Nice bowling alley in Elkhart IN, not too far off interstate. Prices during day were fair, lanes were good. Food specials very good, had tacos and a burger.
Balls got stuck 5 times then pins wouldn't reset multiple times, they charge by the hour so every second wasted on their equipment is loosing bowling time. This happened multiple different times we bowled here, time to find a different place to bowl. They did put 15 minutes back on after it said game over and after we had our shoes off and ready to leave, we stayed for the 15 extra minutes and same thing, pin issues, balls got stuck etc. Hope your experience is better than ours.
Came for my daughter and her friends to have fun. They definitely had fun, but they we're definitely lacking some employees. Poor dude was running around trying to fix issues left and right. Hopefully, the next visit will be better, but they just haven't been the go-to place for my family.
Took my nephew here with me. We had fun and all but the issue we had was the lanes wasn't keeping the score correct. Said you hit 8 pins but only one was left. Or you get a gutter ball and it counted 2 pins. The people were nice. Update some things and it'd be a better experience.
Took the kids for a bday party and the machine u get the cards from we pushed the $10 option and it charged us $50. We said whatever played the $50then went back to the machine tried to hit $20 and again it charged us $50. I got heated. Went to ask about it and the workers referred me to the card where there was a number to call. Pizza was overpriced and terrible cheese fries didn't have enough cheese. Burger wasn't cooked all the way. Drinks are overpriced and so is the bowling.
Wonderful staff ,helped us get shoes ,food ,play video games ,the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Went with the whole family 6 kids and 5 adults ,they accommodated us in every way possible, thank you for making our visit perfect !!!
We before all the crowds and had a great time. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Someone in the group got fries and said they were very good.
Had my Granddaughters birthday. Hostess wasn't there pizza was cold and burnt, not all the kids showed up. So my son and wife payed a lot for this. They wouldnt put bumpers out, without arguing about. These were 5 & 6 yrs. Matter of fact only 2 showed. They wanted a refund and was refused.
Ralph's pro shop was a great experience. Ralph's wife was very patient and helpful & made my very 1st custom-made bowling ball. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a custom-made bowling pkg!
This place is pretty clean for a bowling alley. The service was decent too. We brought 43 kids, and they patiently got them set up within minutes. Only thing is lanes are down a lot because of maintenance.
Wasted 40 minutes of driving for them to tell us they're closing earlier than their listed hours. Make sure you call to confirm that they are not only open, but also allowing you to bowl
Had a good time here, the only thing was that the person who helped us was a bit curt, however, it is understandable since they were very busy. Also the lane was not working the best. Other than that it is usually a good place to go.
So far so good; I just arrived a half hour ago and even though it's busy and our party is waiting for two open lanes, people are pleasant (workers and patrons) and the atmosphere in general is pleasant enough that I am able to grade papers as I wait. The food looks great, especially the pizza. I'm thankful for the few remaining bowling alleys in the areas.
Fun place. Not sure what it's like for good bowlers. For a family outing it's fine. Balls are very beat up and overall some things are showing age. Overall a fun time and will always go back.
Our party went as planned. Everybody had a great time and we will plan a party again at Signature.
Had a very fun/peaceful experience, LUVED it
Drove a ways to get there, called when almost there to see if there is a wait for lanes. Was told 15 min. Walk in the doors with the place half filled and it was now an hour and a half. We left.
The cosmic bowling was a blast. My kids and their friends really enjoyed the arcade games also. We bought a couple pizzas and pitches and invited friends and we all had a great time. Although, I will get there earlier next time. Cosmic Bowl starts at 9 and we got there around 8:30 and had a 2 hour wait. Anyways, all that matters is kids made memories and had an awesome time.
Total fun! A group of us from around the world booked this place for an evening fun. We all had a blast!
