I like how open it is. You can stand up on the uppermost part and basically see your child no matter where they are. I dislike however that seating to eat and drink is limited. Every few minutes you'll hear announcements of the rules. No running is a rule, but isn't enforced. Teenagers about trampled my little one and not one employee said anything. But the moment I brought an unopened bottle of Gatorade with me they were on me like white on rice. ??????? Special socks are required to purchase upon entry.

Absolutely a waste of money! I do not recommend having a party here. I paid for the mega party which I had to ask for the other items that came with the package (socks and water bottles) and I wasn't aware the pizza was ordered from an outside restaurant and the nothing comes with the party package. So what did I spend 433.00 on? We had to jump before being allowed into our room for an hour to eat and one of the employee (David I believe his name is) was rude to two of the parents of my party. I'm so very d

Fun place for the family. Expensive for adults but overall good fun clean place for a day out. Earlier in the morning is less crowded of course - later in the evening will always have more people. You have to sign a waiver each time. Jumpers need to buy the companies socks - yours aren't valid.

There is something for kids of any age. Hours of active entertainment that the kids never get bored with. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Jackson who took his time helping my daughter overcome her fear of the giant face first slide. It is now her favorite activity there. The family plan is a great value for $125/m.

Took both of my children there today for a fun time. We have been jumping here for years. However, I'm not impressed with the situation I had happen to me today. My 6 year old was able to jump for free because he had a voucher from selling so many City Savers. My 2 year old was free as well because he's under the age of 3. However, I had to pay for myself ($35), even though I made it clear that I would not be jumping ( I'm 33 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy). I was told that I have to pay the $35

Decent place for the kids to burn off energy. But, it's pretty pricey. They give out colored bands, and the there's a PA system that goes off telling whatever color bracelet you have that it's time to leave. They have unlimited jump options also. There is an employee there who's so rude. I didn't get his name (because that would involve him actually talking to us like he wanted to be there) but, he had glasses and tattoos. Hipster vibe. He gave no information about size of socks, kind of tossed them at us

Lot or fun for the kids, but very expensive. Take your own treats and drinks.

I've brought my girls here multiple times and I have to say today is the first time I have seen an associate on the floor interacting with the kids. Logan was helping the kids and just having fun with them! That's the type of employee I thought I would see at a place like this. Logan is a gem, he needs a raise!

Great place to bring the kids to be active indoors. There is plenty of comfortable seating for parents (and a few choice outlets if in need) including massage chairs. The staff has always been kind to me and my son and the place is pretty clean. There's also a little "market" where you can purchase snacks and drinks but feel free to bring your own bottled water! There's even a bottle refill station. This is my favorite place to bring my son while I get 2-hours of almost uninterrupted study time!

This is not as big as others, their parking was full people were parking at the gym and walking over. It was a Saturday and rainy so we go the all day pass so we can come and go. They will not let you wear any other socks but theirs be prepared to drop more $ on socks. I loved that they were strict about the bands kicking people out it helped with crowd control. Strongly recommend filling waiver out on website that saved me 20+minutes not having to wait when we got there!

This is the second year we've had one of the kids' birthday parties at Sky Zone. They love it and it's so easy! A special shout out to Malakye. He is amazing! He's so patient with the kids (and adults), he's polite and attentive and is a really great party representative for Sky Zone.

Haven't been to this location in months. Yesterday we went and I was impressed by the amount of staff present and attentive. I observed clear and frequent communication between staff monitoring play areas to keep everyone safe. Shout out to management as this is a big improvement.

Two very disappointed kiddos. We have the basic membership package and arrived before 1 p.m., but were told they would only get 15 minutes of jump time because they can only jump before 1 p.m. If we wanted them to jump longer, we'd have to upgrade to a higher membership. That's never happened before?as long as we arrived before 1 p.m., they always got to jump for 2 hours. Not to mention, it was not even that busy. We definitely won't be renewing our membership and spending our money elsewhere.

It's a bit pricey for the amount of activities to do. My daughter is 5 and had a great time but couldn't do some of the bigger activities. I have been here on weekends when crowded and at least they have staff attempting to control kids getting out of hand. On days when it's not crowded, there's no staff walking around. I thought the balls and such were falling apart and useless. For the price you pay, they could keep up on ball maintenance. And the kids never take appropriate turns on the video game part.

Sky Zone offers a unique and engaging experience that transcends typical entertainment. It's a place to unleash your inner child, test your limits, and experience the joy of movement and play. From the adrenaline rush of bouncing on trampolines to the thrill of conquering challenges, Sky Zone provides a fun and active environment for all ages. The park's emphasis on play and physical activity makes it a great option for individuals looking to get active, socialize, and create lasting memories.

