Shenanigans did a great job hosting our team dinner event tonight for the Varsity Rockwall Baseball team! The service was top notch! We had Chloe as our server! They set up a salad, pizza, pasta buffet complete with spaghetti and meatballs + chicken fettuccine alfredo. We rented out the axe throwing room where they held the buffet and the boys were able to play pool and even corn hole! It was a smart, fun and manageable way to host 25 hungry teenage boys while offering them some fun activities to do while

I really enjoyed this place. I was like a big kid and I'm 50 years old. The staff top tier. We went there for our family reunion event and they did a great job accommodating us. The food was cooked to perfection and the drinks was pretty good I loved the layout of the building. I definitely recommend coming pre-take in the shenanigans when you visit Texas. Five star

So much to do here. The day pass is the way to go. Only gripe is the arcade is way too expensive. Kids had a $50 card that lasted 15 minutes and won them 100 tickets. Enough for some candy. Cut those prices in half and you will have way more people playing and still make great money. Bowling was fun, kids zone was great, or was incredible and Lazer tag is best if you have alot of people. We did it with a dozen and had a blast. Then we did it just the 3 of us and not so much, but that's an easy thing to deal

Went with my daughter tonight for the Unreal Garden, well is not something I would recommend for adults? I got very dizzy and experienced headaches. The game room was better and we had a good time playing. The place looks clean.

Everyone knows games will be fun, so I'd like to give a shout out to the staff. I had various opportunities to interact with people throughout the venue. I took my toddler there for lunch and A/C while she played on the gigantic jungle gym and bounce houses. Throughout the visit we interacted with a bartender (accepts food orders for outside the bar area), a server, ticketing staff, two guys working by the bowling alley, and the always-vital restroom attendant. Every person was friendly, knowledgeable, and

We had our daughter?s 7th birthday party and it was AMAZING! Abby was an AMAZING party host. We will definately be back. And the food was great also

Shelby and Chloe was great! I was able to make last minute adjustments with my birthday party arrangements. Shelby was patient, she heard my concern and wasn't judgmental at all and she made me feel welcome! Chloe was patient with breaking down the rules of play and explaining the area that had the kids attention. She gave great suggestions and offered other options to fit my budget. Shelby and Chloe was phenomenal best customer service I ever seen in a long time.

Great spot for a kids birthday party! Kids did laser tag and go-carts, and a bunch of arcade games! Super friendly the two staff members who were attending us for the birthday party. Everything was on time and very smooth! Bowling alleys available also, although we didn't bowl that evening! Plenty of lanes, and some private rooms for bowling as well!

Had a poor experience at Shenaniganz Entertainment Center tonight. The service was virtually nonexistent, and we were placed on a lane that wasn't functioning properly. Despite paying for 90 minutes of bowling, we were only able to complete just under two games due to continuous issues with the equipment?on both lanes we were moved to. No one ever offered a refund or additional time to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing visit. I won't be returning to this location. Foll

We stopped in for the Verse Immersive Experience and ended up staying to enjoy the arcade and kids' zone. Great place to bring kids or family during the summer, having a variety of things to do, just about anyone can find something they enjoy, and food and drinks are in-house, so you do not have to drive to another location unless you want to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We always have an incredible time! A family go to destination! Bowlindb- pizza and then games! The grandkids love it!!!

I definitely recommend going here! It's a lot of fun for kids, the staff is amazing, and there's a super helpful gentleman named Mat (). I even lost something, and they were incredibly helpful in finding it for me. Definitely recommend! ?? #FamilyFun #KidsActivities #CustomerService #Recommendation #Support

Service was pretty slow and I had to remind her that I ordered a pizza at least 30 minutes ago, seemed like the order didn't get to the kitchen..but the food was really good quality and the beer was ice cold. For the bowling, I hate that you can't see the lane markers to aim at, on the alleys. I wish they would consider making the markers yellow or white so they glow in the black light. The black markers are impossible to see until you're right on it, when it's too late to be useful. Some of the lighter bal