They have the best staff EVER! Donnie was amazing and even gave the birthday girl a bowling pin. She was so excited. Definitely a great place for the entire family. Thanks again
Very friendly staff and patrons. This was my first time here, and I felt very comfortable. It's a nice place to grab a burger and a beer ?? Speaking of the burgers, my GAWD, they're massive! I was going to get a double cheeseburger until I noticed that they were 1/2 pound patties. I made it a single and could barely finish it and my rings! If you've never been here, check it out. I'll surely be back.
Fun times! Very nice bowling alleys. Throw a line today !
Had a great time. My husband and I would bring our children here when they were little. It has been 12 years since the last time we came all together, until now that they are now parents themselves. My ex husband and I truly feel blessed to see we raised them well.
The staff and owners are great! The food here is awesome for being a entertainment spot!!! I definitely recommend it for whatever reason you have for getting together with family or friends it's guaranteed to be a good time
The pizza is never the same sometimes it's doughy and undercooked. But it's fun for the family.
I like the bar area great food
Bowling itself was fun. Nothing extraordinary, but also not a bad experience at all. The experience with service getting food was where things weren't so great. I was in a large party and they were unprepared even though they knew ahead of time we'd be there and they were really weird about the paper plates. We ordered 4 pizzas and they kept giving us 2 paper plates at a time. Overall experience, though, was neither terrible nor great
Game room is horrible! Half the games don't work and you have to pay for a card to play the games anyway. Not a big deal right? They charge you just to buy the card. Absurd! As far as bowling!?! Horrible! The lanes are messed up! Had to keep asking them to reset them so we could we could play. They charge by hour so you waste time just to having them reset it. This used to be the elite bowling alley. Not anymore!
The staff/management needs to be more knowledgeable of their offered party packages and what their website states. We reserved a kid birthday party three weeks prior to event. Two weeks prior to event we notified the staff in person that we never received the invites. The kid at the counter tried to give us kids league sign up cards. There was an older gentleman who spent twenty minutes looking for invites in an office just to say he couldn't find them, ?they are here, but I don't know where.? I asked for
It's great... Maybe can increase the experrience un general.
People didn't care how they ran the place Pin changers kept messing up nobody came to help us. Way too expensive for how little they care. Will not go again we will be going to Mishawaka to spares and strikes.
I spend alot of my time here socializing, playing darts, drinking and bowling this is the it place to be to destress from everything
Great family bowling alley! Very clean and great environment!
They don't answer their phones. There should be more separation between the carpeted area and the space where food and drink isn't allowed. They need more staff, mainly to bring out the food it seemed, but we eventually got what we ordered after waiting a long time and going to ask for it. The workers were ON IT when it came to resetting lanes that weren't working properly for whatever reason! Also, the kids had fun in the arcade area. Oh, and I should mention... Once we got our food, it was pretty good!
Our lane, and 2 other patrons lanes broke down 2 times. I asked for time back and they gave us 10 minutes to the 20 it took for them to fix it. When it broke down a second time we asked for reimbursement and instead they put us on another lane. We didn't have time to finish. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries. It took 20 min and they forgot to bring it to my table. The bottled beer was good.
My wife's business held a party there so the employees, their S.O.s, and a few of the salesmen could relax and socialize together. I was absolutely delighted!!! This is a modern, up-to-date bowling center hiding in Elkhart County. Located near CR 17 and the US20 bypass, anybody in michiana can easily access this facility. The venue provided catering, which in our case was several kinds of pizza. I was dreading the snacks provided, especially since we were only able to attend at the end of the party. Our ta
I had a birthday party here for my child yesterday and the service was terrible! It started off by finding a bunch of empty liquor bottles in the parking lot. We then go in and over to the party room and the Birthday sign says the wrong name. We then had to remind the hostess about the bumpers on the lane and our arcade cards we purchased multiple times. When we went to the arcade to play some games I spotted 6 open Modelo beer bottles on a table in the arcade area where my 3 year old was playing air hockey
Nice place to relax and have a beer. Ladies are always helpful. ??
