Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This sky zone was really nice! We went here for a 5 year old party. Woodnell was the party host and was amazing! Woodnell was fun, energetic, and played games with the kids at the party. This Sky Zone location is huge! They have comfortable couches throughout so people can sit down.

My personal experience. This is just disgusting! They had a promotion for one month. So we attended. They began charging my card every month! Watch you CC information. I changed my review! Amazing Place for active rest. If you feel tired, and you need to put your energy back it is the best choice. Especially good for families!

Awful customer service. My wife took my daughter and a friend in May and was told by the front desk she had to put a card on file that day. Apparently they signed her up for membership she didn't want. The next month they charged us not once but twice on the same day. Great place! We booked a party for my son birthday and everyone had a blast. G, our host was the best! She did a great job with the room, helped where needed and organized games for the kids when we were in the room. All in all, great place to have a birthday at.

Stay away from this place...it's complete chaos. The workers do not have any control of what's happening. They spend thier time standing and talking to each other and not watching whats going on. Every attraction was mishandled The dodgball was a free for all no one controlling who is in or out...you get hit and you can stay in. You need cash for almost everything. They don't accept card for most of the arcade games. Wish they upgraded their play areas and arcade games. Ice cream was horrible. Don't waste your money on the ice cream or food.

It's a really nice and fun place for kids, my boys loved it and their prices were great and affordable definitely worth it and we'll be going back soon.

We hosted a family birthday party here, and it was my first time visiting. I had an absolute blast with the kids! Unfortunately, my niece and nephew bumped heads and got hurt, but I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded, providing ice packs and showing genuine concern for their well-being. A wonderful trampoline park and what a way to relieve stress and burn off energy for all ages! With their party rooms it does get busy depending on the time of day and the amount of parties scheduled. We were there for a birthday party and it was well organized in a sense that our group was shown every attraction in a timed fashion and had time in our designated party room for the celebration. I booked a PRIVATE room for the MEGA VIP party package for my son 5th birthday. Hi, I wanted to share some safety feedback regarding the climbing wall area. Yesterday my daughter had an accident while climbing the steep wall section and fell, resulting in a fractured arm. I understand that accidents can happen, but I did notice that the padding underneath the wall was quite thin for such a steep and high structure. I would not go here for a kids birthday party. Maybe if you have teenagers it's fine. I have been to many Skyzones in different places. This one is completely run by teenagers. Not only that but manager is quite young (seems like a tall teenager). Apparently his friends all come there to play and hurt other little kids. Employees are rude, and the rest don't care what's happening. There is no control or organization. My kid kept getting kicked out of the play area that he was with the weight limit and height. The employee was just saying no one over 7 is allowed when the sign doesn't say anything about age. Just height and weight which he met both of the limitations. Kids had a great time here, lots to do and very clean... We saw people wiping down the railings and arcade games multiple times when there. They have staff members at every station to keep watch and help if needed. My only disappointment was that the little kid area was closed when we went. Skyzone is a fun place. There are many activities, though some cost extra. It is very crowded though, as they do not enforce a maximum amount of people.

Private play was really fun you get to enjoy jumping and playing dodge ball with your guests! Also you can go out to the other parts and do other great activities. The only thing I didn't like was that regular people were coming in the Private play area and we had to keep telling them this section is only for certain people, they need to lock it off better or get a bigger sign so it won't be overlooked.

Super fun indoor activity for kids and the young at heart. Purchase tickets online in advance to save time and to fill out the waivers ahead of time. Costs about $30 for a 1.5 hour jump, but the staff often let you stay longer if the place isn't too busy. Weekends get booked up for parties so parking can be a little tricky. Great for all ages..we bought the elite membership ($25 monthly per child) that lets our child play, jump and climb for 2 hours...there's also unlimited jump membership for around $44 monthly per child. The customer service and personnel were great and I recieved a refund for my 3 yr old. The reason for such a low rating is because they do not have a toddler section which I am used to from taking my kids to Urban Air and had I known, I would not have taken my son. He is special needs and cannot be in the larger areas with the wide range of age groups, especially when the older kids are being extra. Today my complaint is with the manager's treatment of my son who works at this place.