April 2024 update: The place has received a few more games and some updates since my last update. Still a great place to take the family. In our visits, my son tried his hand at bowling and enjoyed laser tag with his friends. My son later remarked at how awesome the food was, because he and his friends were starving after 2 hours ?? Meanwhile, my wife with her group of four beat the 1 hour time on the escape room. ?? ============= Update 11/29/2017: We tested out the new #Escapology rooms tonight and the

My son and I went Friday night to go thru the new Verse AR. The online system said we couldn't have a start time until 9:30 so we were going to play games until our start time. A couple of the games we tried didn't work correctly and felt like they were breaking. The steering wheels were sticky on the driving games and one game we paid for two people and it only allowed one player. We went into the point redemption area and one of the employees smelled so bad the entire room stunk. Decided to go in the back

My family visited this location yesterday and absolutely loved it. We were looking to do something as a family and stumbled upon this great place! The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. The restaurant inside was delicious food came out hot and fresh. I definitely recommend coming here again on our next visit in this location.

We went here for my niece's Birthday. There were things to do for all ages, and the food and drinks were pretty good. Our waiter was great as well. We had a great time!!

Fun place to go bowling and bonus stuff in the back! It's expensive but fun! Staff were friendly - especially Nate. He went above and beyond to make our experience great!

We celebrated our daughter's 12th birthday here. Excellent for kids of all ages. Even the adults in attendance have a great time. It's a bit pricey for larger parties but not bad for smaller ones.

We had our kids birthday party there. Everyone had a great time. Honestly the pizza was terrible! BUT all the other food was good. The 5 star review goes to the kid who helped us with the party. Ian was great! He's a young kid but was super helpful! He was on top of everything and helped us with everything. We had to order extra stuff and he literally RAN right out and got it for us! We had like 30 people in our party and he made it all super easy for us! The place was super cool, the adults talked about go

This place has a lot of fun activities, they also have some decent discounts when you can catch them. They have bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, an arcade, axe throwing, small bumper car section, a VR game, and a kids zone, lots of fun activities for the family or to take a date out, they have a restaurant as well with some decent food. It's a lot of fun and I highly recommend it for those who have some time and a good chunk of spending money. It is a little pricey but the activities are worth it and the p

We went bowling on Sunday. The waitress never came to ask us what we wanted to order. Had to walk over to her to order our food. Then when asked if we could get 2 pitchers of soda and she said they didn't do pitchers so I said then let's just order 2 large drinks. She then came back with pitchers of soda then charged us for 10 drinks. Manger came over and only removed 2 drinks. Not sure how it was out fault the waitress wasn't clear when we ordered. Bowling was fun but food service and server not a good exp

I have organized my daughter's birthday here twice and both times we, along with her and her friends, enjoyed it immensely. Staff is helpful and takes care of us without being in the way.

5 adults 5 kids had a great time bowling. 2 lanes in the lounge area was perfect. Restrooms were where we could keep an eye on the kids. Can't wait for round 2.

Bar area great customer service! Arcade area mostly great quite a few game?s out of service Willy wonky machine one of the virtual machines was out one of the ball games the bounce off machine in front corner out the win a bear machine it working but also a lot of fun games available! Not being able to split cards (like a 50 dollar card cannot be split into two 2) dollar cards seems ridiculous) they do run out of prizes through the night my child wanted a lava lamp and that was not available when we went to

I will give it a two because I felt disrespected and lie to over an alcohol drink . I mean I'm way over 21 and by now can tell weather there was alcohol or not in my drink. I was not asking for another one or free just realize that I can tell your not being truthful well his response made no se sense and his attitude was even worse which pretty much shows he was not an honest bar tender it's ok the food is great but that will be my last drink there.

From the ladies working the laser tag area, the waitress, the bowling attendants and Hunter at the arcade.. our last minute birthday party was amazing. Thank you, everyone. Well done!

