The tale of two coins. Came in during the day and everything was peaceful and smooth. Came in at night and things are crazy. I guess the check-in was the greatest drawback. Excruciatingly slow with all the waiting for waivers and socks and payment. But the smiles on the kid's faces made it worth it. All the staff were helpful though.

Very impressed with the variety of activities for the kids! Also, the level of maintenance and cleanliness has definitely improved since becoming Sky Zone. The memberships are also reasonably priced and easy to manage.

Brought my sons and my daughter here for her birthday and was assisted and greeted with a wonderful smile attitude from the desk attendant Tori. Security was awesome and helpful my baby enjoyed herself and my son's although older has an awesome time as well. I got to enjoy the massage chair and music. Great time! Cool atmosphere! ?? Terrible place to spend your hard earned money. Spent $900+ on my son?s birthday party. Staff was overly rude and threatened to call the cops when asked clarifying questions on the party process. Our first experience was ok not too crowded and everything seemed fairly clean! Second visit was really busy, a woman was breastfeeding in the jumping area and the manager didn't do anything about it?. This place was greater then I imagined I took both my children 4&14 and my step sons 17&21 and they all had so much fun I had to go get a jump ticket so I could join. They have foam pits and zip lines they allow parents on the jump floor as observers, the have massage chairs that you can relax in while you watch the kids play. 10/10 recommend

Brought our young daughter here twice and she developed hand foot mouth disease a few days after both times. Not sure if this is just coincidence however, we have been to countless other play places with lots of kids and germs but she has not developed this virus after going to those other places. Does this place not have a guest limit? Me and my kids came in today and the place was in shambles. There had to be like 400 people in that building and they were still selling tickets! I had a birthday party for my kids on a Saturday. I had several calls to be sure we had everything planned correctly. Everything was taken care of. The party room was clean and nicely set up. The pizza was delicious and the party host tended to our needs. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a stress free party.

This place has no security. My kids were waiting for the zipline when a bunch of boys started trashing the place. When they were told to leave they just continued on to the point where the manager could only stand there and stare. The place is always packed too, with that many guests and in this location it doesnt make sense not to have security. My kids had a great time but definitely not come again on the weekend.

We have a membership for my two kids, and every single time we go, they get sick runny nose, congestion, and fever. They need to get back to sanitation. The staff don't care about keeping the younger kids safe or telling the bigger kids not to throw the toddler play blocks. First time visitors here. I brought my kids here for my sons' birthday. It was the weekend and very busy. My children had a lot of fun. I would recommend signing up and filling out the consent forms online prior to visiting to avoid having to wait in line to use the provided computers. Nice set up with a nice amount of activities. We came to play extreme dodge ball but it's not a structured game like other trampoline places. This was our first trip here and it did not disappoint! So much to do for all ages...very much worth the admission fee, especially for the 2 hr pass. Decent trampoline park, poor customer service. Problems with waiver process, inattentive staff (I paid for 3, got 2 pair of socks, 2 wristbands and had to show my receipt to get the 3rd even though I had been given a receipt seconds before). "Lifeguards" talk to each other rather than spreading out to monitor activity (teens jumping in toddler area). Zipline was down. Kids had fun though. Will visit again, especially if a Groupon is available & hope staff gets their act together.

So Groupon had a deal for sky zone 2 1 hour jumps for 14 and it expired right b4 my son's birthday I was bummed. Well lit and open floor for easier supervision. They have credit card operated massage chairs yo use while you watch your kids play. Lots to do for all different ages and abilities. This place is amazing! Kept a 10 year old busy and trying new things for an hour and a half. They have an hour, hour and a half and a two hour ticket option. They call out your wristband color when your time is up. Great system at work here. He was already planning his next visit before even leaving the building! We will definitely be back!!

This place is pretty sweet. My kids love it. The staff seems less than thrilled to be there and they are usually pretty grumpy. We hosted my oldest daughter's 11th Birthday here today and it was great! We did the VIP party for 15 kids and it was totally worth it! Fun to play, but bathrooms were gross, employees jumping and playing basketball instead of watching to keep everyone safe. Also, you need a metal detector since there was a shooting before. This is the first time we've been back since that incident and I am blown away that there's not a metal detector.

Took my daughter here for the first time a couple days ago. We had an awesome time. It was very fun, clean and staff was awesome.
