Horrible front desk young lady, on her phone the whole time and annoyed with every request. Bar staff very polite, fun and out going. Requested to play another game and offered to leave the game at closing time and she was extremely unpleasant when we could get her attention away from her phone. Was our favorite bowling alley. Won't go back!

My mom and I love going here. Oh, the open bowling prices make it so you can come daily for fun or improvement. We enjoy the young lady's vibe for bowling. She answers all our questions about her bowling style. She was also fine spending extra time with my visa gift cards, which were all curved in my wallet too long. My oldest daughter had her birthday on Sunday July 9th! It was a great time! The 2 girls working ( both named Emily) who were our hosts were super kind and attentive! I was deeply disappointed with our recent experience at this bowling alley, which was not family-friendly. Additionally, the building and equipment, including the balls and shoes, appeared old and worn. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred us from returning or recommending this establishment to others.

Pretty standard bowling alley but they do it well. Good food, good drinks. Place had cleaner bathrooms than I've ever seen in a place that serves alcohol. Bonus points for having a changing table in the men's room. We had an amazing time as a group.

I have to share how amazing the staff is at Shore Lanes. Space Coast Recovery is a non-profit drug and alcohol treatment organization. Our staff and clients were displaced today and they accommodated us to bowl for a few hours! The renovations are fantastic and the new restaurant has amazing food! Food and service was good, bartender was very nice along with other staff. They could mow the grass out front it's knee high or higher, mosquito heaven. Decent bowling, they have some nice bowling specials throughout the week. Lounge does some good drinks. It's definitely a good time! If you're after perfect scores - beware. Some of the lanes seem to be distorted.

Buyers beware management at this bowling alley is very disrespectful. Staff have no respect. They must be underpaid. There is a sign on the door that says no drinks not even cups but yet they serve drinks within. It's a money guzzler. It's a way for them to make money by stopping you from bringing in thermoses, forcing you to buy their drinks. This bowling alley policy is of disrespect to their customers and to Merritt Island, high school children. I would not recommend this bowling alley to no one.

Friendly easy service. They were quick to help with any request. We walked into their Friday special, which was nice. Between 3 and 5pm it was $5 unlimited bowling per person with shoes included! Hopefully, as they renovate, they get rid of the mold. As soon As we walked in, we were smacked in the face with the smell of mold. It is a nice alley, they have a wonderful weekday deal, $5 for all you can ball from 3-5pm including shoes. The lanes are in good shape. It is clean and a good time. It can get busy in the afternoons, especially if they have a high school match. They are host to the majority of high school teams. It is a great place to get some games in.

The facility is satisfactory. My low review is due to the intransigent and arbitrary policy regarding bumpers. My 9-year-old was having difficulty and getting upset. I asked the gentleman behind the desk and said, due to the policy of not allowing bumpers for bowlers over 8, he would not allow us to use the bumpers. My child did not throw the ball with much speed and would have been much happier had she been permitted to use the bumpers. Be aware of their inflexibility regarding this policy if you have kids

Will not return. The staff was not very friendly. Two machines kept glitching and not recording scores or turns correctly. Also, they have an age limit of 8 on bumpers which just seems mean to other kids who just want to enjoy the game and get very discouraged.

Good lanes, can be a bit oily. Definitely the best all around bowling alley around. Good deals on Sundays - 1.75$ games and 1.75$ shoes. Saturday nights after 9pm the lights go out for cosmic bowl- all you can bowl special price. We love the arcade which gives the kids another option while we bowl a few more games. The Mexican restaurant is a great addition with good drink selection and tasty bites.

We love bowling here. Always clean and safe. My son loves the arcade too. The reason for a 4 star rating is because the staff isn't very happy. I'm a very outgoing person so I feel like I make it easy for people to interact with me...but none of the staff have ever smiled or anything. Almost robotic.

The red headed girl with her hair in a bun at the shoe counter made us repeat our answers 3-4 times. When asked about prices, she pointed at the board. When asked why the bill was higher than anticipated, she responded it's what you wanted. Doubt if I will bring family there again.