It was very entertaining. Big group of family with 2 cousins who had beef loudly hashing it out. They didn't get harassed by the staff because they weren't drunk or breaking things. The whole family were watching n nearly laughing. I guess it's just normal for them. Place was clean, beer was affordable.
Best help from Aaron at Signature Lanes. Here he is fitting my husband for his new bowling ball. Friendly, caring, helpful and considerate. I would return again.
Their hours on Google and Facebook and their website may say open til midnight but if you plan to go to cosmic bowling any time after 8pm (when it begins) make sure you call ahead because their hours are actually "open until whenever the staff gets bored working that night"
$42 for an hour, bowling, not terrible if you've got a big group. Also ate and drank from the bar, drinks were well priced and tasty. Food was meh, but that's to be expected, we got an appetizer combo... would have preferred salsa instead of ketchup as with what we ordered would have made more sense, no biggie. The bowling shoes were rough, worn, and tattered. However, they're items that get worn repeatedly, so not a huge deal. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Karaoke with Joe da Show was AWESOME! Drinks were awesome and reasonably priced. Had fun in the arcade as well.
Went in with people. Our balls got stuck several times and everytime we told them they were stuck it was met with rude comments. Like why not just throw a different ball "when we had brought our own gear", or the would roll their eyes like we were the ones being a burden to them. After several times of going up the moved our lane and tried to give us more time. The staff was already extremely rude and it didn't make up for any of the experience. Needless to say will not be returning.
just had a birthday there and our hostess, kala, was very nice. was on top of everything and went out of her way for us. 10/10 would recommend going. the service was great and we all had a great time.
My 9 year old son decided he wanted to spend his birthday bowling with a few friends and his family. We chose to do the "Pizza Package Special" x2. That package included a large 1 topping pizza and pitcher of a soft drink for each package purchased. The 2 pizzas arrived as very thin, crunchy (overcooked) crusts and barely any toppings. The dry pizza was not exactly what we were anticipating. We asked for a pitcher of water,in addition to the soft drinks, and when we attempted to pick it up, we were told
This used to be such a nice place to go as a family. I haven't been there in years but today we decided to do my mom's birthday there and it was so Horrible! Bathrooms were so gross and our food came out wrong 3 different times (3 different orders with our party) and the bumpers were broken they were trying to make shift something so it would stay up but it didn't work. Most the shoes had holes in them. They need to upgrade bad! Staff members all uneducated and didn't know what was going on. Won't be going
Pretty nice place as far as bowling alleys go. I like that it was well lit and spacious. I was there for a 'corporate event' through my work so I'm not sure how the prices compare with others in the area. It was definitely clean and seemed to be well maintained. The hosting for the corporate event was great, we had plenty of attention to make sure we were kept stocked on drinks and food. The pizza was pretty good and so were the wings.
Family atmosphere! Also have a decent selection at the snack counter and the bar isn't bad if you're into that.
Great place to bowl! They were super busy over winter break, but they had great customer service and kept up with it. We will definitely be back!
Had some trouble with our lane, moved to another. But we had so much fun with our Antioch Glory Center Church family!!????
Great birthday party and bowling for my youngest...painted bowling pin is so cute and the room was set up so nice and the hostess was fantastic...really enjoyed it...second time we have booked a party there and will not be the last
The place was fun but the staff was not friendly. We were there for a birthday party and while there we had no waitress and when the young unfriendly girl came to get our show size she stood in the door way with out a smile like she hated her job. Gratuities were added to the end bill but not sure what it was for. Yes they set the table covers up and a few things but after that we had to get our own food and drinks we were over charged for the party the staff was not a happy nice helpful staff.
The Bowling is great, BUT DO NOT PLAY GAMES in game room! We bought three game cards $20 each that cost $60 and they never even lasted 10 minutes! Most of games take up a lot of your points and then the tickets the kids won in the one machine that goes on their card the prizes never even came out of the prize Zila machine! The company that runs the game room is a rip off!