Seems like a fun place with a lot to offer. There's bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, escape rooms, axe throwing, vr experiences, arcade, indoor Playground, and restaurant/ bar. The prices of activities aren't bad either. I knocked stars off for a couple reasons. 1. The play area is dirty. The inflatables are dark with dirty as well as the nets in the playground. 2. We waited 30 mins for our food. The grilled cheese wasn't very good and the bacon looked under cooked 3. I called and placed my order over

VERSE WAS A WASTE OF MONEY ! Besides an apology for non-functioning equipment, the guy would not offer any refund or contact information to lodge complaint. Also, he was 20 minutes late and the young lady at the service area had to get us started. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF $140. Do NOT recommend AT ALL

Nice place. Good food and service. Lacy took good care of us.

This seemed like any other kind of entertainment multiplex. We went ax throwing which was very fun, and there was no one else there so they were able to accommodate our large group. I would go back to try some of the other attractions. Food was also a lot better than I was expecting it would be.

Pretty good arcade and bowling alley. Kids love it! Food is just ok but nothing less than you'd expect from and arcade/bowling alley. Let's face it, if you're going to a place like this for the food, you're not really much of a foodie anyway ????. The kids love the games but the tickets don't get you much. Anticipate an hour... 20 minutes to blow throughout the money on their card and 40 minutes to figure out the cheap piece of plastic to exchange their tickets for. But again, if you are expecting anything

We were experiencing a lengthy wait for bowling, and asked a manager for an update on the wait. He went above and beyond to take care of us, updated us on our wait, moved us to the Z Lounge, and made our day. We frequent Shenanigans with our three boys, and will continue to because of experiences like this! Well done!

I use to be a Birthday party host here for a few years. Came to visit today was considering booking for a party it's gone way downhill. I know one of the owners brother had passed away a while ago. And it shows the place is not being taken of anything like it was 8yrs ago when I was employed here. The bathroom is so out of code there's an electrical cord being run under the sink to an air blower. And why is there an air blower in a restroom. Oh because the bathroom air conditioner doesn't work. There's a st

Abby was an amazing party host for my teens 13th birthday!

Such a fun spot for birthdays! Kids and adults can have fun with bowling, laser tag, the escape rooms, bar and food. Our family always has a wonderful time!

Huge building with lots of things to do. Arcade, bowling, ax throwing, bumper cars, karaoke and more. Restaurant attached was good and all the workers were super nice.

My family came in town as a family trip and this was one of the places we went to which on the total opposite of DFW where I live but we had a blast. I'm 50 years old and was in there zap cousins of all age ranges as I'm all about have fun. I saw there's Axe throwing and I want to check that out! I'm coming back but earlier to get the full experience. #FamilyFun #FamilyCompetitionsAreaMust

Didn't like what I saw. I Took my 16 year old daughter to meet some of her associates here. I had a pizza and wings. I could of ate the whole pizza. The pizza and wings were delicious. But I notice 2 cooks where eating in the kitchen and I wasn't pleased with that. Made me feel like they were eating off of someone?s plate.

We had an absolute blast there last night, as there's so much entertainment all around. We did Ax Throwing, Arcade, bowling, and finished with an Escape Room. The food was pretty good, and the drinks well priced. Jennifer in sales was an absolute all star! She took care of us, and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend going there!

Rockwall Location: This place has gone downhill since the pandemic. It's run by rude teenagers who act like you're bothering them to do what they're paid for. The Arcade specifically had 1/3 of the games out of order. The ones that were in service absolutely cheated us out of tickets. We spent two hours playing games and won at least 1000 tickets, but when we went to the counter we had 60 tickets on one card and 200 on the other. Not to mention the hazards that are blatantly ignored. My son got hurt trying

It used to be kid friendly but now it's not! As soon as you walk up the door it you can smell marijuana. Once you walk in the whole building smells marijuana. The horrible smell will stay on your clothes.