I want to compliment the guys who were working this morning (2/6/25- 11-12ish) for taking the time to not only check on a child who was shoved, held down, and hurt- but for also checking the cameras and talking to the other child's parent about appropriate play. You offered ice, checked on my nephew more than once, and were very kind. You are making a difference & it makes me want to bring my children again knowing you care.

This place was absolutely the nastiest place I've ever been in. You walk in and the smell of dirty feet hits you. It's one level of jumping while a wall of parents sit around and watch the kids. It's almost creepy. We drove an hour to get there, walked in and my family and I walked right out. Our kids looked at us and said ?this is disgusting? we aren't staying here. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

It was ok. Venue is small, and was crowded & a little pricey for the 2hrs we payed for. I've taken my kids to at least ? dozen different trampoline parks & feel like this one offered less value for the price. Staff was friendly enough & place was fairly clean, but I didn't visit restroom, so can't speak on it's condition.

Bring your own refreshments! 9 dollars for two bottles of water. Absolutely packed on a Sunday afternoon. Workers are not watching or saying anything to people. Watched one kid beating an employee in the back, watched another teen physically bullying kids, watched kids and adults, while the place was packed, breaking all the rules right in front of employees and they did/said nothing. All the employees look like high schoolers and maybe too afraid to speak to people or maybe just lazy I don't know. Will go

We enjoy going here and jumping. We have a membership and with that being said here are my pros and cons. Pros: People working the counter, super nice and helpful. We also love the kids enjoy it. Cons: The slide and trapeze bar are NEVER open. The kids working the floor are rude to the children. It states no food or drinks on top deck but the employees do both. I was not allowed to go down the ramp they told me to go down the stairs. The seats are very uncomfortable for parents. You have a hard time sitting

UPDATE: I contacted the company and provided more detail, no response and nothing to rectify horrible customer service. Glad I left the review because this is obviously a whole company issue, not just a few staff members. Slide was closed! The staff was SO RUDE!!! Prices are crazy high! Place smells horrible! It's packed! Not much too do. 1 STAR BECAUSE THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE. Little girl at the front needs an elbow to her face!

Just be careful when you buy tickets they won't tell you that you're joining the club sometimes and then the money is debited out of your account every month so just be careful when you are buying tickets. Make sure you're not buying the monthly package but besides that it's it's a great place

Awesome place, kind and courteous staff. I highly suggest the membership! Our 2 year old was beyond himself, and they had an area designated for littles which made it even better. He had an absolute blast before 3pm which mostly had kids around his age. It did get really packed and full of kids (most not paying attention where they were running) after 3pm but that's entirely expected. Super awesome place cannot say it enough, give this place a go.

Very nice place, tons of parking. The staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable, you do have to buy their socks but they are about $3.50 so budget for that, don't forget to bring them back when you return, or they'll make you buy another pair. If you are a new customer you have to sign a waiver but is valid for a year, other than that it was a quick process; pay, wear bracelet, put the P3 socks and go play!

Their monthly membership fees start at $17 per month. For that deal, we can jump 2 hours max.a day everyday- more than plenty for good exercise for my 8 yr old son. I pick the not so crowded hours to enjoy this place. Their staff members are very helpful. We always have a great time there.

Shout out to the staff at sky zone for letting us go block by block, and lane by lane to find my son's lost iPhone. The manager went above and beyond for our family and we are so grateful for his hospitality!

We visited then the next day we all are sick. This place could work on being more sanitary. It smells and isn't clean. With the flu and covid going around you would think they would sanitize and have cleaner equipment.

This place is great for the community and kids who have little to no outlets in this city. A lot of things come and go in Clarksville - and there is little to replace it. Kids need an affordable outlet - and I consider this affordable. People call it expensive, but I wouldn't say it is anymore expensive than taking your kids to a movie. $20 for two hours seems reasonable to me. They also have those club nights on the weekends, which I believe is the same price but the time frame is like 9-12. If $20 is to

My kids always have fun at these. We used to go to them in AZ.

This place was really fun, my daughter and niece loved it. Big space with lots of activities from rock climbing, dodgeball, obstacle course, numerous jump areas and even a space for younger children only. They have a stationary diving board to jump off of and a trapeze swing. Great for rainy days, hot days, or just to burn some energy.

Great place for the kids and adults as well. Paid approximately $25 for two under 8. We already had jump socks and saved $6. This gave us 2 hours of jump time, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Update March 2023: Just used a Groupon party package. Everything was amazing!! My granddaughter said it was the best birthday party she had ever had. Thanks Defy!!

