Sandbox VR

While visiting San Antonio (The RIM Area), we decided to have a little fun before going to dinner. We went to Sandbox VR at RIM, since we never experienced VR. It wasn't crowded so we got to take our time to review the trailers on YouTube. Ms. Aline was a tremendous help, she provided the details of each game - she helped us with the equipment and ensured we had a great experience... Overall, we loved it...Sandbox VR gained a couple of loyal fans and customers. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing time here we played the Davie Jones set. I was having so much fun and felt like I got a workout at the same time. We are definitely going to try this again when we come back to town and my boys are already planning their next visit. We really enjoyed playing and Sam was extremely helpful and gave us clear directions prior to starting and assisted us during play as well!

It's possible to love something without loving everything about it (like most relationships) or without loving the cost (like Disney World). That's how our family of four (parents and two teens) felt after playing Rebel Moon. We came here for my son?s 13th birthday and he loved it and so did all his friends. The staff was friendly and helpful putting on the equipment. I also appreciated that nothing felt rushed. They did Squid games and Deadwood Valley and had the best time! Thank you for a great experience!

Bought my nephews an experience here. They played the Squid games one. They loved it. This is a better one for smaller kids in my opinion. Has different games they can try. But this place is overall awesome. Money well worth it. The staff here in the morning of 1/1/25 was so awesome and I'm so sorry I don't remember their names. Five stars all the way!!! We had such a fun time at this place. Krystn was our host, she was super helpful and patient with our group. Coming in I didn't have any expectations, but I left pleasantly surprised. Now we plan to return and complete every single challenge.

We went for my nephew's birthday and it was a lot of fun. We played the zombie game and the squid games. It is pretty cool how they make you a video at the end. I didn't give them 5 stars because it takes forever and more to prepare for the next game, and only 6 people can play at a time. They need to be more efficient so things would flow faster. Also, it was very hot in there, and with the headset, you sweat like a pig...meaning tons. People were friendly, and restrooms were clean.

The assistant general manager was a delight. She was so excited for our experience and genuinely seemed delighted for us to be going for the first time. After completing Deadwood Phobia, we signed up to do the Squid Games experience in a few weeks. So super fun - me and my bestie are girls both 21 & 22, we went for her birthday and had the room to ourselves. One of the best parties ever.

Me and my wife really had a great time here at Sandbox SATX. We did the squid game virtual experience and it was very competitive and fun. Zane was a huge help in making sure we had such an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend if you're out with a group of friends or even a date night.

We had so much fun celebrating my husband?s birthday, they accommodated a reschedule due to illness the same day. One minor glitch with sensor coming off during game but Aysia was incredibly helpful throughout and got us back on track quickly. Will definitely come again!

This was a super cool experience! My group wasn't sure if we wanted to do an escape room vs VR. I was nervous about any associated dizziness and wary about VR's high price. We decided on the VR and it was an wonderful experience! I watched reps wipe down the jacket, wristlet and anklets before giving them to us. We elected the zombie experience and declined the upgraded weapon (for $6.99) The experience was 36 minutes and I was not expecting to have soo much fun or burn soo many calories. We were able to keep a video of the experience

Aline did an amazing job hosting a group of 14 teenagers for a dual birthday party. I was amazed at her patience and she was so helpful and we had the best experience ever because of her. Fun I would give it 5 stars. Staff I would also give 5 stars. The Price is steep for only 30 minutes. I felt like definitely could have gone longer. Also they should make it a bit cooler in there. Rude customer service. We're patronizing this business for $240 for 4 individuals and the employee has an attitude when asking her if we can pay with Apple Pay. Per the employee, she would prefer to use the physical card as apply pay often doesn't work. I explained to the employee that I would like to attempt the apply pay regardless as I'm not walking back to the car in 100 degree weather if I don't have to.
