I am SO dissapointed at this establishment. When initially trying to book a private event WE WERE TOLD IT WASNT AN OPTION until May. WE ALSO OFFERED TO PAY MORE. So we moved forward with a regular booking with the most expensive package. We also discussed setting up the balloon display. WE CALLED PRIOR TO PURCHASING to avoid wasting money (we specifically communicated that it would be an arch) before purchasing the supplies. Skate Zone was an incredible experience for my summer camp! From start to finish, the kids had an absolute blast. As soon as we arrived, the energy was high, and the excitement was contagious. Most of the kids couldn't wait to lace up their skates and hit the rink. For some, it was their first time skating, but the staff was super patient and helpful, making sure everyone felt comfortable. Skate Zone is a fantastic place for kids, and my children absolutely love it! This location doesn't have a shortage for fun- from ongoing games for the skaters, giveaways, and allowing skater adequate space to develop their skills. The crowd size is just right?not too busy, but still full of energy?and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's an ideal spot for family outings, birthday parties, or any kids' events. Wow this place is nice and was the perfect location for an 8 year old birthday party. The music, food, ice cream sundae and everything was perfect. My daughter had a lovely time at her friend's party and all had a great time. We drove from Waldorf.

I've been skating there for about a month and there was one incident that makes me not want to ever want to come back just be careful not to play the scarf game. However the staff did an excellent job on handling the situation. They made sure to make me feel as comfortable through the situation as possible. A female staff helped me fill out an injury report and she was excellent at her job in making sure that I was comfortable. Brought the youth from our church for the first time. There were to many walkers on the floor, not enough staff on the floor to monitor kids, children were skating in the wrong direction, cutting people off with walkers and too many parents walking small children on the outer lanes instead of the blue safety floor in the middle. This made it dangerous at times. Need better management on the floor! If I wasn't familiar with the rink I would think twice. Overall the kids enjoyed being there. We will support

On Mondays 10-12 they let the toddlers take over the rink which is always fun for them. If you bring a bike, cart, or other rolling toy, be prepared to share, it's a good opportunity to teach sharing and taking turns. The skate zone has some things out for them too, like these cute little electric bumper cars that light up and are operated by joy sticks. They don't go fast at all so they're safe for tiny tots. I was there with 2 one year olds and they both were able to manage driving them on their own. Cost

Went for a birthday party. The staff was great, atmosphere was really good for a skating rink, the party staff (from a party attendee's perspective) was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to others. There was a minor issue the staff handled quickly. The issue was created by another parent taking advantage of a child on the rink floor so other individuals can sour the time there but everything else is fanatic for a skating rink.

DO NOT BOOK ANY PARTIES HERE!!! Take your $$ someplace else. A lot of miscommunication on their part and ruined my Goddaughter?s party. Did not try to resolve the issue. Multiple staff made mistakes and their was no compromise or empathy. Midway through the party we were asked to remove tablecloths down already for 1.5hr already. A huge headache. Went for Tot Time (up to 6 years old) today and it was a lot of fun. You're allowed to bring your own bikes and scooters to the facility. Each person during Tot Time is $6 and each person also gets a free small drink coupon. The workers are super sweet and the facility was clean. Bathrooms have small but sufficient doors, there's also a family bathroom. Wish there were hooks inside the bathroom to place coats and backpacks. We got some pizza for $3/slice.

During my child?s event another kid found a large insect cooked into his pizza, after reporting it to the manager he seemed to joke about it and it took a lot of hesitation before he offered a fresh pizza. Extremely disappointed.

Went with scout troop on a Sunday night. Crowded as expected. Facility was fine. Skeeball machine had a glitch-unlimited play when I scanned my card and no tickets given. Restrooms was clean enough.

Prepare to be nickeled and dimed! One afternoon for one kid set me back $30. They charge admission even for adult chaperones with zero interest in skating. Charge extra for skate rentals and separately for rentals of skate mate helpers, plus they ask for tips at every credit card purchase,.of which, because of the nickel and dining,.there are many. I came in to book my party @7 months before (well in advance). All of my queries were answered, promptly. I did not have to worry about anything. When, I arrived tables had been set up the way I had sent via email. They even had the necessary cords for my photo booth. The young woman in charge of handling my party was very polite & cheerful. We went around 3pm on a Saturday. There were about three bday parties happening and alot of people were in there but the skating floor didn't feel too crowded. We had a good time.

My oldest took up skating during COVID and now her youngest sister is a speed queen at the rink. Love spending the day watching my kids have the same passion for skating that I did when I was younger. The staff are always pleasant and they're always putting on fun events for kids of all ages (myself included ??)