Place is really fun! Good food, good atmosphere, and the best part is they have a full bar for adults to have some fun. Very family friendly as well!
Fantastic!! Tuesday night Free Bowling for the whole family. Can't get any better than that.
Would've given it a five stars but the owner is a bit of a squeezer if you want cold drinks pretty ladies or hot food here's your place the prices are ok and bowling lanes are fun on occasion
Had a good time here. Speakers were blown in the sound system near our lane, but they let us bring our birthday cake into the bar. The parking lot was also fun.
I've been going here for about a year and a half, we got every couple of months and the bartender recognizes us and always asks how we're doing and how our daughter is. She's very friendly and personable. One of my favorite bartenders
Lost money on the game cards, don't recommend the games
We were here for a party. The place was pretty dirty and two of the lanes we rented broke down several times and it seemed as if we were an inconvenience because we asked to have the lanes fixed. It seemed a little methy, in my opinion. It gets two stars because the pizza was pretty good.
Overall a pretty clean environment. We went on a Friday night and it was naturally packed, but they only had a few people working so the line at the front desk was very long. I'm guessing they had a glitch or something. Otherwise it's a great place to bowl!
Had a fun time with our grandchildren. They really enjoyed the special feeling of bowling on a lane that didn't have all the overhead lights on, had the laser lights dancing across the lane & had glow in the dark pins when the new set of pins were set down into place. They made wonderful memories with their great-grandma & us. They both even got spares which had the youngest dancing & jumping with joy!
Service was okay at best. I went a couple months ago on a Friday. They were very obviously understaffed for a very busy night of the week which led to stressed staff and long wait times. Had to wait an hour for a lane, not bad, then had to wait about 30-40 mins for food, not good, then I had to wait 10-15 mins to just pay my tab, really bad. Its clean and fun, but staffing needs to be evaluated to meet the demand appropriately.
After our one hour time ran out we were STILL waiting for pizza. They moved us to a closed lane to a table that was FILLED with someone else?s trash and when I went to ask for someone to clean it off the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me. Not only a waste of money but none of their workers have respect. They give you dirty looks when you are obviously waiting in line, waiting for food. Everything. It's like they hate their lives so they want everyone else to feel the same. NEVER coming back here
Was decently priced, good drink, but online says they have cosic bowling at 8pm and front desk was trying to say not until 9pm. So we needed to buy an extra hour to enjoy the false advertisement
Took a new bowing ball there to be drilled. Ralph is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They have a great selection of equipment and their prices are spot on. All employees were very helpful. Will definitely return.
We ordered 3 burger specials that took 45 minutes to get and they did not come with anything on them. Order 2 fries and they lost that order. When we received them 1 was nice and hot in a basket the other was cold on s plate. Better service at McDonald's.
You guys should update your hours on the website! It says 10pm on Sundays and we were just there today. As soon as we got there one of the employees gave us dirty looks and It wasn't appreciated at all because we were with our family and friends. We asked one of the employees at the bar what time they closed and they said when ever the manager says. They should really keep a consistent time instead of just closing ?when the manager says so.? It was really rude for the employee to look at as us bad when we a
Service was slow, don't order the natchos gave you 7 chips called it a day. Couldn't even bowl half the time the rack was always a problem. Overall not going back!
As a food place it lacks a lot of training. Waited almost 40 minutes for a couple of burgers on a tuesday afternoon when the place was almost empty. Been here several times and sat at a table without anyone approaching me for a long time and had to go find people. If they aren't serious about serving food they should just get someone competent to take care of the culinary side of the business. If you are like me and have an hour long lunch or less I'd suggest you take your business elsewhere.
