Sure! Here's an example of a positive review for a skate rink: --- ?????????? Great Experience for All Ages! I recently visited Searcy Skate with a large church group (39) we had an absolute blast! The staff were super friendly, helpful and easily accommodated our large group. The rink itself was clean, well-maintained, and the music was upbeat and fun without being too loud. They had plenty of skate sizes available, and the rental process was quick and easy. The snack bar had a great variety of option
Fun place to go with the family. The facility is clean and is a safe environment for kids to have fun. The arcade is small, but it has a good variety of games.
The boys played the games more than skating but they had fun.
Pretty cool place with good food and great vibes! Had my kiddos 10th bday party there and it was perfect!
This seems to be a very family friendly place for kids of all ages. Large nice skate floor, with multiple types of lighting., Video games of multi types and a nice snack bar. This facility is clean and secure with a metal detector at the front door. Video surveillance cameras are located throughout the building. Inline as well as traditional skate styles are offered here. (Just know that skate wheels with not be adjusted here. We were told it is against their policy when renting skates from the skati
Very fun. Good atmosphere. Good music.
Great place to take the kids! Our kids are relatively young so, the earlier in the day - the better. The teenagers come at night and little ones aren't as fast or as easily noticed by them. But we live coming here!
Fun for the whole family! Friendly workers too! We had a great time!!!
Completely horrible. There was a guy with blue hair who kept cutting kids off and than the kids would fall and he just laugh. When my 6 year old daughter asked for help she was ignored and I could tell because he looked at her the whole time not helping her and he had an attitude from hell with other kids out there that I had to leave with my kids because I was about ready to snap on the guy so I'm glad the person running the music went out there and helped her thank you for helping her up. To the person
Horrible charging seventy five dollars just to bring a cake if we were to pay for it 4 year old's birthday So we left the cake in the van Way overprise did not work it
If I could rate them less, I would. This place has no decency or common sense. My son fell and broke his arm. The employees did nothing but shove a waiver in our faces while they were standing over my bleeding, crying child. Didn't offer to call 911. Didn't ask if we needed anything. Didn't ask if he was okay. Nope. Stood around with a paper trying to get us to fill it out while we were loading my son into an ambulance. Just worried about their own liability. Currently at the ER with my son while writing th
I was very disappointed when we went this time. The staff was very rude. The front desk lady could use some training on how to smile. We were told the skates were 2$, but she charged 3$ each. The seating is horrible, and the chairs are wobbly and breaking. The girl at the snack bar was rude to my daughter, grabbing the money from her hand, then instead of handing the change back to her, she slammed it down on the counter and walked away without making her drinks. She made the guy who was already busy doing
The best for small-town fun!
Very fun, and very entertaining! I learned how to skate in 10 minutes in this place! Sometimes when you fall, random people we offer to help you up. I recommend going to here! ??
We had the best party!! My Grands absolutely had a blast!! Thank you so much Yall did a great job!????
It was a great place but I think the prices on food and drinks were a little much.
Celebrated my daughters birthday, and they were wondering with helping with the decorations and assisting with party needs! Our party director Dakota was amazing to work with and was always available when needed! My daughter wants to go back again and we can't wait!!
It's a fun place to go to for a night.
We recently purchased a birthday party package from the Searcy Skate Family Entertainment Center. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, as were other staff. The facility was very clean and played trendy music but nothing inappropriate for kids. We were really pleased with the experience and will definitely return.
Searcy Skate hosted a wonderful private birthday party for our 7-year-old. The building was clean and comfortable, the party host and staff were attentive and kind, and the pizza was good. Kid and adults had a great time skating to custom music. When got tired, we switched to arcade games. Everyone had a blast. Would absolutely recommend!
This was a great place to have our daughter?s birthday party. It was a good value, easy to book, and the facility was very clean. Lilly was our party helper and she did a great job!
Friendly atmosphere. Decent music
Great place. Just had my daughter's 13th birthday there (also had my sons and nephews there last year) and like always the staff was incredible. They are always so nice and went out of their way to make sure my daughter had a great birthday. We got to rent the rink for 2 hours and had so much fun. Skating, music, games and food. Thank you to the staff.
Don't recommend this place. Workers are rude and worry more about bossing adults around than doing their job. Will not be bringing my kid back or recommending for anyone to come! Will go out of my way to tell people how horrible the staff at this place is.
Fantastic place to skate and have fun in general. We had our son's birthday party there recently (they have really good party packs) and all of the party (adults included) had such a fun time! Skating, snacks, arcade all in one place! I'll try to get pictures next time and add them to this review. Check it out if you're in the area!
Absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I've been going ever since last New Years! They know how to do things right! Not only that but it also clean and well taken care of. I recommend going here for everyone! It's a great place for some great memories!
Actually, it didn't slip. I wanted the leave it at just that single star review but with your comment I will leave my reason for such review. I was very disappointed in the service and experience we had during a planned birthday party. I paid over $150 for a party I had to leave early from because of disrespectful children running around cussing and picking fights with eveyone they could find. My entire party left early because nothing would be done about these children. The boy was harrasing a little girl
The people are awesome the DJ is awesome the atmosphere was awesome it was just an awesome place bring your kids and watch them have fun
LOVE! this place!!! Good prices and better employees. Come on in Tuesday and Thursday and see if you can spot us. She's the fastest 5yr old you've ever seen, and I'm the proud Daddy agging her on (and I'm not too bad, myself ??)! Come see if you can hang with her on the floor!
Had a grandkids birthday party here was a awesome place..
My daughter and I had a blast! Went a few weeks back. Will be there again soon! Nice employees there! Clean and well kept. Who ever that is that posted other wise was obviously up to no good himself.
This place sucks. We have family with health conditions that prevent them from being able to do activities like skating. We still had to pay for them to get in and there is a creep that skates there and "helps" the kids. Said creep told me his girl friend is "23 now but was 15 when we meet". He has got to be in his fifties. Joyland in Cabot was way more family friendly.
I took my cousins and siblings here for the $2 Tuesdays from 1-4 We go every summer and stay the whole time but today within 30 min everyone was ready to leave. It felt like it was about 80 degrees on the floor and no cooler at the tables. The service and staff are friendly, just next time we hope they have their air conditioning on in enough time to make the place cooler for the skaters.
It would be a better place if there was atleast some adults there to manage it. It appeared they use the metal detector as a way to check ppl by the way they look. It would go off on some & they asked nothing & let them through & others they would make them empty there pockets & purses. They say to adhere to their rules & when they were asked where the rule was at on their list that they just made up...well they said that doesn't matter. It seems like they profile ppl heavily. Very disappointing. They are a
I hate this place. There was a kid saying inappropriate things and when we told one of the workers they said he was banned but he wasn't and they lied to us. They also told us that the same kid a few days ago grabbed somebody and they didn't do anything. They really should handle things better.
Take your wallet and make sure you have plenty of cash......... If they could figure out a way, they would charge you to breath. Nothing says "family owned and operated", like a toddler on your hip while working the concession stand. Younger staff was helpful and kind. Middle aged staff , not at all..... Not likely to ever return.
Had a blast price is a little high
Great place to take the kids when it's too hot to be outside. Staff is friendly and respectful. The arcade games were really fun the kiddos and I enjoyed it.
Friendly staff, music for all generations, bathrooms are a bit dirty. Overall not bad.
My daughter loves going here! Great staff as well!
I went there on a date with my girlfriend. At one point we were hugging and I kissed her on the cheek. This one old lady came over and told us that we couldn't "hug like that." There were no obvious signs that said no PDA or whatever. After that we went to sit outside and she FOLLOWED us and told us we couldn't sit out there. Everyone else was nice and it was mostly fun, but she really ruined that for us. I am very dissatisfied with that rude staff member
Grandsons birthday party was a great success
Kids had a great time, you can get in-line skates or regular roller skates, or bring your own as long as you have the proper wheels on them. Lots of games and a snackbar. I gave 4 stars because there are not enough seats, especially for parents that are there not skating. Literally had to stand for 3 hours.
HORRIBLE!!!!! The employees are childish, rude, and unprofessional. The facilities are outdated and unsanitary (the pictures above are not up to date). One of the workers came out and called the cops on me and my friends because one of my friends walked over to another vehicle to talk to someone and they accused her of breaking one of their policies (which was not broken and isn't even posted on their website) and held her in the building against her will. Never going to this place again and recommend the s
Affordable... funny for kids.
My kids love it and it makes me feel like a kid again. $2 Tuesday is the best night. Not super busy and affordable for the whole family!
Children seem to enjoy .I feel on special nights more respect needs to be shown to grandparents kids was seen walking in front elderly lady even step on her feet with skates. When adults are watching children so they behave and kids should walk behind the bench they go kind wild with no one watching them over all great to have good pl for our children.
Very clean and well kept place! Great for a party or get together!
