Brent was super cool! He was very helpful and supportive for first timers. I struggled with staying in the game but he understood and provided a coupon. We are definitely coming back. I sweat but it was worth the fun.

Ashton was extremely helpful through the entire process, he made sure we understood everything and he was very kind. We had so much fun celebrating a 30th birthday. Squid Games VR was the best!!!

Even though the staffing was short, and it was crazy busy, Brittany and Dakota made sure we were taken care of. It was a very enjoyable first visit, and we will be back. Father's Day gift for my 62 year old husband, me and four 30 something relatives. A blast!

This was the best VR experience I've ever had! Brent and Carly were very helpful and informative for us getting set up. I have done VR before but this one takes the cake! I'll definitely be doing this again.

Brittany was the best and so was the rest of the team but I didn't get their names. It was a fun and unique experience for my daughter?s 12 year old birthday outing with 5 of her friends!

We had so much fun. We love playing Oculus and this was a cool way to take that experience a level farther. The staff was all very kind and helpful and when they realized we had experienced an issue with the vibration portion of our vests they apologized and gave us a credit for a free game. That really impressed us, I appreciate being treated that way since it is a pretty costly experience compared to going bowling or putt putt or something. Really made a great impression on us and we will definitely come

This was the most fun ever!! Great choice for anyone 6 years or older and be prepared to be sweaty when you're done! Highly recommend the Davey Jones locker level! ????????

My experience was amazing as usual. The 2 people that closed on 2/13/2025 were phenomenal. My party had to keep pushing back the time due to dinner reservations. We still ended up arriving 20 minutes before closing. By the time we started our game it was 5 minutes until closing. They were patient and never once rushed us or acted like they didn't want to be there. They made my husband?s birthday memorable. Great service and smiles the entire time! Thank you!

We had an awesome first time!!! It was a really great experience!! The staff that worked (3/22/25) were awesome as well. Even tho they were behind schedule they weren't rushing people, they didn't have any attitude and were still getting people in to their games to play. I play VR all the time but nothing is like this! We did this as a Mother's day gift and it was a an absolute blast. We played Deadwood Phobia and it is as terrifying as it gets. Thanks to Zach the setup was a breeze. He explained everything clearly and you could tell he is passionate about the job and experience. The entire staff was very hospitable. My wife and I had a great time here for her birthday. The Rebel Moon game was excellent. The VR was great and having full-body sensors plus room to move all around was extremely cool. Plus, the stage was very helpful and informed and the equipment was all clean. Would love to do it again.

We had so much fun we went right back the next day! The pirate game was so much fun! Then we tried squid game which was nothing like the show! Well it had a the characters and the glass bridge but none of the scary stuff! It was a lot of fun & the staff was great! One of the kids accidentally walked into the wall bc her headset was rebooting & when she started to cry the attendant took my headset off so I could comfort her. She even cheered her up & got us right back into the game! I highly recommend this p

This was our first time experiencing Sandbox VR and it was great. We played the rebel moon session and we were able to get videos afterwards. If you let them know of a special event or birthday they will also include a birthday theme for that person. Dominik and Ashton helped us and made our entire experience great. I can't wait to come back and try out a different game.

Kristin was a great attendant! She was available to help the boys any time they needed assistance and was very patient with them. It was our first time at Sandbox but everyone had a great time. We'll definitely be back!

Davey Jones Locker was so exciting! I have to add that the staff made this so enjoyable with their professionalism and courtious manner. This is an experience like no other. Definitely worth it!

My friend invited me to try it out with her. It was a lot of fun. Make sure you dress appropriately as it does get a bit warm while playing. The employees were very knowledgeable and considerate, especially when I needed to tap out for a little break to cool off before I could continue.

Brent was a great host. Me and my gf did squid games the first round and it was by far the best experience ever. Then we decided to do phobia and that was amazing too but definitely recommended doing that in a bigger group setting

We had so much fun. I was semi-excited but that was curbed by not knowing how scary it would be for my 8 and 16 year old and I wasn't sure how well I would hold up. I usually get sick with VR and scared playing zombies at home. I'm glad I didn't talk myself out of going. Jacen was a huge help and the whole staff was extremely attentive and supportive of each of our 50 questions. I'm going to try to talk the family into going again sometime this week!

I've been a few times and I always have a fun time. The staff is really helpful and nice. The equipment is always clean and the place is always clean as well. There are options to buy snacks and drinks which is nice after a vigorous experience. I highly recommend.

Brittney was great, she was able to give me 10% off because we never been and was very nice and informative about what to expect. They clean EVERYTHING and the 30 minutes is worth the $50. They even send you a video of the whole event at the end and makes it look like a trailer to your own movie. Great place.

We had so much fun playing Zombies. A larger group of at least 6 is recommended. The whole experience was awesome. Brent and Jayce took care of us. We will definitely be back again.

Great experience with the VR but not with the timing. Our reservation which was already paid for was for 6pm. We got there at 5:50pm only to wait until 6:40pm to begin getting to our game area. We have always had great experiences here but weren't told why exactly they were 40 plus minutes behind other than we knew there had been a bachelor party and they had to pay separately at the end which took time. An explanation would have sufficed and a sorry but none were given.

Never got the chance to actually experience it. Arrived on time to a lobby full of agitated customers. Was finally, after minutes of no employee in sight, explained that they were an hour behind schedule. What was REALLY strange, was that the couple in front of me was told there ?was no way the system would allow a refund? and that they could only reschedule. Having reservation means nothing at this place! Play time 6:15, but 6:45 we were told about 10mins more... Thank goodness we didn't make dinner plans for this birthday evening of events. The game was fun, but we'll never return and will let's friends and family know about the place! Not worth time waiting for the money paid. Main Event here we come!

The game masters were great! The game experiences were even better! This was our third and fourth time with Sandbox VR. I will say the greeter was not good; they were a little difficult to speak with. Update from the last visit. This visit was awesome. Brit was fantastic. Friendly, and helpful!

I enjoyed my first time buuuuuut??. The game and headset continuously glitched and/or froze, blacked out throughout the game,. To top it off, it's my 50th birthday and the birthday video has another player?s picture. They said that it was no way to correct it! ??

Great time, we had a blast!! The video you get is very short and only a small bit of your time. Would be 100% better to have the full video. Very over priced for 30 minutes.
