Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky Zone receives mixed reviews, with many praising fun experiences, attentive staff (especially during parties), and good value with memberships. However, significant complaints include poor customer service, misleading membership terms, safety concerns, and lack of privacy in "private" party areas. Some find it overcrowded or unsuitable for toddlers. Positive highlights include responsive staff during injuries and enjoyable activities, while negatives focus on unhelpful employees, hidden fees, and disorganized management. The overall impression is a fun but inconsistent experience, heavily dependent on staff and specific circumstances.

Customer Reviews

This sky zone was really nice! We went here for a 5 year old party. Woodnell was the party host and was amazing! Woodnell was fun, energetic, and played games with the kids at the party. This Sky Zone location is huge! They have comfortable couches throughout so people can sit down.

My personal experience. This is just disgusting! They had a promotion for one month. So we attended. They began charging my card every month! Watch you CC information. I changed my review! Amazing Place for active rest. If you feel tired, and you need to put your energy back it is the best choice. Especially good for families!

Awful customer service. My wife took my daughter and a friend in May and was told by the front desk she had to put a card on file that day. Apparently they signed her up for membership she didn't want. The next month they charged us not once but twice on the same day. Apparently they also signed up a membership for her friend as well under our card. No worries, mistakes happen. When we called to have this rectified we didn't even ask for our money back, just two free jumps. They said it shouldn't be an is

Great place! We booked a party for my son birthday and everyone had a blast. G, our host was the best! She did a great job with the room, helped where needed and organized games for the kids when we were in the room. All in all, great place to have a birthday at.

Stay away from this place...it's complete chaos. The workers do not have any control of what's happening. They spend thier time standing and talking to each other and not watching whats going on. Every attraction was mishandled The dodgball was a free for all no one controlling who is in or out...you get hit and you can stay in. Foam puts are insane this little girl was jumped on by a bigger kid and the staff did nothing...the parent had to jump in and get the litter girl(maybe 4yr old) from under a big kid

You need cash for almost everything. They don't accept card for most of the arcade games. Wish they upgraded their play areas and arcade games. Ice cream was horrible. Don't waste your money on the ice cream or food.

It's a really nice and fun place for kids, my boys loved it and their prices were great and affordable definitely worth it and we'll be going back soon.

It was a very fun experience. We loved it a lot and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and they are attentive to make sure no accidents happen. The arcade area is nice. The only bad thing I found is the food prices are very expensive. A bottle of water is $4 dollars and so on.

We hosted a family birthday party here, and it was my first time visiting. I had an absolute blast with the kids! Unfortunately, my niece and nephew bumped heads and got hurt, but I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded, providing ice packs and showing genuine concern for their well-being. One downside is that the drinks and snacks are extremely overpriced, so I'd recommend eating beforehand or bringing your own. Our party host, Kierra, was amazing?she went above and beyond to help with decorat

We had G host our party. She was so sweet. She made sure Mason and his guest were attended to. The place was clean, pizza was great.. all good vibes for the big 9th

A wonderful trampoline park and what a way to relieve stress and burn off energy for all ages! With their party rooms it does get busy depending on the time of day and the amount of parties scheduled. We were there for a birthday party and it was well organized in a sense that our group was shown every attraction in a timed fashion and had time in our designated party room for the celebration. It was such a blast we may consider an annual pass! Thank you SKY ZONE!

I booked a PRIVATE room for the MEGA VIP party package for my son 5th birthday. SO DISAPPOINTED> First they placed us in an open area next to the chill zone which is a open area for the public where there's no real privacy. I don't know why it's said private room if it's a open space without walls. When we went to the ?room? the kids were hungry and we started serving the pizza and the drinks and the power went off and we couldn't finish eating because it's was so dark. The kids were so scared and wanted to

Hi, I wanted to share some safety feedback regarding the climbing wall area. Yesterday my daughter had an accident while climbing the steep wall section and fell, resulting in a fractured arm. I understand that accidents can happen, but I did notice that the padding underneath the wall was quite thin for such a steep and high structure. For future safety, I hope you might consider thicker and more impact-absorbing cushions beneath that area. Thank you for your time and for keeping the space safe for all kid

I would not go here for a kids birthday party. Maybe if you have teenagers it's fine. I have been to many Skyzones in different places. This one is completely run by teenagers. Not only that but manager is quite young (seems like a tall teenager). Apparently his friends all come there to play and hurt other little kids. I held my son's birthday there and he got hurt right in front of me as I watched a teenager fall off the balance beam right onto my son in the foam pit. 3 other kids from my party also compl

Too congested. A little more space in-between sports could have been better. Probably kids don't care and seems all of them were enjoying it.

