Customer Reviews

We had an absolute blast as a family. My daughter turned 10 and she wanted to go to a trampoline park. This was a great pick. The area was clean and inviting. The employees were all nice. We was able to get a deal for it being Saturday. We did rock climbing, laser tag, the ninja climb, and the trampolines were super fun. Its nice having a place that keeps the place clean, nice, and up to date. The socks looked cool too. ??????

It was such a great experience for my babies. I even caught my husband having a time if his life as well. ?? It's a great environment, many fun things to do, the workers were super nice, the other children were having a blast, and the food was great. I had the nachos ??. It's was worth every penny spent on it. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this place and we will be back again.

Sawyer's Fun Park is absolutely fantastic!?? My friends, our family certainly enjoyed the food, friendly Staff ??,video games;the rock climbing & laser simulators and many other enjoyable experiences. We stayed at the facility all afternoon! I tried to capture, and convey to you,all the exhilarating moments; visit them soon & continue enjoying life.....

This place has gone from being a fun park to a place that eats your wallet and your fun. Half the attractions you pay for are out of order or don't even exist. Some have started to look rough and tearing. Staff are not helpful and look as if they are displeased to even work there. Expect to pay an arm and a leg for each child as you pay for their socks and for extra things to do.

Every thing was good except the front staff. They just huddled together and looked annoyed when you needed help. Also if you have never been there before and don't know how it works the front staff make you feel like an idiot for asking. It is clean and the things were fun but just from that experience I won't return.

Great place to bring your kids and let them burn some energy off. Trampoline area is good for small kids but not so good for pre teens. Good selection of arcade games. Cafe's food is typical dinner style. Definitely a place to come back to.

Great place for kids and adults. The atmosphere was good and the staff was friendly. The gaming is fun as well, but it is pricy spent $60+ in about 25 minutes between me and my son. Overall, we had fun, and we will be going again.

It was for my granddaughter birthday party. We celebrated her 3rd birthday by giving her a pink birthday party, a Barbie birthday party. Everything was great, she was so happy. The host did a great job taking care of everything and everyone. He was super.

NBBC came to Sawyers for a day filled with fun! All the kids had an amazing time, Unfortunately my niece rolled her ankle during our time there...The staff was absolutely amazing! They seemed genuinely concerned, the owner even came out explaining his training as a cheer coach and analyzed her injury! Gave us his personal recommendation...They all were very caring and honestly in today's time that little act of kindness meant the world!

I've been twice now with my kids. Once on a Wednesday during Christmas break and once on a Saturday. If you can choose, go on Wednesday. The prices are cheaper and it is less crowded. We did the 3 hour unlimited pass on Wednesday and the kids got to do all of the activities except the arcade. We went back last weekend and they had just 1 hour and had trouble understanding that they couldn't do laser tag, rock climbing or the high ropes course. What I remember about getting food at Christmas break w

Had a great time at Sawyer?s Fun Park! It's an awesome indoor spot for families, especially on hot or rainy days. The kids had a blast on the trampolines, ropes course, arcade games, and especially laser tag?it was a huge hit for both kids and adults! The outdoor adult patio with live music and putt-putt was a great added touch, giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy themselves too. The facility was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The toddler area was a great bonus, and th

Visited from out of state. Asked for ?Two 30-minute jumps? for me and my sister. Got charged for two 1.5 hour jumps because he thought I asked for ?Two 30-minute jump sessions for two people,? but I still don't understand how that math worked. I noticed after the transaction was processed so I asked for a refund for the difference. I was told that there was a no-refund policy. I just accepted it and went to jump was I was pretty much ready to leave after that. Place was clean and decent for younger children

It's just ok. I was anticipating much more than what we got. Even my daughter was bored of it after an hour and she's only 8. Staff could be friendlier too.

Enjoyed talking my grandchildren there today. But could not find handicapped facilities for the second level plus staff were not very friendly or helpful. Maybe a bad day for them don't think I'll be back.

always a great time when we come to Sawyer's. My kids love the Ninja warrior course! We tried the ropes course for the first time this last visit and it was so fun as the zip line was the best part!

?? Sawyer?s Fun Park: Where Your Inner Kid Gets VIP Access ??? If fun had a headquarters, it would be Sawyer?s Fun Park. We showed up ready for a good time and left wondering if we could move in permanently. Laser tag? Oh, we didn't just play ? we waged war. Ducking, diving, and channeling our inner action heroes. If you've ever wanted to feel like a stealthy ninja in glow-in-the-dark gear, this is your moment. We loaded up with $100 in game cards and ? plot twist ? got $35 in bonus gameplay like it was

It surprised me clean different atmosphere lots to do bumper cars plenty of room to bounce and jump decent food and drink ropes dodge ball basketball lanes to run and dunk and it can hold plenty of people without getting in each other's way.

