I keep going back to this place because the employee Ariel was super amazing! She is legit the top tier reason we keep going back. Great place, it's clean, I like when the fans hit me because sheesh it's hot in there! Overall top experience, graphics are nice and sound is cool. I hope Ariel sees this and thank you so much!! Only going back because you!

Demetrius and Evan were amazing! They made sure to explain everything to us thoroughly and were very patient. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

This was my second time here, and it did not disappoint! Our guide Melissa was awesome and I had so much fun. Really gets your adrenaline going and feels like being the lead in a zombie movie.

Such a great way to bond with friends and get a good sweat in. Neo was a great host for our team. We loved seekers of the shard dragon fire game.

Excellent fun, a yes day in San Francisco led us here and we had a blast- thanks to Hugh for all your help to have a brilliant adventure!

Awesome experience at sandbox! Tried the amber sky game and Hugh was great running it for us. So much fun! We had a blast. Definitely wear light clothes because you get super warm as you move around with all the gear haha. We will definitely be back!

First time - fantasy quest ome 2 ppl played. Super fun. ?? All staff were friendly and helpful and clear. 20/10 would do it again. Also, be prepared to sweat. ?? Round 2 - pirates 6 ppl played. Hughe was great. Everyone had a good time.

Cool experience with a group. It did disconnect about 4x when we were in the middle of the game. No real explanation was provided so not sure if it was due to the equipment or just new software/hardware. Wish they would have explained that part

Amazing family activity! We had such a blast! We did the Squid game and our 10 and 13 year old loved it too. Highly recommend. And the staff was all so nice and helpful.

I had scheduled a experience for my younger cousin's birthday here and it was hands down fantastic. Everyone in my group enjoyed it and all the staff were extremely helpful from helping me find my booking to helping my party members put on their trackers. Shoutout to Jamal he was on top of everything from refreshments, concessions and general help while helping 2 other groups out.

That was awesome!!! Xavier and Pan were terrific. My Sun and his friends played two games, and absolutely loved it! The videos afterwards were super cool too. What a great spot for a 12 year-old birthday party. Pan was so helpful with the bookings, and Xavier make sure the boys had a great experience inside the game!

Great Experience! Deadwood Phobia is the best one! So I recommend not to start with it, otherwise others will be more boring. BUUUUT! All of them are fun! The service team are all brilliant, helpful and nice. Kudos for all of you! ??

Angela was the best! We laughed for an hour straight doing the squid game simulation. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was fun for ages 9 and up to adult. They have a "comfort mode" that will make the experience a little less scary if needed.

The team helping us, Evan, Oscar, and Ray were incredibly nice and helpful. The experience was a lot of fun and we all had a great time

I went there with two youth and they played Davy Jones. They had *so* much fun. Oscar was the room host and he was very clear and helped them when they needed help. They loved it!

Great experience. We'll be back!! Was a little glitchy but super helpful curators recognized and offered another discounted round. Great time. Demitrius was an excellent host and enjoyed us looking like fools.

Xavier was brilliant and so easy to work with xx we had so much fun, my 10 year old was nervous but she loved it! We will be back! Way to go Xavier!!

So this is awesome. Two days we have done three sessions. It's great to play VR with friends, great cardio, loads of fun. Staff is great. Also there is something about hearing the other rooms of people screaming and talking before you go in that's quite cool. But if you are wandering it does have typical VR issues with not detecting a location of hand gesture or a weapon activation, etc etc. Doesn't break the experience but it's there.

Had an awesome time doing the Deadwood Mansion experience at Sandbox VR! Super immersive and a lot of fun ? felt like we were actually in a zombie movie. Big thanks to David and Matthew for helping us get set up and making it all smooth. Definitely coming back to try another one!

I was scared and full of anxiety but once in the game you have no choice but to defend yourself and help your partner if needed! Highly recommend the place is clean and the facility is amazing! We will without be back! Big shout out to Melissa for all her help!!

Xavier was fantastic getting us set up. Pan was lovely giving us our read-out and Demetrius was patient with our crew taking a bit to get ready to go. This was my first time at Sandbox and I'll definitely be back. Such a fun and immersive experience!

I played Deadwood Phobia and I was literally so scared when it started but it got so fun as I got used to it!!! 10/10 definitely coming back for another session! I don't know what I was expecting but they have done an even better job than I could have imagined. The whole experience was AMAZING. We chose Deadwood Phobia.. and again I don't know what I was expecting but as soon as the ?Mission Brief? was done? there were all the zombies. Practically climbing over each other to get me and my two teammates. Me and my two friends were Drenched in sweat by the time it was done. It was awesome, amazing, bad ass, and a whole lot of other cool words that I can't think of rig

Great fun. Such nicely staff and the games itself are brilliant! Technically really good and you're totally immersed. I sweated a lot!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Neo and Jamal helped my group the other day and were very welcoming. The store was very clean and the staff was very nice and professional. We played Deadwood Phobia and Neo explained the setup process to us very clearly. 10/10 would recommend.

So fun!! Pan and Neo who helped us in there was great. Melissa was amazing too. Honestly a great staff. We lost one player today from schedule conflicts but they accommodated us through upgrades on our weapons!! Not mad at all.

Great experience. We played the zombie shooter and it was intense. It gets hot in there and sweaty but it was fantastic. We had Demetrius and he was awesome. Great instructions, great pace, great person. Will 100% come back again.

First time doing VR outside the house, and it was everything I hoped it would be! Thrill ride with cooperative teamwork and dancing, what could go wrong?! Loved the classic shoot the bright spots format, and everything was superb from the voice acting to the graphics, and a very fun way to get some exercise to boot, 10/10, would play again!

So much fun! The gentleman who got us set up in our room was extremely helpful. Will definitely return, I want to bring my parents next time!

First, I screwed up our booking and made it for the wrong day, but the Sandbox folks were so nice and were able to help me change my tickets so we could still play. Had an absolute blast playing SquidGames - it looked exactly like the games on the show. Neo was a great guide - I definitely would recommend!

Really enjoyed the new deadwood phobia experience. Went with a group of 5 on Sunday. Check-in process was smooth and venue was set up well. In game experience was similar to an arcade group VR of Resident Evil x Time Crisis but much more interactive. Shout out to Oscar for facilitating our experience. Highly recommend

Such a fun experience! I didn't know what to expect but the staff was so wonderful welcoming us in, explaining everything, and so patient while we put on all the sensors/gear. You will have tons of fun even if you are not a gamer. I normally get dizzy with traditional video games but not here. It was so immersive and I never felt dizzy! Bring the fam or have fun with friends!

First time trying any virtual reality experience and wow, I was amazed and blown away with the feeling. Giving it a 5/5 does not do justice to the experience and vast setup of this spot. They have 4-5 games to choose from and up to 6 people per game/group. We tried the squid game and everything felt so real, it was unbelievable. Went as a walk-in and had a great experience! A reasonable price for the games because it feels like you're thrown right into the virtual world (think ready player one). Matthew and Dave were very helpful with all questions to newcomers. We even get a video/trailer at the end about our team's game!