I don't know how this place has 4 star reviews. It is by far the worse sky zone I have ever been to and possibly worst trampoline park in general, yet it has the highest prices if any others. All other sky zones have many attractions including zip line, multiple slides, various trampoline areas and even a high jump trampoline area, ninja course and more. This sky zone continually removes attractions and never replaces them with anything. Attractions that are broken (ie the ninja course) are never repaired o

Overall, our family loves the trampoline park. Our kiddos are always asking to go. Even at 30 years old we like it too. Defy caters to both big and small kiddos. Good amount of trampolines, obstacle course, basketball hoops, a bar swing, and even a dodgeball cage. Parents also have the option to sit in the sidelines right there. My one complaint is we bought pass cards. We have used them twice now with no problems. I guess they changed the rules within a month, without disclosing or having any mention of t

The manager was very rude to me as if he didn't wanna be there and is if he was in a hurry to get outta there then he started saying on god and I'm very religious so it really hurt me that people could be this cruel then he started yelling at me saying i coudnt get a buddy pass from my membership cause I didn't receive it wen I got the membership and he kept yelling at me and he was very rude to his employees he's around, I do not recommend this park at all so I give this experience a big 0

Pretty fun place. Get a Groupon though if there is at least 4 of you. Much better price. Be prepared to pay for socks as well. If you're fat like me don't jump into the foam pits. Lmao! You will never get out. I gave you fair warning. Stick to dodge ball and the trampolines. Other than that it's a fun place for the kids and adults too. They have seating so you can watch your kids even if you aren't jumping. Also 2 massage chairs that you can pay to use while you wait for your kids.

Love defy! My son has a blast playing for hours! We're members and go a couple times a week and it doesn't get old! Staff is super friendly and a great environment for kids!

Great fun by everyone! Even the grandparents who weren't jumping. We so wish you were in business when our 3 boys were growing up! We loved seeing the exercise happening without the kids realizing it. Kuddos!!!

NEW ATTRACTIONS** Basketball Court and the slide seems like fun. If you are looking for a good activity out this is it. Bring your kids. Or if you feel like u just wanna jump around with friends that works too. They have music playing in the background. Vending machines. Clean restrooms. You can book everything online. Little interaction with staff if you like.

Overall an okay place to take your kids to have fun. However, I don't think we will back due to lack of cleaning. I also wished they had a toddler section so that smaller kids can still have fun and lower the risk of getting hurt. I hope one day they hire someone to deep clean this place and up keep it.

It was pretty cool but very busy. Wasn't able to jump with my nephew bc he has a membership and since I came from out of town I don't have one. He was able to jump but since they were so busy I would've had to wait almost an hour to buy a ticket ??

My son wanted to come here on his birthday with a few friends. I purchased passes for them the evening before to be sure we could go when we wanted. We have a collection of non- slip socks from various locations and asked if those were ok. I was told they were. That was not true. Sadly I worked with someone in management when I purchased the passes who told me otherwise. I would've expected them to know, but no. Once we arrived, check in was incredibly slow and the staff was rude. There was no one to

This jumping place is what was needed in Clarksville. Too bad they didn't consider a bigger park . Clarksville community includes Fort Campbell and I think it gets too crowded on the weekend. Overall its fun to be able to have the park here instead of driving 45 minutes to the next park available. Security for the younger jumpers and parental control is very skimpy. The witnessing of a fight of some rowdy teenagers , and the way the staff ( not much older than the fighting teens) was handled was scary. It t

3 Kids under 10. Getting the Sky Zone membership is the best thing you can do to handle mid-state TN winters.

This is a nice, fun and clean trampoline park. It is not super big, which I liked because you can pretty much see your children everywhere they go. It is also not too crowded. I think it is a little pricey at $28 for 1 1/2 hours that's why I give it 4 stars.

A major money grab! Purchased the slushy only to find out you can't bring it in the trampoline area. Of course they have storage available for it. With your shoes or a locker area of some kind that you can pay for...

It's a nice place to take yours kid(s) but don't get the membership. I cancelled mine weeks ago and they still try to charge my card every so often of almost $50. When I called to see why I'm still getting charged I wasn't able to get a reason as to why.

Great place to visit! Go on weekdays to guarantee the best chance of lower crowds and a fantastic jumping experience.

We loved the jump place so much! My 3 yr old son has been going since he was 1.5. Today we went to go jump after running some errands it was 740 when we walked up to the counter. We have a membership with around 7 people on it so it's around 1000$ for this membership. My son just turned 3 last month and he is no longer free, okay fine no issue, but next we were told we can't pay for him to jump because only members after 730. I, his mother am under the membership and could jump but they told me my son would

Excellent place to take the kids

A bit pricey but the kids love it! Was sold out when we got there, but thank God I bought tickets online from Home Sweet Savings. The tickets were buy one get one free and we were allowed entrance with them even though they where sold out.