My daughter like it here but don't recommend for younger age it's for 4 years and up

my kids absolutely love this place! they can't wait to go back everytime. it is always busy, but not so busy that you can't get on the equipment. I recommend getting the monthly membership, it is the most cost effective.

I went here twice and my we enjoyed both times. My daughters had a blast and that's all that matters. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend.

This is a fun place for kids, though I recommend going earlier in the day, before it gets too crowded. During peak hours, there are lots of kids and long lines and I worry about safety.

I visited today and purchased the 90 minutes jump for 30 bucks! Sky Zone Trampoline Park is amazing! It's fun for all ages, with well-maintained trampolines and a variety of activities. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and safe. Whether you're jumping into foam pits, playing dodgeball, or just bouncing around, you'll have a blast. Perfect for family outings, parties, or a fun day with friends. Highly recommend!

Employees are rude, and the rest don't care what's happening. There is no control or organization. My kid kept getting kicked out of the play area that he was with the weight limit and height. The employee was just saying no one over 7 is allowed when the sign doesn't say anything about age. Just height and weight which he met both of the limitations. No supervision in that specific area as well just a teenager screaming at them from another area. If there is an age limit then post that! The floors are dirt

I just had my son?s 10th birthday party there and it was everything and more. The manager was super helpful, sweet and welcome when booking and very informative. The day of the party my host was Jazmine and she was AMAZING to say the least. She hosted the boys from start to finish, was with them everywhere they went in the park, helped decorate the room, super cool, fun and very respectful! She made my son?s birthday everything and more! Jazmine thank you so much for everything! Also, thank you to the two o

I had a small birthday party for my son here last week and it was a great experience. I went out of the way to get a party package so that we could have a room. The room was big (bigger than what we needed) but clean and private. My host was Skylar and she was nothing short of amazing. My guests came late which went into our jumping time so my son was alone at first but Skylar went around with him and that was nice of her. She showed him around and watched him jump/participated with him until the rest of th

We were group of 6 ,really had a lot of fun , Julian was helpful I would definitely recommend for all the age groups to have a relax time ??

Kids had a great time here, lots to do and very clean... We saw people wiping down the railings and arcade games multiple times when there. They have staff members at every station to keep watch and help if needed. My only disappointment was that the little kid area was closed when we went. I brought my 3 year old and she was really looking foward to it.

We held our son's 7th birthday party at Sky Zone. There were around 12-15 kids?mostly 2nd graders, plus siblings were invited. There were also around a half-dozen parents who stayed to watch (the other parents dropped off). Overall, the kids had fun, and it went pretty smoothly (but not flawlessly, as explained below). Here's how it worked: 1. They place a cart with your kid's name on it in the lobby. As guests arrive, they put their shoes (and other belongings they don't need for jumping) on the cart. Th

The kitchen staff is a mess, ran by teens. The bathrooms are never clean and utterly dirty. The whole place is dirty and the carpets seems to never be cleaned

I had high hopes for Sky Zone, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the experience was far from enjoyable. The place was noticeably dirty, which immediately made it feel unwelcoming. The staff, instead of being helpful or friendly, were unpleasant and seemed uninterested in ensuring a good experience for anyone. What really left a bad taste was the forced membership purchase just to get a lower entrance rate. It's a sneaky way to inflate prices, and having to cance

We were recently invited to a birthday party at Sky Zone, and my 3-year-old daughter was included in the invitation. Upon entering the venue, we found that some areas, particularly the playground, were a bit advanced for her, so she needed me to hold her hand at times. Concerned for her safety, I approached the front desk to request an extra pair of socks for myself so I could accompany her. However, despite already having an observer bracelet, I was told that I would need to purchase a full admission tick