This place was amazing for my sons birthday party. They had a guide name Shawn who was nothing less than amazing with making everything go smoothly. We bowled, and did laser tag. They set up our room and served us. It was great, best experience ever!!!

My husband and I took our son, siblings and friends today here for Laser tag for my son 9th birthday. My husband and I was relaxing at the picnic table and Manager Cole stop by to say hello and thank us for coming by. He asked how many was in our party. We told him and he bless us with game cards. Thank you Cole for adding more fun and excitement to our son birthday today. People like you make customers experience the best. As well tell other parent about Shenanigans.

Wednesday axes are super fun! Staff is nice and the food is ok. Ask you wait staff for recommendations

We had fun....some issues with equipment, but they refunded us and went above and beyond to make up for it! Thank you for genuine good old fashioned (nowadays) customer service! We will continue to visit!!

Mansion was a great experience. Helpful game master, Def want to go again

VR game is pretty awesome and kid friendly - 4 yr old was able to do. Its 5 minutes at $7.95 per person. Arcade game are pretty pricey - range from $0.95 to highest I saw $3 dollars each game. Setup similar to all other arcades. Tickets for prizes - selection of prizes pretty outdated. Mainly easily breakable/cheaply made toys and candies. Food is pricey and did not taste good. We ordered two pizzas - fair warning waiter service at bowling alley is really slow and inattentive. We got the food but no plates,

We went to Shenaniganz over Christmas break. We went a little earlier in the day to eat lunch there first. We got the sampler and everything was great. I really liked the cheese fries with ranch. Then it was off to spend our tokens. My favorite game is Willy Wonka but my daughter and her friend did all the games and ended up using their points on a nerf set. It was a great day and the whole atmosphere was wonderful.

Friend's birthday party was hosted here. Purchased a Groupon for unlimited play. Thought it included arcade games. Not so. Kids still had fun. Groupon for 3- $71. Food for 2- $20. Drinks for 2 from a vending machine that didn't want to take our money - $3.50 each. 2 five minute sessions of VR- $17. Good for the occasional treat. Way too expensive to do regularly.

Took my girls (11 and 8) to Shenaniganz yesterday, and here's the rundown. They've got the usual?bowling, video games, laser tag, bumper cars?and the unusual?an escape room, pool tables, and VR experiences. For Spring Break, they're offering a $20 pass (until 4 PM) that includes unlimited bumper cars, laser tag, and the kid zone. Everything else? Extra. The Good: - Bumper Cars: They have six or seven total, but only three are high-tech. Those light up, spin 360? in every direction, and are not included in

Honestly, this place is amazing. I think it's even gotten better recently. There is so much to do, a KID ZONE for the little ones, escape rooms, bowling, arcade etc. ? the Rosie?s Grill food hit me by surprise - really good, for a place like this, I had lowish expectations but the quality was great. I got the Caribbean Jerk chicken 10/10!!! This place can add up quickly but if done right you can deff stick to a budget. The staff was super nice and there was plenty of them to help when needed. Keep it up She

My grandson's birthday party was a great time, food was good & the hosts were wonderful!!

Management is entirely pathetic, employees are children or entitled, and the place is disgusting. They hardly clean and there's fruit flies swarming the bar. They don't even discard ice, they reuse it for days and days and days with who knows what going into drinks.

We arrived and were greeted at the front with exceptional service, we had to wait 30 minutes for a lane to open. We decided to try the lazer tag while we waited and the kids really enjoyed that adventure. We waited and watched their scores while they played and had an amazing time. After their game the lane was ready and Ricardo helped us get the perfect amount of time for our family to play a few games. Excellent service by Ricardo at the front. Overall, this is a versatile place with many different t

The best place around to spend a special day or just let the kiddos run free and play. Affordable and all around our favorite place ever with games and bowling. Good food. Love love love it!!!!

