Food & drinks were delicious. Definitely come hungry! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean & there were hand sanitizer stations on the way in/out of the arcade. A good amount of games to choose from, downside was some of the 2 person games we couldn't get to work. But some nights that's just how things go. We'll definitely be back!

Just ordered and finished our togo Brunch meal from Craft Eatery. Resturant looks very well maintained and staff were happy and friendly. Sanitizer station at the take out area. Upon opening the take out containers, felt like I got just a good deal! Fresh looking fruits, beautiful presentation,and crispy tater tots. The Avacodo Toast was well prepped and perfectly porportioned. The Chorizo Tacos were delcious and mouth watering with great flavor with bits of crunch with every bite. Bacon is good quality b

We love this place. It's a great place to kill a few hours or hold a kid's birthday party. We also order from Craft on a regular basis for delivery to our house on movie night.

Great service everyone was so nice and accommodating. The food was pretty good we really liked the Hayward hot wings had a good tasty rub on it. Would try different wings next time. The burger was huge we shared and didn't even finish. Worth the money, would come back. Btw this is in an arcade with VR, we'd come by to check that out.

Solid comfort food. Fries and nachos were good but the fish taco was pretty great. Overall though, just felt like higher end cafeteria food and it was quite unremarkable. This place is awesome. I like that you can pay for your own food through the online menu if you're dining in with a big group. It already knows which table you're at. Loved the Salmon and the mimosas. Thank you!!!

Took my grand-kids there for some eat and fun. We were met with some of the most caring and appreciative staff. Our entire experience was quite enjoyable. Sector 19 is a small personable eatery/game area which offers pure joy and more~

We order from here regularly & have always been pleased. We have tried many dishes & they have all been delicious. I love the salmon. It is perfectly prepared with mashed potatoes & fresh asparagus. I also enjoyed the tacos & chicken sandwich. Since it is connected to a gaming place, I am hoping people will give the restaurant a chance & hopefully the reviews are helping. Went here because I saw the reviews were good. I had a bad experience. I was there with my two sons and sister. All food came out at different times.... with my sisters coming out almost an hour later after we all had our food.. Not sure why since place was almost empty! So by the time her food came out we were all done.. on top of that my sons burger was completely charred black and not edible, so I had to send it back which took another 15 -20 min to get back, and again it was burnt! We love the food and the drinks here. So yummy and fresh. We always have a great time at Lazer tag and the arcade. Every single time we come in there are more additions. It's awesome. They always go out of their way for their customers.

Lot?s of fun things to explore on the menu. We usually order delivery and it's always timely and fresh we when get it. Love the fries and the green bean fries are the wife?s favorite! The food was fresh, and really good. The drinks rather cocktails for the adults, and custom sodas for the children were delicious. The staff was amazing. They truly wanted to make everything perfect for us. Everything was reasonably priced including the games. This place is an experience as well as a great place to eat. 1st time here since they changed hands (from Cannery Cafe to Craft Eatery). This place has ample parking behind the business. Vegetarian and pescatarian options! Food was AMAZING! I have been to this place a couple of times and it hasn't failed to impress me. The cocktails are amazing! The frisco breeze cocktail is a must. The pesto grilled cheese is impressive. Overall, it is an incredible restaurant and I can't wait until the pandemic is over to be able to eat in.

Delicious food! So delicious, it was hard to decide what we wanted to eat. Really enjoyed the fried green beans, poke salad, sticky ribs, hayward wings and garlic fries. Trendy, with a good looking but IMO kind of limited menu and beer selection. Our buffalo wing appetizer was nicely done, but bland. My Cajun shrimp fettuccine was also bland and had a lot of thickener in the sauce.

Dope place!! Hearty servings, and delicious cocktails! I had the Mac & cheese with shrimp and it was hella good and filling. The churros melt in your mouth. They did an amazing job of keeping our food warm. Definitely coming back! :)

This was our first visit to Sector 19 and we had an excellent time celebrating a very memorable red egg and ginger party. As a parent, I appreciated that staff seemed mindful of the activity areas and spaces and often saw them regularly cleaning/disinfecting. There was lots of signage posted reassuring us of this as well. We had my son's birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the entertainment was kept all of the kids occupied throughout the party. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Nice new sit down restaurant in downtown Hayward. Located where the Cannery used to be. Arcade and laser tag will be added next door where the art gallery used to be. Great addition to downtown Hayward. Tasty modern food with healthy options. I've been wanting a spot like this foodwise since Bijou closed. The new decor is nicely upgraded and the family that owns the place are friendly. I had the ginger ahi salad and the wife had the miso glazed salmon. We also shared the fried green beans. I've been wanting to eat here for the longest and due to the pandemic, had to put that on hold. Yesterday my family and I went there to eat. The restaurant did not disappoint! I should have taken pictures... but the food was too good and I was hangry. We ordered the ribs, taco salad, salmon, pike, garlic fries, lemonade, and 2 kids burger meals. We'll be back!

This place is a fraud! More than half of the games don't work. I went to a kid's birthday party on 9/30 and attempted to purchase a game card from the kiosk. When it didn't work I purchased one through the cash register. The next day I realized I was charged for both transactions and only received 1 game card. I went to request a refund for 1 transaction and they claimed the kiosk is run by another vendor and gave me a number to call. When I contacted that vendor they pointed to finger back a Sector 1

Wow this food is amazing. We have only had the pleasure of getting this food delivered via Postmates, and can't wait to eat there in person. Over a few orders, we've had there ahi tuna, burger, chicken sandwich and varieties of drinks. Unbeleivably delicious with fresh produce, and fresh recipes. I can truly appreciate all of the hard work they've put in. Eat here, you won't be disappointed.

My 2nd time here. Both times did not disappoint. The miso salmon is excellent! The staff is very nice. They made seating available during COVID, which is convenient. They offer take out and delivery too. It's a hidden gem and I recommend it!