You did your Big one with this one Skyzone so we've been coming here since my daughter was just a toddler it was new and it was obviously cleaner nonetheless to say it's still a very good place to be My daughter celebrated her 13th Birthday and it was awesome ?? Vivienne was our Host she did a phenomenal Job she was kind respectful friendly throughout the entire event I mean the birthday was amazing Thank you Vivienne we need more teen like Vivienne without attitude who enjoys their job. Thanks skyzone for

If I could put zero stars I will . Parents save your money ! If you plan on bringing your kids to this sky zone be ready to waste your time , not only was it full to capacity but kids bumping kids staff members not doing their job the last thing you want is to spend well over $300 to jump for nothing while jumping a kid called my son out of his name . As a mom of 4 my kids don't come out of character unless needed unfortunately not every kid comes from a loving home . But I pray The team Members start doing

Update: The team requested that I contact them directly and shared the same canned email response. I repeat, BEWARE of them tricking you into a monthly membership. Beware of the membership offers. The salesperson here offered us a 30 day membership that we could cancel before the following month, but the TRUTH is that you have to cancel 3 business days BEFORE the end of the month. I contacted the business right away to ask the to resolve, but they refused.

Great fun! plenty of things to do to ware out your kids in 90 minutes

Here is the follow up: after pretending to want to help on this review, we contacted the team as they requested and they shared the same email that they sent earlier. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. SO DISAPPOINTING. We hosted a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. The woman behind the counter said that we could have a month of free membership for free and we could cancel at any point in the month. So I set a calendar reminder for just under a month later. But t

I was here for my son because he decided to come here for his 11th birthday. While the place is nice and fun; the customer service is horrible. The concession stand is ridiculous. It was 4 people in line ahead of me, it took almost an hour. Then when I asked the worker can he get help, she told me to be a little more patient. I responded with, ma?am it's 5 people(including myself) in line and I waited 30 mins so far with 3 people still ahead of me. There should be someone here to help. She just looked at me

Second time here at this location. Nice and clean and friendly staff. Will definitely revisit.

I had a very good experience, but I feel like the place could?ve been a bit cleaner overall like in the foam pits

Came in on Sunday morning for little leapers and was informed they are no longer honoring what they advertise on their website. Very disappointing.

Nice place for kids...... They even had some massage chairs for the grown ups

We had a wonderful time at our nephews birthday party there.

Skyzone is a fun place. There are many activities, though some cost extra. It is very crowded though, as they do not enforce a maximum amount of people.

Private play was really fun you get to enjoy jumping and playing dodge ball with your guests! Also you can go out to the other parts and do other great activities. The only thing I didn't like was that regular people were coming in the Private play area and we had to keep telling them this section is only for certain people, they need to lock it off better or get a bigger sign so it won't be overlooked.

Big parking lot, several attractions for kids. Staff seem to be under a lot of stress, but I think they do ok. Place is in need of renovations/cleaning/replacement of the blocks (they are very dirty). Some of the ropes in the ninja warrior course need to be replaced. Room for birthday parties was very nice and clean.

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit. Upon arriving at Sky Zone, my family and I noticed that there was no one at the front counter to assist us. After waiting for a while, I observed two young men present in the play area looking over at us. Unfortunately, they did not show any urgency to help and just watched us stand and wait there longer. One of them eventually approached the front counter but did so without acknowledging us in any way. He seemed annoyed by our presence and bothered

Had a really good time .. we used Groupon and scored ... but be careful a water bottle will set you back 4 dollars !!! And 5 for a Gatorade... food and drinks I'd pass on ... just too expensive

Fun. Staff could be a bit livelier but can't expect much from teenagers working there part time babysitting a million kids. Food and drinks are expensive.

This place is NOT friendly for individuals during the weekend, they serve everything for PARTIES as their priority, they don't care about individuals even we are members: I can not even order a slice of pizza for my son. They keep telling me to wait while they have to serve their parties first?. They finally serve my pizza until I start to complain this policy to another customer behind me after a long wait? I cancel my membership after today?s visit? so disappointed for their terrible management. I don't

This place is nice for kids and adults as well if you have a toddler don't waist your money because they will be limited of things to do the food is very expensive for one bottle of water is $3 fries with cheese is $6 and a Fontaine drink is $4 it's better to bring your own water and go to a restaurant to eat after..... Overall my kids had a ball

Sky zone was great. It used to be my kid?s favorite spot before urban air opened up. I haven't been there in a while but when we did go, it was missing like the little extra things that they offer in urban air as far as a warrior course or a toddler play area not sure if they updated it now But as far as just an only trampoline park, it was great

We have been to Skyzone before. But this one was definitely more fun. There was so much for the kids to do. I booked a private jump court for my kid and the host was very attentive and kind. Thank you Rae of Skyzone Springfield!