Great place to hang out! Nice bowling lanes, and game options. Great food and drink choices and awesome serving staff! Hi Shauna ??

I walked in and Meris showed good care for even the menus as she was wiping them down, caring about customer experience. I feel great eating at a place that's kept nice and clean. Thanks Meris for making my experience amazing!

Feels very dated when compared to other venues. They almost have too much going on and don't really stand out in any area. You have to pay for everything as you go. It's, again, not like other places where you can just pay for one card to get you into any area or attraction. It is a fun place. The bowling still seems pretty nice and maintained. And they take reservations which is nice. But for a family night out at this price point, it's not my go-to and we live five minutes away. I'd rather drive for the

It was my son's 7th birthday and we decided to go to Shenanigans. My family and I had so much fun! They had a blast running around in the kids zone, Lazer tag and doing the bumper cars! My wife and I had fun bowling but I think the ax throwing was the BEST!! #yougottatryit I think next time we'll try the escape rooms?? If you are planning to get out for the night THIS IS THE PLACE!

Good place to burn a couple hours. Cleanliness in the bowling area needs more attention (balls dirty, water on floor, sticky surfaces) Most games work. Good for the kids

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the dining and food was awesome! Helpful and respectful employees. Had a great time and fun being here. Expect to spend $$ on entertainment unless you find a coupon. Loads of fun things to do.

I've been here many times and there's just so much to do! Great place to sit down and eat also. If you're looking for something kids to do, I highly recommend this place!

There are plenty of opportunities for shenanigans to be had at Shenaniganz. I visited the Shenaniganz in Rockwall Texas. It was actually much larger than it appeared to be. On this particular visit I went with my daughter to experience the Murder Mansion escape room where we were given a set time to solve a murder. That's all I can say about that except that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and laughed about it all the way home.

Had an amazing time! Kids had a blast. Not too many arcades games but it was fun. Bowling was a 3hr wait when we got there I suggest calling to reserve before getting there. Food was delish. Clean. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Not crowded. Everyone wearing masks.

Games and dun are great. Resturant was very bad. Servers nice. Waited 45 min and was told still waiting on wings. Walked out without food. Dont come hungry. No service. Wait is unreal.

Had wonderful time with my family, plenty of games to play, you can bowl and play Lazer tag. Great place to have family time.

I had my daughters 11th birthday party here and everything went so good we had an amazing host named Ellie that was on top of everything and did everything for me so I didn't have to lift a single finger. She put out plates and cups that matched my daughters theme and really went above and beyond. We had a really good time we did a bowling laser tag and at the end they gave her and all the kids arcade credits. And this cost me around $350. Great place great price would definitely come back Eli also sent Bel

Great customer service, and the food was great, not amazing, but great. Me and my family will definitely be coming back there soon. Great job, guys and ladies.

My kiddo loved this place and kid zone was great. We invited 15 kiddos for her bday... I would recommend only invite 7 or 8. Too many kids were hard to handle.... I think 7-8 would've been more manageable and less stressful. Overall- this was best place for a 5 year old.

Our first time. I reserved my daughters 16th bday. Our host was amazing (Nadia) she was exceptional. She was on top of it, anything we needed she was standing by the whole time. My family loved her. She made the process so super easy. So thank you Nadia ?? because of you I give it a 5 star. ?? My daughter was happy as ever!!

I would give this place a higher rating but over the years it's becoming too pricey for mediocre service. The prizes in the gaming area are cheap things. They use to have all kinds of nice stuff for your ticket winnings. The waiters don't care about you in the bowling area, same in the ax throwing area. The service lady was rude, cold and distant. In the Z Lounge they rarely come around and ask if you need another drink. The service is getting worse and worse. On the bright side it's a very fun place with l

Bowling was fun! Haley is amazing and helped me find my toddler?s airplane toy. Someone give her a raise

This is an amazing place for the entire family. The highlights were kids play area, bouncy play, bumper cars and dark ride. We plan to come again for bowling and and arcade etc. Two thumbs up!