Fun is the agenda of this locally owned Family Entertainment Center. There is something for every age group. Your choice of activities will surely delight the kid in each of us. Safety and excellent staff members will provide a great time for everyone in your group.

Absolutely love this place, one of the best places for kids of all ages. The adults with them will have a great time also. Took my child on the trampolines, the laser tag, the arcade and grabbed something to eat at the cafe. The staff were very friendly, very professional and very helpful. They did go around and remind people of the covid protocols such as mask wearing. A great thing in my book, they did sanitize things that were touched often and they tried their best to ensure the customers had a grea

Always a decent place to take the kids. Bumper cars were fun but $6 a person is expensive for about a 3min ride.

We would absolutely recommend Sawyer?s for a day of fun however to do the rock wall, zipline and the laser tag is extra and not included in the entry fee. It costs more than $90 for three of us with socks. That's a bit expensive.

We came here for family time, and everyone had a great time, including my two year old grandson!! I only took one star away because some kid pooped on the trampoline mat, and my grandson slid right into it...yuck...No worries, a staff member handled the situation immediately. Needless to say, our jump time came to a grinding halt because we had to leave and go shower the baby. Other than that, really a great time.

Last night was our first time here for our sons birthday and it was well worth it! 12 kids+ 3 hours of intense madness for 10 year old boys. Our party host was Evan and he has the patience of a saint. It was clean, organized and the food was ok but what really could make or break your party is the host and Evan, you get 5 stars. Thank you for helping our son have an awesome birthday!

Had a blast at Sawyer's fun park. We visited for a birthday party and ended up staying longer bc our daughter was having so much fun. Will definitely come back! We visited again for another bday party and we had so much fun. Our daughter won the 10k ticket prize and got her pic taken with the mascot. Definitely a fun time for all ages of kids.

Parties here are not worth it. Zero decorations or packages. $3 dollars per soda $2 dollars per water Not clean or worth your time the lack of competition in this area creates money pitts without care for parents or children and this is one of them. All sales final people please don't book if your not sure.

Very bad exsperience at first had spent over $200 and had 4000 tickets the lady didnt add to card correctly and my son only was able to get a 1000 of them cashed after having over 4k and manger acted like he was careless and as if I lied. However Ms. Sawyer reached out personally and she was very pleasent and willing to resolve. I am very pleased with her response my son waa truly happy. She turned it around in 24 hrs.

We used to love this place, we have had our kids birthday party here once and it was great but lately every time we have gone there's been an issue, the young kids who watch people say things to people who aren't doing anything wrong and allow others to get away with things that are clearly against the rules. I had a coupon for 1 free hour that my son was gifted, it was not a buy a hour get one free like they charged me, so we didn't get the free jump like the coupon said because we were charged. Then we pa

Horrible experience, especially compared to other parks like this. Wish I could give -5. It's definitely not safe for small 6yo and any age under! We will not be back to this place.

This place was awesome! I went with my wife and her 9yr old son. Laser tag was $12 each for 30mins. The sky trail ropes course was $7 each. We also spent time at the arcade and won over 2,000 tickets. The trampoline park and Rick climbing walls were also available, but we decided to save those for next time. I definitely recommend coming here. We had a Blast!

Fun for the whole family! They have an amazing trampoline park with different activities including dodgeball and basketball. Also in the trampoline area they have aindoor playground for the younger kids. The arcade is awesome as well with plenty of games to enjoy. Lastly there is a rope course and rock wall, definitley check this place out plenty to do! Also the pictured area is no longer there they are turning that into something else

A great place to take kids to burn out some steam. They have a little arcade area and a cafe for a quick lunch. Down side it's definitely a pricy outing

We love the new additions and it is a nice clean facility. It is nice to have a place like this in this area and not have to drive to Raleigh NC for entertainment.??

Kids had fun. The trampoline area isn't priced badly. The arcade games will break you! Climbing walls s are ok. Great way to entertain the kids for a few hours!

This place is always fun & inviting. We went for my nephew's birthday & had a blast!!! He had an amazing, amazing, amazing time! Love this place & they have great deals as well just join their Facebook page.

Great place, lots to do, friendly staff. Everyone had a lot of fun. Kids missed there being a foam pit. Other than that, it was great!

I visited for my niece's birthday , besides the price to get in it is alot of fun. The pay and wait is very much worth it for my grandkids and my niece's.

Me and my daughter attended a birthday party here. My daughter and I had a blast, very big indoor area with more than just trampolines to play with/in. We were not disappointed one bit. Very reasonable fee for extra jumpers or more time, and they offer socks with rubber grippers to make your jumping experience even more memorable!!