Great place for kids. Over crowded on the weekend but overall, great.

don't worry gonna call abc 7 on your side and make u a visit to show how u scam the people with ur membership. u guys charge me almost 300 dollars for 3 months when i didnt ask to be signed up for that. see you soon

I booked a PRIVATE room Epic party and requested to be on the bottom level as I was recently in a car accident?not only did they place me UPSTAIRS where each steps hurt but they placed me in open area next to the chill zone which is also an open area for the public so no real privacy and told me that's a room?when asked why does it says private if it's an open area they said it's still considered a room?a room with no walls is no room..so now I'm sitting here trying not to cry cuz i don't think I can climb

Super fun indoor activity for kids and the young at heart. Purchase tickets online in advance to save time and to fill out the waivers ahead of time. Costs about $30 for a 1.5 hour jump, but the staff often let you stay longer if the place isn't too busy. Weekends get booked up for parties so parking can be a little tricky. Note: guardians are allowed in free but there is limited seating so be forewarned.

Visited a couple of days ago. Purchased tix online and was looking for the military discount code but it didn't work. So I figured I'd purchase online to reserve the jump slot and they would kindly give us the courtesy of refunding the discounted amount when we arrived - NOPE. Manager didn't want to do it and the general manager even said no, that it is only available in store if requested at time of arrival. What a way to treat vets, no courtesy and no real sincere apology. But my family had fun. I won't l

This place was like no other my grand kids had a ball a very safe place to be price was great

The personal was very friendly and helpful, however many jumping areas were closed for people

Our favorite play place for our 8 year old.. the staff Is very friendly and professional. Great for all ages..we bought the elite membership ($25 monthly per child) that lets our child play, jump and climb for 2 hours...there's also unlimited jump membership for around $44 monthly per child. Family friendly.. a great big inside playground all year around.

Loved the experience 10/10 Recommend

Took my goddaughters over the weekend and they loved it! Great environment, friendly staff, lots to do. They also have snacks and some arcade games on the side. Went on a Sunday so it was really packed. Would go again but probably for 90 minutes versus the 60 minutes that I got. Felt too short.

I booked my sons birthday party here 6 months in advance. They canceled my sons party about an hour and a half before the party. They said they had no power and had no generators. I would have to keep calling to see if the power was back in time. I was originally told that they would not refund my deposit and that they couldn't move my party to another location. Could you imagine me standing there with all my guests, 16 kids & parents, and having to tell my son that his party is cancelled at the moment of h

This is my 2nd time with my daughters, they love the place. Many parents bring their kids here.

We got the silver party package ($35/ per jumper) on a Saturday. It was as busy as you'd expect a Saturday to be. PROs: (1)Our party planner Nasir was attentive, organized and communicable. He also helped with set up and serving pizza and cake. (2)For the ease of mind when you don't want to have to clean up after guest with a party at your own house, it was worth it. CONs: (1) A heads up for confirming your count: they will bill you for whatever number you confirm initially (2) that open lobby area is an u

It was so fun my fav part was the foam pit

This is very good for the entire family ve advice never be alone with more than 2 kids

The customer service and personnel were great and I recieved a refund for my 3 yr old. The reason for such a low rating is because they do not have a toddler section which I am used to from taking my kids to Urban Air and had I known, I would not have taken my son. He is special needs and cannot be in the larger areas with the wide range of age groups, especially when the older kids are being extra. My older daughter enjoyed her time there but definitely not for toddlers so if you are in a similar position

Awesome place with a bunch of activities for the kids- some of the activities can be used for the adults and that will definitely bring the child out of them

Awesome?? employees are great as well. My four boys had so much fun.