We've come tons of times now at different days/times and the ONLY issue is that there are a couple casuals who often ruin it for those younger skaters/those still learning as they speed past and cut through the middle of the rink. I visited twice. Once was in the summer last year and I was looking for something for the kids to do. Well, the kids (ages 2 and 6) loved it and my niece (23). They had shoe sizes for everyone. The price was reasonable. They opened for a specific time. They skated for 2 out of the 3 hour span. My 6 year old enjoyed it so much she asked for her party to be there. This was a nice clean facility. I got to take my daughter for the first time. They had all the required equipment including little learning PVC helper stands on wheels. All of the attendants were absolutely fantastic. I would definitely take my kids here again.

If you're looking for a 80?s to 90?s style skating rink this is the place to go. They have a DJ that coordinates fun game type things for everyone throughout the session. Snack bar isn't too bad either. They have full pizzas, wings, chicken tenders, etc?.

We often frequent here on homeschool skate days which is currently first Friday of the month. They have a great stem activity followed by skating 3hous for under $15. Parents are free unless you skate. I really wish they would offer these more often since we can't always make Fridays. I had a great time taking my son there! I was happy to see they have kid walkers to help with skating, and the food was surprisingly decent, lol. However, some of the staff weren't very engaging and even seemed a bit rude. The young man managing the skates barely talked to anyone except his friend standing next to him. Overall, I would definitely return with my son and the rest of my family.

Complete scam of the arcade! We spent 50$ on a game card and got 0 tickets earned on our card after the first 10$ spent. Our card had earned 560 tickets after 10$ bucks and we ended with 580 AFTER SPENDING 40$ MORE DOLLARS! Complete scam never giving them money again.

Really enjoyed taking the grandkids there. If you are a new skater, they do have the supporters to assist you as you skate. Bare in mind that the price goes up with each session of the day. They do have specials throughout the week.

Decent place. It costs about $13 per person to enter and rent skates there. Add $5 if you need to rent a mobile stand for a child. The food is a little pricey, but not too bad.

Took my 11 yo nephew here. He has his own quad skates but wanted to try blades so he paid $5 of his own money for a skate rental. Had the skates all of ten minutes before asking for different skates or a refund due the slates being in such bad shape they were unwearable. Safety precautions are not a concern at this rink. When I brought up safety concerns to the managers Chandler and Alexis, I was told skate at your own risk. My concern was for the number of children that had serious close calls with injuries. Very disheartening profit comes before children's safety. Update: A manager acknowledged they did not have adequate staff for the number skaters, particularly since the skaters were very young and inexperienced. Had a great experience bringing my 1.5yo. They opened the rink to anything with wheels and it looked like everyone had a lot of fun. Admission was extremely reasonable and my interactions with staff were all great. Would recommend and intend to come again!

Everyone was super sweet and patience. Due to some technical difficulties Sunday afternoon, they handled the crowd very well. I had some ballons, that someone gave me from their party they just had. Unfortunately, you cannot bring in ballons if you did not book for a birthday party reservation, the manager explained to me very nicely, which is totally fine. I had a great time even though we only got to skate for 1 hour due to the issue they had with the power.

This is the place for my family and friends. We come here a lot we have lots of birthdays parties here and we also had friends do there kids birthdays parties here also. We always had a wonderful time. Our party host were always on time with it. My kids love that they play skate games and they always look forward to them. The website does NOT say Anything about Parents or Adults who are NOT skating still being charged $10 admission. Also no mention of split times to skate 1st session 1pm to 3:30pm then u must leave & pay again for the next session ????! This is needed information for 1st time patrons & last time for me. We went there for the 1st time on Sat, Feb 17th. This place is pretty neat. It was crowded and had a wide range of people, young and old, but everyone navigated the rink perfectly. Great music and some great skaters on the floor! Also, you can rent the entire facility out for parties!!!

The male front desk personnel is very rude. They CHARGE chaperones/ parents who's not skating a fee to stay with child. Also this place will allow a kid of any age to be left to skate . I was told kids as young as 6 can be left at the skating facility without an adult being present. I was told it falls on the parent If they want to leave their child. I also was told they've had to call the police because 6 and 7 year old were left at their faculty after the skating rink closed. MONEY OVER SAFETY.

The food was good but the skates were uncomfortable. That when you buy an arcade card you don't get change back. You also have to give a shoe for skates and some skates don't have laces. The food too expensive. The customer service was terrible. But the only thing I liked was that the kids stake for free.

I paid for my daughter to rent skates and a skate-mate. The cashier said to show the wristband at rentals and she could get them both.
