this I'm not from this piss poor place I only came up to have a visit my step daughter! I want this cancelled now! And don't pull no money off!

Very friendly staff and a great family atmosphere. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.

Place was great for my kiddos to have fun. I don't like the photo policy where they need to take a photo of your child. It's not like they check the kids with their adult when you leave.

Kids had a blast! But their chairs at the tables could be more comfortable.

we will not be going back to planet three on miller road ever again. not only did they charge us the wrong package, then for extra jump time they tried to charge us more then what it wouldve originally costed. then the chick there who claimed she was right there during our check out. if u were right there why didnt u fix the employees mistake. we walked in at 5 when the cutoff is 530. asked for all day passes. get sold a standard pass. when i clearly asked if we were good til 8 the lady confirmed yes. but t

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