Our first time going to this place and my son ends up with a fraction and wearing a special boot and needing to use crutches to get around like don't get me wrong it's a fun place but it is also dangerous I had payed for a all day pass for three kids and that was a wasted because once he got hurt we had to leave nobody came over to help it was actually another lady who was there with her kids who went and got some help once one staff came then others came my worst experience ever never will I go to sky zone

Very busy during the holidays. Still enjoyable and orderly.

Great place to bounce :). My 4 and 6 years old slept very well after 5 hours of running around.

My baby enjoyed herself at this location. She jumped and bounced all day. She is planning on having her birthday party here!!!

The rules about socks at this place are wild. You cannot wear socks from other jump parks. If you wear the wrong socks you can exchange the socks, but only if you give up the socks currently on your feet. My son (4) was devastated that he had to give up a pair of rainbow jump socks he had gotten elsewhere. I asked if he could just put away the rainbow socks but the person told me if I wanted to keep them I would have to buy another pair. I'm sure this originated as a safety practice, but in reality this i

Not too crowded so the kids were able to interact with all of the obstacles

The young man at the desk, missed the name but he was the General Manager, was simply fantastic today. Patience. Understanding. Exchanged competitor?s socks for free.Refunded purchased socks when one person in group misunderstood the protocol. He was outstanding. He was walking around later and not tolerating disrespect and rule breaking. Just a stand up person. Well done. Fun day.

i was here with my family for my nephew?s birthday. i was uncomfortable, but only because i don't have kids, and this was my first time being surrounded by fifteen five/six year olds, but i won't blame them for that. the important thing was that the kids had a absolute blast. my only complaint was that the ?party room? where we went after jumping to eat pizza and cake was stuffy and warm, which i think contributed to some kids getting grumpy. additionally, i think we didn't need an hour for food and presen

Great for kids, supervised trampoline park time, and loose play, plus games and rooms for birthdays and parties.

I would love to give this place 5 stars but, the customer service is TERRIBLE! Upon checking in, there were 2 cashiers. I asked who should I go to because neither asked can I help you, and they said either one. I went with the one that looked as if he might be ok. And he was. But the young lady wasn't pleasant at all. My son was talking to her and she act liked he didn't exist. Mind you, he's 5. I'm like ok whatever. Then we went to order food, and we're standing RIGHT IN FRONT of the cashier, and he's just

All I gotta say is that it was a disappointment. First they tell us that the tickets aren't valid even though we bought them the day before. And then they say we have to buy a light colored shirt because they have a glow in the dark. AND YOU HAD TO BUY THAT SHIRT TO GO IN. THATS JUST RIDICULOUS!!!

They recently changed their policy. I had to buy a separate ticket from my 3 year old. They used to have little leapers where one adult could accompany a small child. Disappointed in this policy. No longer family friendly. Was planning to come once a month but not coming back.

Today my complaint is with the manager's treatment of my son who works at this place. The person works and doesn't have the right to go to the bathroom and my son was feeling ill and asked to leave and he simply told him to shut up and continue working. And there are several people who work in this place and make the same complaint. That's not done.??

My boys had the best time trying the obstacle course, it was a 1st.

I wouldn't go back even if it was FREE! My friend had a birthday party. The kids next to her party was telling. The staff didn't even acknowledge to come over and tell them family anything. They just let them yell. Just so dysfunctional and not leadership to the place what so ever!

My so really enjoyed himself the place was surprisingly very clean so we will go again

Joey was amazing...Very kind & helpful during our visit on my sons birthday. He made our visit extra special. THANKS JOEY YOU'RE THE BEST!!

Good for birthday parties. Gone to a few here and they really have a good time. They have a nija warrior course but have yet to try it.

I see the mixed reviews so all I can say is if u want a smooth running party then ask for Skyler as your host. She was very professional and provided top notch service for my 4 yr old son's birthday party.

I can't believe the poor management of this place. General manager Alex Corbo handle this situation very poorly. My 10 year old daughter was threatened and bullied to the point of crying (Mind you we rented the party hall for the birthday ). All of this happened under the watch of his employee and when we brought this to his attention he quickly dismissed us. Saying there's nothing he can do about it. This will be the last time we deal with sky zone plenty of other jump places. Fighting continued amongst th

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