Had an awesome party for my 7 year old. Ian was our party host and he did a great job.

Friendly staff, very entertaining for all ages, clean, safe. Never ate the food so I cannot rate that.

I've only been here a couple times, my last time there was yesterday 8/7/2022. Parking lot was disgusting with trash everywhere. This establishment takes no pride in keeping the property clean and clear of trash. I then pay for two of the attractions in the back, one of them being the sit and spin bumper cars. Waited in like for about 5 mins since the attendant for that ride was no where to be found until my wife went and finally got someone. Then when the attendant for this ride was looking down on his pho

Lots of fun for the whole family. The only complaint I have is that they do not have enough parking. We had to park on the grass away from the entrance.

My Husband Say Get Dressed I'm Taking You Out ~~~My First Time Here ~~~Had A Great Time!! Julie Saw Us Looking For Where To Begin, With No Questions Asked, She Gave Us A Tour, And Ensured We Were Well Taken Care Of. Thanks To The Entire Staff. We Will Def Be Back.

For senior Project Graduation, we've rented out the facility from midnight to 6 am. They staffed for our entire event and included FreePlay and food. The senior class had an excellent time they were bowling, playing arcade games, using the escape room, riding the go-karts, and playing laser tag. The first meal was pizza with all-you-can-drink. They served a breakfast buffet with biscuits and gravy pancakes eggs and bacon. Everybody had a wonderful time.

Shenanigans is really fun, you should do all of the thing there eat do laser tag go bowling ,do arcades, and I like, especially the escape room. Hope you have fun.

I had my daughter?s 13th birthday here, for the price of the package and what you get it was pretty affordable, luckily they were doing a special of $100 off so that was nice as well. My daughter and her friends and family had a blast! Our party host (Willow) went above and beyond from the second we got there till we left! Even my husband thought she did such a wonderful job he tipped her extra just for being so attentive to us! She even went the extra mile and wrote my daughter a very sweet note about havi

Had an amazing experience here this morning! I brought my little brother, and let me tell you this is a great place for little kids. We went to go bowling and they were on an hour and a half wait. They were super sweet and very helpful. We were kind of unsure but they told us we could go check out axe throwing while we waited! By the time we were done with axe throwing our lane was ready. We had an amazing time and will be coming back!

The only downside I have with this place is the food is extremely overpriced. $25.40 for wings ($9.95),fries($5.95)and a mixed drinks ($7.00). I attended a birthday this evening this place is A ENTERTAINMENT WONDERLAND for children. Bull riding, laser tag, bumper cars, bowling and all the games parents wanna pay for. Lol.. Our party hostess was named Kylie she was so polite, attentive and informative. She made sure that our group was entertained with balloon characters. Explaining how to set up the bowling

We brought our 2 and 4 year old. The bounce houses were the most fun for them. We took the 4 year old on a go kart ride (36" min as rider). The pizza was really good.

Huge shout-out to the staff who went above and beyond to make our first visit stupidly fun. From the gentleman who advised us of first Monday $10 all you can play wristbands, to our waitress who made sure we had everything we needed and then some, to the staff at the ticket redemption area who showed unlimited patience. Everyone strived to make sure we had an awesome time and we definitely did! My only complaint is that we had to switch bowling lanes because the pins wouldn't reset, and I wish there were a

It is an all in one family friendly activity center. It provides everything bowling, lasertag, axe throwing, arcade etc. I was there with my niece and nephew on a company event with a private sweet. I can see how it can get expensive. The arcade alone is expensive from a preliminary observation. They do have no cost attractions that my niece and nephew like more. There employees are enthusiastic and helpful. The food provided isn't really worth it in my opinion.

Fun location for all ages,I celebrated my daughter?s 14th birthday here , the attention from the staffs were amazing . Highly recommended

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?
