Customer Reviews

Came for a birthday party-the entire staff were on their phones the whole time. Good thing I follow my daughter everywhere-because I'm not sure if she or someone else was hurt that any of the staff would notice. Though I should say the girl who checks us in and saves the party was extremely kind. But would j drop my kid off here-absolutely NOT.

Took the kids to Glow Zone and they just absolutely loved it. The DJ played some.really good music (older music for the adults) and kept the atmosphere very upbeat. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

My son had a great time there especially in the slam zone

Been to better ones but nonetheless gets the excess energy out of our 4 year old.

Great place! Kids love it. Better to go in ?off hours? for younger kids but overall a fun activity. Clean and well kept. The staff are really sweet with my young ones and when it's not busy always make time to play with them. I think my kids love the staff more than the trampolines!

my favorite place to be! - it's so fun and i?ve never had a bad experience:) the management is so kind and respectful, same with the staff!!

I've taken my kids here on several occasions for birthday parties of friends, but today was the first time I took them independently on our own. I was surprised to see it less busy than normal (one of the employees mentioned Sundays tend to vary widely on customer traffic). The facilities are pretty impressively clean and well-maintained. In addition to keeping jumpers safe, I noticed the young floor monitors really engage with the kids (demonstrating safe flips, bouncing little ones on the raised platform)

I was actually disappointed in this place. I've been to quite a few trampoline parks, but this was quite bland and mediocre for my liking. It's not really a lot here to keep the kids engaged. We usually end up spending 3+ hours, but we barely wanted to spend the hour and a half we paid for here. The kids enjoyed their time though. They really liked the rock climbing wall, which was the only thing I appreciated seeing. And my little one made friends. They were a little disappointed in the amount of activitie

Fun and clean, well maintained indoor park for the little (and probably bigger) ones. They'll have a lot of fun. We were invited to a birthday party and they all had a blast of a time.

We canceled our membership when we returned to our home country, but the manager failed to process it. As a result, we were charged $240 for two kids over three months! At first, the staff assured us a refund was possible, but the manager later claimed they were mistaken and refused to issue one. This is completely unacceptable?charging for a canceled service is nothing short of theft. What a disgraceful way to run a business!

super nice staff. very clean and my girls had fun.

The go to place for elementary age birthday parties in our area! The birthday staff was super helpful. Staff on the trampolines seemed distracted in general? and there wasn't anyone staffing the climbing wall that I could find. A few months ago, the wipeout area was replaced with an arcade. The games are expensive for sure. We simply avoid it when we can.

Great place for kids. My 3 years old son has so much fun at sky zone. It seems that all the kids around him had a lot of fun. Parents can join and jump with their kids. The staff are friendly. I don't think it's ok they make you buy skyzone socks although it's only $2... #skyzone #jump #kids #fun #mountpleasant #trampoline

Fantastic place for kids of all ages. My daughter has the elite monthly membership and it is more than worth the money. You also get 20 percent off food and drinks and also on parties. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we just love this place.

Called ahead, tried to get a party room, all three were booked which isn't a big deal as we tried to book to close to the date we needed. They said although no party rooms are available, they had tables available we can still bring our own cake and they sold pizza there. PERFECT! THE GOOD: We got there, check in was smooth. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Not super packed like other trampoline parks on the weekend. THE BAD: I was VERY disappointed at the tables. They have a total of 6 round tables, seatin

It's really fun but I would like if it added new stuff to it! And also had more time slot options.

It was cool but my friend almost got arrested for something he didn't do. One thing I liked was I got to meet new people and had fun.

Kids had a great time. He's in there now Yeah good place to take kids and feel safe

Fun way to spend an hour! My kids love it here.

Definitely not as awesome as Flight or Urban Air in North Charleston, but still pretty cool. My littles loved it for their bday parties.

This place is crazy fun for all ages and I'm 43 years old, bouncing of the walls!!

Great place! The kids always have fun.

Not worth the price. Only a few things to do and my toddler got bored. No slides or obstacle course for them to go through and climb other then the one wall. We were visiting the area and we are from Myrtle beach.

It was super fun!!! My children enjoyed it!!!

Great environment for children and excellent customer service!

First time here, staff was very helpful!! Had a great time. Definitely recommend this place if you have older children.

four stars. Great place no kidding but there's just too many people. at free jump you run into kids EVEN though you tell them to watch out, and when you tell them to also they get mad at you. (And dint budge.) If you want the best experience, DO NOT go during the very busy hours. Instead, go during slow hours, once I had whole place to my self (Ten other people where there but still) other than that, great place!!