Honestly, the skating rink is cool. It has a big floor, cool lighting, and fun activities. The interior is better than Joylands. But, I gave this a three star for many reasons. There are less good skaters (no offence), it smells, and the floors are too slippery. We had an injury because of the floor. However, the skates are better. So, yeah. Thats all.
Everything about this place sucked....especially their food !!!! Pizza's taste like they came out of an Easy Bake Oven
Great venue for my niece's 13th birthday party! Very clean, friendly staff. Young and old alike had great time!
Big and spacious. Lots of seating. Snack bar a little pricey and bathrooms need a good cleaning.
Love going here always fun and have a good time the workers are nice and helpful. They have fun games about every hour. Its a nice place to go on a date or for a family night.
Wilson had an amazing 13th birthday party here & everyone there was very friendly & helpful! ??Great birthday package!!
I brought 6 children. Then had to pay 14$ attendance fee for my wife and I to be in the building. To Supervise our children! When there was maybe 15 people skating .
Searcy Skate is truly a inspiring place for family, adolescents and children. Skating teaches children about life by struggling to stand, despite that they are going to fall at times. The big idea is what they can gain from this learning opportunity. When you fall in life, you get back up and try again. I love this place with it's staff and management, cannot wait to come back and visit.
I am rating the place one star because when i bought a game card ?? this kid took my sons card and the kid almost spent all his credits on his card my son only had 23 left and it was a 20$ card I hope they put a code the card for security because you PAID the card and you don't want it to be taken away please do this and another thing you should be responsible for that situation Searcy Skating Rink.
Only negative is some of the games need to be fixed and need a few chairs for bigger ppl, but fun clean great place for a birthday party.
Very good place I enjoyed all the things I did there very nice staff and great environment for the kids as well
Awesome family fun for everyone here! Affordable, friendly staff, good music and a chill atmosphere
We love to take the kids there the Stagg plays games with them and they have a great time
Great family place and for the price ,you can't beat It! Owner/ manager : Steven Sutherland ,he does a great job and boy can he skate! Great place, try it!
Great for everyone-Good, fun, safe and moderately affordable.once you pay your there to stay.Door staff,Party staff,Experienced skaters that do awesome tricks and even help the little ones learn how to skate. Play games, Have races, pool tables, air hockey,, cool prizes not rinky dinky junk. DJ.. and don't forget the delicious concession stand. From candy to hot salted pretzels to fries and ho-made pizza. They also have in- line skates and speed skates..Go Check it out And tell Steven and Sheila ,Tina sa
Most of the staff is really friendly. This is a great place to bring your friends and family! It is a blast every time.
Was there for my niece and nephews birthday party they had a blast plenty of games to play when they wasn't skating
It's a great family owned business. It's a safe fun place for the kids and always clean.
It was a really fun place, and my first time skating in years. The great staff just made the evening(and those falls) all the better!
Went here as a kid and loved it! Still go as an adult and take my kids
Very nice skating rink. The floor is smooth, skates are a little tight, great snack bar and the employees are super friendly. It's always clean
I feel like unless they want us to drop our kids off they shouldn't charge us for coming to watch them skate I wouldn't want them babysitting my children but I don't want to have to pay to stay in there and do it myself.
They had multiple fun games we could play. We laught a lot and had a amazing time. It was a great experience.
Good family fun. It cost about the same as anything else in town but you can stay as long as you like.
Pretty decent rink. Has games for those out there who don't want to roll. Some snacks as well. Will be back.
Affordable family fun! If you don't skate, there's plenty of games with tickets and rewards. We love it!
It's very fun to go to with your family and friend but I would say not to eat there food there because I eat there and got sick
We always have the best time. $2.00 Tuesdays are a great deal.
We really enjoyed our visit to Searcy Skate! They played games on the rink and they were fun for everyone. It was clean, safe and affordable.
Had a blast. Super clean nice employees. Will be going back.
There are tines of nice people there.. mainly the cute Mexicano boy named alex
Love it went to a family birthday party it was lit although I didn't skate had a blast love it
Kids liked it being with there friends plus parking lot well lit.
We went to a Birthday party here. It's a large open space and good for groups. They have the helpers to teach kids to skate.
The staff was excellent and very friendsly. The floor however had waay to much grip to make skating at all enjoyable
Unruly kids flying everywhere without any supervision neither by parents nor skate staff!! Not a good place to bring your children!! Constant cursing and belligerent behavior unchecked!
My 3 year old son and 4 year old granddaughters first trip they had a blast.
Great place to take friends and family to when you want to something fun.
It would be amazing if someone would answer the phone.
The skate ring did amazing job hosting my daughter's birthday party, we will definitely use them again!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