We had heard how downhill Signature Lanes has gotten but hadn't been there since the pandemic started so we thought we would give it a try. Don't even waste your time going here. Showed up with my family for Cosmic bowling 3.5 hours before closing to be told they were closing early because they were not busy enough (probably because they were turning people away) There were people in multiple lanes bowling and 3 more couples that pulled in right after us. We all ended up going to Country Club Lanes in Elkha
Had my grandsons birthday there. Was plenty of room for everyone. When we misplaced a kid they were usually in the play area. If recommend this place for sure.
We love going bowling here and always have fun. The last couple times we've been trying to go it has been closed. I had family come in from Texas and we tried to go and almost the whole week it either closed early or was closed. It's be nice if their website actually reflected their summer hours or accurate hours :(
Worn out machinery and constant break downs made our family outing less than we had hoped. Inconsistent oil on the lanes. And air conditioning must have been off or broke down because it was hotter than heck in there.Staff was friendly though and quick to help. The pro shop is amazing! The most knowledgeable guy about bowling I've ever seen. Great deals and spontaneous discounts.
Love this bowling center. Updated lanes and the staff is really nice and helpful
I am giving this review 3 stars. In the bowling aspect it is very well. But the food was horrible. The pizza had no flavor. You get most of the flavor in the sauce. The sauce was not seasoned. The crust looked like flatbread. Finally the cheese was not mozzarella cheese. It had a bitter taste. If you know good pizza! You can tell the difference. I also was going to purchase a bowling pin for my son's birthday. At the register the guy asked me what color do I wanted it in. I found it strange when he ask m
I bowl on league here This will be my last season. Unattentive staff bathrooms are always disgusting. We discussed these concerns with the ownership prior to the start of our season and it changed for a week...now we're right back to the way it was. If you visit and you think.....oh they're just having a bad day? No. It's like that all the time. No one is helpful either. A waitress (which the center wanted to charge us more for once we decided to stay at the center for the season) I still have to go
Had a great time at my Uncles birthday party
We had a lot of fun bowling for the first time with our toddler. Using the little slide to roll down the bowling ball was very fun for him.
Lady at the desk must of been having a bad day, very grouchy and not much help. Ordered a sweet tea and it came tasting unsweetened tasting like it was brewed in a coffee maker! Ordered a pizza and wanted it cut in squares. Came looking like Freddy K. Sliced it and was gross ( 3 kids wouldn't take but 3 bites) . Kid working was clueless and what to do when taking an order. Been here several times before. and by far worse service/food!
Very disappointed!!! Let me first say the bowling alley is a wonderful place to go. We had my daughters party here and it was completely a last minute ordeal. With less than 3 days notice they found a time for her birthday party and I completely forgot to go pay the deposit but they still held our reservation which I am thankful for. The birthday party was explained to me over the phone and was informed we would have a host to ensure everything went smoothly. Let me say I was completely shocked expecting s
We rented a couple hours for a lane of bowling, ordered a pizza, bought some game room tickets, and had a great time at Signature Lanes with our daughter's 13th birthday party. Our group comprised of 5 adults and 4 teens, and everyone had a blast. We plan to come out on other Sundays for bowling.
Great family fun center.. and has a decent bar for adults.. food is excellent for being a private kitchen (meaning not a food chain) Does have a room separate but attached that is rentable for business meetings business parties and can be catered. Not sure if it's part of signature or not but my company used it for a Christmas party once.
It now has fancy flat screen displays that have new added features like adding your photo to your game, creating caricatures, playing against other teams, games, chatting etc. Friendly Staff and clean facility. They offer a large menu of delicious not-so-so good for you treats. They also have a room with pool tables and some games that younger kids would love. A great family activity!! They also have a bar and a party room if thats up your alley...lol...
The owner Roger is an alcoholic and drinks on the job, so is all the bartenders, and he doesn't pay his employees. Daughter had to threaten him with the labor board, and he still stiffed out of her pay. I don't understand how a company can lie cheat and steal in this day and age and still get away with it.
Great Time , Great Food !!!
Went there for a childs birthday party, and it was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. Kids had a great time!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