Clean, a fun experience for my eight year old nephew. I would recommend bringing friends.

Smells like a gym/gymnastics place, which is expected I guess. But the kids had a great time. Lots of of trampolines, two dodgeball like rooms, then a large back area that was all trampolines. Definitely a great place to let kids run their energy out. Employees were well staffed and making sure the rules were followed. They make announcements for the arm bands when your time is up. Small arcade as well, rooms for parties and things like that.

This review is specifically for those with children: They have a designated time slot (9 - 10 AM) exclusively for little children. This is a great and crucial feature, as a place like this can be hazardous for toddlers. They strictly adhere to this policy, tailoring the hour to allow kids to safely have fun and run around. Kudos to the business for this initiative. However, we wish they would extend the time by 10-15 minutes on days when the line is exceptionally long. We pay for the jump time, but it feels

So much fun for the kids!

This was a very pleasant experience for my two sons (one birthday boy). Awesome place for kids! Don't think it's for toddlers at all if you have them. Just my two cents.

We came here on a weekend for our son's birthday. Excellent service! All the kids (and adults) had a blast.

The kids love this place. Just wish it didn't cost so much to bring 3 kids & some of their friends!

This place is fun. I am here now 7/5/16. The staff seems like they can care less of they are here, if I where the manager I would fire all of them and hire kids that are enthusiastic, helpful and actually want to be here. You work at a fun place have fun. Thanks

Great staff. Friendly environment. My kids love this place.

My two boys ages 13 & 15 both had a wonderful time along with my 6 year old nephew! Great place to take children on cold or rainy days to burn some energy off in a safe atmosphere. A little pricey, but worth every penny!

The staff that was working didn't take control of a large group of boys who were wrestling and taking over every area they were in. No consideration for anyone else. The children that were in those areas left because this group was so physical! Obviously no parents were watching either. Extremely disappointed! This is supposed to be fun for all!

Very nice place. People are very friendly. The employees are super nice and friendly to the children. Always a fun time.

This place is great! I have had multiple parties here & the owner & his staff have went above & beyond our expectations! My kids definitely will be looking forward to our next visit/party here!! Especially for the ?Glow? on Friday nights!

We had my grandsons birthday party here and it's a great set up. I'm 69 years old and I haven't giggled like that or jumped on a trampoline since I was a kid. I loved it and I will don those crazy orange socks again soon.

Unfortunately probably the last time I will be bringing my kids here, the price of nearly 60 dollars for two kids to jump for 90 mins is ridiculous!! They took away theirs and many other kids favorite ninja climbing wall and the rolling log, so not much to do now. They replaced it with an arcade, as if the 60 dollars to get in wasn't enough!! Now add another 40 or 50 dollars to that to waste on arcade games. I'm really disappointed because this was our go to place on hot summer days, but with the cost of

Really great for people of all ages who want to jump around and have a good time with their kids or family.

This place is a blast highly recomend it.This guy named Tomas he works there he is the best.He should be promoted.Had a blast go there if your board or just wanted to hang out with friends or your children.

Very nice place great staff and the kids slept wonderful after all the fun

We visited on Friday night for Glow Zone and it was awesome. The kids had a blast and there was plenty to do for all of them. A huge shout out to Kelly for the hospitality...you're the best!

Not sure why this place is charging their standard rate $16/hr. when almost all of the areas are either broken or roped off!! Also, staff picks and chooses the kids to call down for running. Terrible staff, horrible experience.

Great place for the kids to have a wonderful time and get plenty of exercise while doing it

Awesome place for kids of all ages. Well worth the price of admission.

It's a really nice place with a lot of different things to do and it's better than the other location we had Ben members of in a different State. We liked it sooooo much that we got a membership for a year!

Great place..attentive staff! Take your kids, they'll love it!

Great place for a birthday party. Lots of kids though. Next time will reserve own court.

We had our son's birthday party here today. The staff was great and the kids loved it!

Great place, great staff, very clean! I take my 4yr old to toddler time on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Great place for your kid to burn off that energy!

This was the bad view ever the lady was rude and others. Also it was boring

Went by on a cancelled school day at open and it was great! Staff was watching carefully and very helpful. Kids love it. Just wish they opened earlier.

Jump at your own risk. Currently watching 4 of only a handful of staff stand around and take videos of each other laughing hysterically. Kids digging in pits, diving, double bouncing, etc. Only one of employee watching 5 areas. Tickets sold out.