Great time , great place ! Kids had a blast and the employees were professional and helpful !

These guys, and women, at Defy are the best professional staff you could possibly ask for. The Management is wickedly awesome. Seriously, where did they come from.. They are like perfect aliens.. ??

Lots to do for my 5 year old, 9year old AND 11year old!!! So much fun!!!!

We played for 5 hours! Endless fun! Plus massage chairs for the parents! The only thing that would make it better is hot food.

Great place for cardio workout. Fun for the whole family and they even have section for 6yrs and under.

It's cool can be very hard to find parking and a sit depending on on the time you get there

Having never had tried a trampoline park before, we were all super excited to see what this new craze is all about! And all four of us absolutely loved it! You'll start by signing a waiver, then choosing how long you'll be jumping for and purchasing a park of their anti-slip socks. Once that's all done, you're off! They have a ninja-warrior style area with obstacles, rows of trampolines, a rock wall, a dodgeball area, trapeze bar with foam pit, jousting, and a toddler area with trampolines and a foam pit fo

This place is a lot of fun! And if you want to go regularly, the membership is TOTALLY worth it! We take the kids nearly every weekend for 2 hours either Sat or Sun plus once after school during the week for an hour or so and they love going! The monthly membership is only a few dollars more than it costs to go once so definitely a money saver! Did a birthday party there a couple months ago that was a great experience, also! Update: this is a great way to get some energy out a few days a week during summer

Allot of fun for the family. Employees were not very strict on the rules. I was worried a few times for my 2 and 4 year olds because they were allowing the kids to dangerously bounce from one trampoline to the other.

$72 for my 3 kids 10 and under to jump. That's with a military discount while a significant amount of the play space is under construction.. That is absolutely outrageous. We will not be back.

So grateful to have trampolines for my kids to jump off energy. While there, I saw constant cleaning and disinfecting and am grateful they don't have to wear masks while jumping. We will definitely come back.

There are not enough employees working the area. There should be an employee at each station. There was no supervision at the ninja area, the 6 & under area, the high jump area, the rock wall or the dodgeball area. Several children even asked for a ref. to come to the dodgeball area and they would not.

This is a great facility, very fun and clean! 90 minutes wore our son out, and myself! We worth the visit!!

Very nice.. a place where your young ones can run and jump all that extra energy out. Staff is very nice and welcoming.. I payed about 55 dollars for 4 kids with socks after military discount.. 1 hour time frame..

My 7yo daughter was injured when a boy was jumping with a metal box in his hand resulting in a 1 inch gash on her forehead requiring an ER visit. The facility had 2 maybe 3 "lifeguards" on duty at the time. The boy was seen giving the box to his father BEFORE my daughter was hurt but was allowed to jump with it again. Highly irresponsible both on this facility and the parent. I was told their "3rd party" would contact us, but nothing so far. The manager mishandled this every step. The worst comments were: "

I've been going since it was called planet 3. It was very nice when it first opened. It smells like feet now, but the kiddos still have fun.

Staff were unprofessional and lacks consideration/ care especially when this is supposed to be a child friendly environment. They turned my 6 year old son away and left him in tears ( since kids don't really understand why they still can't play) because we arrived 45 mins before closing. The staff stated he cannot play unless we have prior membership. The only way non- members can play is if they arrive before 7:30 pm, which is not public knowledge. This is bad for business and makes no sense, especially i

Our kids always enjoy this place. The employees/managers are always helpful. Krystal was a huge help on a mistake I made with membership. Always recommend this jump spot.

Way, way, WAY too expensive for just 90 min. And not offering a membership that includes the whole family shows just how greedy this company is. I bought a 20oz soda and they charged me EIGHT DOLLARS. For a 20oz soda. It was $20 for 3 regular size gatorades. The kids weren't being watched in all places, I had to get help bc some little kids kept pushing other kids off the high jump, and I had to chase down a 2 yr old that ran passed the ?attraction closed? sign and made it partly up the steps bc there were

I know people can't always be watched, but there should be a but more supervision. Kids were running and almost knocking over adults and other kids. Two boys were using the photo booth as a place to go and hit each other in the private areas, and there were adults in a birthday party area openly pouring alcohol into their sodas. One mother, in the jumping area, was screaming, repeatedly, at her young (maybe 7) year old daughter for not watching her barely walking little brother so that the mother could jum

We took our 3 year old daughter here today and she had a blast. I do think it's geared towards older kids, but she still had fun. I do wish there was a separate place for the younger kids to play with each other because a lot of the older kids show no regard for the little ones, but I guess it's just kids being kids. Overall, this was a fun place though and we will probably go back.

