Such a fun experience at Sandbox Downtown Indy! Michael and Tavia were absolutely amazing?so welcoming and attentive. They even helped with our toddler so the older kids could enjoy themselves, which meant so much to us! The customer service was incredible, and the whole experience was a blast from start to finish. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here for my brother's birthday. Definitely a must if you haven't been. And we're already talking about going again next weekend just to have fun.

I'm a seasoned VR user and this was a slam-dunk fun way to spend some time with family and friends. The gear was comfortable and felt similar in visual quality to a Quest 2. My only hardware complaint was that there was no on-headset volume control, and if you want your volume adjusted you have to call out to the attendant. The game itself lasted about 30 minutes. Booked this as a birthday event for my 13 year old nephew. I'm 47 and have never really done VR other than my son?s Occulus. I was concerned I'd be ill or get a migraine. Thankfully, neither happened! The 3 boys and I had a BLAST! If , you book this online: You can pick a different game when you get there, they do only accept credit card, not great seating in the waiting area when they are busy. Overall, I do give the 5 star. Those fans in the room are very necessary!!

We were a little skeptic going into it, but we had so much fun! It was really accurate & very immersive. Micheal was really helpful & funny. I'd highly recommend it & will definitely come back.

Such an incredible experience overall! Iva was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. KB helped our youngest with all of his equipment and was so sweet. Dominic helped with a faulty gun with a quickness and was incredibly kind. All of the staff was friendly and we had an incredible experience as a family. We may have failed our mission and the dance party shows a particularly embarrassing butt shaking, but still a five star experience!

We did this for the first time today around 6pm 5-23-25 and had Michael help us as our game master for Davy Jones. Michael was amazing. Super helpful and kind as we got ready, explaining everything, support during the game and after. We appreciated his knowledge and kindness. The experience itself was amazing. So much fun and we can't wait to do it again!

Check in process was a bit confusing at first, but everything was great after that. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. Our group enjoyed the Squid Game sessions!

The host was super friendly and really was fired up that we were there and making sure we had a great time. A bit pricey even with the discounted admission, but it was a really unique experience. Would have to get a package to bring the whole crew.

On first arrival the thought of confronting our phobias was daunting? but with our fearless leader Crow guiding our team ?Sleepknot? we were able to do just that. She helped up prepare for our mission, troubleshoot our issues, and ultimately celebrate our victory. 10/10 would fight zombies again.

I took my partner here for his birthday. Even as someone rather unfamiliar with the digital world, I had a great time! The instructors are very polite. You as an individual will put on your own vest, and wrist / ankle sensors, and the instructor will assist you in putting on your head gear. As I couldn't see anything outside of the headset, I greatly appreciated the gentle elbow taps from the instructor informing me of where they stood in relation to where I was standing while assisting with the headset. We recently hosted a team-building event at Sandbox VR with group of 16 who participated in a 2-hour holodeck experience, and it exceeded all expectations. My boys and I visited Sandbox Vr today and had a blast! Markus was an excellent host, he made our experience even better with his patience and pleasant demeanor! Gavin was also very helpful and pleasant. I also loved that videos of us during our experience are sent at the end, tht was cool! We will definitely be returning soon.

As a person who isn't particularly interested in video games, I was skeptical about how much I would enjoy my experience. I was very surprised how much fun we had! Markus was a informative, fun, and very polite instructor. The details in the VR experience are absolutely wild. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing all around experience, we did deadwood phobia and valley and it kept us on our toes and had us working out honestly just to survive! Markus and Gavin made the process and experience amazing and run smooth! Great set of workers throughout the building, very kind!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sandbox VR that I feel compelled to share. On June 4th, I reserved a spot for nine people on a Wednesday, hoping to enjoy a fun group activity and celebrate my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. The room we were in was experiencing technical difficulties, which prevented us from playing. We ended up being there for nearly two hours, and despite our patience, we didn't get to participate in the experience. To make matters worse,

Was me and my lady's first time experience. It was very fun! I got a couple good scares out of her. I'd say the only real problem was the laser on my gun wasn't as accurate and it kept moving around like the sensor was being blocked or something. Every thing else was like the perfect experience.

Absolutely loved it! The boys had so much fun playing Deadwood Mansion. Definitely will be coming back for more in the future.

My 10 year old and I played Squid Game and it was so fun! I have a HUGE fear of heights and motion sickness and they were able to turn off falls. Our host Tavia was super cool too! She was fun to talk to and helpful with everything we needed. She has very cool style too!! We'll definitely be back.

We played a Zombie game and it was great. The motion effects and full-body sensors made it feel realistic. Our host, Mys, was great. She was helpful by explaining the rationales, answering questions and quickly troubleshooting in-game issues. Will be going again.

I arrived at Sandbox VR to see what it was all about. Upon entering the venue i was immediately taken aback by an extremely rude lady berating an employee. After eavesdropping i learned this guest was late to her reservation and was charged a late fee. Makes sense, if you don't show up on time to the reservation that you booked, that's your fault. The Employee did a great job handling this extremely rude customer. I have kids and had to usher them outside as i did not want them to see this lady disrespectin

The game had an excellent story line. The staff was helpful teaching us what to choose and how to get ready. We had repeated malfunctions of equipment. My VR headset did not track well and turned completely black twice. They had to stop the game several times (after 4 I lost count) to fix bands or my headset. I missed the instructions on how to use my gear at the beginning due to tech issues. The reason this rating is average is I expect this is not typical. I could see the staff exacerbations with continue

Really cool experience! We played the game ?Deadwood Phobia? and it was really exciting, scary, and thrilling. With the haptic feedback from the best and gun, it makes you feel almost as if you are in the game. Being able to do this with multiple people is a must. With your allies by your side you can really feel like you're in the mission to rescue your squad such as in DW Phobia. Definitely would go again!

Honestly, I really like this place. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the price of $60 per person for the amount of time you get. Appointment was at 4pm, got called back about 10 after, about 15 minutes of getting dressed out with the equipment and safety brief, 5 for setup and miscellaneous, and we were finished with the experience and taking everything off, walking out the door before 5pm.