It was very fun but the socks are like $24 so don't forget them if you have any

I enjoyed my experience while being here. Summer and Daniel made my experience even better than I could have imagined. The facilities were clean and organized.

Had my sons 9th birthday here tonight and he could not be happier! He has loved the music and the atmosphere. It is fun and appropriate for all ages and we can't wait to do it again! Thank you guys for a memorable night!

Took my niece and nephew and I think I had more fun than they did! Great workout and nice just being a kid again

The kids love this place I can jump have a great time.

We love this place!! Great place for your kids to burn off some energy..

Very rude workers especially one worker who was just rude and in a very bad mood. My kid was sitting down and got yelled at even though they could say it in a nicer way.

Terrible place. You pay money for kids to tell you not to jump because they are too lazy to turn their body around 180 degrees for a split second. Not a fun experience. VELOCITY AIR SPORTS is the better park don't waste your time and money here.

Excellent staff!! Very accommodating. Everyone had a blast! I would like to suggest a few more benches/seats up on the jumping area for people who are disabled or merely observing. Thanks!!!

Went to this location during the 2022, holiday season. It wasn't as packed as I expected, but this is one of the smaller tramp park in their franchise.. As always, it's nothing but young adults in this establishment.. But I will say this, I love their socks..I finally got the pizza slices in my size and now I have a favorite pair! Wasn't going to waste money on dippin dots or food because it's all overpriced.. Good experience overall.. Would come again

I was really disappointed with this place. First, clearly the owner/ manager has no rules against cell phone usage while on the clock as all of the younger staff were consistently on their cell phones. Even the staff that was supposed to be watching on the floor were just face in phone. Second, there was a young lady who worked here with blonde & pink hair who was dressed so inappropriately- I was shocked. She had booty shorts/underwear and just a long sky zone shirt. So when she bent over, or lifted her ha

Great fun! The boys had such a great time. Loved the fact fact that their are hand sanitizing stations. Because you need it with all the people and sweat that you come in contact with. Overall a great workout. We went on a Sunday and did not have to wait a long time(10 min) for our jump time. Will be visiting again soon.

Wasn't 2 crowded and fun music was decent the food was a little pricey but not much higher than u would expect from a park

It was a great place for my kids, instead of being home playing video games.

Great service and awesome environment for the family... Lots of fun...

The kids love it and it was not too crowded. Staff are friendly. Lots of parking.

Great place for a kids party. They help set up, provide pizza and drinks, and allow for 1 hour of jump time and 45 minutes of private party room time. Outside food is only allowed for medical reasons. Cake or cupcakes are ok to bring in. Its very busy with lots of kids running around so do not book if expecting a quite intimate party venue. The kids love it!

Had some friends in town with their kids (3 and 5) and stopped by for an hour. It was a pretty fun time and a surprisingly decent workout just jumping around.

Your kids to this place the play for hours on end and really give us a break in the kids here I highly recommend they got a lot of great trampolines

A great place for birthday parties!

Great place to burn off calories while having TONS of fun. Perfect place for all ages

The owner opened up early for our crew which was so very nice. My kids always leave tired from all the exercise and a mom getting to sit for an hour is always a treat:) We love this place!

Good place to let the kids burn off some energy.

Kids always have fun. Staff keeps a good eye on the kids.

My son and I went for his friend's birthday party. This is not the first birthday party my family has attended at this location. Every party has been excellent. The kids love the facility! The staff have always been very kind and professional. They seem to really love their jobs. The party hosts have always done a great job. The party rooms are a great addition to the parties. There is a place in the party room for all the party things such as the presents and the kids' shoes so they can all go play

Very poorly run. Untrained, unprofessional staff. Not at all concerned about safety. Sections are always closed off even though there appears to be more than enough ?staff? available.

The park is VERY CLEAN and the staff were kind and energetic. We LOVED the Dodge Ball arena and the way they maintained each game! A LOT OF FUN!! The only thing I don't like is how small the area is and it was a little hard to get to, but other than that... It was great.

All my friends were talking about how fun this place was, but when we got there, all I felt was disapointment, It's crowded, the dodgeball has too many people, and you run into people on the free jump

I brought my daughter there on Monday Feb 19 (Presidents? Day). The website says you're open from 10-8p but nobody was there and my child was very disappointed

My boys and their friends had so much fun here. "Daddy" was respectful to my boys and other children. He didn't take sides and he was fair. There are some other "referees" who were not mature enough to work there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