Fun enjoyable place for the whole family. Affordable considering other options in Clarksville. The kids were wore out and tired just as expected

We've had two birthday parties there this year. The most recent one was last week. It's a great place- kids love it. Kind of expensive but they cover everything. Since this summer, I've noticed they've really gone wild about the wrist bands. One of the kids at the party came crying to me because a worker told him that he couldn't be there without a wristband (his had fallen off somewhere). We were able to get another one no problem. Also, they cut the bands at the end of the party...a lot of kids like to we

Always clean and well staffed. We been there at least 30 times now. Great place to let kids burn off steam or for a birthday party.

Always a great place for the kids to get all their energy out

I took myself and my daughter here last week and we had an absolute blast! Wasn't super busy after 6 pm on a weekday. I took her after work/school. Staff was super friendly and patient with her as she rode down their big slide at least 50 times. ?? They helped her reach certain things she needed like the swinging bar into the foam pit. We waited maybe a few minutes in line. I recommend getting the tickets beforehand if you even think it's gonna be busy at all. This is the only trampoline park in Clarksville

Visited this place for a birthday. The atmosphere was wild and active which was a plus. I figured it would be really loud especially with so many people inside, but it wasn't that bad to be honest. My biggest issue is the amount of jump time kids get, especially during party hours. All the kids at my sons birthday party were very dissatisfied. Everyone wears a colored wrist band. Certain color(s) jump for a duration, then rest for a time, and go again. I didn't see any child in our group actually break a sw

Had a great time! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended! We will go back! Borthday party packages are well worth it!

I had a great family experience, jumping around and laughing with my wife and kids. I got some great exercise and will have a great memory. I will be honest though, its definitely over priced. We would visit more, but the price for 1 is more than a ticket to Holiday World or Venture River which is an all day adventure. 90 minutes for 27.00 a person and then you have to purchase socks to jump. $122 for 2 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. That is before sock price. None of the vending machines work and the only optio

This is a great place for the kids to play. Only thing that could use some improvement is the Wi-Fi. My kids jump here almost every day! They have some awesome pass packages!

DEFY is a fun place for my grand daughters to burn off energy. The staff are very nice and I enjoy going to watch my girls. I also enjoy the message chairs you have for the adults. We have been VIP members for 2 yrs. We travel 30 min one way to enjoy it. Thank you for updating your facility. It is nicer.

We used to go a ton and my kids and I went today for a fun day activity. It has gotten so expensive. For two kids to jump the minimum time, socks, &military discount it was 63$! I just find that crazy. Yes, the membership is a great deal if you can go often but not ideal for those who live far and work. Kids had fun but just don't think it was worth the price.

Was fun place , kids had a blast. Wasn't expecting to pay for adult tickets to jump . With a little one and 7 year old. Good clean fun was very busy. Enjoyed the massage chair

Update: They did end up refunding me after some time! My kids and I always have a good time coming here, so it's unfortunate to leave this review. I had canceled our 3 monthly memberships and have both email confirmation and had verbal confirmation from a manager there would be no further charges. I was then charged $84.24 for them and still waiting for any actual help in getting a refund, its been a few weeks now. Also noticed I was charged full price for my membership instead of a parent add-on for 9.99,

What a great place for everyone to have fun!! Our grandson has his 9th birthday party there. The staff is above and beyond. We had the pleasure of having Josiah as our host. He stayed in character the entire time we were having the party. The kids loves him AND so did the adults! The accommodations are very clean and I believe safe. Plenty of parking outside. Don't hesitate to plan your next event at DEFY!!.

Came here on a busy Friday night with my daughter and her friends who are all members. The atmosphere is amazing and staff are all so fun and friendly! Taylor was so helpful when the slacklines were tangled and knotted he pulled them apart and showed my girls how to properly use them, there were a couple lifeguards there and all were playful and respectful while keeping all the little ones safe! Greg and Selena were fantastic when working with the tiny humans! We love coming here every week!

One star for customer service! We purchased a membership in NC after finding out our punch cards had ?expired? when at the time we purchased them we were told they would never expire and there is no expiration date on the card. We got a membership because we had all our kids there ready to jump and it would have been such a let down if we didn't go. So a membership for one month would at least give us a few jumps. We were then visiting family in KY just a month later and assumed our memberships would transf

Had a fun time at the jump park defy .A great place for kids to have a fun safe time. Wear out the kids For once

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