The kids had a great time! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Noticed they were adding a beautiful outside eating area. Very clean and good smelling bathrooms. Loved the fact they had package deals available for the days of the week you attend. I personally know a Sawyer related in the development of this establishment and can say she truly cares for the kids!

Fun, fun, fun. Plenty of games and attractions for the whole family. It's a little pricey for what we're used to around here, but all in all it's a really great family entertainment center for everyone. I would post a video, but I'm not quite sure if I can upload that here.

Great place to throw a kids party. Our kids had a ball. Pizza and wings in the party room after definitely ended it on a great note.

Great atmosphere and friendly people. There's more than enough to keep the kids occupied.

For as much as this place nickel and dime you, you would expect this place to be upkept. Dodgeball court was out of order, the basketball court was out of order, the lower level exhibit had stuffing from the mats all over the place. Staff was miserable and unattentive.

I paid $75 for four people nearly everything was out of order and The manager said that they had it posted on their website so I could not get a refund but they could put the money on a gift card that could only be used there I feel it's a waste of money and time 0 out of 10 I do not recommend

I didnt know how this was going to go from my visit to the website, decided to go in and see firsthand and i was not disappointed. Great atmosphere, the facilities are certainly geared more younger but theyre adequate for an adult to let loose in. Flat fees for attractions is inexpensive and if youre my age an hour on the trampolines is PLENTY, ropes course was my favorite, i could zipline all day.

What a great time had my twins birthday there staff was very accommodating kids all had a blast

This is a great place to take your kids ,trampoline, laser tag ,arcade games, rock climbing and sky lining. Also has a cafe indoor and outdoor

Go there almost every weekend with my soon to be 3yr old. She has fun so I'm happy

Non stressful and amazing fun for all ages. Worth the drive. Great package options as well. Always enjoy our time here.

Trampoline part is unsafe multiple spots broken in jumping pad they put a wet floor sign major osha violation reported it to nc osha hopefully they fix it soon when brought up general manager said they didn't care

Very disappointed at their customer service today. This is supposed to be a family and kid friendly place but their team members act like they hate their job and hate working with kids. Every time my daughter wanted to do something the staff gave me an attitude. At one point my daughter wanted to do the obstacle course but the staff member didn't allow her to because she wasn't ?tall enough?but yet I found it weird that she was letting other kids shorter and smaller than her in. When questioned she didn't k

We went for a birthday party last week and we will surely be back! What an amazing place!

This is a nice place to take kids, they have a lot of activities from wall climbing, trampolines, arcades and laser tag, amongst other activities. The staff is very nice and helpful, atleast the ones we dealt with. They will host birthday parties as well. And they have a cafeteria also.

The kids had a blast and the staff was awesome

Nice place but not Autism friendly. Nothing for disabled people to do as far as being developmentally delayed. Would be nice if you offered headphones for autistic kids or even sensory day/hours. I am aware you can get admission free through trillium. The employee said he had no idea how I would even go about that and laughed when i asked about sensory hours or sensory days.

My son & niece enjoyed AirU!!! It was my son 9th birthday on 1/18/2020

We had our daughters birthday here. The kids love it, of course, and our birthday hostess was awesome. The pizza was good as well. It was super easy for set up and breakdown as well. All in all great party. ??

Sawyer's Fun Park is a nice place to get kids rowdy and tired for 2 hours my concerns is dirty and ripped playing cushion on some of the game in SFP its funny how they want you to sign a waiver but don't kept up with torn/ripped cushion that kids bounce around on which cleared them from any liability Parents be aware.

The kids love this place so much. It's a fun way to burn their energy.

Me and my family enjoyed our day at Sawyer's Fun Park today! We will be returning! I also love the fact that they have a teen night, giving teens something to do and look forward to on the weekends that doesn't break the bank.

My granddaughter loves this place by the time we leave good she's so tired she falls asleep on the way home.

It's a great work out and a way to tire the kids out..enjoyed every moment..I'm going back soon

Serious updates needed very unkept

Although a bit paked, my son and us had lot's of fun!

Awesome! Awesome!Awesome! My grandson had a blast. We will definitely be coming back repeatedly.

You can't beat the shear novelty of this place. My daughter loved it! I'd personally like to see it expanded - and possibly an area for smaller kids.

My grandson had a ball there! Good food too!

Ok, I gave a medium score because I came as a guest to a birthday party there for my God granddaughter... I liked the arcade games but you don't get good wins for playing and swiping was equivalent to 2.50 a swipe (rather high) for games that our little ones could play. (Gameroom was more for big kids or adults). There were no games for the many "little ones" that was at this party. We chose games that they could reach and just play for playing...(She turned 4, sooooo, I think my Goddaughter didn't really

We ordered food at 5:00 p.m. Two kids meals. No one in the restaurant. The desk person was eating and drinking. Apparently our food was just sitting in the window. Food was cold. Just stick to the arcade and jumping. Edit 7/24/23 649pm- I changed review to five stars because of quick response from owner. I come here all the time with the kids and we love this place. I just wanted someone to see the event that happened today and to make changes so that it does not happen again. Kathryn P was the person list

Kids had a blast! Had not been since the remodel. What a change. Price isn't bad. Not overly crowded.

