Started to be a real nice place to hangout , now that is growing it harder to get the snacks, drinks and cash out in the back. The restroom need cleaning we need clean restrooms with COVID and flu we need to wash our hand and no soap is available. No sure what is happening maybe need better management. Ticket workers are polite. Hopefully it well improve. The machine are awesome it's like going a little La Vegas. To have fun!!
Damn this place is nice but don't bother going went five times and didn't win anything. Hardly hear anyone win big just 50 bucks or so.
Great atmosphere, very decent slots, free snacks, friendly staff. Always hit it up when we go down south.

Once you experience SilverTown I promise you won't want to go anywhere else. No other place compares to the atmosphere or customer service you get here?every time. This place is so well maintained. The cleanest and most organized I've seen. They always have the newest games whoever is running it is very knowledgeable on what they have! Hands down the best gameroom in south texas! Full on Vegas experience!!

We went to this game room on Friday and we had so much fun, there are many different machines to play. There were so many people winning! Everyone was having a good time and laughing. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly too! I've been to a lot of different game rooms, but this one raises the bar on customer service and big winnings. Definitely going back!!!
The BEST game room i have been to. Staff was amazing. Fast and very friendly service. The security officers are also very friendly and professional. They made me feel safe during my whole visit. Security and staff make this game room very inviting. On top of this the establishment itself is very well kept. Staff do the most they can to keep the place looking clean and very organized. I will definitely make this my go to game room. 11/10 I recommend SILVERTOWN to anyone looking for their forever game room!

Looking for a fun night out this is the place. The facility is well kept and staff is welcoming. Can't afford to go far to gamble look no more this gameroom gives you the same experience as out of town casinos. New games/machines have just been added and just got so much more fun. Great winnings $$$. Definitely will be coming back again.
This was a very nice experience. Friendly staff, food was served to all guest, plenty of security to make you feel safe, and most importantly plenty of machines with random door prizes. Management is always around if there's any concerns. I will be back sooner than later.

Not a good place to visit...employees would not be there if they did drug tests. The Restrooms are fuilthy, trash every where, People fighting,one emplyee Robin thinks he owns the place. Not a good experience at all. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ANY PLACE ELSE.

Love the place. But it's difficult to find at night if you have never been there. New display is nice, but need brighter lights illuminating the entrance gates.