This place was great, even with the insane crowd. The staff was awesome. I asked the manager how everything worked since it was our first time, she took the time to explain everything. My daughter actually sprained her ankle on the trampolines. The young staff helped her and showed compassion, bringing her a ice pack without asking for one. All of the young staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. We just stopped in passing through the area and found a ge

The staff was incredible! My daughter and I really enjoyed. I personally want to thank Kris and Darius for being patient with my daughter while completing the ropes course she was so afraid, but with Kris leading, guiding and encouraging her she was able to complete the challenge.. Thanks Again and we will we be back.

Nicole and melody was so awesome very friendly super inviting I would tell my entire family to come here. 10 out of 10

Second year having my daughter's birthday party here! It's excellent. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. The party person that they provide when you book a party is super helpful and goes above and beyond to do whatever they can in order for the party to go smoothly. The food is great. The pizza there is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Well worth the expense. You definitely get what you pay for.

Kids and I definitely enjoyed ourselves! Looking forward to the next trip!

This place is awesome if you want your kids to burn some energy.

Great place. Had an excellent birthday party.

Lot of activities enjoyed by 6 year old. Staff are very visible and help keep kids safe and remind of rules. Folks were friendly and family pack tickets were reasonable. Teens enjoyed the arcade games.

Tonight 2/25 I received a call from my daughter asking me to pick her up from Sawyers because she thought she had broken her leg.My child laid there crying in pain with her 6 year old son looking on,for 20 minutes before calling me and telling me nobody would call 911. When I arrived I asked why nobody called an ambulance for her. What I was told, highly upset me.The staff said they are not allowed to call the ambulance, the family has to do it just in case the person being transported cannot afford to pay the

Alot of the games steal your money &dnt work. Not cool. & When i reported it to an employee, she expected me to stand in a long line to tell another employee.??

Very expensive. Took 6 kids. Cost $17 for an hour. Time stamp on the receipt was 4:20. Kids only got to jump till 5. So they took around 20min off their time. Kids said that the laser tag was worth it. That was $14 for half an hour. Pizza was $60 for 2 pizzas (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni) and 6 sodas. The pizza was really good though. We (the other mom and I) also got 2 chili dogs to split and that was almost $20. Total price for 2 hours was almost $285. So not counting what was paid for us. It was about $45 a

The kids had a ball and the food was good!!

My Daughter and I went to Sawyers for our First visit Sunday 8/18/22. I was playing live music on the patio and she tagged along to check out the arcade. The facility is very nice and has a lot to offer for people of all ages. They have a jump/trampoline area, a couple rock climbing walls, laser tag, a ninja course, ropes course, and an arcade. We didn't have time to do everything, but I did walk the entire building, and the areas all looked nice and well maintained. Staff was present and watching all of t

So I just want to say, one the manager and employees were extremely rude. When an arcade game is messing up don't you think you should take care of it?? I have played this certain game multiple times before and got like 10 large stuff animals. You say something about the machine and the kids that are employees want to laugh about it. Definitely disappointed. And when the manager looks like a teenager and wants to be rude to a grown adult. Just wow!! Thanks for disappointing our children.

Had my grandchild?s birthday party here. There was a sign on the door apologizing and asking for patience because they were short-staffed but honestly they didn't miss a beat! Place was clean and staff they do have is awesome and helpful. Thank you to you and your staff for making this a great time. Would highly recommend!

My granddaughter was here on 7-19-23 at 4:30 to 5:30. A staff member came up to her and told her that the pink bands time was up at 5:05. We told several staff members about what happened. They said something was wrong with the system. One member told her to go back and jump with the pink band on. The bands were white at this time. I felt that this was wrong for her to still have on the pink band. Anyway I was very disappointed because when a staff member would say something then they would just turn and w

Great place. Finally Pitt county has something for the kids just to unwind. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you

Sooooo similar to Raleigh's version. Just in town! The kids absolutely go crazy here and the adults can chill too - there is a bar! Very clean, organized and designed to keep the kids amused.

Sept 2022: : last year I had given this place a five-star review. The kids loved the jumping, we had never done the laser tag due to the cost but it looked cool, and there's a nice little Ninja warrior course there for my elementary school-aged kids. We love coming on family night, because they had this big thick crust pizza that tasted really good. We went back yesterday ordered two 16-in pizzas and three drinks for $40 and they brought out these tiny thin crust pizzas with hardly any cheese or toppings,

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
